 太陽電池モジュールは、一般に、受光面側から、ガラスが一般的である受光面保護基材、受光面側封止材、電極が配された太陽電池セル、裏面側の封止材、及び裏面保護シート(バックシートなどと呼ばれる)が順に積層された構成となっており、それぞれの構成部材を積層させて、圧着して一体化する工程、例えば真空ラミネート工程を経て、太陽電池モジュールが製造される。
 裏面保護シートは、現在までに各種多様な構成のものが考案されているが、機能分離の観点から多層構成の裏面保護シートが好ましく用いられる。その一例として、熱可塑性樹脂シートと基材との2層を備えた裏面保護シートが提案されている(例えば、特許文献1)。特許文献1では上述の裏面保護シートを得るために、それぞれ別途製膜された熱可塑性樹脂シートと基材としてのフッ素樹脂シートとの2層を、接着剤を用いるドライラミネート工程で一体化し、裏面保護シートとしている。
 また、封止材は現在までに各種多様な構成のものが考案されているが、その一例として、エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体からなるもの(例えば、特許文献2)や、ポリエチレン系樹脂からなるもの(例えば、特許文献3)等が提案されている。封止材は上記裏面保護シートとは別途に製膜されている。

 特許文献1に記載の技術については、後に封止材と組み合わせるものである。すなわち、太陽電池モジュールに用いられる部材として、封止材、熱可塑性樹脂シート、基材としてのフッ素樹脂シートの3つのシートを別に製膜しているため、欠点の管理工程や、スリッティング工程など、シートの製造に共通して必要な工程を3つのシートのそれぞれで行う必要が有り、また、熱可塑性樹脂シートと基材とを一体化するドライラミネート工程を必須としているため、生産効率を高めることが難しいものであった。
 このような問題を解決するために、本発明の目的は、製膜工程を少なくし、またドライラミネート工程を廃して、生産性にすぐれた太陽電池用多層シートを提供することにある。
 本発明者らは、上記目的を達成するため、太陽電池モジュールに用いられる部材として、封止材、裏面保護シートの一部である熱可塑性樹脂、裏面保護シートの別の一部である基材は、最終的には太陽電池モジュールを製造する際の真空ラミネート工程を経ることに着目した。
 そして、鋭意検討を行い、封止材(A層)と裏面保護シートの一部である熱可塑性樹脂(B層)とを予め製膜により一体化した太陽電池用多層シートを得て、裏面保護シートの別の一部である基材と組み合わせる構成にすることで、製膜工程を2工程と少なくした。
 さらに、封止材(A層)と一体化された裏面保護シートの一部である熱可塑性樹脂(B層)が、太陽電池モジュールを製造する際の真空ラミネート工程により、裏面保護シートの別の一部である基材と貼り合わせるための接着層(C層)を備えるようにすることで、ドライラミネート工程を廃した。加えて、封止材(A層)および熱可塑性樹脂(B層)を特定の材料を特定の割合含むようにした。
 すなわち、太陽電池用多層シートとして以下の構成を採ることで上記課題を解決できることを見出した。
 以上より、本発明の、太陽電池用多層シート、太陽電池用封止材一体型裏面保護シート、及び、太陽電池モジュールは以下のとおりである。
(1) A層、B層、及びC層をこの順に有し、C層を一方の表面に有する太陽電池用多層シートであって、
 A層は、層の全成分100質量%中に、融点が130℃未満のポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)を50質量%を超え100質量%以下含む層であり、
 B層は、層の全成分100質量%中に、融点が130℃以上であるポリオレフィン系樹脂(B1)を50質量%を超え100質量%以下含む層であり、
 C層は、接着性樹脂を含む層であることを特徴とする、太陽電池用多層シート。
(2) A層の厚みが50μm以上500μm以下であることを特徴とする、(1)に記載の太陽電池用多層シート。
(3) A層は、層の全成分100質量%中に、融点が130℃未満のポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)を75質量%以上100質量%以下含む層であることを特徴とする、(1)または(2)に記載の太陽電池用多層シート。
(4) B層中の融点が130℃以上であるポリオレフィン系樹脂(B1)の融点が、140℃以上であることを特徴とする、(1)~(3)のいずれかに記載の太陽電池用多層シート。
(5) A層及びB層を、層間に他の層を介在することなく有し、
 A層とB層の界面の接着強度が10N/cm以上であることを特徴とする、(1)~(4)のいずれかに記載の太陽電池用多層シート。
(6) B層が、融点が130℃未満のポリオレフィン系樹脂(B2)を含むことを特徴とする、(1)~(5)のいずれかに記載の太陽電池用多層シート。
(7) B層中の融点が130℃以上であるポリオレフィン系樹脂(B1)が、ブロックポリプロピレンであることを特徴とする、(1)~(6)のいずれかに記載の太陽電池用多層シート。
(8) A層が接着性樹脂を含むことを特徴とする、(1)~(7)のいずれかに記載の太陽電池用多層シート。
(9) A層に含まれる接着性樹脂は、エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体、エチレン-(メタ)アクリル酸脂肪族エステル共重合体、エチレン-グリシジルメタクリレート共重合体、エチレン-グリシジルメタクリレート-(メタ)アクリル酸脂肪族エステル共重合体、及びエチレン-グリシジルメタクリレート-酢酸ビニル共重合体からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1つの樹脂であることを特徴とする、(8)に記載の太陽電池用多層シート。
(10) B層は、リン原子を有する酸化防止剤を含むことを特徴とする、(1)~(9)のいずれかに記載の太陽電池用多層シート。
(11) (1)~(10)のいずれかに記載の太陽電池用多層シートのC層側に、基材を有することを特徴とする、太陽電池用封止材一体型裏面保護シート。
(12) (1)~(10)のいずれかに記載の太陽電池用多層シートのA層側がセル側に、C層側が基材側に向くように、受光面保護基材、受光面側封止材、セル、太陽電池用多層シート、及び基材を、この順に配置して、真空ラミネートすることで得られる太陽電池モジュール。
(13) 受光面保護基材、受光面側封止材、セル、A層、B層、C層、及び基材をこの順に有し、A層、B層、C層が以下の要件を満たし、太陽電池モジュールにおけるA層の厚さ(μm)をTAとして、TAが50μm以上500μm以下であることを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール。
 A層は、層の全成分100質量%中に、融点が100℃以上130℃未満のポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)を50質量%を超え100質量%以下含む層。
 B層は、層の全成分100質量%中に、融点が130℃以上であるポリオレフィン系樹脂(B1)を50質量%を超え100質量%以下含む層。
 C層は、接着性樹脂を含む層。
(14) 太陽電池モジュールにおけるA層の厚さ(μm)をTAとして、TAが50μm以上350μm以下であることを特徴とする、(13)に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
(15) 受光面側封止材の厚さ(μm)をTとして、太陽電池モジュールにおけるA層の厚さ(μm)をTAとすると、以下の関係式を満たすことを特徴とする、(13)または(14)に記載の太陽電池モジュール。

 以下本発明の太陽電池用多層シートについて説明する。
 本発明の太陽電池用多層シートは、以下に説明する、A層、B層、及びC層をこの順に有し、C層を一方の表面に有する太陽電池用多層シートであって、A層は、層の全成分100質量%中に、融点が130℃未満のポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)を50質量%を超え100質量%以下含む層であり、B層は、層の全成分100質量%中に、融点が130℃以上であるポリオレフィン系樹脂(B1)を50質量%を超え100質量%以下含む層であり、C層は、接着性樹脂を含む層である態様とする。
 まず改めて本発明の太陽電池用多層シートの技術的特徴とその効果について詳細に説明する。
 本発明の太陽電池用多層シートは、封止材としてA層を有し、裏面保護シート(バックシート)の一部としてB層を有し、裏面保護シート(バックシート)の別の一部である基材と太陽電池モジュールを製造する際の真空ラミネート工程にて貼り合わせるための接着層としてC層を有している、太陽電池用多層シートである。
 A層及びB層及びC層を有する太陽電池用多層シートにすることで、欠点の管理工程や、スリッティング工程など、シートの製造に共通して必要な工程を、多層シートでありながら、一度で行うことができ、生産効率を高めることができる。
 例えば、特許文献1にあるような裏面保護シートの機能の一部を担う熱可塑性樹脂シートと裏面保護シートの機能の別の一部を担う基材とを備えた裏面保護シートと、特許文献2,3にあるような裏面側の封止材とを用いることに比べ、本発明の太陽電池用多層シートと後述する基材とを用いることによって、製膜工程を減らすことができ、シートの製造に共通して必要な工程を減らすことができ生産効率を高めることができる。
 また、C層を有することにより、太陽電池モジュールを製造する際の真空ラミネート工程により、本発明の太陽電池用多層シートと基材とを接着することができ、基材と接着するために接着剤を別途用いて貼り合わせるドライラミネート工程が不要となるため生産効率を高めることができる。
 さらに各層については、A層は層の全成分100質量%中に、融点が130℃未満のポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)を50質量%を超え100質量%以下含む層であることにより、太陽電池モジュールを作成する際の真空ラミネート工程の際に十分溶融できるため、セルおよびセルに配されている電極により作られる凸凹を埋めることができるため、封止材としての機能を発揮することができ、セルのクラックが少なく、かつ外観の良い太陽電池モジュールを製造することができる。
 B層は、層の全成分100質量%中に、融点が130℃以上であるポリオレフィン系樹脂(B1)を50質量%を超え100質量%以下含む層であることにより、セルに配される配線を目立ちにくくすることができることや、太陽電池モジュールを製造する際の真空ラミネート工程を行った後の層の厚み減少率を小さくすることができ、また水蒸気バリア性や絶縁性を確保することができるため、裏面保護シートの機能の一部を担うことができる。
