本发明的最佳实施方式
请参阅图1所示,是本发明第一实施例的提把1,该提把1具有一第一状态,在该第一状态中,该提把1包含一基板11,该基板11可以由纸材、塑性材料或不织布等材质制成,本发明并不以此为限。该基板11为一片状结构,该基板11包含二端缘111及二侧缘112,该二端缘111分别形成于该基板11的二端,且各该侧缘112的二端分别连接该二端缘111。该基板11上开设二裁切部12,该二裁切部12分别由邻近该基板11的其中一端缘111的位置延伸至该邻近该基板11的另一端缘111的位置,且该二裁切部12分别与该二侧缘112间隔设置。在本实施例及以下各实施例中,该裁切部12是以裁断线作为其实施形态,然而,本发明所属领域中具有通常知识者所能轻易思及的是:该裁切部12亦可为缝隙或缺槽等,故本发明全文所述的「裁切部」并不以裁断线为限。其中,该二裁切部12为贯穿该基板11的裁断线,该二裁切部12相互间隔设置,且该二裁切部12可以呈相互平行。
更详言之,该基板11具有相互垂直的一第一方向X及一第二方向Y,该二端缘111分别形成于该基板11于该第一方向X上的二端,该二侧缘112则分别形成于该基板11于该第二方向Y上的二侧。该二裁切部12分别沿该第一方向X延伸,且该二裁切部12于该第二方向Y上分别与该二侧缘112间隔设置。借此,该提把1可以在该各该侧缘112及其相邻的裁切部12之间形成一承载部13,且在该二裁切部12之间形成一握提部14。在该第一状态中,该基板11是形成平面状,因此该提把1具有容易收纳且占用的储存空间较小等优点。
借助上述结构,请参照图2所示,本发明第一实施例的提把1实际使用时,使用者可以施力将该提把1由该第一状态转变为一第二状态,详言之,使用者可以将该二承载部13沿该第二方向Y向二侧拉开并且沿一纵向方向朝下(依图面而言)翻转,使得该二承载部13与该握提部14分离,该承载部13朝向相邻的裁切部12的一侧将沿该纵向方向朝上(依图面而言)竖起而形成一承载端缘131,且该二承载部13之间形成一开口132。此外,使用者可以同时将该握提部14沿该纵向方向朝上(依图面而言)拉开,使该握提部14与该二承载部13于该纵向方向上形成一间距。
请一并参照图3所示,当该提把1受力而转变为该第二状态后,该提把1可供结合于一容器C。更详言之,该容器C具有一扩径部C1,所述扩径部C1可以为该容器C的其中一外径较大的位置(例如:杯口凸缘),使用者透过施力将该二承载部13向二侧撑开,可以使该开口132的内径大于该扩径部C1的外径,因此该扩径部C1可以经由该开口132穿过该二承载部13之间,以定位于该二承载部13与该握提部14之间。当该扩径部C1通过该开口132后,使用者即可停止对该二承载部13施力,使该开口132的内径形成小于该扩径部C1的外径,借此,该二承载部13可以抵接该容器C的外表面,且该二承载部13的承载端缘131可以分别顶掣该扩径部C1,使该提把1能够结合于该容器C。据此,使用者仅需握持该握提部14,即可经由该提把1提取该容器C,而无须接触该容器C的外表面。
值得注意的是,由于该容器C中所盛装的内容物通常具有一定重量,因此当使用者经由该提把1提取该容器C时,可借助该容器C本身的重量产生作用于该握提部14的拉力,该二承载部13形成于该握提部14二侧,因此当该握提部14承受所述拉力时,将使该二承载部13产生朝向该开口132的束缚力量,进而使原顶掣于该容器C的扩径部C1的承载端缘131更能紧密贴接于该扩径部C1上。换言之,借助使用者提取该握提部14时该容器C作用于该握提部14的拉力,可使该二承载部13产生朝向该开口132的束缚力量,故该二承载部13可以由二侧形成向内束紧,使该容器C稳固的定位于该提把1的承载部13上,因此使用者能够便利地经由该握提部14提取该容器C,而不会存在该容器C自该提把1脱落的疑虑。
