Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施の形態にかかるPLCシステムの構成例を示すブロック図である。PLCシステムは、PLC1にネットワーク2を介して複数の機器3(4、5)が接続されて構成されている。機器3(4、5)は、ネットワーク2を介して接続されたPLCと通信する機能を有するセンサ等であり、自己の動作に必要な閾値等の設定値(以下、「機器設定情報」と呼ぶ)を内部メモリ31(41、51)に保持している。また、この機器3(4、5)は、内部メモリ31(41、51)に保有する機器設定情報を変更した場合、当該変更した旨を接続先であるPLC1に通知するようになされている。なお、機器設定情報は、閾値に限らず、センサの動作範囲を設定した値、アラーム値など、機器の動作に寄与する情報であれば良い。
本実施の形態におけるPLCシステムは、実施の形態1記載のPLCシステムにおけるPLC1にエンジニアリングツール60が接続されて構成されている。このエンジニアリングツール60は、PLC1及びPLC1に接続された機器を一括管理する機能を有しており、エンジニアリング画面上にてセンサの機器設定情報を変更することが可能となるよう構成されている。

Claims (10)
- 自己を制御する設定情報を保持し、上記設定情報が変更された場合、変更が生じた旨を他のプログラマブルロジックコントローラに通知する機器と、
上記機器の設定情報を記憶手段に保持し、上記設定変更が生じた旨の通知を受けた際、上記記憶手段に保持する設定情報のうち、通知を受けた機器に対応する設定情報を上記機器が保持する最新の設定情報に更新するプログラマブルロジックコントローラと、
を備えることを特徴とするプログラマブルロジックコントローラシステム。 - 上記記憶手段は、プログラマブルロジックコントローラの外部記憶媒体であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプログラマブルロジックコントローラシステム。
- 上記プログラマブルロジックコントローラは、上記記憶手段に保持する設定情報を、上記設定情に対応する機器に再度保持させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至2記載のプログラマブルロジックコントローラシステム。
- 上記機器に設定情報を再度保持させる場合、対象機器、バックアップ日時に基いて行うことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のプログラマブルロジックコントローラシステム。
- 上記機器が保持する設定情報は、機器に接続されたエンジニアリングツールによって変更されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4記載のプログラマブルロジックコントローラシステム。
- 自己を制御する設定情報が変更された場合、上記変更が生じた旨を外部に通知する機器の設定情報を保持する記憶手段と、
上記設定変更が生じた旨の通知を受けた際、上記記憶手段に保持する設定情報のうち、通知を受けた機器に対応する設定情報を上記機器が保持する最新の設定情報に更新する更新手段と
を備えることを特徴とするプログラマブルロジックコントローラ。 - 上記記憶手段は、プログラマブルロジックコントローラの外部記憶媒体であることを特徴とする請求項6記載のプログラマブルロジックコントローラ。
- 上記記憶手段に保持する設定情報を、上記設定情に対応する機器に再度保持させる手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項6乃至7記載のプログラマブルロジックコントローラ。
- 上記機器に設定情報を再度保持させる場合、対象機器、バックアップ日時に基いて行うことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のプログラマブルロジックコントローラ。
- 上記機器が保持する設定情報は、機器に接続されたエンジニアリングツールによって変更されることを特徴とする請求項6乃至9記載のプログラマブルロジックコントローラ。