 C層は、接着性樹脂を含む層であることにより、裏面保護シートの機能の別の一部を担う基材と太陽電池モジュールを製造する際の真空ラミネート工程にて接着することができる。
 以上のように、本発明の太陽電池用多層シートは生産性にすぐれているのである。そして、太陽電池用多層シートと基材が組み合わされた、生産性にすぐれた太陽電池用封止材一体型裏面保護シートが得られることも見出した。
 次に本発明の太陽電池用多層シートの好ましい態様の技術的特徴とその効果について詳細に説明する。
 太陽電池用封止材は、現在までに各種多様な構成のものが考案されているが、太陽電池モジュール全体の重量を減らし太陽電池モジュールの運搬をより容易にするために軽量化することが望まれていた。そして、エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体を含む単層構造の封止材であって、前記封止材の厚みが350μm以下と薄くした封止材が知られている。
 しかしながら、前記公知の単層構造の封止材は、厚みが350μm以下では腰がないために撓みやすく、太陽電池モジュールを製造する際の積層工程において封止材を配置する時のハンドリング性が悪くなり、生産効率を下げてしまうことがある。封止材の厚みが290μm以下ではさらに撓みやすく、太陽電池モジュールを製造する際の積層工程において封止材が折れ曲がってしまい、太陽電池モジュールの歩留まりを悪くしてしまうことがある。
 本発明の太陽電池用多層シートは封止材であるA層が、B層やC層と一体化されているため、A層の厚みが500μm以下であっても、さらに350μm以下であっても、よりさらに290μm以下であっても、太陽電池用多層シート自体は腰があるため、撓みにくく折れ曲がりにくく、ハンドリング性が悪くならない。よって、本発明の太陽電池用多層シートを用いて効率よくかつ歩留まりがよく、軽量化した太陽電池モジュールを製造することができる。
 ここで、ハンドリング性を低下させないために、裏面保護シートに封止材を押出ラミネート法により積層させて一体化した積層シートを用いて太陽電池モジュールを製造することが知られている。しかし、ここで用いられる裏面保護シートは、オレフィンを主成分とする層と基材とを接着剤でドライラミネートしており、そこへさらに封止材を押出ラミネートしているため、結局は製膜に必要な工程を、オレフィンを主成分とする層、基材、積層シートのそれぞれで行う必要があり、生産性が低い。すなわち、押出ラミネートでなく、共押出法により一体化することが好ましい。
 一方、前記公知の積層シートにおいて、封止材として機能する層(A層)に含まれる封止材の融点は70℃付近であり、そのままでは耐熱性が不足するため、耐熱性を付与することが望まれる場合があり、そのために、後述する架橋剤を添加することがある。
 しかしながら、架橋剤を添加した場合、前記オレフィンを主成分とする層と前記封止材とを共押出法を用いて一体化しようとすると、前記オレフィンを主成分とする層の融点が架橋剤の10時間分解温度よりも高いために、封止材に含まれる架橋剤が、押出の最中に分解して、封止材が架橋してしまうために、押出ができなくなってしまう。つまり結局のところ、共押出が採用できず、ドライラミネート工程を内在する押出ラミネートで製造されることになり、生産性の観点から好ましくない。
 よって、本発明の太陽電池用多層シートはポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)の融点を100℃以上130℃未満とすることが好ましい。ポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)の融点を100℃以上130℃未満とすることで、A層は耐熱性があるため、架橋剤を含まなくてもよくなり、封止材を裏面保護シートや裏面保護シートの一部と共押出法により一体化することができ、耐熱性に優れる太陽電池用多層シートを生産性良く製造することができる。
 ここからは、本発明の太陽電池用多層シートの構成について詳細に説明する。
 本発明の太陽電池用多層シートは、以下に説明する、A層、B層、及びC層をこの順に有し、C層を一方の表面に有する太陽電池用多層シートであって、A層は、層の全成分100質量%中に、融点が130℃未満のポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)を50質量%を超え100質量%以下含む層であり、B層は、層の全成分100質量%中に、融点が130℃以上であるポリオレフィン系樹脂(B1)を50質量%を超え100質量%以下含む層であり、C層は、接着性樹脂を含む層である態様とする。
 本発明の太陽電池用多層シートのA層とは、層の全成分100質量%中に、融点が130℃未満のポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)を50質量%を超え100質量%以下含む層である。
 以下、A層中に含まれる融点が130℃未満のポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)を、単にポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)と記すことがあり、同様に、B層中に含まれる融点が130℃以上であるポリオレフィン系樹脂(B1)を、単にポリオレフィン系樹脂(B1)と記すことがある。
 なお本発明においてポリオレフィン系樹脂とは、炭素-炭素二重結合を有する単量体を付加重合して得られる高分子化合物と定義する。そしてポリオレフィン系樹脂としては、例えばポリエチレン系樹脂やポリプロピレン系樹脂を挙げることができる。そして本発明においてポリエチレン系樹脂とは、炭素-炭素二重結合を有する単量体を付加重合して得られる高分子化合物(ポリオレフィン系樹脂)であって、当該単量体としてエチレンを50mol%以上100mol%以下用いて得られる高分子化合物と定義する。さらに本発明においてポリプロピレン系樹脂とは、炭素-炭素二重結合を有する単量体を付加重合して得られる高分子化合物(ポリオレフィン系樹脂)であって、当該単量体としてプロピレンを50mol%以上100mol%以下用いて得られる高分子化合物と定義する。
 A層に好適な融点が130℃未満のポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)としては、ポリエチレン系樹脂、ポリプロピレン系樹脂などを挙げることが出来る。
 ポリエチレン系樹脂としては、高密度ポリエチレン、中密度ポリエチレン、低密度ポリエチレン、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン、超低密度ポリエチレンなどの、エチレンの単独重合体あるいはエチレンとα-オレフィンとの共重合体である。α-オレフィンとしては、例えば、プロピレン、1-ブテン、1-ペンテン、1-ヘキセン、4-メチル-1-ペンテン、1-ヘプテン、1-オクテン等が好ましく挙げられる。
 ポリプロピレン系樹脂としては、例えば、アイソタクチックホモポリプロピレン、シンジオタクチックホモポリプロピレンおよびアタクチックホモポリプロピレンなどのプロピレン単独重合体、エチレン-プロピレンランダム共重合体、エチレン-プロピレンブロック共重合体およびエチレン-プロピレンランダムブロック共重合体などに代表されるα-オレフィン-プロピレン共重合体(ここでいうα-オレフィンとは、エチレン、1-ブテン、1-ペンテン、1-ヘキセン、1-ヘプテン、1-オクテンおよび1-ノネンなどのことをいう。)、そのほかに変性ポリプロピレン樹脂、エチレン、イソプレン、ブタジエンおよびスチレンなどのブロック部をもつプロピレンブロック共重合体などが好ましく挙げられる。
 これらのA層に用いられるポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)は、1種類もしくは2種類以上を混合して使用してもよい。
 A層に含まれる融点が130℃未満のポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)は、ポリエチレン系樹脂であることが好ましく、さらには直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン樹脂であることが好ましい。A層に含まれる融点が130℃未満のポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)として直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン樹脂を用いる場合には、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン樹脂の密度としては910kg/m以上945kg/m以下のものを好ましく用いることが出来る。
 なお、本発明において樹脂の密度は、JIS K7112:1999 プラスチックー非発泡プラスチックの密度および比重の測定方法 に準拠して測定して得られた価を意味し、以下同様である。
 本発明の太陽電池用多層シートのA層の全成分100質量%中に50質量%を超え100質量%以下含まれるポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)は、融点が130℃未満である。このことにより、A層は封止材としての機能を発揮することができ、太陽電池モジュールを作成する際の真空ラミネート工程の際に、A層に含まれる融点が130℃未満のポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)は溶融し、セルおよびセルに配されている電極により作られる凸凹を埋めることができ、セルのクラックが少なく、かつ外観の良い太陽電池モジュールを製造することができる。A層の全成分100質量%中に50質量%を超え100質量%以下含まれるポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)の融点が130℃以上であると、真空ラミネート工程の際に十分に溶融することが出来ず、セルの凸凹が目立つ外観の悪い太陽電池モジュールとなることがあったり、真空ラミネート工程の際にセルにクラックが発生し、太陽電池モジュールの発電性能を低下させてしまうおそれがある。
 また、A層の全成分100質量%中に50質量%を超え100質量%以下含まれるポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)の融点は、50℃以上130℃未満であることが好ましく、特に100℃以上130℃未満であることが好ましい。
 ポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)の融点が、100℃以上130℃未満であることにより、裏面保護シートや裏面保護シートの一部と共押出により一体化することができ、生産性良く製造することができる。