请续参照图1及3所示,在该第一状态中,该提把1可以于该裁切部12二端分别形成一延伸部121,在本实施例中,该延伸部121沿该第一方向X自该裁切部12朝向相邻的侧缘112延伸,使该二裁切部12的延伸部121的间距由该二裁切部12朝向相邻的端缘111递增,且该延伸部121可以形成弯弧状。借此,若该基板11由塑性材料等不易产生折痕(相较纸质而言)的材质制成时,透过于该裁切部12形成该延伸部121,可以使该提把1转变为该第二状态且结合于一容器C后,该承载部13靠近该基板11的二端缘111的位置能够尽可能与该容器C相抵接,以提升该提把1与该容器C间的结合强度。
更重要的是,已知在未设置该延伸部121时,该握提部14所承受的拉力会在该裁切部12二端形成平行于该第一方向X的分力,所述分力容易使该裁切部12二端发生破裂情形,更甚者将导致该裁切部12延伸至该基板11的端缘111而造成该提把1断裂,在本实施例当中,透过使该延伸部121朝向相邻的侧缘112延伸,并且使该延伸部121与该裁切部12之间形成约90°的夹角,可以在使用者提取该握提部14时,防止该握提部14所承受的拉力在该裁切部12二端形成平行于该第一方向X的分力,换言之,设置该延伸部121且使该延伸部121与该裁切部12之间形成约90°的夹角,将可在使用者握提取该提把1时,有效缩减该裁切部12二端所承受的平行于该第一方向X的力量,因此能够避免该裁切部12二端发生破裂情形。
请参照图4所示,是本发明第二实施例的提把1,与前述第一实施例相异之处在于:在本实施例中,该提把1于该基板11的二端缘111分别连接一补强部15,该补强部15可以同时结合于该二承载部13及该握提部14。详言之,该补强部15可以预先透过粘合等方式结合于该二承载部13及该握提部14;或者,请参照图5所示,该补强部15可以在欲实际使用该提把1时,由使用者自行将该补强部15沿着该端缘111弯折并且透过粘合等方式结合于该二承载部13及该握提部14,本发明并不以此为限。
请参照图6所示,若该基板11由纸质等可能在受力后断裂的材质制成时,该第二实施例的提把1借助设置该补强部15,并且将该补强部15同时结合于该二承载部13及该握提部14,可以让使用者经由该提把1提取该容器C时,该握提部14所承受的拉力不易集中施加于该二承载部13与该握提部14的交界位置。据此,该补强部15能够有效防止该提把1产生断裂情形。
另一方面,由于在本实施例当中,该基板11可以由纸质等容易产生折痕的材质制成,因此该提把1转变为该第二状态且结合于该容器C后,该承载部13靠近该基板11的二端缘111的位置能够分别形成一折痕133,所述折痕133可以为自然形成或者由预先开设于该承载部13的预折线(图未绘示)所形成。据此,该承载部13于形成其上的二折痕133间的部分能够紧密贴接于该容器C,而该承载部13于该二折痕133外侧的部分则供连接该握提部14。
注意到,该提把1同样可以于该裁切部12二端分别形成一延伸部121,惟在本实施例当中,该延伸部121沿该第一方向X自该裁切部12朝向该基板11中央延伸,使该二裁切部12的延伸部121的间距由该二裁切部12朝向相邻的端缘111递减,该延伸部121同样可以形成弯弧状。借此,透过于该裁切部12形成该延伸部121,可以使该提把1转变为该第二状态且结合于一容器C后,该承载部13容易在受力时自然形成该折痕133。在本实施例中,透过使该延伸部121朝向该基板11中央延伸,并且使该延伸部121与该裁切部12之间形成约90°的夹角,同样可在使用者握提取该提把1时,有效缩减该裁切部12二端所承受的平行于该第一方向X的力量,仍然能够避免该裁切部12二端发生破裂情形。
