Abstract

La présente invention vise à fournir un excellent agent hydratant. À cet effet, la présente invention concerne un agent hydratant comportant : un produit de fermentation du sucre (A) obtenu au moyen d'une levure appartenant au genre Kluyveromyces ; et un alcool polyhydrique (B) ayant une gravité spécifique à 20°C d'au moins 0,93. L'alcool polyhydrique (B) peut avoir une gravité spécifique à 20°C d'au moins 1,01. En outre, l'alcool polyhydrique (B) peut être au moins un parmi la glycérine, le propanediol, le propylène glycol, et le dipropylène glycol.
