Description
また、第2軸部を第2貫通孔へ挿入した状態において、第2軸部の第1軸部側から径方1向外側へ張り出す第2フランジ部と第2係止部とによって第2貫通孔の縁部が挟持される。このため、第2貫通孔の縁部に対して作用する挟持圧が均等に近づく。
これにより、クリップによる第1部材と第2部材の安定した取付性が確保される。
また、本実施形態の第1部材12は、車両用のトリム部材(例えば、ドアトリム)である。
また、本実施形態の第2部材16は、車両用のパネル部材(例えば、インナパネル)である。
取付構造Sでは、クリップ20の第1軸部22が貫通孔14に挿入された状態で第1係止部24が貫通孔14の縁部14Aに係止し、クリップ20の第2軸部26が貫通孔18に挿入された状態で第2係止部28が貫通孔18の縁部18Aに係止することで、クリップ20を介して第1部材12が第2部材16に取り付けられている。
また、第2軸部26を貫通孔18へ挿入した状態において、第2軸部26の第2フランジ部34と第2係止部28とによって貫通孔18の縁部18Aが挟持される。このため、貫通孔18の縁部18Aに対して作用する挟持圧が均等に近づく。
これにより、クリップ20による第1部材12と第2部材16の安定した取付性が確保される。
またさらに、位置決め部30の各壁面を軸心C1に向けて凹ませてもよいし、位置決め部42の各壁面を軸心C1に向けて凹ませてもよい。同様に、位置決め部52の各壁面を軸心C1に向けて凹ませてもよいし、位置決め部62の各壁面を軸心C1に向けて凹ませてもよいし、位置決め部72の各壁面を軸心C1に向けて凹ませてもよい

Claims (6)
- 第1貫通孔が形成された第1部材と、
第2貫通孔が形成され、前記第1部材が取り付けられる第2部材と、
前記第1貫通孔に挿入される第1軸部と、前記第1軸部の一端部側に設けられ、前記第1貫通孔の縁部に係止される第1係止部と、前記第1軸部の他端部に設けられ、前記第2貫通孔に挿入されると共に軸心が前記第1軸部の軸心に対して偏心している第2軸部と、前記第2軸部に設けられ、前記第2貫通孔の縁部に係止される第2係止部と、を有するクリップと、
を備え、
前記第1軸部は、前記第1貫通孔の内側に配置される部分の断面形状が多角形であり、
前記多角形の最長の対角線に沿った長さ又は前記多角形の最長の辺の長さが前記第1貫通孔の最小開口長さよりも長い、取付構造。 - 前記多角形の角部が円弧状に湾曲している、請求項1に記載の取付構造。
- 前記第1軸部の前記第2軸部側には、前記第1軸部の径方向外側へ張り出す第1フランジ部が設けられており、前記第1フランジ部と前記第1係止部とによって第1貫通孔の縁部が挟持され、
前記第2軸部の前記第1軸部側には、前記第2軸部の径方向外側へ張り出す第2フランジ部が設けられており、前記第2フランジ部と前記第2係止部とによって第2貫通孔の縁部が挟持されている、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の取付構造。 - 前記第1軸部及び前記第2軸部の少なくとも一方には、前記第1軸部と前記第2軸部の互いの偏心方向を示す方向指示部が設けられている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の取付構造。
- 前記第1部材は、車両用のトリム部材及びパネル部材のいずれか一方であり、
前記第2部材は、前記トリム部材及び前記パネル部材のいずれか他方である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の取付構造。 - 第1部材を第2部材に取り付けるためのクリップであって、
前記第1部材に形成された第1貫通孔に挿入される第1軸部と、
前記第1軸部の一端部側に設けられ、前記第1貫通孔の縁部に係止される第1係止部と、
前記第1軸部の他端部に設けられ、前記第2部材に形成された第2貫通孔に挿入されると共に軸心が前記第1軸部の軸心に対して偏心している第2軸部と、
前記第2軸部に設けられ、前記第2貫通孔の縁部に係止される第2係止部と、
を備え、
前記第1軸部は、前記第1貫通孔の内側に配置される部分の断面形状が多角形であり、
前記多角形の最長の対角線に沿った長さ又は前記多角形の最長の辺の長さが前記第1貫通孔の最小開口長さよりも長い、クリップ。