请参照图7所示,是本发明第三实施例的提把2,该提把1同样具有一第一状态,在该第一状态中,该提把2同样包含一基板21,该基板21同样包含二端缘211及二侧缘212,该二端缘211分别形成于该基板21的二端,且各该侧缘212的二端分别连接该二端缘211。然而,该基板21上仅开设单一裁切部22,该裁切部22由邻近该基板21的其中一端缘211的位置延伸至该邻近该基板21的另一端缘211的位置,且该裁切部22为贯穿该基板21的裁断线。此外,该基板21的其中一端缘211结合一握提部24。
更详言之,该基板21具有相互垂直的一第一方向X及一第二方向Y,该二端缘211分别形成于该基板21于该第一方向X上的二端,该二侧缘212则分别形成于该基板21于该第二方向Y上的二侧。该裁切部22沿该第一方向X延伸,借此,该提把2可以在该裁切部22于该第二方向Y上的二侧分别形成一承载部23。在该第一状态中,该基板21同样形成平面状,因此该提把2亦具有容易收纳且占用的储存空间较小等优点。
借助上述结构,请参照图8所示,结合于该基板21的其中一端缘211的握提部24可以与该基板21的另一端缘211相互结合,使该基板21形成一环状结构。其中,该握提部24与该基板21的另一端缘211可以简单利用胶带或订书针等习知结合构造相互结合;或者,在本实施例当中,该握提部24远离该基板21的一端可以设有一第一结合部241,该基板21的另一端缘211则连接一第二结合部213,该第一结合部241或该第二结合部213可供涂布粘剂,使该第一与第二结合部241、213能够相互粘合,以将该握提部24结合于该基板21的另一端缘211,进而使该基板11形成所述环状结构。
本发明第三实施例的提把2实际使用时,与前述第一与第二实施例类似,使用者可以施力将该提把2由该第一状态转变为一第二状态,详言之,使用者同样可以将该二承载部23沿该第二方向Y向二侧拉开并且沿一纵向方向朝下(依图面而言)翻转,使得该二承载部23之间形成一开口232,该承载部23朝向该裁切部22的一侧将沿该纵向方向朝上(依图面而言)竖起而形成一承载端缘231。此外,由于该基板21形成环状结构,使用者可以同时将该握提部24沿该纵向方向朝上(依图面而言)拉开,使该握提部14与该二承载部13于该纵向方向上形成一间距。
请一并参照图9所示,当该提把2受力而转变为该第二状态后,该提把2可供结合于一容器C。更详言之,该容器C亦具有一扩径部C1,使用者透过施力将该二承载部23向二侧撑开,可以使该开口232的内径大于该扩径部C1的外径,因此该扩径部C1可以经由该开口232穿过该二承载部23之间,以定位于该二承载部23与该握提部24之间。当该扩径部C1通过该开口232后,使用者即可停止对该二承载部23施力,使该开口232的内径形成小于该扩径部C1的外径,借此,如图9a所示,该二承载部23可以抵接该容器C的外表面,且该二承载部23的承载端缘231可以分别顶掣该扩径部C1,使该提把2能够结合于该容器C。据此,与前述第一与第二实施例类似,使用者仅需握持该握提部24,即可经由该提把2提取该容器C,而无须接触该容器C的外表面。
请参照图10所示,是本发明第四实施例的提把2,与前述第三实施例相异之处在于:该裁切部22的二端分别设有一导孔221,该导孔221较佳为贯穿该基板21的圆形孔洞。请一并参照图11及12所示,透过设置该导孔221,当该二承载部23被二侧拉开时,该导孔221形成于该二承载部23的交界位置,因此该导孔221能够避免使用者经由该提把1提取该容器C时,该握提部14所承受的拉力集中施加于该二承载部13的交界位置而形成应力集中点,进而防止该裁切部22朝二端裂开的情形发生。
