Abstract

 無人ヘリコプタ10は、駆動源36を支持するメインボディ12と、メインボディ12の後端部から後方に向かって延びるテールボディ18と、メインボディ12に支持される電装ボックス44とを備える。電装ボックス44は、メインボディ12のフレーム46,48の間に配置され、前後方向に移動不能となるように、連結部材64,76によって下方から支持され、連結部材66,78によって上方から支持される。連結部材64,66は、補強部材68,70によってフレーム46,48を挟んだ状態で連結され、連結部材76,78は、補強部材80,82によってフレーム46,48を挟んだ状態で連結される。電装ボックス44の上面における後端部164は面取り状に形成される。

Description

無人ヘリコプタ
 この発明は無人ヘリコプタに関し、より特定的には、電装ボックスを備える無人ヘリコプタに関する。
 この種の従来技術の一例が特許文献1において開示されている。特許文献1に開示された無人ヘリコプタは、エンジンを支持するフロントボディ(メインボディ)とフロントボディの後端部から後方に向かって延びるテールボディとを備え、電装ボックスはフロントボディのフレーム内に設けられている。電装ボックスはフレームの後方または側方からフロントボディ内に出し入れされる。

 このような特許文献1に開示された無人ヘリコプタでは、フロントボディからテールボディを取り外すか、フロントボディを覆うカウリング(ボディカバー)を取り外さないと、フロントボディに対して電装ボックスを出し入れできず、その作業にとても手間がかかってしまう。
 それゆえにこの発明の主たる目的は、メインボディに対する電装ボックスの着脱が容易になる、無人ヘリコプタを提供することである。
 この発明の或る見地によれば、駆動源を支持するメインボディと、メインボディの後端部から後方に向かって延びるテールボディと、メインボディに支持される電装ボックスとを備え、メインボディは、前後方向に延びかつ互いに左右方向に間隔をあけて設けられる一対のフレームと、それぞれ一対のフレームを連結する複数の第1連結部材とを含み、電装ボックスは一対のフレームの間に配置され、複数の第1連結部材は、電装ボックスを前後方向に移動不能に下方から支持する、無人ヘリコプタが提供される。
 この発明では、第1連結部材は、フレームの連結と電装ボックスの支持とに兼用されるので、電装ボックスを支持するための部材を別途準備する必要はなく、部品点数を抑制できる。また、フレームから第1連結部材を取り外すと、取り外された第1連結部材による電装ボックスの支持が解除されるので、電装ボックスをメインボディから下方に容易に取り出すことができる。また、フレームから第1連結部材を取り外した状態で、下方からメインボディの所定の位置に電装ボックスを容易に装着することができる。このように、メインボディに対する電装ボックスの着脱が容易になる。
 好ましくは、電装ボックスの上面における前端部および後端部の少なくともいずれか一方は、面取り状に形成される。このような無人ヘリコプタでは、電装ボックスをメインボディの一対のフレーム間から下方に取り出す場合、電装ボックスの面取り状に(丸みを帯びるように)形成された端部を一対のフレーム間に位置させた状態で、電装ボックスを回転させて一対のフレーム間から下方に取り出す。このとき、電装ボックスの面取り状に形成された端部は、メインボディに接触せず、またはメインボディに接触してもメインボディに対して滑らせることができる。したがって、メインボディに干渉されることなく、電装ボックスを一対のフレーム間から容易に取り出すことができる。一方、電装ボックスを一対のフレーム間に位置するようにメインボディに取り付ける場合、電装ボックスの面取り状に形成された端部を一対のフレーム間に挿入した状態で、電装ボックスを取り出し時とは逆方向に回転させて一対のフレーム間に位置させる。このとき、電装ボックスの面取り状に形成された端部は、メインボディに接触せず、またはメインボディに接触してもメインボディに対して滑らせることができる。したがって、メインボディに干渉されることなく、電装ボックスを一対のフレーム間に位置するようにメインボディに容易に取り付けることができる。
 また好ましくは、メインボディは、それぞれ複数の第1連結部材よりも上方に設けられかつ一対のフレームを連結する複数の第2連結部材をさらに含み、複数の第2連結部材は、電装ボックスを前後方向に移動不能に上方から支持する。この場合、複数の第1連結部材が電装ボックスを前後方向に移動不能に下方から支持するとともに、複数の第2連結部材が電装ボックスを前後方向に移動不能に上方から支持することによって、電装ボックスをより確実に前後方向に移動不能に支持できる。また、このような第1連結部材および第2連結部材によって、結果的に電装ボックスの上下方向の移動も防止できる。
 さらに好ましくは、メインボディは、一対のフレームの外側に設けられる一対の補強部材をさらに含み、一方の補強部材は、第1連結部材と第2連結部材との一端部同士を一方のフレームを挟んで連結し、他方の補強部材は、第1連結部材と第2連結部材との他端部同士を他方のフレームを挟んで連結する。この場合、第1連結部材と第2連結部材と一対の補強部材とによって、一対のフレームを挟んだ枠状のフレーム構造を形成できるので、フレーム構造の強度を向上できる。
