本发明涉及到液晶面板技术领域,特别涉及到液晶面板搬送治具。
背景技术
近年来,市场对55寸以上大尺寸液晶面板的需求越来越大。但是,由于大尺寸面板尺寸大,厚度薄,当需要远距离搬送大尺寸面板时,例如实验需求或前后制程设备相距甚远的情况,需要跨区域、跨楼层、跨栋、跨厂搬送,搬送工具在运动时平稳度较差或地面的平整度较差而造成颠簸震动,如果保护不好,极易造成面板破裂。
目前生产线上用于液晶面板搬送治具对面板的支撑点均较少,搬送过程中振幅较大,导致变形或破片;且未对面板位置固定,搬送过程中会发生偏移而撞击治具机构件,导致边角破片或支撑面刮伤,或与治具机构件干涉,导致面板无法取出的情况发生。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的为提供一种避免面板在搬送时破片的液晶面板搬送治具。
本发明提出一种液晶面板搬送治具,包括屉笼和托盘,所述托盘用于放置液晶面板,所述屉笼的相对两侧壁上设置有支撑件,所述托盘放置于所述支撑件上,相对于所述支撑件滑入或滑出所述屉笼,所述支撑件为滚轮条,所述滚轮条水平设置于所述屉笼的相对两侧壁上,所述滚轮条设置有多个滚轮,所述托盘上相对于所述滚轮条的位置设置有导杆,所述导杆与所述滚轮配合滑动,带动所述托盘滑进或滑出所述屉笼。

如图2所示,图2为本发明液晶面板搬送治具的第二实施例中托盘的结构示意图。在本实施例中,托盘200为上方开口的盒体,托盘200的底部设置有缓冲垫211,液晶面板300放置于托盘200底部的底部缓冲垫211上。底部缓冲垫211采用无尘泡棉,可起到防震的作用,在搬动过程中减小振动幅度,有效防止液晶面板300变形或破片。同时,液晶面板300与底部缓冲垫211大面积平整接触,在液晶面板300的重力以及与底部缓冲垫211之间的摩擦力作用下,可保证液晶面板300在托盘200的底部缓冲垫211上不发生水平位移,避免液晶面板300与治具之间发生碰撞而造成破片的情况发生。
为了进一步避免液晶面板300的水平位移或碰撞,可在托盘200的侧壁上设置侧壁缓冲垫212,该位于托盘200侧壁的侧壁缓冲垫212也采用无尘泡棉,当液晶面板300放置于托盘200的底部缓冲垫211上时,侧壁缓冲垫212卡持液晶面板300的侧边,确保液晶面板300不发生水平位移。即使在托盘200的面积大于液晶面板300而使侧壁缓冲垫212无法卡持液晶面板300侧边的情况下,液晶面板300如果发生水平位移而碰撞到侧壁缓冲垫212时,由于侧壁缓冲垫212具有防震的作用,在侧壁缓冲垫212的保护下,液晶面板300也不容易造成破片。
此外,托盘200还可包括顶部缓冲垫213,顶部缓冲垫213也采用无尘泡棉,当液晶面板300放置于托盘200的底部缓冲垫211上时,顶部缓冲垫213放置于液晶面板300上方,与底部缓冲垫212一起夹持液晶面板300,如果夹持力足够使液晶面板300不发生位移,此时也可以不用在托盘200侧壁上设置侧壁缓冲垫212。在搬送过程中,若地面条件好,震动小,可无需顶部缓冲垫213;若地面条件差,震动大,可在液晶面板300上方再放入一层顶部缓冲垫213加强保护,顶部缓冲垫213与托盘200侧壁(未粘贴侧壁缓冲垫212时)或侧壁缓冲垫212(粘贴有侧壁缓冲垫212时)可采用过盈压入配合,顶部缓冲垫213将液晶面板300固定在托盘200中,使液晶面板300不发生上下、左右、前后的位移,进一步避免了液晶面板300因移位或碰撞造成破片的情况发生。
如图3(a)至图3(c)所示,图3(a)为本发明液晶面板搬送治具的第三实施例中滚轮条的结构示意图;图3(b)为本发明液晶面板搬送治具的第三实施例中托盘的结构示意图;图3(c)为本发明液晶面板搬送治具的第三实施例中托盘与滚轮条配合的结构示意图。
