Description

一种电梯下提升轿厢架 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电梯组件, 尤其是一种电梯下提升轿厢架, 属于 载人升降装置技术领域。 背景技术
轿厢架作为轿厢的主要承载部件, 不仅其结构影响到整个轿厢的布局, 而且其平衡性能影响到电梯的运行。
传统家用电梯的轿厢架结构如图 1和图 2所示, 一对立梁 1的下端分 别固连下梁 2, 形成 L形支架。 由于电梯各部件均布置在井道内, 为了尽量 压缩井道空间, 其绳轮 3的设置均采用背包架式结构, 即将绳轮 3安置在 L 形支架的两立梁之间, 该结构虽然较为简单, 但因为电梯重心偏离曳引作 用力, 因此稳定性不理想, 尤其当轿厢载荷较重是更是如此。 另外, 背包 架式结构对井道利用率也不够高。 实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于: 针对现有家用电梯背包架式结构存在的问题, 提供一种不仅可以显著提高家用电梯的稳定性, 而且可以同时提高对电梯 井道的利用率的电梯下提升轿厢架。 为了达到上述目的, 本实用新型的电梯下提升轿厢架包括左、 右立梁 以及与左、 右立梁下端固连的下梁, 所述下梁通过连接板与承重梁固定连 接; 所述承重梁与下梁平行, 且上表面与下梁上表面处于同一水平面, 所 述承重梁的两端下部分别支撑导向轮, 轿厢架和轿厢构成的轿厢系统重心 处于导向轮厚度方向的纵截面之一内。 最好处于导向轮厚度方向的中间纵 截面内。

又进一歩, 所述左、 右立梁的后侧分别延伸出拉条螺杆, 所述拉条螺 杆的下端与承载在下梁组件上的轿底托架后端连接。
还进一歩, 所述下梁的两端底部安装有安全钳。
采用本实用新型后, 原先的背包架式结构变为龙门架式结构, 不仅由 于将轿厢系统的提升着力点由原先的立梁中部改为轿厢底部, 而且提升作 用力所处的纵截面与轿厢系统的重心基本重合, 因此有效避免了提升时的 附加扭矩, 显著改善了电梯升降过程中的平衡, 保证其运行稳定, 同时龙 门架结构使轿厢更充分利用了井道的空间, 一举两得。

本实施例的电梯下提升轿厢架如图 3和图 4所示, 左、 右立梁 1的上 端分别与上梁 5的两端固连, 下端分别与下梁 2的两端固连, 形成龙门架 式框架结构。
如图 5和图 6所示, 下梁 2主要通过两块连接板 6与承重梁 7固定连 接。 承重梁 7与下梁 2平行, 且上表面与下梁 2上表面处于同一水平面。 下梁 2的两端底部安装有安全钳 8,承重梁 7的两端下部分别支撑导向轮 9。 组装之后, 轿厢架和轿厢构成的轿厢系统重心 G处于导向轮 9厚度方向的 中间纵截面内。
为了进一歩保证轿厢系统平稳可靠, 左、 右立梁 1 的后侧分别延伸出 拉条螺杆 10,拉条螺杆 10的下端与承载在下梁组件上的轿底托架 4后端连 接。
实践证明, 本实施例的电梯轿厢架通过合理的结构设计, 妥善处理好 系统重心与提升力共面的关系, 因此使得电梯的平衡性好, 运行更平稳, 承载能力也得到提高。 除上述实施例外, 本实用新型还可以有其他实施方 式。 凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案, 均落在本实用新型要求 的保护范围。

1、 一种电梯下提升轿厢架, 包括左、 右立梁以及与左、 右立梁下端固 连的下梁, 其特征在于: 所述下梁通过连接板与承重梁固定连接; 所述承 重梁与下梁平行, 且上表面与下梁上表面处于同一水平面, 所述承重梁的 两端下部分别支撑导向轮, 轿厢架和轿厢构成的轿厢系统重心处于导向轮 厚度方向的纵截面之一内。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电梯下提升轿厢架, 其特征在于: 所述轿厢 架和轿厢构成的轿厢系统重心处于导向轮厚度方向的中间纵截面内。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的电梯下提升轿厢架, 其特征在于: 所述左、 右立梁的上端分别与上梁的两端固连, 所述上梁、 下梁以及左、 右立梁形 成龙门架式框架结构。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的电梯下提升轿厢架, 其特征在于: 所述左、 右立梁的后侧分别延伸出拉条螺杆, 所述拉条螺杆的下端与承载在下梁组 件上的轿底托架后端连接。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的电梯下提升轿厢架, 其特征在于: 所述下梁 的两端底部安装有安全钳。
