Abstract

Le corps de dissipation de chaleur (13) est pourvu de saillies en tant qu'unités de mise en œuvre de remplacement (15) d'unité source lumineuse, formées de façon à faire saillie vers l'extérieur depuis le carter de retenue (6) de corps guide de lumière dans une direction perpendiculaire au sens de la longueur et à la direction verticale du carter de retenue (6) de corps guide de lumière.