本实施例的支撑件110为滚轮条120,滚轮条120水平设置于屉笼100的相对两侧壁上,滚轮条120设置有多个滚轮121,托盘200上相对于滚轮条120的位置设置有导杆220,本实施例中的滚轮121的两边凸出、中间凹陷,凹陷部的形状与导杆220的弧度一致,导杆220陷入滚轮121的凹陷部,导杆220表面光滑,与滚轮121配合滑动,类似于抽屉抽拉原理,带动托盘200滑进或滑出屉笼100。由于滚轮条120和导杆220为托盘200提供滚动导向、水平支撑和左右定位,有利于托盘200平稳进出屉笼100。
如图4(a)和图4(b)所示,图4(a)为本发明液晶面板搬送治具的第四实施例中限位条的结构示意图;图4(b)为本发明液晶面板搬送治具的第四实施例中限位块卡持托盘侧边的结构示意图。
本实施例在屉笼100上未设置滚轮条120的侧壁上竖直设置有可拆卸的限位条130,例如可在屉笼100上托盘200进出的入口处及其相对的侧壁上安装限位条130。限位条130上对应于滚轮条120所在平面的位置设置有限位块131,在托盘200放入屉笼100前,先将屉笼100入口处的限位条130拆卸下来,在托盘200滑进屉笼100后,托盘200上远离入口的侧边卡持于屉笼100中与入口相对侧壁上的限位块131,然后将屉笼100入口处的限位条130安装上,使入口处限位条130上的限位块131卡持住托盘200上靠近入口处的侧边,如此一来,通过限位条130使托盘200在进出屉笼100的方向固定,避免在运输过程中托盘200滑出屉笼100,同时由于限位条130上设置有限位块131,限位块131为托盘200增加了一个水平方向上的支撑力,进一步确保了托盘200的平稳性。
如图5(a)至图5(c)所示,图5(a)为本发明液晶面板搬送治具的第五实施例中框架结构的结构示意图;图5(b)为图5(a)中A处放大图;图5(c)为图5(a)中B处放大图。
本实施例中的屉笼100为框架结构,屉笼100的竖直边框141上设置有用于安装滚轮条120的第一卡槽151,屉笼100的水平边框142上设置有用于安装限位条130的第二卡槽152。屉笼100还包括上盖板(图中未示出)和下盖板(图中未示出),下盖板固定安装于屉笼100的下表面,上盖板可拆卸安装于屉笼100的上表面。屉笼100采用框架结构可减少治具的制作材料,避免资源浪费;同时,将滚轮条120和限位条130固定在框架结构的边框上,而不是固定在治具的侧壁上,可确保治具的整体刚性,保证整个治具的牢固性,且在运输治具时,主要在框架上施力,可避免治具损坏。此外,框架结构可采用不锈钢材料,方便焊接,也可采用铝型材或铝板进行组装,制作方便。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种液晶面板搬送治具,其中,包括屉笼和托盘,所述托盘用于放置液晶面板,所述屉笼的相对两侧壁上设置有支撑件,所述托盘放置于所述支撑件上,相对于所述支撑件滑入或滑出所述屉笼,所述支撑件为滚轮条,所述滚轮条水平设置于所述屉笼的相对两侧壁上,所述滚轮条设置有多个滚轮,所述托盘上相对于所述滚轮条的位置设置有导杆,所述导杆与所述滚轮配合滑动,带动所述托盘滑进或滑出所述屉笼。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的液晶面板搬送治具,其中,所述屉笼上未设置所述滚轮条的侧壁上竖直设置有可拆卸的限位条,所述限位条上对应于所述滚轮条所在平面的位置设置有限位块,在所述托盘滑进所述屉笼后,所述托盘的侧边卡持于所述限位块。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的液晶面板搬送治具,其中,所述屉笼为框架结构,所述屉笼的竖直边框上设置有用于安装所述滚轮条的第一卡槽,所述屉笼的水平边框上设置有用于安装所述限位条的第二卡槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的液晶面板搬送治具,其中,所述屉笼还包括上盖板和下盖板,所述下盖板固定安装于所述屉笼的下表面,所述上盖板可拆卸安装于所述屉笼的上表面。