 また、ポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)の融点が、100℃以上130℃未満の太陽電池用多層シートを用いて作成された太陽電池モジュールが屋外などで発電をする際に、日射などにより高温にさらされても、セルの位置がずれることが少なく、外観の保持や回路の短絡による発電性能低下を抑制することができる。
 本発明におけるポリオレフィン系樹脂の融点は、示差走査熱量計(以下DSCという)による吸熱ピーク温度のことであり、具体的な測定方法は後述する。
 本発明の太陽電池用多層シートのA層には、融点が130℃未満のポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)が、層の全成分100質量%中に50質量%を超え100質量%以下含まれている。このことにより、A層は封止材としての機能を発揮することができ、太陽電池モジュールを作成する際の真空ラミネート工程の際に、A層に含まれる融点が130℃未満のポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)は十分に溶融し、セルおよびセルに配されているバスバー電極により作られる凸凹を埋めることができ、外観の良い太陽電池モジュールを製造することができる。
 A層は、層の全成分100質量%中に、融点が130℃未満のポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)を75質量%以上100質量%以下含む層であることがより好ましい。このことにより、太陽電池モジュールを作成する際の真空ラミネート工程の際にA層がより柔軟となるために、真空ラミネート工程の際のセルの破損をより抑制することができる。
 またA層は、接着性樹脂を含むことが好ましい。以下、A層に含まれる接着性樹脂を、接着性樹脂Aという場合がある。A層はセルに近い位置に配されるため、セルとの接着性があると、屋外などでの長期間の発電の際にセルがずれてしまうことが起こりにくく、ずれによる外観不良を防ぐことができることや、ずれにより配線がモジュール内部で短絡し発電量が低下すること防ぐことができるため、A層は接着性樹脂Aを含有することが好ましい。
 接着性樹脂Aとしては、エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体、エチレン-(メタ)アクリル酸脂肪族エステル共重合体、エチレン-グリシジルメタクリレート共重合体、エチレン-グリシジルメタクリレート-(メタ)アクリル酸脂肪族エステル共重合体、及びエチレン-グリシジルメタクリレート-酢酸ビニル共重合体、酸変性樹脂、無水マレイン酸変性樹脂、シラン変性樹脂、テルペン樹脂、エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体けん化物、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルブチラール、アイオノマー樹脂、ウレタン樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、テルペン樹脂、石油樹脂を好ましく挙げることができる。
 接着性樹脂Aは、長期間光にさらされても黄変が起こりにくいという点から、エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体、エチレン-(メタ)アクリル酸脂肪族エステル共重合体、エチレン-グリシジルメタクリレート共重合体、エチレン-グリシジルメタクリレート-(メタ)アクリル酸脂肪族エステル共重合体、及びエチレン-グリシジルメタクリレート-酢酸ビニル共重合体からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1つの樹脂であることがより好ましい。
 なお、ここで列挙した接着性樹脂Aの具体例に該当する樹脂であっても、その樹脂が融点が130℃未満のポリオレフィン系樹脂の場合には、当該樹脂はそれがA層に含まれる限りは、ポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)として扱う。つまり、例えば、エチレン-グリシジルメタクリレート共重合体が、融点が130℃未満であって、ポリオレフィン系樹脂の定義にも該当し、これがA層に含まれる場合は、当該エチレン-グリシジルメタクリレート共重合体はポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)となる。
 接着性樹脂Aは、コストの点からA層の全成分100質量%中に50質量%以下含まれることが好ましく、耐熱性の点から、30質量%以下含まれることがより好ましく、5質量%以下含まれることが更に好ましい。また、接着性を長期に保持するためにも、A層の全成分100質量%中に接着性樹脂Aが0.05質量%以上含まれることが好ましい。
 A層には耐光性を高め、長期間光にさらされても劣化や変色することを防ぐため、紫外線吸収剤、光安定剤、酸化防止剤から選ばれる少なくとも1つ以上の添加剤が含まれることが好ましい。
 A層は、リン原子を有する酸化防止剤を含むことが好ましい。A層にリン原子を有する酸化防止剤が含まれていると、真空ラミネート後に高温高湿環境下に置いても、受光面側封止材の黄変を抑制することができる。なお、A層に適用可能な酸化防止剤は、後述するB層に適用可能な酸化防止剤と同様である。
 また、前記酸化防止剤は、多層シートの製造時に添加しても良いし、A層に含まれる樹脂の製造時に添加しても良い。
 A層には無機粒子が含まれていることが好ましい。モジュールとした際に受光面保護基材、受光面側封止材を透過し、かつ太陽電池セルには直接吸収されなかった光が多層シートに当たり、その光を多層シートの太陽電池セルにより近い部分で反射することにより、発電量を高めることができるので、A層には無機粒子が含まれることが好ましい。A層に好適な無機粒子としては、幅広い波長域の光を反射することができる酸化チタンを挙げることができる。
 A層には架橋剤が含まれていても良いが、実質含まれていないことがより好ましい。実質含まれていないことで、本発明の太陽電池用多層シートを製造する際に、融点が130℃よりも高い樹脂を含むB層と共押出法により製造することができるため、多層シート製膜時の生産性を高めることができる。架橋剤としては、例えば有機過酸化物が挙げられ、半減期10時間の分解温度が70℃以上のものがよく用いられる。なお、ここではA層に架橋剤が実質含まれていない、とはA層の全成分100質量%中に含まれる架橋剤が0.01質量%未満であることとする。
 A層には本発明の効果を阻害しない範囲内で、公知の添加剤として、難燃剤、難燃助剤、可塑剤、滑剤、着色剤、無機フィラーなどを必要に応じて含有しても良い。
 また、A層には前記太陽電池用多層シートの収率を高めるため、後述するB層を構成する成分やC層を構成する成分がリサイクルのため含まれていても良い。
 本発明の太陽電池用多層シートのB層は、層の全成分100質量%中に、融点が130℃以上であるポリオレフィン系樹脂(B1)を50質量%を超え100質量%以下含む。
 B層に好適な融点が130℃以上のポリオレフィン系樹脂(B1)としては、ポリエチレン系樹脂、ポリプロピレン系樹脂などを挙げることが出来る。
 ポリエチレン系樹脂としては、高密度ポリエチレン、中密度ポリエチレン、低密度ポリエチレン、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン、超低密度ポリエチレンなど、のエチレンの単独重合体あるいはエチレンとα-オレフィンとの共重合体である。α-オレフィンとしては、例えば、プロピレン、1-ブテン、1-ペンテン、1-ヘキセン、4-メチル-1-ペンテン、1-ヘプテン、1-オクテン等が挙げられる。
 ポリプロピレン系樹脂としては、例えば、アイソタクチックホモポリプロピレン、シンジオタクチックホモポリプロピレンおよびアタクチックホモポリプロピレンなどのプロピレン単独重合体、エチレン-プロピレンランダム共重合体、エチレン-プロピレンブロック共重合体およびエチレン-プロピレンランダムブロック共重合体などに代表されるα-オレフィン-プロピレン共重合体(ここでいうα-オレフィンとは、エチレン、1-ブテン、1-ペンテン、1-ヘキセン、1-ヘプテン、1-オクテンおよび1-ノネンなどのことを言う。)、その他に変性ポリプロピレン樹脂、およびエチレン、イソプレン、ブタジエンおよびスチレンなどのブロック部をもつプロピレンブロック共重合体などが挙げられる。
 これらB層に好適なポリオレフィン系樹脂(B1)は、1種類もしくは2種類以上を混合して使用してもよく、その例として、ブロックポリプロピレンと呼ばれる、反応槽にて重合により作られるプロピレンのホモポリマーと、続いて後続の反応槽にて共重合により作られるエチレン-プロピレン共重合体と、を含有する混合物等、を上げることができる。
 B層の全成分100質量%中に50質量%を超え100質量%以下含まれるポリオレフィン系樹脂(B1)は、融点が130℃以上である。また、B層中の融点が130℃以上であるポリオレフィン系樹脂(B1)は、融点が140℃以上であることがより好ましい。
 ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B1)の融点が130℃以上であることにより、太陽電池モジュールを作成する真空ラミネート工程の際に、B層に含まれる融点が130℃以上のポリオレフィン系樹脂は溶融しにくく、その厚みを保つことができるため、セルに配される配線を目立ちにくくすることができることや、水蒸気バリア性や絶縁性を確保することができ、バックシートの機能の一部を担うことができる。
 公知の多層の封止材は、真空ラミネート工程の際に、すべての層が溶融してしまうため、セルに配される配線によりすべての層に厚みの変化が起きてしまう。そのため、真空ラミネート工程の後に必要な各層の厚みを確保するためには、多層シートの時点での厚みを、真空ラミネート工程の後に必要な各層の厚みより厚くする必要がある。その場合、モジュール1枚あたりの質量の増加が大きくなることが懸念される。一方本発明の太陽電池用多層シートは、ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B1)の融点が高いため、真空ラミネート工程の際にB層が溶融しにくいため、多層シートの時点での厚みは、真空ラミネート工程の後に必要な各層の厚みとほぼ同じ厚みにすることができるため、モジュール1枚あたりの質量の増加を小さくすることができる。
 B層の全成分100質量%中に50質量%を超え100質量%以下含まれるポリオレフィン系樹脂の融点が130℃未満であると、真空ラミネート工程の際に溶融してしまい、厚みが薄くなってしまうことで、水蒸気バリア性が低下することや、電気絶縁性が低くなってしまうおそれがある。
