本发明涉及一种儿童汽车座。
背景技术
通常在儿童汽车座上都需要配备安全带,以对其中的小孩起安全保护作用,在实际应用时,需要将安全带夹紧定位。现有的儿童汽车座通常是在基座上设置一按钮式的定位块,通过按下定位块使其与基座配合夹紧安全带,而基座上需设置一安装槽,来与定位块对应。但在实际应用时,由于安全带被夹紧之前处于几乎自由的状态,也就是说,安全带很容易相对安装槽发生偏移,因此,在下压定位块时,安全带并不易被卡入该安装槽中,另外,即使是在下压定位块之前手动将安全带与安装槽对位,还存在一个问题,即:需要较大的压紧力才能够将安全带压紧,而且定位块还存在从安装槽中脱出的隐患,影响安全带的实际性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种带有安全带夹紧装置的儿童汽车座,其可方便地将安全带锁紧在汽车座上。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种儿童汽车座,包括基座、设于基座上用于将安全带相对基座夹紧的夹紧装置,该夹紧装置包括通过一转动轴枢接在基座上的压杆及一锁定机构,压杆通过绕转动轴的转动相对基座打开或闭合,锁定机构用于将压杆锁定在相对基座闭合的位置。在实际应用时,安装安全带后,安全带有部分处于基座上的与压杆位置对应的区域,且在压杆相对基座闭合时将该部分安全带夹紧。应用时将安全带安排经过压杆与基座之间,通过转动压杆使之相对基座闭合即可实现夹紧安全带。
在一优选实施例中,锁定机构包括可转动地连接于基座上的锁钩,当锁定机构处于锁定状态时,锁钩勾住压杆,使压杆保持相对基座闭合而将部分安全带夹紧,且锁钩能够转动至离开压杆而使锁定机构解锁,从而使压杆被释放而能够相对基座打开。
进一步优选地,压杆具有一近端和一远端,近端通过转动轴与基座连接,锁钩在压杆的远端勾住压杆。更进一步地,压杆的远端上设置有操作臂,该操作臂上设置有可沿一路线滑动的滑块,锁钩上具有一拨杆,当锁定机构处于锁定状态时,拨杆伸入滑块相对操作臂滑动的路线中,滑块相对操作臂滑动时可带动拨杆,以驱使锁钩转动至离开压杆。

更具体地,凸部形成于压杆上,凹部形成于基座上。
凸部优选为多个沿压杆厚度方向向外凸出的凸筋。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:通过在汽车座的基座上设置可转动的压杆,使得安全带的夹紧通过转动压杆来实现,该操作省力轻松,且压杆与安全带接触至与基座配合夹紧安全带的方式使得安全带不易发生偏移。另外,在压杆相对基座闭合时通过锁定机构将压杆锁住,使得安全带可以稳定地保持处于夹紧状态。整个操作过程通过转动压杆使之相对基座闭合并将压杆相对基座锁住来完成,操作过程中无需较大的力。

下面结合附图和本发明的较佳实施例来对本发明的技术方案作进一步的阐述。
参见图1-5所示的实施例,图示的儿童汽车座包括基座1、通过一转动轴4连接于基座1的压杆3。压杆3通过绕转动轴4的转动来相对基座1打开或闭合。
用于保护儿童的安全带2穿设于基座1上,且部分处于基座1上的位置与压杆3相对应的区域。在压杆3相对基座1闭合时,该部分安全带2被夹紧。
压杆3相对基座1闭合时通过锁定机构5来相对基座1锁定。
锁定机构5包括通过一销轴52可转动地连接于基座1的锁钩51,当锁定机构5处于锁定状态时,锁钩51勾住压杆3,使压杆3保持相对基座1闭合而将部分安全带2夹紧。在锁钩51与基座1之间连接有一弹性件55,用于给锁钩5提供作用力使锁钩5保持在勾住压杆3的状态。锁钩51能够克服弹性件55的作用力转动至离开压杆3,使压杆3被释放而能够相对基座1打开。
压杆3具有一近端和一远端,其近端连接于转动轴4远端上具有一锁定轴6。通过锁钩51勾住锁定轴6,使得压杆3被锁住。
压杆3的远端上设置有操作臂32,操作臂32上最好具有供操作者手部握持的手柄321,以便于使用者进行转动压杆3的操作。该操作臂32上设置有可相对操作臂32沿一路线滑动的滑块7。锁钩51上具有一拨杆54,当锁定机构5处于锁定状态时,拨杆54伸入滑块7相对操作臂32滑动的路线中,形成一障碍物。滑块7通过相对操作臂32的滑动带动拨杆54,以控制锁钩51转动至离开压杆3。