 好ましくは、第1連結部材および第2連結部材はそれぞれ、フレームに複数の箇所で接続される。この場合、第1連結部材および第2連結部材はそれぞれ、フレームに複数の箇所で接続されることによって、フレームに強固に接続される。
 また好ましくは、電装ボックスは、その上面に突起部を有し、メインボディは、複数の第2連結部材を連結する押さえ部材をさらに含み、押さえ部材は、突起部が嵌る孔を有する。この場合、電装ボックスの突起部が孔に嵌るように押さえ部材を設けることによって、電装ボックスの上下方向、前後方向および左右方向の移動をより確実に抑制できる。
 さらに好ましくは、一対のフレームは板状部材を含む。この場合、フレームの強度を高めることができるとともに、電装ボックスを側方からより確実に保護することができる。
 この発明の上述の目的およびその他の目的、特徴、局面および利点は、添付図面に関連して行われる以下のこの発明の実施形態の詳細な説明から一層明らかとなろう。

 以下、図面を参照してこの発明の実施の形態について説明する。この実施形態における前後、左右、上下とは、無人ヘリコプタ10(以下、ヘリコプタ10と略記する)の基本姿勢(マスト14が鉛直方向に対して平行になっているときのヘリコプタ10の姿勢)を基準とした前後、左右、上下を意味する。なお、図中において、「Fr」は前方を示し、「Rr」は後方を示し、「R」は右方を示し、「L」は左方を示し、「U」は上方を示し、「Lo」は下方を示す。
 図1を参照して、ヘリコプタ10は、メインボディ12、マスト14、メインロータ16、テールボディ18およびテールロータ20を含む。
 メインボディ12は、メインフレーム22、ボディカバー24、脚部26,28、一対のスキッド30(図1では左側のスキッド30のみ図示)、ならびにアンダーカバー32を含む。
 テールボディ18およびボディカバー24は、メインフレーム22に支持される。
 脚部26および28はそれぞれ、正面視逆U字状に形成され、メインフレーム22に支持される。
 一対のスキッド30は、左右に並ぶように脚部26および28に取り付けられる。具体的には、一方側(左側)のスキッド30は、脚部26,28の一方側(左側)の部分に取り付けられ、他方側(右側)のスキッド30(図示せず)は、脚部26,28の他方側(右側)の部分に取り付けられる。
 アンダーカバー32は、テールボディ18およびメインフレーム22に取り付けられる。
 マスト14は、ボディカバー24から上方に突出するようにかつ回転可能に設けられる。マスト14の上端部に、メインロータ16が固定される。これにより、マスト14とメインロータ16とが一体的に回転する。テールボディ18は略円筒形状を有し、メインボディ12よりも後方に延びる。テールボディ18の前端部は、ボディカバー24内においてメインフレーム22の後端部に支持される。テールロータ20は、テールボディ18の後端部に回転可能に設けられる。
 メインボディ12におけるメインフレーム22の廻りの構成については、後で詳細に説明する。
 ヘリコプタ10はさらに、表示装置34、駆動源36、トランスミッション38、燃料タンク40、ドライブシャフト42および電装ボックス44を含む。駆動源36、トランスミッション38および燃料タンク40は、ボディカバー24に収容される。表示装置34は、アンダーカバー32によって保持される。
 駆動源36は、メインロータ16の下方においてメインフレーム22の前端部に支持される。この実施形態では、駆動源36としてエンジンが用いられる。より具体的には、駆動源36として、たとえば、水平対向型の多気筒エンジンが用いられる。
 トランスミッション38は、駆動源36の後方においてメインフレーム22に支持される。トランスミッション38は、駆動源36の図示しないクランクシャフトに連結される。トランスミッション38にマスト14の下端部が連結される。メインロータ16は、駆動源36からトランスミッション38およびマスト14を介して伝達される駆動力に基づいて回転する。
 トランスミッション38から後方に延びるようにドライブシャフト42が設けられる。ドライブシャフト42は、メインボディ12内およびテールボディ18内を前後方向に延びる。テールロータ20は、ドライブシャフト42の後端部に連結される。テールロータ20は、駆動源36からトランスミッション38およびドライブシャフト42を介して伝達される駆動力に基づいて回転する。
 マスト14の後方に、燃料タンク40が設けられる。燃料タンク40の上端部は、メインボディ12から上方に露出する。
 メインフレーム22内に電装ボックス44が設けられる。電装ボックス44の詳細については後述する。
 以下、メインボディ12におけるメインフレーム22の廻りの構成について詳細に説明する。
 図2を参照して、メインフレーム22は、板状の一対のフレーム46,48を含む。一対のフレーム46,48は、互いに左右方向に間隔をあけて平行に配置され、かつ前後方向に延びるように設けられる。一対のフレーム46,48はそれぞれ、略逆台形状に形成される。また、一対のフレーム46,48はそれぞれ、その縁部が全周にわたって中央部に比べて肉厚に形成される。さらに、一対のフレーム46,48は、たとえば炭素繊維強化プラスチック(CFRP)からなる。