 B層の全成分100質量%中に50質量%を超え100質量%以下含まれるポリオレフィン系樹脂(B1)の融点は170℃以下であることが好ましく、165℃以下であることがより好ましい。B層の全成分100質量%中に50質量%を超え100質量%以下含まれるポリオレフィン系樹脂(B1)の融点が170℃を超えると、多層シートの製造の際の押出温度を低く抑えることが難しくなり、多層シートの製造の際に用いる樹脂の熱劣化が起こってしまうことがある。
 B層に含まれる融点が130℃以上のポリオレフィン系樹脂(B1)は、融点が130℃以上のポリプロピレン系樹脂が好ましく、その中でも融点が130℃以上のプロピレン単独重合体及び/又は融点が130℃以上のα-オレフィン-プロピレン共重合体、及び/又はブロックポリプロピレンであることが特に好ましい。なかでもブロックポリプロピレンは、ポリエチレン系樹脂や接着性樹脂Cとの接着性が優れるため、ポリプロピレン系樹脂(B1)としてブロックポリプロピレンを用いることにより、A層とB層の界面の接着強度及びB層とC層の界面の接着強度をより向上することができるためより好ましい。
 B層には耐光性を高め、長期間光にさらされても劣化や変色することを防ぐため、紫外線吸収剤、光安定剤、酸化防止剤から選ばれる少なくとも1つ以上の添加剤が含まれることが好ましい。
 B層は、リン原子を有する酸化防止剤を含むことが好ましい。B層にリン原子を有する酸化防止剤が含まれていると、真空ラミネート後に高温高湿環境下に置いても、受光面側封止材の黄変を抑制することができる。
 前記リン原子を有する酸化防止剤は、特に限定されないが、亜リン酸エステル(P(OR))構造を有する化合物又はリン酸エステル構造を有する化合物であることが好ましい。
 リン原子を有する酸化防止剤として好適な、亜リン酸エステル構造を有する化合物としては、例えば、6-tert-ブチル-4-[3-[(2,4,8,10-テトラ-tert-ブチルジベンゾ[d,f][1,3,2]ジオキサホスフェピン-6-イル)オキシ]プロピル]-2-メチルフェノール、亜リン酸トリス(2,4-ジ-tert-ブチルフェニル)、6,6’,6’’-[ニトリロトリス(エチレンオキシ)]トリス(2,4,8,10-テトラ-tert-ブチルジベンゾ[d,f][1,3,2]ジオキサホスフェピン)等が挙げられる。市販品としては、スミライザー(登録商標)GP(住友化学株式会社製)、Irgafos(登録商標) 168、Irgafos 12(いずれもBASF社製)等が挙げられる。
 リン原子を有する酸化防止剤として好適な、リン酸エステル構造を有する化合物としては、ビス(2,4-ジ-tert-ブチル-6-メチルフェニル)エチルホスフィット、トリエチルフォスファイト、トリデシルフォスファイト等が挙げられる。市販品としては、TEPO(登録商標)(多摩化学工業株式会社製)、アデカスタブ(登録商標)260(株式会社ADEKA製)等が挙げられる。
 なお、上記リン原子を有する酸化防止剤は、単独で使用しても、2種以上組み合わせて用いてもよい。 
 また、前記酸化防止剤は、多層シートの製造時に添加しても良いし、B層に含まれる樹脂の製造時に添加しても良い。
 B層には無機粒子が含まれていることが好ましい。モジュールとした際に受光面保護基材、受光面側封止材、A層を透過した光をB層で反射することにより、発電量を高めることができる。B層に好適な無機粒子としては、幅広い波長域の光を反射することができる酸化チタンを挙げることができる。
 B層には架橋剤が含まれていても良いが、実質含まれていないことがより好ましい。架橋剤が実質含まれていないことで、多層シートの製膜時の押出温度を上げることができ、生産性を高めることができる。
 B層には本発明の効果を阻害しない範囲内で、公知の添加剤として、難燃剤、難燃助剤、可塑剤、滑剤、着色剤、無機フィラーなどを必要に応じて含有しても良い。
 また、B層には前記多層シートの収率を高めるため、前記A層を構成する成分やC層を構成する成分がリサイクルのため含まれていても良い。
 本発明の太陽電池用多層シートのC層は接着性樹脂を含む層である。以下、C層に含まれる接着性樹脂を、接着性樹脂Cという場合がある。C層は後述する基材との接着性を持つことで、真空ラミネート工程後の、C層と基材との剥離を長期にわたり防止することができる。
 接着性樹脂Cは、エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体、エチレン-(メタ)アクリル酸脂肪族エステル共重合体、エチレン-グリシジルメタクリレート共重合体、エチレン-グリシジルメタクリレート-(メタ)アクリル酸脂肪族エステル共重合体、及びエチレン-グリシジルメタクリレート-酢酸ビニル共重合体、酸変性樹脂、無水マレイン酸変性樹脂、シラン変性樹脂、テルペン樹脂、エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体けん化物、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルブチラール、アイオノマー樹脂、ウレタン樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、テルペン樹脂、石油樹脂が好ましく、基材との接着強度が強い、エチレン-グリシジルメタクリレート共重合体、エチレン-グリシジルメタクリレート-(メタ)アクリル酸脂肪族エステル共重合体、及びエチレン-グリシジルメタクリレート-酢酸ビニル共重合体、無水マレイン酸変性樹脂、エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体けん化物、及びポリビニルアルコールからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1つの樹脂であることがより好ましく、なかでも無水マレイン酸変性樹脂がさらに好ましい。
 接着性樹脂Cは耐熱性や接着性の点から、JIS K7210(1999)に準拠し190℃2.16kgの荷重で測定したメルトフローレートが1g/10分以上7g/10分以下であることが好ましく、耐熱性や接着性の点から融点が85℃以上120℃以下であることが好ましく、接着性の点から酸価が1.5mgKOH/g以上6mgKOH/g以下であることが好ましい。酸価は多層シートから接着性樹脂Cのみを剥離または削りとった後、JIS K2501(2003)に準拠し、電位差滴定法により測定する。
 接着性樹脂Cは、基材との十分な接着性を得るために、C層の全成分100質量%中に30質量%以上100質量%以下含まれることが好ましく、50質量%以上100質量%以下含まれることがより好ましく、80質量%以上100質量%以下含まれることがさらに好ましい。
 C層も、前述のA層やB層と同様の理由で、リン原子を有する酸化防止剤を含むことが好ましい。そして適用可能なリン原子を有する酸化防止剤は、A層やB層と同様である。
 またC層には、本発明の効果を阻害しない範囲内で、接着性樹脂C以外の樹脂や、紫外線吸収剤、光安定剤、難燃剤、難燃助剤、可塑剤、滑剤、着色剤、無機フィラーなどの添加剤などを必要に応じて含有しても良い。
 本発明の太陽電池用多層シートは、A層、B層、及びC層をこの順に有し、C層を一方の表面に有している。つまり本発明の太陽電池用多層シートは、A層、B層、及びC層をこの順に有し、C層を一方の表面に有しさえすれば、層数が3層を超えても良いし、別の層、すなわちA層、B層、C層のいずれにも該当しない層、を有していても良い。以下、A層、B層、C層のいずれにも該当しない層を、別の層という場合がある。すなわち、A層、B層、C層の3層のみがこの順に積層された3層シートであっても良いし、A層、B層、及びC層をこの順に有しさらにA層とB層の間やB層とC層との間に別の層があっても良いし、別の層、A層、B層、及びC層の4層がこの順に積層された構成であっても良い。但し、本発明においてA層は、封止材としての機能を発揮することが好ましいので、A層は一方の表面に位置することが好ましい。また層の数が多くなると、生産の際に押出機の数を増やすことや口金の過度の大型化が必要となるおそれがあるため、本発明の太陽電池用多層シートは、A層、B層、及びC層の3層をこの順に有している3層構成のシートであることが好ましい。
 ここで、表面に位置する層が、いずれもC層の定義(接着性樹脂Cを含む層)を満たす場合について下記する。
 (1)そのような表面に位置する層の一方が、A層の定義(層の全成分100質量%中に、融点が130℃未満のポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)を50質量%を超え100質量%以下含む層)をも満たす場合には、その層はA層として、他方の層をC層とする。
 (2)表面に位置する層がいずれもA層の定義を満たす場合は、厚みの厚い層をA層として、厚みの薄い層をC層とする。また厚みが同じ場合には、いずれか一方をC層とする。
 (3)表面に位置する層がいずれもA層の定義を満たさない場合は、(2)と同様に、厚みの厚い層を別の層として、厚みの薄い層をC層とする。また厚みが同じ場合には、いずれか一方をC層とする。
 例えば、融点130℃未満のエチレン-グリシジルメタクリレート共重合体100質量%からなる層(厚み300μm)、融点130℃以上のポリプロピレン系樹脂からなる層(厚み200μm)、及び融点130℃未満のエチレン-グリシジルメタクリレート共重合体100質量%からなる層(厚み20μm)をこの順に有する3層構成のシートについて考えてみる。融点130℃未満のエチレン-グリシジルメタクリレート共重合体は、接着性樹脂Aにも該当しえて、接着性樹脂Cにも該当しえて、ポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)にも該当しえるため、表面に位置する2層はいずれもC層の定義を満たし、かつA層の定義も満たす。この場合、表面に位置する層が、いずれもC層の定義(接着性樹脂Cを含む層)を満たすため、上記(2)に従い、厚み300μmの層をA層とし、厚み20μmの層をC層と分類することができる。なおこの場合、A層中の融点130℃未満のエチレン-グリシジルメタクリレート共重合体は、接着性樹脂Aにも該当しえ、ポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)にも該当しえるが、前述の通りポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)と接着性樹脂Aの両方に該当する樹脂はポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)として扱うので、この場合のA層中のエチレン-グリシジルメタクリレート共重合体はポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)として分類する。
