Abstract

Afin d'atteindre cet objectif, une unité source lumineuse (11) comprend : un élément électroluminescent (12) en tant que source lumineuse disposée en regard d'une face de réception de lumière (7) d'un corps guide de lumière (10) ; et un corps de dissipation de chaleur (13) retenant l'élément électroluminescent (12), au moins une partie du corps de dissipation de chaleur (13) étant fixée amovible à un carter de retenue (6) de corps guide de lumière. Le corps de dissipation de chaleur (13) est pourvu de saillies en tant qu'unités de mise en œuvre de remplacement (15) d'unité source lumineuse, formées de façon à faire saillie vers l'extérieur depuis le carter de retenue (6) de corps guide de lumière dans une direction perpendiculaire au sens de la longueur et à la direction verticale du carter de retenue (6) de corps guide de lumière.