 図3を参照して、フレーム46において、上縁部46aと下縁部46bとは互いに平行に設けられ、上縁部46aは下縁部46bより長く形成される。上縁部46aおよび下縁部46bのそれぞれの前端部は、上下方向に延びる前縁部46cによって連結され、上縁部46aおよび下縁部46bのそれぞれの後端部は、後縁部46dによって連結される。後縁部46dは、下縁部46bから上縁部46aに向かって、後方斜め上方に延びる。また、フレーム46は、取付部46eと46fとを含む。取付部46eは、フレーム46の前後方向中央部から前方寄りの位置において上下方向に延びるように形成される。取付部46eまたはその近傍には、連結部材64,66、補強部材68および筋交い104(それぞれ後述)が取り付けられる。取付部46fは、下縁部46bの後端部近傍から上下方向に延びるように形成される。取付部46fには、連結部材76,78および補強部材80(それぞれ後述)が取り付けられる。図7を参照して、フレーム46において、前縁部46c、取付部46eおよび取付部46fの内面にはそれぞれ、たとえばアルミニウムからなりかつ上下方向に延びる板状部材50a,50bおよび50cが形成される。板状部材50aには、フロントパネル54(後述)が取り付けられ、板状部材50bには、連結部材64,66が取り付けられ、板状部材50cには、連結部材76,78が取り付けられる。また、フレーム46の上縁部46a、下縁部46b、前縁部46c、後縁部46d、取付部46eおよび取付部46fが肉厚に形成される。板状部材50a,50bおよび50cを形成し、フレーム46の縁部全周および板状部材50b,50cが形成される取付部46e,46fを肉厚に形成することによって、フレーム46において高い強度が要求される箇所を肉厚に形成できる。さらに、上縁部46a、下縁部46b、前縁部46cおよび後縁部46dは、取付部46eおよび取付部46fよりも肉厚に形成される。また、フレーム46において、上縁部46a、下縁部46b、前縁部46c、後縁部46d、取付部46eおよび取付部46f以外の箇所、すなわち高い強度を要求されない箇所の厚みを薄くすることによって、フレーム46を軽くできる。
 図4を参照して、フレーム48についても同様に、上縁部48aと下縁部48bとは互いに平行に設けられ、上縁部48aは下縁部48bより長く形成される。上縁部48aおよび下縁部48bのそれぞれの前端部は、上下方向に延びる前縁部48cによって連結され、上縁部48aおよび下縁部48bのそれぞれの後端部は、後縁部48dによって連結される。後縁部48dは、下縁部48bから上縁部48aに向かって、後方斜め上方に延びる。また、フレーム48は、取付部48eと48fとを含む。取付部48eは、フレーム48の前後方向中央部から前方寄りの位置において上下方向に延びるように形成される。取付部48eまたはその近傍には、連結部材64,66、補強部材70(後述)および筋交い106(後述)が取り付けられる。取付部48fは、下縁部48bの後端部近傍から上下方向に延びるように形成される。取付部48fには、連結部材76,78および補強部材82(後述)が取り付けられる。図8を参照して、フレーム48において、前縁部48c、取付部48eおよび取付部48fの内面にはそれぞれ、たとえばアルミニウムからなりかつ上下方向に延びる板状部材52a,52bおよび52cが形成される。板状部材52aには、フロントパネル54が取り付けられ、板状部材52bには、連結部材64,66が取り付けられ、板状部材52cには、連結部材76,78が取り付けられる。また、フレーム48の上縁部48a、下縁部48b、前縁部48c、後縁部48d、取付部48eおよび取付部48fが肉厚に形成される。板状部材52a,52bおよび52cを形成し、フレーム48の縁部全周および板状部材52b,52cが形成される取付部48e,48fを肉厚に形成することによって、フレーム48において高い強度が要求される箇所を肉厚に形成できる。さらに、上縁部48a、下縁部48b、前縁部48cおよび後縁部48dは、取付部48eおよび取付部48fよりも肉厚に形成される。また、フレーム48において、上縁部48a、下縁部48b、前縁部48c、後縁部48d、取付部48eおよび取付部48f以外の箇所、すなわち高い強度を要求されない箇所の厚みを薄くすることによって、フレーム48を軽くできる。
 なお、図7および図8では、図面の煩雑化を防ぐために、締結部材等の図示が省略されている。
 図5、図7および図8を参照して、フレーム46の前縁部46cとフレーム48の前縁部48cとは、略長方形の板状のフロントパネル54を介して連結される。フロントパネル54は、板状部材50aと52aとに接触するように一対のフレーム46,48間に配置される。そして、フレーム46の前縁部46cの外面とフレーム48の前縁部48cの外面とにはそれぞれ、上下方向に延びかつたとえば中空部を有する棒状の補強部材56,58が配置される。補強部材56と58とは、互いに平行にかつ左右方向に対向するように設けられる。図3を参照して、補強部材56とフロントパネル54の左端部とは、フレーム46および板状部材50aを挟んだ状態で、複数(この実施形態では2つ)のボルトなどの締結部材60a,60bによって連結される。締結部材60a,60bはそれぞれ、フレーム46の前縁部46cの上部および下部に取り付けられる。同様に、図4を参照して、補強部材58とフロントパネル54の右端部とは、フレーム48および板状部材52aを挟んだ状態で、複数(この実施形態では2つ)のボルトなどの締結部材62a,62bによって連結される。締結部材62a,62bはそれぞれ、フレーム48の前縁部48cの上部および下部に取り付けられる。