除此之外,该裁切部22的二端还可以分别连接有预折线222,详言之,该裁切部22的二端可以分别连接二预折线222,该裁切部22的任一端的二预折线222可以分别连接设置于该端的导孔221,且该二预折线222分别沿该第一方向X自该裁切部12朝向该二侧缘212延伸。借此,当该提把2转变为该第二状态且结合于该容器C后,所述预折线222能够辅助该承载部23在靠近该基板21的二端缘211的位置分别形成一折痕233。据此,该承载部23于形成其上的二折痕233间的部分能够紧密贴接于该容器C,而该承载部23于该二折痕233外侧的部分则供连接该握提部24。
由于本发明前述第一、第二、第三与第四实施例的提把1、2所结合的容器C中,可供盛装高温、常温或低温内容物,当该容器C中盛装低温内容物时,该容器C容易因为空气中的水气凝结使其外表面附着水珠,故当该基板11、21由纸质等可能因接触水分致使其结构强度下降的材质制成时,该基板11、21朝向该容器C的表面可以设置一胶膜(图未绘示),所述胶膜可以透过护贝、粘合或热熔接合等方式形成于该基板11、21表面,以提供水气隔离功能,有效避免该基板11、21接触水分后所产生的结构强度下降的情形,本领域技术人员均可轻易思及。
请参照图13所示,是本发明第五实施例的提把2,与前述第三实施例相异之处在于:该基板21的二端缘211分别结合一第一握提部24a及一第二握提部24b,该第一握提部24a及该第二握提部24b分别设有一穿孔242,且该第二握提部24b的穿孔242周缘可以结合一扣合片243。借此,该第一握提部24a及该第二握提部24b可以相互对位以供使用者握持,使该基板21形成一环状结构。
换言之,请参照图14所示,本发明第五实施例的提把2实际使用时,使用者可以将该第一握提部24a及该第二握提部24b对齐,使该第一及第二握提部24a、24b的穿孔242相互对位,因此使用者手部可以分别穿过该第一及第二握提部24a、24b的穿孔242以同时握持该第一及第二握提部24a、24b,使该基板21能够形成环状结构。此外,结合于该第二握提部24b的穿孔242周缘的扣合片243可以穿过该第一握提部24a的穿孔242,使得该第一及第二握提部24a、24b能够相互结合固定。
再者,请续参照图13及14所示,在本实施例当中,该基板21设有一隔离槽214,该隔离槽214为贯穿该基板21的长形槽,用以将该基板21于该第二方向Y上区隔为二部分,其中,该基板21位于该隔离槽214二侧的部分可以分别开设一裁切部22,因此,各该裁切部22于该第二方向Y上的二侧同样分别形成一承载部23,使得该基板21为该隔离槽214所区隔形成的二部分能够分别结合一容器C。换言之,使用者可以分别将开设于该隔离槽214二侧的裁切部22撑开,使得各该裁切部22二侧的二承载部23被拉开,进而使该隔离槽214二侧分别形成一开口232,借此即可将该二容器C的扩径部C1穿过该隔离槽214二侧的开口232,以同时将该二容器C结合于该提把2。据此,本发明第五实施例的提把2将可同时结合数个容器C,使得使用者可以经由该握提部24来同时提取所述数个容器C。
请参照图15及16所示,是本发明第五实施例的提把2的另一实施形态,相较前述实施形态而言,该基板21上所开设的裁切部22于该第一方向X上的长度较短,据此,相较前述实施例中的提把2均用以结合形成杯状的容器C,在本实施形态中,由于该基板21上所开设的裁切部22长度较短,因此该提把2可供结合一瓶状容器C’。更详言之,已知瓶状容器C’的瓶口处的口径较小,且该瓶状容器C’具有一扩径部C1’(例如:瓶口凸缘),因此借助使该裁切部22于该第一方向X上的长度较短,可以让该瓶状容器C’的瓶口穿过该裁切部22二侧的承载部23后,该二承载部23仍然可以有效顶掣该瓶状容器C’的扩径部C1’,使该提把2能够确实结合于该瓶状容器C’。由此可知,本发明各实施例的提把1、2于该基板11、21上所开设的裁切部12、22长度,可以视该提把1、2所欲结合的容器的口径大小进行调整,本发明所属领域中具有通常知识者可以理解实施者。