 A層の厚みは、50μm以上であることが好ましく、150μm以上であることがより好ましい。そして200μm以上であることがさらに好ましく、210μm以上であることがよりさらに好ましく、230μm以上であることが特に好ましい。また、A層の厚みは500μm以下であることが好ましく、350μm以下がより好ましい。そして320μm以下であることがさらに好ましく、300μm以下であることよりさらに好ましく、290μm以下が特に好ましい。
 A層の厚みを50μm以上とすることにより、真空ラミネート工程の際にセルおよびセルに配されているバスバー電極により作られる凸凹に封止材が追従することができ、セル割れが少なく耐久性の高い太陽電池モジュールとすることができる。また210μm以上であることにより、前記凸凹を埋めることができ、外観がより良く、耐久性の高い太陽電池モジュールを製造することができる。
 A層の厚みが50μm未満であると、真空ラミネート工程の際にセルにクラックが生じることがある。またA層の厚みが500μmを超えると、コストを上昇させてしまうことやモジュール1枚あたりの質量が増えてしまうことがある。
 また、公知のエチレンー酢酸ビニル共重合体を含む単層構造の封止材は厚みが350μm未満では腰がなくハンドリング性が悪くなってしまうことがあるため350μm以上が好ましいが、本発明は多層シートであるためA層の厚みが350μm以下であっても十分なハンドリング性を維持することができ、かつモジュール1枚あたりの質量の増加を小さくすることができる。
 B層の厚みは50μm以上であることが好ましく、80μm以上であることがより好ましい。またB層の厚みは500μm以下であることが好ましく、250μm以下であることがより好ましい。このことにより、十分な水蒸気バリア性を持つことが出来、また、十分な電気絶縁性を持つことが出来る。B層が50μm未満であると、水蒸気バリア性や電気絶縁性が不十分となってしまうおそれがある。500μmを超えると、コストを上昇させてしまうことやモジュール1枚あたりの重量が増えてしまうことがある。
 C層の厚みは100μm以下であることが好ましい。100μmを超えると、コストを上昇させてしまうことがある。
 本発明の太陽電池用多層シートは、A層及びB層を、層間に他の層を介在することなく有し、A層とB層の界面の接着強度を10N/cm以上とすることが好ましい。このことにより、多層シートのハンドリング時の剥離を抑えることができる。また、A層とB層の界面の接着強度は200N/cm以下であることがより好ましい。なお、A層及びB層を、層間に他の層を介在することなく有しとは、A層とB層とが直接積層されていることを意味する。
 また、本発明の太陽電池用多層シートは、B層及びC層を、層間に他の層を介在することなく有し、B層とC層の界面の接着強度が10N/cm以上であることが好ましい。このことにより、多層シートのハンドリング時の剥離を抑えることができる。また、B層とC層の界面の接着強度は200N/cm以下であることが好ましい。なお、A層及びB層を、層間に他の層を介在することなく有しとは、A層とB層とが直接積層されていることを意味する。
 本発明の太陽電池用多層シートは、B層が、融点が130℃未満のポリオレフィン系樹脂(B2)を含むことが好ましい。以下、B層中に含まれる融点が130℃未満であるポリオレフィン系樹脂(B2)を、単にポリオレフィン系樹脂(B2)と記すことがある。
 B層に含まれる融点が130℃未満のポリオレフィン系樹脂(B2)は特に限定されないが、水素添加ブロック共重合体、密度が850kg/m以上900kg/m以下のポリプロピレン系樹脂、密度が860kg/m以上910kg/m以下のポリエチレン系樹脂、及び密度が910kg/mを超え945kg/m以下のポリエチレン系樹脂からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種の樹脂が好ましい。
 ポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)と、ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B1)や接着性樹脂Cとは、密度や結晶性が大きく異なったり、分子構造が異なったりすることが多いため、ポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)と、ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B1)や接着性樹脂Cとを用いて多層シートを作成した場合、層間の接着強度が弱くなることがある。
 しかし、水素添加ブロック共重合体、密度が850kg/m以上900kg/m以下のポリプロピレン系樹脂、密度が860kg/m以上910kg/m以下のポリエチレン系樹脂、及び密度が910kg/mを超え945kg/m以下のポリエチレン系樹脂からなる群より選ばれるポリオレフィン系樹脂(B2)は、ポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)や接着性樹脂Cと分子構造が近い部分を有しているため、B層が前記樹脂(B2)を含むことにより、A層とB層の界面の接着強度やB層とC層の界面の接着強度を向上することができる。つまり、B層が特定のポリオレフィン系樹脂(B2)を含むことにより、A層とB層の界面の接着強度を10N/cm以上として、さらに、B層とC層の界面の接着強度も10N/cm以上とすることができる。
 ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B2)は、ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B2)の合計量がB層の全成分100質量%中に5質量%以上含まれることが好ましく、8質量%以上含まれることがより好ましい。このことにより、接着強度をより向上することができる。ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B2)は、ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B2)の合計量がB層の全成分100質量%中に40質量%以下含まれることが好ましい。このことにより、B層の耐熱性を長期にわたり保持することができる。
 ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B2)として用いられる水素添加ブロック共重合体としては、例えば、アルケニル芳香族化合物及び共役ジエン化合物のブロック共重合体の水素添加物や、アルケニル芳香族化合物-オレフィン結晶ブロック共重合体の水素添加物や、オレフィン結晶ブロック共重合体の水素添加物などが挙げられる。
 ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B2)として用いられる水素添加ブロック共重合体の一つである、アルケニル芳香族化合物及び共役ジエン化合物のブロック共重合体の水素添加物としては、例えば、スチレン-エチレン/ブチレン-スチレンブロック共重合体(SEBS)、スチレン-エチレン/プロピレン-スチレンブロック共重合体(SEPS)、スチレン-エチレン/ブチレンブロック共重合体(SEB)、スチレン-エチレン/プロピレンブロック共重合体(SEP)等が挙げられる。ここでスチレン-エチレン/ブチレン-スチレンブロック共重合体(SEBS)とは、スチレンが重合した部分と、エチレンとブチレンが共重合した部分と、スチレンが重合した部分とを持つ、三元ブロック共重合体を示し、その他の同様の表記の樹脂もこれと同様である。
 ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B2)として用いられる水素添加ブロック共重合体の一つである、アルケニル芳香族化合物-オレフィン結晶ブロック共重合体の水素添加物としては、例えば、スチレン-エチレン/ブチレン-オレフィン結晶ブロック共重合体の水素添加物(SEBC)等が挙げられる。なお、ここでオレフィン結晶とは、エチレンが直鎖状に重合した部分のことを示し、以下同様である。
 ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B2)として用いられる水素添加ブロック共重合体の一つである、オレフィン結晶ブロック共重合体の水素添加物としては、例えば、オレフィン結晶-エチレン/ブチレン-オレフィン結晶ブロック共重合体(CEBC)等が挙げられる。
 ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B2)として用いられる水素添加ブロック共重合体のなかでも、オレフィン結晶-エチレン/ブチレン-オレフィン結晶ブロック共重合体をより好ましく用いることができる。
 ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B2)として用いられる密度が850kg/m以上900kg/m以下のポリプロピレン系樹脂としては、例えば、プロピレン、並びに、エチレンおよび/または炭素数4以上のα-オレフィンの共重合体のうち、エチレンおよび/または炭素数4以上のα-オレフィンの含有量が、あわせて1質量%以上50質量%未満のものが好ましく挙げられる。炭素数4以上のα-オレフィンとしては、1-ブテン、1-ペンテン、1-ヘキセン、4-メチル-1-ペンテン、1-ヘプテン、1-オクテンなどが挙げられる。密度が850kg/m以上900kg/m以下のポリプロピレン系樹脂としては、結晶性のものでも、非晶性のものでも、結晶性のものと非晶性のものが混合しているものでもよい。
 ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B2)として用いられる密度が860kg/m以上910kg/m以下のポリエチレン系樹脂としては、(1)エチレンと炭素数4以上のα-オレフィンとの共重合体のうち、炭素数4以上のα-オレフィンの含有量が、1質量%以上40質量%以下のものや、(2)エチレン、並びに、プロピレンおよび/または炭素数4以上のα-オレフィンの共重合体のうち、プロピレンの含有量が、15質量%以上50質量%未満のものなどが好ましく挙げられる。炭素数4以上のα-オレフィンとしては、1-ブテン、1-ペンテン、1-ヘキセン、4-メチル-1-ペンテン、1-ヘプテン、1-オクテンなどが挙げられる。
 ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B2)として用いられる密度が910kg/mを超え945kg/m以下のポリエチレン系樹脂としては、エチレンと炭素数4以上のα-オレフィンとの共重合体のうち、炭素数4以上のα-オレフィンの含有量が、1質量%以上40質量%以下のものが好ましく挙げられる。炭素数4以上のα-オレフィンとしては、1-ブテン、1-ペンテン、1-ヘキセン、4-メチル-1-ペンテン、1-ヘプテン、1-オクテンなどが挙げられる。