  5. 一种液晶面板搬送治具,其中,包括屉笼和托盘,所述托盘用于放置液晶面板,所述屉笼的相对两侧壁上设置有支撑件,所述托盘放置于所述支撑件上,相对于所述支撑件滑入或滑出所述屉笼,所述托盘为上方开口的盒体,所述托盘的底部设置有底部缓冲垫,所述液晶面板放置于所述底部缓冲垫上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的液晶面板搬送治具,其中,所述托盘的侧壁设置有侧壁缓冲垫。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的液晶面板搬送治具,其中,当所述液晶面板放置于所述底部缓冲垫上时,所述侧壁缓冲垫卡持所述液晶面板的侧边。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的液晶面板搬送治具,其中,所述支撑件为滚轮条,所述滚轮条水平设置于所述屉笼的相对两侧壁上,所述滚轮条设置有多个滚轮,所述托盘上相对于所述滚轮条的位置设置有导杆,所述导杆与所述滚轮配合滑动,带动所述托盘滑进或滑出所述屉笼。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的液晶面板搬送治具,其中,所述屉笼上未设置所述滚轮条的侧壁上竖直设置有可拆卸的限位条,所述限位条上对应于所述滚轮条所在平面的位置设置有限位块,在所述托盘滑进所述屉笼后,所述托盘的侧边卡持于所述限位块。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的液晶面板搬送治具,其中,所述屉笼为框架结构,所述屉笼的竖直边框上设置有用于安装所述滚轮条的第一卡槽,所述屉笼的水平边框上设置有用于安装所述限位条的第二卡槽。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的液晶面板搬送治具,其中,所述屉笼还包括上盖板和下盖板,所述下盖板固定安装于所述屉笼的下表面,所述上盖板可拆卸安装于所述屉笼的上表面。
  12. 一种液晶面板搬送治具,其中,包括屉笼和托盘,所述托盘用于放置液晶面板,所述屉笼的相对两侧壁上设置有支撑件,所述托盘放置于所述支撑件上,相对于所述支撑件滑入或滑出所述屉笼,所述托盘为上方开口的盒体,所述托盘的底部设置有底部缓冲垫,所述液晶面板放置于所述底部缓冲垫上,所述托盘还包括顶部缓冲垫,当所述液晶面板放置于所述底部缓冲垫上时,所述顶部缓冲垫放置于所述液晶面板上方,与所述底部缓冲垫一起夹持所述液晶面板。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的液晶面板搬送治具,其中,所述支撑件为滚轮条,所述滚轮条水平设置于所述屉笼的相对两侧壁上,所述滚轮条设置有多个滚轮,所述托盘上相对于所述滚轮条的位置设置有导杆,所述导杆与所述滚轮配合滑动,带动所述托盘滑进或滑出所述屉笼。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的液晶面板搬送治具,其中,所述屉笼上未设置所述滚轮条的侧壁上竖直设置有可拆卸的限位条,所述限位条上对应于所述滚轮条所在平面的位置设置有限位块,在所述托盘滑进所述屉笼后,所述托盘的侧边卡持于所述限位块。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的液晶面板搬送治具,其中,所述屉笼为框架结构,所述屉笼的竖直边框上设置有用于安装所述滚轮条的第一卡槽,所述屉笼的水平边框上设置有用于安装所述限位条的第二卡槽。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的液晶面板搬送治具,其中,所述屉笼还包括上盖板和下盖板,所述下盖板固定安装于所述屉笼的下表面,所述上盖板可拆卸安装于所述屉笼的上表面。