请参照图17及18所示,是本发明第六实施例的提把2,与前述第五实施例相异之处在于:该第一握提部24a或该第二握提部24b除了开设该穿孔242以外,还可以设有一扣槽244,该扣槽244可用以结合奶油球(coffee creamer)、糖浆盒或糖包等各式小型容器。此外,结合于该第二握提部24b的穿孔242周缘的扣合片243上可以开设二穿槽243a,该二穿槽243a分别贯穿该扣合片243,借此当该扣合片243穿过该第一握提部24a的穿孔242后,使用者可以将搅拌棒或吸管所形成的一柱体S分别穿过该二穿槽243a,以将该柱体S结合于该扣合片243。据此,本发明第六实施例的提把2透过设置上述扣槽244及穿槽243a等结构,可以额外将各式小型容器及搅拌棒或吸管等构件一并固定于该提把2,大幅提升该提把2的功能多样性,且当该柱体S分别穿过该二穿槽243a时,该柱体S将可防止该扣合片243自该第一握提部24a的穿孔242脱出,因此即便使用者暂时将该提把2搁置时,该第一及第二握提部24a、24b仍将稳固地相互结合,进一步提升该提把2的使用便利性。
请参照图19所示,是本发明第七实施例的提把2,在前述第五及第六实施例中,已揭示能够同时提取二个容器的提把2的实施形态,且透过同步提升该基板21所设置的隔离槽214及裁切部22的数量,将可增加该提把2所能结合的容器数量,本领域技术人员所能轻易思及者。然而,当使用者欲以该提把2提取数量较多(例如:六个)的容器时,单一提把2势必难以符合此需求。据此,本发明第七实施例的提把2包含二基板21,各该基板21设有二隔离槽214以将该基板21于该第二方向Y上区隔为三部分,该基板21的三部分中各自开设一裁切部22,且该基板21的二端缘211分别结合一第三握提部24c及一第四握提部24d。其中,该第三握提部24c设有一插槽245,该插槽245沿着该第二方向Y延伸且贯穿该第三握提部24,该第四握提部24d则设有一穿孔242。该二基板21所结合的第四握提部24d相互连接,且该二第四握提部24d的连接部位形成一中心线25。
该第七实施例的提把2同样具有一第一状态,在该第一状态中,该二基板21均形成平面状。请一并参照图20所示,当该第七实施例的提把2实际使用时,使用者可以施力将该提把2由该第一状态转变为一第二状态,详言之,首先将该二基板21所结合的第四握提部24d依照着该中心线25沿一纵向方向朝下(依图面而言)对折,并且将该二基板21所结合的第三握提部24c沿该纵向方向朝上(依图面而言)弯折,借此该二第四握提部24d可以分别穿入该二第三握提部24c的插槽245,使该第七实施例的提把2的二基板21共同形成一环状结构。由于该二第四握提部24d分别设有一穿孔242,当该二第四握提部24d沿着该中心线25对折后,该二第四握提部24d的穿孔242相互对位,因此使用者手部可以分别穿过该二第四握提部24d的穿孔242以同时握持该二第四握提部24d,使该基板21能够形成环状结构。使用者可以将该二基板21上每一裁切部22二侧所形成的承载部23向二侧拉开,以供结合一瓶状容器C’,据此,该第七实施例的提把2共可结合六个瓶状容器C’。由此可知,本发明第七实施例的提把2透过组合二个基板2,使得该提把2所能结合的容器数量较多,俾使该提把2所具备的功能更为完善。
除此之外,由于该第七实施例的提把2供结合数量较多的容器,因此该提把2所结合的容器的总重量较重。该第四握提部24d的穿孔242二侧还可以分别设有一插孔246,当该二第四握提部24d沿着该中心线25对折后,该二第四握提部24d的穿孔246相互对位。据此,使用者可以将一提绳S分别穿过各该第四握提部24d的插孔246,以经由该提绳S来提取该提把2,以便于使用者施力提取该提把2;或者,该提绳S可供使用者将该提把2挂置于其他物体上,以让使用不必长时间提取该提把2,使得该第七实施例的提把2在使用时更具弹性。