 B層が、ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B2)として水素添加ブロック共重合体、密度が850kg/m以上900kg/m以下のポリプロピレン系樹脂、及び密度が860kg/m以上910kg/m以下のポリエチレン系樹脂からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種を含む場合には、B層の全成分100質量%中にこれらのポリオレフィン系樹脂(B2)を8質量%以上含むことがより好ましく、また、20質量%以下含むことがより好ましい。
 B層が、ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B2)として910kg/mを超え945kg/m以下のポリエチレン系樹脂を含む場合には、B層の全成分100質量%中にこのポリオレフィン系樹脂(B2)を20質量%以上含むことがより好ましく、25質量%以上含むことがさらに好ましく、また、35質量%以下含むことがより好ましい。
 本発明の太陽電池モジュールは、光線反射率が45%以上70%以下であることが好ましい。また47%以上であることがより好ましく、50%以上であることがさらに好ましい。光線反射率が45%以上であると、受光面から受けた光を効率よく反射し、発電量をより向上することができる。
 A層は、層の全成分100質量%中に、無機粒子を2質量%以上含むことが好ましく、3質量%以上含むことがより好ましい。このことにより、前記光線反射率を高めることができる。また、A層は、層の全成分100質量%中に、無機粒子を20質量%以下含むことが好ましく、10質量%以下含むことがより好ましい。このことによりモジュール1枚あたりの質量の増加を小さくすることができる。
 B層は、層の全成分100質量%中に、無機粒子を0.5質量%以上含むことが好ましく、1質量%以上含むことがより好ましい。このことにより、B層を用いて光線の反射をすることができるため、前記光線反射率を高めることができたり、バスバー電極が基材側に透けてしまい外観が悪化することを抑えることができる。また、B層は、層の全成分100質量%中に無機粒子を20質量%以下含むことが好ましく、17質量%以下含むことがより好ましい。このことによりモジュール1枚あたりの質量の増加を小さくすることができる。
 なかでもA層が、層の全成分100質量%中に無機粒子を3質量%以上10質量%以下含み、かつB層が、層の全成分100質量%中に無機粒子を1質量%以上5質量%以下含むことが好ましい。A層とB層の両方に無機粒子が含まれることにより、反射率を向上でき、バスバー電極が基材側に透けてしまい外観が悪化することを抑えることができ、モジュール1枚あたりの質量の増加を小さくすることができる。
 本発明の太陽電池用多層シートは、公知の多層シートの製造方法により製造することができる。A層をB層やC層とともに一体化する共押出法やB層やC層を共押出法などにより製膜したシートにA層をさらに積層して一体化する押出ラミネート法があげられる。押出ラミネートにより一体化させる工程は共押出法により一体化させる工程よりも製膜回数が多くなってしまうため生産性が低く、共押出法が好ましい。例えば、各層に用いる原料を予め2軸押出機によりコンパウンドをおこなったのち、単軸押出機を用いて溶融させ、多層Tダイにより押し出し、その後冷却ロールにキャストし、スリットや欠点検査をした後巻き取ることで製造することができる。あるいは、各層の樹脂をそれぞれ2軸押出機で溶融混練させ、多層Tダイにより押し出しても良い。また、Tダイ法ではなく、インフレーション法による成形を行っても良い。
 また、必要に応じて、多層シートの熱収縮を除去するためにアニール工程を行っても良い。
 また、必要に応じて、多層シートのブロッキングを防ぐことや、真空ラミネート工程の際のガス抜け性を向上させることや、真空ラミネート工程の際のセルのクラックを抑制するために、多層シートに凸凹のついたロールを押し付けることによりエンボス加工を行っても良い。
 本発明の太陽電池用封止材一体型裏面保護シートは、本発明の太陽電池用多層シートのC層側に、基材を有することを特徴とする。つまり、本発明の太陽電池用多層シートのC層側に、後述する基材を貼り合わせることで、封止材一体型裏面保護シートを製造することができる。太陽電池用多層シートのC層側に基材を貼り合わせる際には、真空ラミネート工程と同じ装置を用いても良いし、加熱したロールにより圧着してもよいし、その他公知のシートの貼り合わせ方法を用いても良い。
 本発明の太陽電池用多層シートを用いて、太陽電池モジュールを製造することができる。つまり本発明の太陽電池モジュールの一態様は、本発明の太陽電池用多層シートのA層側がセル側に、C層側が基材側に向くように、受光面保護基材、受光面側封止材、セル、太陽電池用多層シート、及び基材を、この順に配置して、真空ラミネートすることで得られる太陽電池モジュールである。
 真空ラミネートの方法としては、例えば、公知の真空加熱ラミネーターを挙げることができ、これにより真空ラミネートして一体化することで、太陽電池モジュールを製造することができる。太陽電池モジュールを製造するために、受光面保護基材、受光面側封止材、セル、太陽電池用多層シート、及び基材を、この順に配置する際は、本発明の太陽電池用多層シートのA層側がセルに向くように、またC層側が基材に向くように配置すると、それぞれの接着性が良い太陽電池モジュールを得ることができる。
 本発明の太陽電池モジュールの別の一態様は、受光面保護基材、受光面側封止材、セル、A層、B層、C層、及び基材をこの順に有し、太陽電池モジュールにおけるA層の厚さ(μm)をTAとして、TAが50μm以上500μm以下であることを特徴とする太陽電池モジュールである。
 A層は、層の全成分100質量%中に、融点が100℃以上130℃未満のポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)を50質量%を超え100質量%以下含む層。
 B層は、層の全成分100質量%中に、融点が130℃以上であるポリオレフィン系樹脂(B1)を50質量%を超え100質量%以下含む層。
 C層は、接着性樹脂を含む層。
 本発明の太陽電池用多層シートのポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)の融点は100℃以上130℃未満であることにより耐熱性があるため、架橋剤を含まなくともよくなり、裏面保護シートや裏面保護シートの一部と共押出により一体化することができ、太陽電池用多層シートを生産性良く製造することができる。
 生産性よく製造された部材を用いて太陽電池モジュールを製造すると、太陽電池モジュールを製造するまでに必要な総合的な二酸化炭素消費量を抑えることができるので、環境負荷のより低い太陽電池モジュールとすることができる。
 また、耐熱性があるため、太陽電池モジュールが屋外などで発電をする際に日射などにより高温にさらされても、セルの位置がずれることが少なく、外観の保持や回路の短絡による発電性能低下を抑制することができる。
 本発明の太陽電池モジュールは、太陽電池モジュールにおけるA層の厚さ(μm)をTAとすると、TAが500μm以下であることが好ましく、350μm以下であることがより好ましく、290μm以下であることが特に好ましい。TAが500μm以下であることにより、太陽電池モジュール全体の重量を減らすことができ、太陽電池モジュールの運搬をより容易にすることができる。
 また、TAは50μm以上であることが好ましく、150μm以上であることがより好ましく、210μm以上であることがさらに好ましい。TAが50μm以上であることにより、太陽電池モジュールの配線などによりできる凸凹に封止材が追従することができ、セル割れが少なく耐久性の高い太陽電池モジュールとすることができる。また210μm以上であることにより、前記凸凹を包埋することができ、外観がより良く、耐久性の高い太陽電池モジュールとすることができる。
 本発明の太陽電池モジュールは、A層及びB層を、層間に他の層を介在することなく有し、A層とB層の界面の接着強度を10N/cm以上とすることが好ましい。このことにより、太陽電池モジュールが屋外などで発電をする際に日射などにより高温にさらされても、層間がはがれ難く、絶縁性の低下などを抑制することができる。また、A層とB層の界面の接着強度が200N/cm以下であることが好ましい。
 本発明の太陽電池モジュールは、B層及びC層を、層間に他の層を介在することなく有し、B層とC層の界面の接着強度が10N/cm以上であることが好ましい。このことにより、太陽電池モジュールが屋外などで発電をする際に日射などにより高温にさらされても、層間がはがれ難く、絶縁性の低下などを抑制することができる。また、B層とC層の界面の接着強度が200N/cm以下であることが好ましい。
 本発明の太陽電池モジュールは、太陽電池モジュールにおける受光面側封止材の厚さ(μm)をTとして、太陽電池用多層シートのA層の厚さ(μm)をTAとすると、以下の関係式を満たすことが好ましい。
 170≦T-TA≦600
 本発明の太陽電池モジュールに用いる受光面側封止材として、公知の太陽電池封止材を用いることができるが、に公知のEVA系封止材を用いることが好ましく、特に、酢酸ビニル率が25%以上33%以下、JIS K7210:1999に準拠し190℃、2.16kgの荷重で測定したメルトフローレートが10g/10分以上30g/10分以下のエチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体を使用したEVA系封止材を用いることが、耐熱性や耐衝撃性、発電効率を長期に維持できる点で好ましい。受光面側封止材は真空ラミネート工程の際に早い段階で溶融し、かつ比較的流動性が高いため、裏面側の封止材に公知のポリエチレン系樹脂からなる封止材シートを用いると、真空ラミネート工程の際に、裏面側の封止材が受光面側封止材を押してしまうことで、セル上に裏面側の封止材が回り込んでしまい、外観が不良となることがある。しかしながら、本発明では詳細な検討により受光面側封止材よりも裏面側の封止材が薄いと、裏面側の封止材の回り込みが小さくなることを見出した。
 つまりA層に融点が130℃未満のポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)を用いた本発明の太陽電池モジュールの場合には、170≦T-TAであることがより回り込みを小さくするために好ましい。また、融点が130℃未満のポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)のJIS K7210:1999に準拠し190℃、2.16kgの荷重で測定したメルトフローレートは、2g/10分以上25g/10分以下であることが、回り込みを小さくするために好ましく、2g/10分以上10g/10分以下がより好ましい。
