现有液晶显示装置一般包括前框、 液晶显示面板、 中框、 背光模组、 后盖 等部件, 背光模组又包括光学膜片、 导光板、 灯条等部件, 其中前框、 中框和 后盖分别具有不同的功能, 前框主要用于固定液晶显示面板并防止其跳脱, 中 框主要用于承载液晶显示面板, 而且还可以起到遮挡部分背光模组漏光的作用; 后盖主要用于承载光学膜片、 导光板、 灯条等部件, 并保证背光模组的平整度。
为了节省成本, 部分液晶显示装置采用了分段式的中框, 所述中框包括多 个构件单元, 构件单元分别被固定在背板或前框上, 构件单元之间设有间距, 同样的构件单元适用多种尺寸的液晶显示装置, 减少材料的使用, 还可以节省 液晶显示装置的开发成本及周期。
由于中框为分段式结构, 所以中框的支撑面也是非连续的, 液晶显示面板 受到的支撑力并不均匀, 当液晶显示装置相邻的构件单元之间的间距较大时, 液晶显示面板的平面度会受到一定的影响, 液晶显示面板还容易出现局部应力 过大等情况, 而液晶显示面板包括很薄的玻璃基板, 硬而脆, 容易因应力集中 而损坏, 对整个液晶显示装置的品质产生不利影响。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种采用分段式中框的、 低成本的液晶 显示装置和背光模块, 该液晶显示装置和背光模块能保证液晶显示面板受到较 为均匀的支撑力, 避免出现局部应力过大的情况。
本发明的技术方案为: 一种液晶显示装置, 包括: 中框、 背板和液晶显示 面板, 所述液晶显示面板设置在中框的支撑面上, 所述中框包括多个构件单元, 相邻的构件单元之间设有间距, 所述背板的底板上设有用于辅助支撑液晶显示 面板的凸起, 所述凸起包括支撑面, 凸起的支撑面与中框的支撑面平齐, 所述 背板通过局部沖压成型形成所述凸起, 所述凸起的部分侧壁为开放结构, 所述 凸起呈弯折的条状, 所述凸起的支撑面为平面, 所述凸起的支撑面宽度小于或 等于中框支撑面的宽度, 所述构件单元为框角构件, 分布在背板的四个角落, 所述部分相邻构件单元之间的凸起数量为多个。

在本实施例中, 所述背板 2通过局部沖压成型形成所述凸起 4, 所述凸起 4 的侧壁为封闭结构, 所述凸起 4的支撑面 41为平面, 平面可以更好地为液晶显 示面板 3提供支撑, 避免点接触和线接触对液晶显示面板 3的不利影响。 所述 凸起 4不增加材料费用, 侧壁为封闭结构的凸起 4强度高, 可以提供较高的支 撑力, 所述构件单元为四个框角构件 11 , 分布在背板 2的四个角落, 框角构件 11之间设有间距, 中框 1长度方向的间距大于宽度方向的间距, 本实施例框角 构件 11可以通过螺釘、 卡扣等结构固定在背板 2上。 背板 2的长度方向上设有 多个凸起 4, 背板 2的宽度方向上设有一个凸起 4, 所述相邻构件单元之间的凸 起 4的长度或凸起 4的长度之和小于所述相邻构件单元之间的间距, 从而可以 使凸起 4顺利地布置在背板的底板 22上, 所述凸起 4的支撑面 41宽度小于或 等于中框支撑面 13的宽度, 以避免阻挡背光模组射出的光线。
作为本发明液晶显示装置的实施例二, 如图 3和图 4所示, 与实施例一不 同之处在于, 所述构件单元为框边构件 12, 分布在背板 2的四个边上, 所述背 板 2通过局部沖压成型形成所述凸起 4, 所述凸起 4的部分侧壁为开放结构, 所 述凸起 4呈弯折的条状, 所述凸起 4不增加材料费用, 侧壁为开放结构的凸起 4 强度稍差, 但凸起 4 的高度可以设计得较高, 当背板材料的延展性稍差, 在保 证材料不断裂的情况下, 侧壁为封闭结构的凸起 4 的最大高度仍不足以与中框 的支撑面平齐时, 可以采用此方案。 本实施例框边构件可以通过螺釘、 卡扣等 结构固定在背板上, 也可以在框边构件上设置固定柱, 在背板的侧壁上设置固 定孔, 把框边构件的固定柱插入背板上的固定孔内, 从而把框边构件固定到背 板上。
在本实施例中, 凸起 4也可以设置在背板 2的四个角落, 以支撑液晶显示 面板 3的四个角。
在本发明中, 所述凸起的数量、 长度都可以根据相邻构件单元之间的间距 大小进行针对性设置, 当相邻构件单元之间的间距较大时, 可以设置多个凸起, 当相邻构件单元之间的间距较小时, 可以只设置一个凸起, 也可以不设置凸起。
在本发明中, 所述构件单元可以为框角构件和框边构件, 框角构件分布在 背板的四个角落, 框边构件分布在背板的四个边上, 当框边构件之间或框边构 件与框角构件之间的间距较大时, 就可以适当地设置凸起, 以便为液晶显示面 板提供辅助支撑力。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种液晶显示装置, 包括: 中框、 背板和液晶显示面板, 所述液晶显示 面板设置在中框的支撑面上, 所述中框包括多个构件单元, 相邻的构件单元之 间设有间距, 所述背板的底板上设有用于辅助支撑液晶显示面板的凸起, 所述 凸起包括支撑面, 凸起的支撑面与中框的支撑面平齐, 所述背板通过局部沖压 成型形成所述凸起, 所述凸起的部分侧壁为开放结构, 所述凸起呈弯折的条状, 所述凸起的支撑面为平面, 所述凸起的支撑面宽度小于或等于中框支撑面的宽 度, 所述构件单元为框角构件, 分布在背板的四个角落, 所述部分相邻构件单 元之间的凸起数量为多个。
2、 一种液晶显示装置, 包括中框、 背板和液晶显示面板, 所述液晶显示面 板设置在中框的支撑面上, 所述中框包括多个构件单元, 相邻的构件单元之间 设有间距, 所述背板的底板上设有用于辅助支撑液晶显示面板的凸起, 所述凸 起包括支撑面, 凸起的支撑面与中框的支撑面平齐。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述背板通过局部沖压成型 形成所述凸起, 所述凸起的侧壁为封闭结构。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述背板通过局部沖压成型 形成所述凸起, 所述凸起的部分侧壁为开放结构, 所述凸起呈弯折的条状。
5、 如权利要求 3所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述凸起的支撑面为平面。
6、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述凸起的支撑面宽度小于 或等于中框支撑面的宽度。
7、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述构件单元为框角构件, 分布在背板的四个角落。
8、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述构件单元为框边构件, 分布在背板的四个边上。
9、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述构件单元为框角构件和 框边构件, 框角构件分布在背板的四个角落, 框边构件分布在背板的四个边上。
10、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述部分相邻构件单元之 间的凸起数量为多个。
11、 一种背光模块, 包括: 中框和背板, 所述中框上设有用于支撑液晶显 示面板的支撑面, 所述中框包括多个构件单元, 相邻的构件单元之间设有间距, 所述背板的底板上设有用于辅助支撑液晶显示面板的凸起, 所述凸起包括支杯 面, 凸起的支撑面与中框的支撑面平