请参照图21及22所示,是本发明第八实施例的提把2,与前述第三实施例相异之处在于:该握提部14于该第二方向Y上的二侧可以分别设有一预折线247,该预折线247可以形成弧形,且该二预折线247较佳形成开口分别朝向该握提部24二侧的弯弧状。借此,如图22a所示,该二承载部23可以抵接该容器C的外表面,且该二承载部23的承载端缘231可以分别顶掣一碗状容器C’’的一扩径部C1’’,使该提把2能够结合于该碗状容器C’’。当该提把2用以结合该碗状容器C’’时,由于相较前述形成杯状的容器C或瓶状容器C’,该碗状容器C’’的高度通常较低,且该碗状容器C’’中所盛装的内容物的重量通常较重,使得使用者提取该握提部24时,容易产生该碗状容器C’’的重心不稳定的情形,更甚者可能造成该碗状容器C’’中所盛装的液体内容物溅出。因此,该第八实施例的提把2透过在该握提部14上设置开口分别朝向该握提部24二侧的弯弧状预折线247,使用者可以按压该二预折线247以将其由外向内凹折,进而使该握提部14形成具有凹弧面的握把,借此使用者可以捏取该二预折线247所形成的凹弧面以提起该碗状容器C’’,能够更稳定地提起提取该碗状容器C’’。
另一方面,该握提部14于该二预折线247之间可以设有一剥离线248,且该剥离线248可以连接一压离片248a,当使用者欲取用该碗状容器C’’的内容物时,可以按压该压离片248a使该压离片248a产生塌陷,借此该压离片248a塌陷的位置可作为一施力点,供使用者施力将该握提部24沿着该剥离线248撕开,以便将该提把2剥离该碗状容器C’’,即可方便使用者取用该碗状容器C’’的内容物。
虽然在前述第三及第四实施例当中,该握提部24与该基板21经由该第一及第二结合部241、213相互粘合,使该握提部24结合于该基板21的另一端缘211,进而使该基板11形成所述环状结构。然而,在本发明部分实施例当中,该握提部24远离该基板21的一端可以设有一第一结合部241’,该基板21的另一端缘211则连接一第二结合部213’,其中,该第一结合部241’及该第二结合部213’为相对应的扣合机构。更详言之,请参照图22及23所示,该第一结合部241’可以为二片一组且成同向设置的扣片,该第二结合部213’则同为二片一组且成同向设置的扣片,借此该第一及第二结合部241’、213’可以形成相互对位,使用者仅需按压该第一及第二结合部241’、213’所形成的扣片,即可使该第一及第二结合部241’、213’相互扣接结合,使该基板11形成一环状结构。或者,请另参照图25及26所示,该第一及第二结合部241’、213’可以为二片一组且成不同向设置的扣片,虽然制造不同向设置的扣片可能会增加该提把2的结构复杂度,惟当使用者仅需按压该第一及第二结合部241’、213’所形成的扣片时,该第一及第二结合部241’、213’形成为二片一组且成不同向设置的扣片将可提升该第一及第二结合部241’、213’间的扣接结合强度。
因此,在本发明第三、第四及第八实施例中,关于该第一结合部241、241’及该第二结合部213、213’的结合方式可以为粘合、扣接结合或其它各式习用结合方式,本发明并不加以限制。
借助上述结构,本发明第一至第八实施例的提把1、2的主要特点在于:
提供一基板,该基板开设有至少一裁切部,使得该基板可以形成二承载部及一提把部,该提把具有一第一状态,使用者可以将该二承载部向二侧拉开,以将该提把由该第一状态转变为一第二状态,使该二承载部之间形成一开口,借此一容器即可穿过该开口,且该容器的一扩径部将可定位于该二承载部与该握提部之间,该二承载部可以分别顶掣该扩径部,使该提把能够结合于该容器。