 受光面側封止材や裏面側の封止材の厚みによっては、真空ラミネート工程の際にセルが破損し、外観が不良となることや、発電量が減少してしまうことがある。そのためT-TA≦600であることが、真空ラミネート工程の際のセルの破損を抑制するために好ましく、T-TA≦400がより好ましく、T-TA≦350がさらに好ましい。
 本発明の太陽電池モジュールに用いるセルは、公知の太陽電池セルを用いることができるが、結晶シリコンセルを好適に用いることができる。結晶シリコンセルは単結晶シリコンを用いたものでも、多結晶シリコンを用いたものであってもよい。
 本発明の太陽電池用封止材一体型裏面保護シートや太陽電池モジュールにおいて用いる基材は種々の樹脂フィルムを使用することができる。具体的には、環状ポリオレフィン系樹脂フィルム、ポリスチレン系樹脂フィルム、アクリロニトリル-スチレン共重合樹脂フィルム、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエン-スチレン共重合樹脂フィルム、ポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂フィルム、フッ素系樹脂フィルム、アクリル系樹脂フィルム、ポリカーボネート系樹脂フィルム、ナイロン等のポリアミド系樹脂フィルムなどの樹脂フィルムを使用することが好ましい。本発明の太陽電池用封止材一体型裏面保護シートや太陽電池モジュールにおいて用いる基材は、経済面を兼ね備えたポリエステルフィルムがより好ましく、ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂を用いたポリエステルフィルムがさらに好ましい。
 前記基材の前記多層シートのC層と接する側とは反対側の面には、光安定剤や紫外線吸収剤などを含むコーティングを別途施すことで、紫外線による耐久性などを好適に向上させることができる。
 また、前記基材の前記多層シートのC層と接する側の面には、前記多層シートのC層との密着性をあげるべく、コロナ処理やプラズマ処理、火炎処理などの各種表面処理を施したり、易接着コーティングを別途施したりすることができる。
 さらに前記基材自身に酸化チタンや硫酸バリウム等の白色顔料を適宜含有させたり、耐光性をはじめとする耐久性を向上させるべく、酸化防止剤、光安定剤などの添加剤も適宜含有させたりすることができる。
 前記基材の厚みは、絶縁性の点から30μm以上が好ましく、50μm以上がより好ましく、ハンドリング性(取り扱い性)を考慮すると、75μm以上125μm以下の厚みが特に好ましい。また、経済性から300μm以下が好ましい。
 以下、本発明を実施例にて具体的に説明するが、本発明は、以下の実施例に限定されるものではない。
 [特性の評価方法]
 (1)多層シートの各層の厚み:
以下に示す方法で作成した多層シートから、幅方向5点を均等に選び各点において、フェザー安全剃刃(株)製カミソリ刃FAS-10により切断し、その断面を(株)キーエンス製レーザーマイクロスコープVKX-100を用いて観察し、層の厚みを直接読み取り、5点の平均を各層の厚みとした。
 (2)基材との接着性:
以下に示す方法で作成した、基材接着性評価サンプルを、離型フィルム1を入れた部分が剥がししろとなるように、基材側からカッターナイフにて切れ込みを入れ、多層シートの流れ方向に長さ190mm、幅10mmの短冊を作成し、エー・アンド・デイ(株)製テンシロン(登録商標)万能試験機を用い、180°剥離、剥離速度200mm/分の条件で剥離し、剥離強度を評価した。
 (3)基材面側の外観:
以下に示す方法で作成した太陽電池モジュールを基材側から目視で確認し、バスバー電極による凸凹が顕著なものをC、凸凹が多少目立つものをB、凹凸が目視で確認できない程度のものをAとして評価した。
 (4)受光面側の外観(回り込み):
以下に示す方法で作成した太陽電池モジュールを受光面側から目視で確認し、A層樹脂の回りこみが顕著なものをC、バスバー電極付近にのみ若干の回りこみが確認できる程度のものをA、回り込みが特に確認できないものをSとして評価した。
 (5)受光面側の外観(セルの破損)
以下に示す方法で作成した太陽電池モジュールを受光面側から目視で確認し、セルの破損が顕著なものをC、セルの破損が若干確認できるものをA、セルの破損が特に確認できないものをSとして評価した。
 (6)セルとの接着性:
以下に示す方法で作成した、セル接着性評価サンプルを、離型フィルム1を入れた部分が剥がししろとなるように、かつ、短冊がセルの上にかかるように、基材側からカッターナイフにて切れ込みを入れ、多層シートの流れ方向に長さ190mm、幅10mmの短冊を作成し、エー・アンド・デイ(株)製テンシロン万能試験機を用い、180°剥離、剥離速度200mm/分の条件で剥離し、剥離によりセルが材料破壊する場合をA、材料破壊しない場合をBとして評価した。
 (7)ポリオレフィン系樹脂の融点:
ポリオレフィン系樹脂の融点は、示差走査熱量計(以下DSCという)による吸熱ピーク温度のことであり、具体的には以下の方法で測定した値である。
 ポリオレフィン系樹脂そのものを測定する場合は、測定に適した3~8mg程度に削ってから測定する。多層化したシートから測定する場合は、光学顕微鏡等で観察しながら測定に用いる層を部分的に3~8mg分切削し、必要に応じて切削したものを溶媒等に溶解させて分離した後、それぞれの樹脂を核磁気共鳴分光法や赤外分光法などにより同定した後にDSC測定を行う。
 測定条件としては、示差走査熱量計(株式会社島津製作所製DSC-60など)を用い、窒素ガス流入量50mL/分の条件下でサンプルを20℃/分の速度で、30℃から200℃まで一度昇温させた後、200℃にて10分間保持し、20℃/分の速度で-50℃の温度まで冷却させた後、-50℃にて10分間保持し、再度20℃/分の速度で200℃まで昇温したときの、吸熱ピークのうち、吸熱ピーク高さが最大の吸熱ピークの温度を融点と定義する。なお、吸熱ピーク高さは、0℃~10℃付近のベースラインと185℃~195℃付近のベースラインを結ぶことにより得られるベースラインからの高さで求めた。
 (8)多層シートのA層とB層の界面の接着性: 
以下に示す方法で作成した多層シートの流れ方向に長さ100mm、幅10mmの短冊を作成し、A層とB層の界面にカッターナイフで剥離のきっかけとして切り込みを入れ、A層を含む部分と、B層を含む部分とを、それぞれ接着強度測定機のチャックに固定し、180°の角度でA層とB層の界面の接着強度を測定する。接着強度測定機としては、エー・アンド・デイ(株)製テンシロン万能試験機を用いる。また、剥離速度は200mm/分とする。
 (9)多層シートのB層とC層の界面の接着性: 
以下に示す方法で作成した多層シートの流れ方向に長さ100mm、幅10mmの短冊を作成し、B層とC層の界面にカッターナイフで剥離のきっかけとして切り込みを入れ、B層を含む部分と、C層を含む部分とを、それぞれ接着強度測定機のチャックに固定し、180°の角度でB層とC層の界面の接着強度を測定する。接着強度測定機としては、エー・アンド・デイ(株)製テンシロン万能試験機を用いる。また、剥離速度は200mm/分とする。
 (10)太陽電池モジュールの反射率:
以下に示す方法で作成した太陽電池モジュールのうち、ガラス1面から見て本発明の太陽電池用多層シートが見える部分を(例えば、図3のように)ウォータージェットパンチにより切断し、分光反射率計(株式会社島津製作所製UV-3150など)を用い、ガラス1面側から測定波長400nm~1100nm、測定間隔1nmで反射率を測定し、400nm~1100nmの反射率の算術平均値を太陽電池モジュールの反射率とする。
 (11)太陽電池モジュールのA層とB層の界面の接着性:
以下に示す方法で作成した太陽電池モジュールの基材側から(例えば、図4のように)カッターナイフやウォータージェットパンチなどで切り、長さ100mm、幅10mmの短冊を作成し、A層とB層の界面にカッターナイフで剥離のきっかけとして切り込みを入れ、A層を含む部分と、B層を含む部分とを、それぞれ接着強度測定機のチャックに固定し、180°の角度でA層とB層の界面の接着強度を測定する。接着強度測定機としては、エー・アンド・デイ(株)製テンシロン万能試験機を用いる。また、剥離速度は200mm/分とする。
 (12)太陽電池モジュールのB層とC層の界面の接着性:
以下に示す方法で作成した太陽電池モジュールの基材側から(例えば、図4のように)カッターナイフやウォータージェットパンチなどで切り、長さ100mm、幅10mmの短冊を作成し、B層とC層の界面にカッターナイフで剥離のきっかけとして切り込みを入れ、B層を含む部分と、C層を含む部分とを、それぞれ接着強度測定機のチャックに固定し、180°の角度でB層とC層の界面の接着強度を測定する。接着強度測定機としては、エー・アンド・デイ(株)製テンシロン万能試験機を用いる。また、剥離速度は200mm/分とする。
 (13)太陽電池モジュールにおける受光面側封止材や各層の厚み:
太陽電池モジュールを切断面にガラス、受光面側封止材、セル、多層シート、基材が含まれ、バスバー電極が含まれないように(例えば、図5のように)ウォータージェットパンチにより切断し、切断面を(株)キーエンス製レーザーマイクロスコープVKX-100を用いて観察し、層の厚みを直接読み取ることで、受光面側封止材や各層の厚みとする。
 (14)バスバー電極付近のB層の厚み減少率:
以下に示す方法で作成した太陽電池モジュールを切断面にガラス、受光面側封止材、セル、バスバー電極、多層シート、基材が含まれ、切断面の一つがバスバー電極の長辺に対して垂直となるように(例えば、図6のように)ウォータージェットパンチにより、ガラス面に対して垂直に切断し、切断面のうち、ガラス、受光面側封止材、セル、バスバー電極、多層シート、基材が含まれる切断面を(株)キーエンス製レーザーマイクロスコープVKX-100を用いて観察し、バスバー電極付近のB層の厚みのうちの最小値を直接読み取りこれをバスバー電極付近のB層厚みとする。(多層シートのB層厚み-バスバー電極付近のB層厚み)/多層シートのB層厚み×100(%)の計算式により厚み減少率(%)を算出する。
 (15)多層シートのハンドリング性
 以下に示す方法で太陽電池モジュールを作成した際の多層シートのハンドリング性を評価し、扱いやすいものをS、扱いにくいものをBとした。

なお、E値とは以下の式で計算されるコロナ処理定数のことである。

 離型フィルム1:
東レフィルム加工(株)製セラピール(登録商標)、厚み50μmを190mm×95mmにカットしたもの。
 (実施例1)
 表1に示す通り、A層を構成する成分として、A層の全成分100質量%中に、LLDPE樹脂1を96質量%、EVA樹脂1を4質量%用いた。
 B層を構成する成分として、B層の全成分100質量%中にPP樹脂1を100質量%用いた。