 図5、図7および図8を参照して、フレーム46の取付部46eとフレーム48の取付部48eとは、連結部材64,66を介して連結される。連結部材64と66とは、互いに平行にかつ上下方向に並ぶように設けられる。連結部材64は、棒状に形成され、その両端部に突部64a,64bを有する。それによって、連結部材64の両端部は太くなり、複数のボルトなどの締結部材72a,72b,74a,および74b(後述)を受けることが可能となる。連結部材64は、板状部材50bの下端部と板状部材52bの下端部とに接触しかつ突部64a,64bが上側に位置するように、一対のフレーム46,48間に配置される。また、連結部材66は、棒状に形成され、その両端部に膨出部66a,66bを有する。それによって、連結部材66の両端部は太くなり、複数のボルトなどの締結部材72c,72d,72e,72f,74c,74d,74eおよび74f(後述)を受けることが可能となる。連結部材66は、板状部材50bの上端部と板状部材52bの上端部とに接触しかつ膨出部66a,66bが前後および下側に位置するように一対のフレーム46,48間に配置される。そして、フレーム46の取付部46eの外面とフレーム48の取付部48eの外面とにはそれぞれ、上下方向に延びかつたとえば中空部を有する棒状の補強部材68,70が配置される。補強部材68と70とは、互いに平行にかつ左右方向に対向するように設けられる。図3を参照して、補強部材68の下部と連結部材64の左端部とは、フレーム46および板状部材50bを挟んだ状態で、複数(この実施形態では2つ)の締結部材72a,72bによって連結される。補強部材68の上端部と連結部材66の左端部とは、フレーム46および板状部材50bを挟んだ状態で、複数(この実施形態では2つ)の締結部材72c,72dによって連結される。また、フレーム46と膨出部66aとは締結部材72eによって連結され、筋交い104とフレーム46と膨出部66aとは、締結部材72fによって連結される。同様に、図4を参照して、補強部材70の下部と連結部材64の右端部とは、フレーム48および板状部材52bを挟んだ状態で、複数(この実施形態では2つ)の締結部材74a,74bによって連結される。補強部材70の上端部と連結部材66の右端部とは、フレーム48および板状部材52bを挟んだ状態で、複数(この実施形態では2つ)の締結部材74c,74dによって連結される。また、フレーム48と膨出部66bとは締結部材74eによって連結され、筋交い106とフレーム48と膨出部66bとは、締結部材74fによって連結される。このように、補強部材68は、互いに対応する連結部材64,66の一端部同士をフレーム46を挟んで連結し、補強部材70は、互いに対応する連結部材64,66の他端部同士をフレーム48を挟んで連結する。
 図5、図7および図8を参照して、フレーム46の取付部46fとフレーム48の取付部48fとは、連結部材76,78を介して連結される。連結部材76と78とは、互いに平行にかつ上下方向に並ぶように設けられる。連結部材76は、棒状に形成され、その両端部に突部76a,76bを有する。それによって、連結部材76の両端部は太くなり、複数のボルトなどの締結部材84a,84b,86a,および86b(後述)を受けることが可能となる。連結部材76は、板状部材50cの下端部と板状部材52cの下端部とに接触しかつ突部76a,76bが上側に位置するように、一対のフレーム46,48間に配置される。また、連結部材78は、棒状に形成され、その両端部に突部78a,78bを有する。それによって、連結部材78の両端部は太くなり、複数のボルトなどの締結部材84c,84d,86cおよび86d(後述)を受けることが可能となる。連結部材78は、板状部材50cの上端部と板状部材52cの上端部とに接触しかつ突部78a,78bが下側に位置するように一対のフレーム46,48間に配置される。そして、フレーム46の取付部46fの外面とフレーム48の取付部48fの外面とにはそれぞれ、上下方向に延びかつたとえば中空部を有する棒状の補強部材80,82が配置される。補強部材80,82はそれぞれ、フレーム46,48より上方まで延びる。補強部材80,82は、互いに平行にかつ左右方向に対向するように設けられる。図3を参照して、補強部材80の下部と連結部材76の左端部とは、フレーム46および板状部材50cを挟んだ状態で、複数(この実施形態では2つ)の締結部材84a,84bによって連結される。補強部材80の中央部からやや下方寄りの箇所と連結部材78の左端部とは、フレーム46および板状部材50cを挟んだ状態で、複数(この実施形態では2つ)の締結部材84c,84dによって連結される。同様に、図4を参照して、補強部材82の下部と連結部材76の右端部とは、フレーム48および板状部材52cを挟んだ状態で、複数(この実施形態では2つ)の締結部材86a,86bによって連結される。補強部材82の中央部からやや下方寄りの箇所と連結部材78の右端部とは、フレーム48および板状部材52cを挟んだ状態で、複数(この実施形態では2つ)の締結部材86c,86dによって連結される。このように、補強部材80は、互いに対応する連結部材76,78の一端部同士をフレーム46を挟んで連結し、補強部材82は、互いに対応する連結部材76,78の他端部同士をフレーム48を挟んで連結する。