由此可知,使用者仅需握持该握提部,即可经由该提把提取该容器,而无须接触该容器的外表面,因此可以预防该容器中盛装高温时造成使用者烫伤之意外,同时避免该容器中盛装低温内容物时,凝结于该容器外表面的水珠浸湿使用者手部所造成的不便,本发明各实施例的提把确实具有提升容器携带便利性的功效。
再者,本发明各实施例的提把在尚未结合于容器前,在该第一状态中,该基板形成平面状,因此该提把具有容易收纳且占用的储存空间较小等优点,能够达成降低该提把的使用成本的功效。
综上所述,本发明的提把供结合于一容器,让使用者仅需握持该握提部,即可经由该提把提取该容器,而无须接触该容器的外表面,且该提把在尚未结合于容器前,该基板形成平面状,确可达到提升容器携带便利性及降低提把的使用成本等诸多功效。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种提把,其特征在于,包含:
    一个基板,该基板包含二个端缘及二个侧缘,该二个端缘分别形成于该基板的二端,且各该侧缘的二端分别连接该二个端缘,该基板上间隔开设二个裁切部,该二个裁切部分别由邻近该基板的其中一个端缘的位置延伸至该邻近该基板的另一个端缘的位置,且该二个裁切部分别与该二个侧缘间隔设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的提把,其特征在于,该基板具有相互垂直的一个第一方向及一个第二方向,该二个端缘分别形成于该基板于该第一方向上的二端,该二个侧缘则分别形成于该基板于该第二方向上的二侧,该二个裁切部分别沿该第一方向延伸,且该二个裁切部于该第二方向上分别与该二侧缘间隔设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的提把,其特征在于,该提把在该各该侧缘及其相邻的裁切部之间形成一个承载部,且该提把在该二个裁切部之间形成一个握提部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的提把,其特征在于,该提把具有一个第一状态,在该第一状态中,该基板是形成平面状,该提把的二个承载部能够沿该第二方向被向二侧拉开,使该提把由该第一状态转变为一个第二状态,该承载部朝向相邻的裁切部的一侧将形成一个承载端缘,且该二个承载部之间形成一个开口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的提把,其特征在于,该提把供结合于一个容器,该容器具有一个扩径部,该扩径部定位于该二个承载部与该握提部之间,该二个承载部抵接该容器的外表面,且该二个承载部的承载端缘分别顶掣该扩径部。
  6. 根据权利要求2、3、4或5所述的提把,其特征在于,该裁切部二端分别形成一个延伸部,该延伸部沿该第一方向自该裁切部朝向相邻的侧缘延伸,使该二个裁切部的延伸部的间距由该二个裁切部朝向相邻的端缘递增。
  7. 根据权利要求3、4或5所述的提把,其特征在于,该基板的二个端缘分别连接一个补强部,该补强部同时结合于该二个承载部及该握提部。
  8. 根据权利要求4或5所述的提把,其特征在于,该基板由纸质制成,在该第二状态中,该承载部靠近该基板的二个端缘的位置分别形成一个折痕,该裁切部二端分别形成一个延伸部,该延伸部沿该第一方向自该裁切部朝向该基板中央延伸,使该二个裁切部的延伸部的间距由该二个裁切部朝向相邻的端缘递减。
  9. 一种提把,其特征在于,包含:
