しかしながら、特許文献1では、リフタガイドをフレームに通し入れる必要があるが、リフタガイドをフレームの所定位置に所定角度で溶接するのは容易ではないため、リフタガイドのフレームに対する位置精度を向上させるのは困難である。
本発明の第1の態様に係るモータグレーダは、ボックス形状のフレームと、作業機と、を備える。作業機は、フレームによって支持される。フレームは、リフタガイドが少なくとも左右側面に一体形成されるボックス形状のブラケットと、ブラケットの前端部から前方に延び、作業機を支持する第1フレーム部と、ブラケットの後端部から後方に延びる第2フレーム部と、を有する。
本発明によれば、リフタガイドをフレームに精度良くかつ簡便に固定可能なモータグレーダを提供することができる。
図1は、モータグレーダ1の全体構成を示す側面図である。図2は、モータグレーダ1の前部を拡大した斜視図である。なお、以下の説明において、「上」「下」「左」「右」「前」「後」は、運転席に着座したオペレータが見た方向を基準とする用語である。
図3は、フロントフレーム11を前方から見た斜視図である。図4は、フロントフレーム11を前方から見た分解斜視図である。
(1)モータグレーダ1のフレーム10は、リフタガイド70が固定されるブラケット11aと、ブラケット11aの前端部から前方に延びる第1フレーム部11bと、ブラケット11aの後端部から後方に延びる第2フレーム部11cと、を有する。
以上、本発明の一実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変更が可能である。

- ボックス形状のフレームと、
前記フレームによって支持される作業機と、
を備え、
前記フレームは、
リフタガイドが少なくとも左右側面に一体形成されるブラケットと、
前記ブラケットの前端部から前方に延び、前記作業機を支持する第1フレーム部と、
前記ブラケットの後端部から後方に延びる第2フレーム部と、
を有するモータグレーダ。 - 前記リフタガイドと前記ブラケットは、鋳物である、
請求項1に記載のモータグレーダ。 - 前記ブラケットと前記第1フレーム部を接続する第1ビード部を有し、
前記第1ビード部は、前記ブラケットの上面と前記第1フレーム部の上面を接続し、左右方向に延びる第1部分と、前記ブラケットの下面と前記第1フレーム部の下面を接続し、前記左右方向に延びる第2部分と、前記ブラケットの側面と前記第1フレーム部の側面を接続し、上下方向に延びる第3部分と、を含み、
前記第1部分と前記第2部分は、前記フレームの前後方向において離れている、
請求項1又は2に記載のモータグレーダ。 - 前記第1部分は、前記第2部分より前記フレームの前方側に位置している、
請求項3に記載のモータグレーダ。 - 前記リフタガイドは、上部が前方側に傾斜して前記ブラケットに接続され、
前記リフタガイドの前記ブラケットへの投影面と前記ブラケットの上面との交点と前記第1部分の距離は、前記リフタガイドの前記ブラケットへの投影面と前記ブラケットの下面との交点と前記第2部分の距離と等しい、
請求項4に記載のモータグレーダ。 - 前記第3部分は、前記第1部分と前記第2部分のそれぞれから前記前後方向において離れている、
請求項3乃至5のいずれかに記載のモータグレーダ。 - 前記第1ビード部の表面は、前記ブラケットの表面と前記第1フレーム部の表面に平らに連なっている、
請求項3乃至6のいずれかに記載のモータグレーダ。 - 前記ブラケットと前記第2フレーム部を接続する第2ビード部を有し、
前記第2ビード部は、前記ブラケットの上面と前記第2フレーム部の上面を接続し、左右方向に延びる第4部分と、前記ブラケットの下面と前記第2フレーム部の下面を接続し、前記左右方向に延びる第5部分と、前記ブラケットの側面と前記第2フレーム部の側面を接続し、上下方向に延びる第6部分と、を含み、
前記第4部分と前記第5部分は、前記フレームの前後方向において離れている、
請求項1又は2に記載のモータグレーダ。 - 前記第4部分は、前記第5部分より前記フレームの前方側に位置している、
請求項8に記載のモータグレーダ。 - 前記リフタガイドは、上部が前方側に傾斜して前記ブラケットに接続され、
前記リフタガイドの前記ブラケットへの投影面と前記ブラケットの上面との交点と前記第4部分の距離は、前記リフタガイドの前記ブラケットへの投影面と前記ブラケットの下面との交点と前記第5部分の距離と等しい、
請求項9に記載のモータグレーダ。 - 前記第6部分は、前記第4部分と前記第5部分のそれぞれから前記前後方向において離れている、
請求項8乃至10のいずれかに記載のモータグレーダ。 - 前記第2ビード部の表面は、前記ブラケットの表面と前記第2フレーム部の表面に平らに連なっている、
請求項8乃至11のいずれかに記載のモータグレーダ。 - 前記リフタガイドは、環状に形成されている、
請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載のモータグレーダ。 - 前記リフタガイドは、前記ブラケットの前記左右側面及び前記下面に形成されている、
請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載のモータグレーダ。 - 前記リフタガイドを取り囲むリフタブラケットと、
前記作業機と前記リフタブラケットに連結されるシリンダと、
