It is possible to suppress separation into 20 opposing directions. There may not be the main body portion 21 on the outer side in the axial direction from the grip portion 30, and the grip portion 30 may be located at the end. In the attached state, the shaft body 14 slides on the inner peripheral surface of the grip portion 30.
- the coupling portion 26 protrudes from the mating surface 36 along the direction in which the bending claw portion 24 is inserted into the locking hole 22, and a concave portion 26 a is formed at a portion projecting from the mating surface 36.
- the coupled portion 28 is formed in a convex shape, and can be coupled by fitting into the concave portion 26a.
- the coupling portion 26 and the coupled portion 28 face each other with the accommodation groove 38 interposed therebetween.
- the concave portion 26a in the coupling portion 26 protruding from the half body 20, it is possible to avoid forming a recess in the inner surface of the housing groove 38 of the half body 20, and the rigidity of the main body portion 21 is reduced. And deformation of the main body 21 can be suppressed.
- the recessed part 26a is formed in the range of the plate
- bond part 26 is between the 1st locking hole part 22a and the 1st bending claw part 24a, and the 2nd locking hole part 22b and the 2nd bending claw part 24b, the inner surface of the half body 20 From the mating surface 36 and / or the receiving groove 38.

- the central portion can be prevented from being lifted by the coupling portion 26 and the coupled portion 28 while being firmly locked by the locking hole portion 22 and the bending claw portion 24 at both ends of the half body 20.
- the coupling portion 26 and the coupled portion 28 are provided so as not to grip the shaft body 14 when attached to the shaft body 14. Thereby, the influence of the distortion by the load from the shaft body 14 can be suppressed by making the central portion of the collar 18 non-contact with the shaft body 14.
- a large diameter portion 42 having a large inner diameter is formed on both ends.
- the large diameter portion 42 allows the cover of the shield 16 to enter the inside of the collar 18.
- FIG. 4A is a side view of the collar 18
