Claims (8)
- 複数組のLEDを所定間隔で長手方向に実装したLED実装基板を有し、前記LED実装基板を内包するように筒状の導光放射部を設けたレンズユニットを複数個連設してなる信号表示灯において、
前記LED実装基板の短手方向における中央位置から端部側へ偏った位置に前記LEDが実装され、
前記導光放射部には、前記レンズユニットが前記LED実装基板を内包したときにおいて前記LEDが配置されるように軸方向に切り欠かれたスリット部が形成され、
そのスリット部の一対の対向端面は、LED放射光の入射面とし、
前記入射面から前記レンズユニット内へ入射された光は、前記導光放射部によって導かれ、その周方向全域で外方に放射されることを特徴とする、信号表示灯。 - 前記レンズユニットは、連結される他のレンズユニットを軸方向から支持する筒状の支持部を、前記導光放射部の内側に有し、
前記支持部の内側に、前記LED実装基板の挿入空間が形成されていて、
前記支持部には、全周に亘って遮光処理が施されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の信号表示灯。 - 前記スリット部を外方から覆うように設けられ、前記スリット部から漏れた光を外方に放射する補助レンズ部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の信号表示灯。
- 前記補助レンズ部に設けられ、前記LED実装基板の短手方向における端部が嵌め込まれる溝状であって、前記LED実装基板の短手方向および厚さ方向のそれぞれにおける移動を抑止する第1移動抑止部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3記載の信号表示灯。
- 前記LED実装基板の短手方向において前記補助レンズ部とは反対側に設けられ、当該反対側への前記LED実装基板の移動を抑止する第2移動抑止部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4記載の信号表示灯。
- 前記レンズユニットは、軸方向に沿って延びる一対の挿入空間形成部材であって、互いの対向面の間で前記LED実装基板の挿入空間を区画する一対の挿入空間形成部材を含み、
前記一対の挿入空間形成部材における軸方向の一端部は、弾性変形可能であり、他のレンズユニットの前記一対の挿入空間形成部材における軸方向の他端部の間に進入することで、当該一端部同士が接近し、前記LED実装基板を厚さ方向から挟持することを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の信号表示灯。 - 前記レンズユニットは、前記一対の挿入空間形成部材における軸方向の他端部を補強する補強部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6記載の信号表示灯。
- 前記導光放射部の内側に設けられ、前記導光放射部の内側に漏れた光を前記スリット部側に照射する内側照射部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の信号表示灯。