 以上より、補強部材56,58は、フレーム46,48の上部の位置および下部の位置で、フロントパネル54を介して連結される。補強部材68,70は、フレーム46,48の下部の位置で連結部材64を介して連結され、フレーム46,48の上部の位置で連結部材66を介して連結される。補強部材80,82は、フレーム46,48の下部の位置で連結部材76を介して連結され、フレーム46,48の上部の位置で連結部材78を介して連結される。この実施形態では、連結部材64,76がそれぞれ第1連結部材に相当し、連結部材66,78がそれぞれ第2連結部材に相当する。
 フレーム46の後縁部46dとフレーム48の後縁部48dとは、棒状の連結部材88を介して連結される。連結部材88の両端部はそれぞれ、後縁部46d,48dにたとえばボルト等の締結部材90a,90bによって連結される。
 連結部材64,66,76,78および88は、水平方向に延びかつ互いに平行となるように設けられる。
 このような一対のフレーム46,48の後端部近傍には、テールボディ18が設けられる。図3~図5、図7を参照して、テールボディ18の前端部の上面には、左右方向に延びる板状のブラケット92の後部がたとえばボルトなどの締結部材94a,94bによって取り付けられる。テールボディ18の前端部の左側には、前後方向に延びる板状のブラケット96の上部がたとえばボルトなどの締結部材98a,98bによって取り付けられ、テールボディ18の前端部の右側には、前後方向に延びる板状のブラケット100の上部がたとえばボルトなどの締結部材102a,102bによって取り付けられる。
 ブラケット92の左右の前部がそれぞれ、補強部材80,82の中央部より上方寄りの箇所に接続される。言い換えれば、補強部材80,82はブラケット92を介してテールボディ18に連結される。ここで、補強部材80とフレーム46とを連結するように筋交い104が設けられ、補強部材82とフレーム48とを連結するように筋交い106が設けられる。筋交い104,106はそれぞれ、後ろから前方斜め下方向に延びる。筋交い104の後端部は、補強部材80を挟んでブラケット92の左前部に対応するように位置し、筋交い104の後端部と補強部材80とブラケット92の左前部とは、締結部材108によって連結される。筋交い104の前端部は、フレーム46を挟んで膨出部66aの後部に対応するように位置し、筋交い104の前端部とフレーム46と膨出部66aの後部とは、締結部材72fによって連結される。同様に、筋交い106の後端部は、補強部材82を挟んでブラケット92の右前部に対応するように位置し、筋交い106の後端部と補強部材82とブラケット92の右前部とは、締結部材110によって連結される。筋交い106の前端部は、フレーム48を挟んで膨出部66bの後部に対応するように位置し、筋交い106の前端部とフレーム48と膨出部66bの後部とは、締結部材74fによって連結される。
 テールボディ18に取り付けられたブラケット96は、補強部材80とフレーム46とに連結される。ブラケット96の前端部は、補強部材80の内側かつフレーム46の上方に位置する。図7を参照して、ブラケット96の前端部の内面には、ばね部材112aとばね部材112aによって押圧されるブッシュ114aとが設けられ、補強部材80とブラケット96とを挟んで締結部材98cがブッシュ114aに取り付けられる。図3および図8を参照して、ブラケット96の後端下部は、略L字状の板状部材116を介してフレーム46の後端部に連結される。ブラケット96の後端下部の内面には、ばね部材(図示せず)とばね部材によって押圧されるブッシュ(図示せず)とが設けられ、板状部材116の上部とブラケット96とを挟んで締結部材98dが当該ブッシュに取り付けられる。これらのばね部材およびブッシュは、ばね部材112aおよびブッシュ114aと同様の構成を有する。板状部材116の下部は、締結部材98eによってフレーム46に接続され、さらに、締結部材98fによって筋交い118の下端部とともにフレーム46の後端部に接続される。筋交い118は、後ろから前方斜め上方に延び、筋交い118の上部は、ブラケット92の中央左端部に締結部材98gによって連結される。このようにテールボディ18は、ブラケット96等を介してフレーム46に取り付けられる。また、筋交い118によって、フレーム46に対するテールボディ18の取り付けが補強される。