 C層を構成する樹脂として、C層の全成分100質量%中にGMA変性樹脂1を100質量%用いた。
 これら樹脂を3台の2軸押出機へそれぞれ投入し、いずれも180℃にて混練した後、マルチマニホールドダイを用いてシート状に押し出した。冷却ロールにキャストしたのち巻取を行うことで、多層シートを得た。
 A層の厚みは300μm、B層の厚みは200μm、C層の厚みは50μmであった。
 得られた多層シートを190mm角にカットし、A層側がセル1側に、C層側が基材1側に向くように、ガラス1、受光面側封止材1、セル1、得られた多層シート、基材1の順に積層し、(株)エヌ・ピー・シー製真空加熱ラミネーターにより、熱板設定温度145℃、真空脱気4分、大気圧プレス1分、圧力保持10分の条件にて真空ラミネートし、太陽電池モジュールを得た。
 また、得られた多層シートを190mm角にカットし、A層側が受光面側封止材1側に、C層側が離型フィルム1側に向くように、また、離型フィルム1が多層シートの流れ方向下半分の面積を覆うように、ガラス1、受光面側封止材1、得られた多層シート、離型フィルム1、基材1の順に積層し、(株)エヌ・ピー・シー製真空加熱ラミネーターにより、熱板設定温度145℃、真空脱気4分、大気圧プレス1分、圧力保持10分の条件にて真空ラミネートし、基材接着性評価サンプルを得た。
 また、得られた多層シートを190mm角にカットし、A層側が離型フィルム1側に、C層側が基材1側に向くように、また、離型フィルム1が多層シートの流れ方向下半分の面積を覆うように、ガラス1、受光面側封止材1、セル1、離型フィルム1、得られた多層シート、基材1の順に積層し、(株)エヌ・ピー・シー製真空加熱ラミネーターにより、熱板設定温度145℃、真空脱気4分、大気圧プレス1分、圧力保持10分の条件にて真空ラミネートし、セル接着性評価サンプルを得た。
 基材との接着性は良好であり、基材面側の外観は良好であり、受光面側の外観はバスバー付近にのみ若干の回りこみが確認できる程度であり、セルの破損がなく、B層の厚み減少率は問題がなく、セルとの接着性や各層間の接着性も良好であり、また、光線反射率は45%と良好であった。また、ハンドリング性も良好であった。
 (実施例2~17)
 表1~3に示す通り、用いる樹脂や添加剤の有無、厚みを変えた以外は実施例1と同様の方法で多層シートを得て、基材との接着性、基材面側の外観、受光面側の外観、B層の厚み減少率、セルとの接着性、各層間の接着性や光線反射率を評価した。また、ハンドリング性も評価した。
 (実施例18~20)
 表3に示す通り、厚みを変えた以外は実施例1と同様の方法で多層シートを得て、受光面側封止材1の代わりに受光面側封止材2を使用し、基材との接着性、基材面側の外観、受光面側の外観、B層の厚み減少率、セルとの接着性、各層間の接着性や光線反射率を評価した。また、ハンドリング性も評価した。
 実施例1~20では、A層は、層の全成分100質量%中に、融点が130℃未満のポリオレフィン系樹脂が50質量%を超えて含まれている層であるため、A層は真空ラミネート時に溶融するので、セルの破損が若干確認できるが発電性能には全く問題がないか、セルの破損が特に確認できず、良好である。
 実施例1~6、9~16、18~20では、A層は、層の全成分100質量%中に、融点が130℃未満のポリオレフィン系樹脂を75質量%以上含まれている層であり、A層の厚みも50μm以上であるため、真空ラミネート時により十分に溶融するのでセルの破損が特に確認できず、非常に良好である。
 実施例1~20では、B層は、層の全成分100質量%中に、融点が130℃以上であるポリオレフィン系樹脂を50質量%を超えて含む層であるため、B層の厚み減少率が14%以下であり、良好である。
 実施例1~20では、C層は、接着性樹脂を含む層であるため、基材との密着力が10N/cm以上であり、良好である。
 実施例3,7,8,10~12,14~16ではB層が、融点が130℃未満のポリオレフィン系樹脂を含むため、A層との密着性が13N/cm以上であり、良好である。
 実施例1,2,9~16、18~20ではA層が接着性樹脂を含むため、セルとの接着性に優れ、良好である。

 (比較例1~6)
 表4に示す通り、用いる樹脂や厚みを変えた以外は実施例1と同様の方法で多層シートを得て、基材との接着性、基材面側の外観、受光面側の外観、B層の厚み減少率、セルとの接着性、各層間の接着性や光線反射率を評価した。また、ハンドリング性も評価した。
 比較例1,3,5では、A層は層の全成分100質量%中に、融点が130℃以上のポリオレフィン系樹脂が50質量%を超えて含まれている層であるため、真空ラミネート時に溶融せず、セルの破損が顕著であり、不良である。
 比較例1,4,6では、B層は、層の全成分100質量%中に、融点が130℃未満であるポリオレフィン系樹脂を50質量%を超えて含む層であるためB層の厚み減少率が25%以上であり、不良である。
 比較例1,2では、C層は接着性樹脂を含有していないため基材との密着力が0N/cmであり、不良である。

 (比較例7)
 離型フィルム1を2枚用いて受光面側封止材1を挟み込み、油圧式熱プレス機を用いて100℃で加熱をしながら10MPaにて加圧し、その後室温に冷却し、離型フィルム1を剥がすことで、厚みが250μmの封止材を作成し、その後190mm×190mmにカットした。ガラス1、受光面側封止材1、セル1、得られた厚みが250μmの封止材、基材1の順に積層し、得られた厚みが250μmの封止材を積層する際のハンドリング性を評価したが、撓みやすくハンドリング性は悪かった。

Claims (15)

  1.  A層、B層、及びC層をこの順に有し、C層を一方の表面に有する太陽電池用多層シートであって、
     A層は、層の全成分100質量%中に、融点が130℃未満のポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)を50質量%を超え100質量%以下含む層であり、
     B層は、層の全成分100質量%中に、融点が130℃以上であるポリオレフィン系樹脂(B1)を50質量%を超え100質量%以下含む層であり、
     C層は、接着性樹脂を含む層であることを特徴とする、太陽電池用多層シート。
  2.  A層の厚みが50μm以上500μm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽電池用多層シート。
  3.  A層は、層の全成分100質量%中に、融点が130℃未満のポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)を75質量%以上100質量%以下含む層であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の太陽電池用多層シート。
  4.  B層中の融点が130℃以上であるポリオレフィン系樹脂(B1)の融点が、140℃以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の太陽電池用多層シート。
  5.  A層及びB層を、層間に他の層を介在することなく有し、
     A層とB層の界面の接着強度が10N/cm以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の太陽電池用多層シート。
  6.  B層が、融点が130℃未満のポリオレフィン系樹脂(B2)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の太陽電池用多層シート。
  7.  B層中の融点が130℃以上であるポリオレフィン系樹脂(B1)が、ブロックポリプロピレンであることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の太陽電池用多層シート。
  8.  A層が接着性樹脂を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の太陽電池用多層シート。
  9.  A層に含まれる接着性樹脂は、エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体、エチレン-(メタ)アクリル酸脂肪族エステル共重合体、エチレン-グリシジルメタクリレート共重合体、エチレン-グリシジルメタクリレート-(メタ)アクリル酸脂肪族エステル共重合体、及びエチレン-グリシジルメタクリレート-酢酸ビニル共重合体からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1つの樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の太陽電池用多層シート。
  10.  B層は、リン原子を有する酸化防止剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の太陽電池用多層シート。
  11.  請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の太陽電池用多層シートのC層側に、基材を有することを特徴とする、太陽電池用封止材一体型裏面保護シート。
  12.  請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の太陽電池用多層シートのA層側がセル側に、C層側が基材側に向くように、受光面保護基材、受光面側封止材、セル、太陽電池用多層シート、及び基材を、この順に配置して、真空ラミネートすることで得られる太陽電池モジュール。
  13.  受光面保護基材、受光面側封止材、セル、A層、B層、C層、及び基材をこの順に有し、
    A層、B層、C層が以下の要件を満たし、太陽電池モジュールにおけるA層の厚さ(μm)をTAとして、TAが50μm以上500μm以下であることを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール。
     A層は、層の全成分100質量%中に、融点が100℃以上130℃未満のポリオレフィン系樹脂(A1)を50質量%を超え100質量%以下含む層。
     B層は、層の全成分100質量%中に、融点が130℃以上であるポリオレフィン系樹脂(B1)を50質量%を超え100質量%以下含む層。
     C層は、接着性樹脂を含む層。
  14.  太陽電池モジュールにおけるA層の厚さ(μm)をTAとして、TAが50μm以上350μm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
  15.  受光面側封止材の厚さ(μm)をTとして、太陽電池モジュールにおけるA層の厚さ(μm)をTAとすると、以下の関係式を満たすことを特徴とする、請求項13または14に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