凹部和凸部的形成位置也可以互换,即凹部形成于压杆3上,凸部形成于基座上,本领域技术人员根据上述介绍稍作变通即可。
操作者握持住手柄321按压操作臂32可轻松地转动压杆3,使之相对基座1闭合,至图3-4所示的状态。此时,凸部31将安全带2压紧在凹部11中。
需要释放安全带时,操作者手握手柄321,通过按压控制件322控制滑块7滑动,滑块7滑动时推动拨杆54而使得锁钩51绕销轴52旋转,直至锁定轴6脱离锁钩51上的锁定槽53,压杆3即被解除锁定,如图5所示。然后操作者可提起压杆3,以释放安全带2,安全带2便可解开。
根据本发明的上述实施例中的儿童汽车座上的安全带2易于夹紧,安装过程中无需使用太大的力,且被夹紧时稳定可靠。

2、根据权利要求1所述的儿童汽车座,其中,锁定机构(5)包括可转动地连接于基座(1)上的锁钩(51),当锁定机构(5)处于锁定状态时,所述锁钩(51)勾住压杆(3),使压杆(3)保持相对基座(1)闭合而将部分安全带(2)夹紧,且锁钩(51)能够转动至离开压杆(3),使压杆(3)被释放而能够相对基座(1)打开。
3、根据权利要求2所述的儿童汽车座,其中,压杆(3)具有一近端和一远端,所述近端通过转动轴(4)与基座(1)连接,锁钩(51)在压杆(3)的远端勾住压杆(3)。
4、根据权利要求3所述的儿童汽车座,其中,压杆(3)的远端上设置有操作臂(32),所述操作臂(32)上设置有可沿一路线滑动的滑块(7),锁钩(51)上具有一拨杆(54),当锁定机构(5)处于锁定状态时,所述拨杆(54)伸入滑块(7)相对操作臂(32)滑动的路线中,所述滑块(7)通过相对操作臂(32)的滑动带动拨杆(54),控制锁钩(51)转动至离开压杆(3)。
5、根据权利要求4所述的儿童汽车座,其中,操作臂(32)上具有供操作者手部握持的手柄(321)。
6、根据权利要求5所述的儿童汽车座,其中,手柄(321)上设置有用于控制滑块(7)滑动的控制件(322)。
7、根据权利要求3或4所述的儿童汽车座,其中,压杆(3)的远端上具有一锁定轴(6),锁定机构处于锁定状态时,锁钩(51)勾住所述锁定轴(6)。
8、根据权利要求2所述的儿童汽车座,其中,锁钩(51)通过一销轴(52)可转动地连接于基座(1),在锁钩(51)与基座(1)之间连接有一弹性件(55),用于给锁钩(5)提供作用力使锁钩(5)保持在勾住压杆(3)的状态。
9、根据权利要求1所述的儿童汽车座,其中,压杆(3)与基座(1)中的一个部件上开设有凹部(11),另一个部件上设有用于将部分安全带(2)压入所述凹部中的凸部(31),凸部(31)将部分安全带(2)压入凹部(11)中后能够与凹部相配合将部分安全带(2)夹紧。
10、根据权利要求9所述的儿童汽车座,其中,凸部(31)形成于压杆(3)上,凹部形成于基座(1)上。
11、根据权利要求9或10所述的儿童汽车座,其特征在于:凸部(31)为多个沿所述压杆(3)厚度方向向外凸出的凸筋。