 テールボディ18に取り付けられたブラケット100は、補強部材82とフレーム48とに連結される。ブラケット100の前端部は、補強部材82の内側かつフレーム48の上方に位置する。図8を参照して、ブラケット100の前端部の内面には、ばね部材112bとばね部材112bによって押圧されるブッシュ114bとが設けられ、補強部材82とブラケット100とを挟んで締結部材102cがブッシュ114bに取り付けられる。図4および図7を参照して、ブラケット100の後端下部は、略L字状の板状部材120を介してフレーム48の後端部に連結される。ブラケット100の後端下部の内面には、ばね部材112cとばね部材112cによって押圧されるブッシュ114cとが設けられ(図8参照)、板状部材120の上部とブラケット100とを挟んで締結部材102dがブッシュ114cに取り付けられる。板状部材120の下部は、締結部材102eによってフレーム48に接続され、さらに、締結部材102fによって筋交い122の下端部とともにフレーム48の後端部に接続される。筋交い122は、後ろから前方斜め上方に延び、筋交い122の上部は、ブラケット92の中央右端部に締結部材102gによって連結される。このようにテールボディ18は、ブラケット100等を介してフレーム48に取り付けられる。また、筋交い122によって、フレーム48に対するテールボディ18の取り付けが補強される。
 図5~図7を参照して、一対のフレーム46,48とフロントパネル54と連結部材76とによって囲まれる箇所には、略長方形の板状の底部124が設けられる。底部124は、たとえばボルトなどの締結部材126a,126bによってフロントパネル54の下面に、たとえばボルトなどの締結部材126c,126dによって連結部材64の下面に、たとえばボルトなどの締結部材126e,126fによって連結部材76の下面に接続される。
 図3~図7を参照して、フロントパネル54の前面には、2つの支持部材128,130が左右に並ぶように設けられる。支持部材128は、2つのたとえばボルトなどの締結部材132a,132bによってフロントパネル54に取り付けれ、支持部材130は、2つのたとえばボルトなどの締結部材134a,134bによってフロントパネル54に取り付けられる。支持部材128,130によって駆動源36が支持される。
 連結部材66の両端部の上面には、2つの支持部材136,138が設けられる。支持部材136は、2つのたとえばボルトなどの締結部材140a,140bによって連結部材66に取り付けられ、支持部材138は、2つのたとえばボルトなどの締結部材142a,142bによって連結部材66に取り付けられる。支持部材136,138によってトランスミッション38が支持される。
 補強部材56,58の下端部に脚部26が取り付けられ、補強部材80,82の下端部に脚部28が取り付けられる。
 連結部材66と78とは、略長方形状の押さえ部材144によって連結される(図12~図14参照)。押さえ部材144は、本体部146aと環状部材146bとを含む。本体部146aは、長手方向に延びる長円状の孔146cを有し、孔146cに長円の環状部材146bが設けられる。環状部材146bの孔146dには、後述する突起部174が嵌る。押さえ部材144の前端部が連結部材66の上面に、2つのたとえばボルトなどの締結部材148a,148bによって連結され、押さえ部材144の後端部が連結部材78の上面に、2つのたとえばボルトなどの締結部材148c,148dによって連結される。
 このようなメインフレーム22において、一対のフレーム46,48間に電装ボックス44が配置される。電装ボックス44内には、ヘリコプタ10に搭載される種々の装置を制御する制御装置(図示せず)等が収納される。
 図9~図11を参照して、電装ボックス44は、ボックス本体150と蓋部152とを含む。
 ボックス本体150は、中空状かつ略筐体状に形成され、上面開口を有する。蓋部152は、ボックス本体150の上面開口を覆うようにボックス本体150に取り付けられる。ボックス本体150の前端下部と後端下部とにはそれぞれ、左右方向に延びる段部154,156が形成される。段部154の側面の左右両端部には、短冊状の緩衝部材158a,158bが設けられる。段部154の上面には、左右方向に並ぶように短冊状の緩衝部材158c,158dが設けられる。段部156の側面の左右両端部には、短冊状の緩衝部材160a,160bが設けられる。段部156の上面には、左右方向に並ぶように短冊状の緩衝部材160c,160dが設けられる。
 蓋部152の前端部162と後端部164とにはそれぞれ、左右方向に延びる段部166,168が形成される。段部166上の左右方向略中央部には、短冊状の緩衝部材170が設けられる。後端部164には、左右方向に並びかつ蓋部152の長手方向に延びるように2つの緩衝部材172a,172bが設けられる。緩衝部材172a,172bのそれぞれの前部は、段部168から上方に突出するように設けられる。一方、緩衝部材172a,172bのそれぞれの後部は、後端部164から上方に突出しないように設けられる。つまり、後端部164が下方にへこむ凹部173a,173bを有し、凹部173a,173bに緩衝部材172a,172bのそれぞれの後部が設けられる。これにより、電装ボックス44を取り付ける際および取り外す際に緩衝部材172a,172bの後部がフレーム部材78と干渉しないため、緩衝部材172a,172bが後端部164から剥がれることを抑制できる。蓋部152の後端部164は、面取り状に、すなわち丸みを帯びるように形成される。蓋部152の上面中央部のやや前方寄りの箇所には、前後方向に延びる突起部174が形成される。また、突起部174の左右および後方を間隔をあけて囲むように、U字状の突起部176が形成される。