    一个基板,该基板包含二个端缘及二个侧缘,该二个端缘分别形成于该基板的二端,且各该侧缘的二端分别连接该二个端缘,该基板上开设一个裁切部,该裁切部由邻近该基板的其中一个端缘的位置延伸至该邻近该基板的另一个端缘的位置,该基板的其中一个端缘结合一握提部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的提把,其特征在于,该基板具有相互垂直的一个第一方向及一个第二方向,该二个端缘分别形成于该基板于该第一方向上的二端,该二个侧缘则分别形成于该基板于该第二方向上的二侧,该裁切部沿该第一方向延伸,该裁切部于该第二方向上的二侧分别形成一个承载部。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的提把,其特征在于,该提把具有一个第一状态,在该第一状态中,该基板是形成平面状,该握提部能够与该基板的另一端缘相互结合,使该基板形成一个环状结构,且该提把的二个承载部能够沿该第二方向被向二侧拉开,使该提把由该第一状态转变为一个第二状态,该承载部朝向相邻的裁切部的一侧将形成一个承载端缘,且该二个承载部之间形成一个开口。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的提把,其特征在于,该提把是供结合于一个容器,该容器具有一个扩径部,该扩径部定位于该二个承载部与该握提部之间,该二个承载部抵接该容器的外表面,且该二个承载部的承载端缘分别顶掣该扩径部。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的提把,其特征在于,该握提部远离该基板的一端设有一个第一结合部,该基板的另一端缘则连接一个第二结合部,该第一结合部与该第二结合部能够相互结合,以将该握提部结合于该基板的另一端缘,使该基板形成所述环状结构。
  14. 根据权利要求9、10、11、12或13所述的提把,其特征在于,该裁切部的二端分别设有一个导孔。
  15. 根据权利要求11、12或13所述的提把,其特征在于,该裁切部的二端分别连接二个预折线,且该二个预折线分别沿该第一方向自该裁切部朝向该二个侧缘延伸,在该第二状态中,所述预折线能够使该承载部在靠近该基板的二个端缘的位置分别形成一个折痕。
  16. 根据权利要求11或12所述的提把,其特征在于,该基板的二个端缘分别结合一个第一握提部及一个第二握提部,该第一握提部及该第二握提部分别设有一个穿孔,该第一握提部及该第二握提部相互对位,使该基板形成所述环状结构。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的提把,其特征在于,该第一握提部或该第二握提部设有一个扣槽,且该第二握提部的穿孔周缘结合一个扣合片,该扣合片能够穿过该第一握提部的穿孔,该扣合片上开设二个穿槽,该二个穿槽分别贯穿该扣合片。
  18. 根据权利要求11或12所述的提把,其特征在于,该基板设有一个隔离槽,该基板于该隔离槽在该第二方向上的二侧分别开设一个裁切部,各该裁切部于该第二方向上的二侧分别形成一个承载部。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的提把,其特征在于,包含另一个基板,各该基板的二个端缘分别结合一个第三握提部及一个第四握提部,该第三握提部设有一个插槽,该插槽沿着该第二方向延伸且贯穿该第三握提部,该第四握提部则设有一个穿孔,该二个基板所结合的第四握提部相互连接,且该二个第四握提部的连接部位形成一个中心线,该二个第四握提部能够沿着该中心线对折,且该二个第四握提部能够分别穿入该二个第三握提部的插槽,该二个第四握提部的穿孔相互对位,使该二个基板共同形成所述环状结构。
  20. 根据权利要求10、11或12所述的提把,其特征在于,该握提部于该第二方向上的二侧分别设有一个预折线,该二个预折线形成开口分别朝向该握提部二侧的弯弧状,该握提部于该二个预折线之间设有一个剥离线。