 上述した緩衝部材158a,158b,158c,158d,160a,160b,160c,160d,170,172aおよび172bは、たとえばシリコン系スポンジからなる。
 ボックス本体150には、複数(この実施形態では4つ)のたとえばボルトなどの締結部材178a~178dによって蓋部152が取り付けられる。
 図12を参照して、電装ボックス44が一対のフレーム46,48間の所定の位置に配置されているとき、段部154には連結部材64が位置し、段部156には連結部材76が位置し、段部166には連結部材66が位置し、段部168には連結部材78が位置し、押さえ部材144の孔146dに、突起部174が嵌る。このように、電装ボックス44は、連結部材64,66,76,78および押さえ部材144に囲まれる。
 ついで、図15および図16を参照して、メインボディ12に対する電装ボックス44の着脱について説明する。
 まず、メインボディ12から電装ボックス44を取り外す場合について説明する。
 電装ボックス44の下方に底部124が設けられている場合には、底部124を取り外しておき、図15(a)に示すようにメインボディ12に電装ボックス44が取り付けられている状態から、連結部材64を取り外し、図15(b)に示す状態にする。そして、図16(a)に示すように、連結部材76を支点として矢印Aで示す方向(図16(a)でいえば反時計回り方向)に、電装ボックス44を回転させ、図16(b)に示すように、電装ボックス44を下方から取り出す。ここで、図16(a)に示すように、電装ボックス44を回転させて取り出すとき、電装ボックス44の後端部164は連結部材78に接触しない。言い換えれば、電装ボックス44の取り出しは連結部材78によって干渉されない。
 ついで、メインボディ12に電装ボックス44を取り付ける場合について説明する。この場合には、上述の取り付け時とは逆の手順で作業を行うことができる。
 まず、図16(b)に示すように連結部材64が取り外されたメインボディ12に対して、電装ボックス44を下方から挿入し、図16(a)に示すように、電装ボックス44の段部156を連結部材76によって支持させる。その状態から、図16(a)に示す矢印B方向(図16(a)でいえば時計回り方向)に、電装ボックス44を回転させ、図15(b)に示すように、電装ボックス44をメインボディ12(一対のフレーム46,48間)に挿入する。そして、図15(a)に示すように、連結部材64を取り付ける。ここで、図16(a)に示すように、電装ボックス44を回転させてメインボディ12に挿入するとき、電装ボックス44の後端部164は連結部材78に接触しない。言い換えれば、電装ボックス44の取り付けは連結部材78によって干渉されない。
 このようなヘリコプタ10によれば、連結部材64,76は、フレーム46,48の連結と電装ボックス44の支持とに兼用されるので、電装ボックス44を支持するための部材を別途準備する必要はなく、部品点数を抑制できる。また、フレーム46,48から連結部材64を取り外すと、取り外された連結部材64による電装ボックス44の支持が解除されるので、電装ボックス44をメインボディ12から下方に容易に取り出すことができる。また、フレーム46,48から連結部材64を取り外した状態で、下方からメインボディ12の所定の位置に電装ボックス44を容易に装着することができる。このように、メインボディ12に対する電装ボックス44の着脱が容易になる。
 電装ボックス44をメインボディ12のフレーム46,48間から下方に取り出す場合、電装ボックス44の面取り状に(丸みを帯びるように)形成された後端部164をフレーム46,48間に位置させた状態で、連結部材76を支点として電装ボックス44を矢印A方向に回転させて、電装ボックス44をフレーム46,48間から下方に取り出す。このとき、電装ボックス44の面取り状に形成された後端部164は、メインボディ12(連結部材78)に接触しない。また、たとえ後端部164がメインボディ12(連結部材78)に接触したとしても後端部164をメインボディ12(連結部材78)に対して滑らせることができる。したがって、メインボディ12に干渉されることなく、電装ボックス44をフレーム46,48間から容易に取り出すことができる。
 一方、電装ボックス44をフレーム46,48間に位置するようにメインボディ12に取り付ける場合、電装ボックス44の面取り状に形成された後端部164をフレーム46,48間に挿入した状態で、連結部材76を支点として電装ボックス44を矢印B方向に回転(取り出し時とは逆方向に回転)させて、電装ボックス44をフレーム46,48間に位置させる。このとき、電装ボックス44の面取り状に形成された後端部164は、メインボディ12(連結部78)に接触しない。また、たとえ後端部164がメインボディ12(連結部材78)に接触したとしてもメインボディ12(連結部材78)に対して滑らせることができる。したがって、メインボディ12に干渉されることなく、電装ボックス44をフレーム46,48間に位置するようにメインボディ12に容易に取り付けることができる。
 2つの連結部材64,76が電装ボックス44を前後方向に移動不能に下方から支持するとともに、2つの連結部材66,78が電装ボックス44を前後方向に移動不能に上方から支持することによって、電装ボックス44をより確実に前後方向に移動不能に支持できる。また、連結部材64,66,76,78によって、結果的に電装ボックス44の上下方向の移動も防止できる。
 図13に示すように、連結部材64,66と補強部材68,70とによって、フレーム46,48を挟んだ枠状のフレーム構造を形成できるので、フレーム構造の強度を向上できる。また、図14に示すように、連結部材76,78と補強部材80,82とによって、フレーム46,48を挟んだ枠状のフレーム構造を形成できるので、フレーム構造の強度を向上できる。
 連結部材64,66,76,78はそれぞれ、フレーム46に複数の箇所で接続されることによって、フレーム46に強固に接続されるとともに、連結部材64,66,76,78はそれぞれ、フレーム48に複数の箇所で接続されることによって、フレーム48に強固に接続される。
 電装ボックス44の突起部174が環状部材146bの孔146dに嵌るように押さえ部材144を設けることによって、電装ボックス44の上下方向、前後方向および左右方向の移動をより確実に抑制できる。
 フレーム46,48を板状に形成することによって、フレーム46,48の強度を高めることができるとともに、電装ボックス44を側方からより確実に保護することができる。
 フレーム46,48において、補強部材80,82より後方の部分は、フレーム46,48の後端に向かって細くなるように形成される。これによって、当該部分を矩形状に形成する場合に比べて、フレーム46,48を軽くできる。
 上述の実施形態では、電装ボックス44において、蓋部152の後端部164を面取り状に(丸みを帯びるように)形成する場合について説明したが、これに限定されない。電装ボックスにおいて、蓋部の前端部を面取り状に(丸みを帯びるように)形成してもよい。この場合、電装ボックスをメインボディ12に対して着脱するとき、メインボディ12から連結部材76が取り外され、連結部材64を支点として電装ボックスが回転される。また、この場合、蓋部の前端部は、上述の実施形態における後端部164と同程度に、面取り状に(丸みを帯びるように)形成されることが好ましい。さらに、電装ボックスにおいて、蓋部の前端部および後端部の両方を面取り状に(丸みを帯びるように)形成してもよい。この場合、蓋部の前端部および後端部は両方とも、上述の実施形態における後端部164と同程度に、面取り状に(丸みを帯びるように)形成されることが好ましい。
 また、電装ボックス44をメインボディ12に対して着脱するとき、メインボディ12から2つの連結部材64,76を取り外してもよいことはいうまでもない。この場合も、電装ボックス44をメインボディ12に対して容易に着脱できる。
 以上、この発明の好ましい実施形態について説明されたが、この発明の範囲および精神を逸脱しない限りにおいて種々の変更が可能であることは明らかである。この発明の範囲は、添付された請求の範囲のみによって限定される。

Claims (7)

  1.  駆動源を支持するメインボディと、
     前記メインボディの後端部から後方に向かって延びるテールボディと、
     前記メインボディに支持される電装ボックスとを備え、
     前記メインボディは、
     前後方向に延びかつ互いに左右方向に間隔をあけて設けられる一対のフレームと、
     それぞれ前記一対のフレームを連結する複数の第1連結部材とを含み、
     前記電装ボックスは前記一対のフレームの間に配置され、
     前記複数の第1連結部材は、前記電装ボックスを前後方向に移動不能に下方から支持する、無人ヘリコプタ。
  2.  前記電装ボックスの上面における前端部および後端部の少なくともいずれか一方は、面取り状に形成される、請求項1に記載の無人ヘリコプタ。
  3.  前記メインボディは、それぞれ前記複数の第1連結部材よりも上方に設けられかつ前記一対のフレームを連結する複数の第2連結部材をさらに含み、
     前記複数の第2連結部材は、前記電装ボックスを前後方向に移動不能に上方から支持する、請求項1または2に記載の無人ヘリコプタ。
  4.  前記メインボディは、前記一対のフレームの外側に設けられる一対の補強部材をさらに含み、
     前記一方の補強部材は、前記第1連結部材と前記第2連結部材との一端部同士を前記一方のフレームを挟んで連結し、前記他方の補強部材は、前記第1連結部材と前記第2連結部材との他端部同士を前記他方のフレームを挟んで連結する、請求項3に記載の無人ヘリコプタ。
  5.  前記第1連結部材および前記第2連結部材はそれぞれ、前記フレームに複数の箇所で接続される、請求項3または4に記載の無人ヘリコプタ。
  6.  前記電装ボックスは、その上面に突起部を有し、
     前記メインボディは、前記複数の第2連結部材を連結する押さえ部材をさらに含み、
     前記押さえ部材は、前記突起部が嵌る孔を有する、請求項3から5のいずれかに記載の無人ヘリコプタ。
  7.  前記一対のフレームは板状部材を含む、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の無人ヘリコプタ。
