液晶显示装置包括显示模组, 显示模组为了显示图像, 都需要用到背光 来提供光源, 现有的背光源主要为 CCFL ( Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp, 冷阴极萤光灯管 )和 LED ( Light Emitting Diode, 发光二极管)。 目前 LED 作为较新型的光源, 由于其具有体积小、 节能等优点, 容易实现背光模组的 薄形化设计, 渐成为主流的背光源。
具有窄边框结构的液晶显示装置能够在有限的空间内提供更大的观看 视角, 是现有液晶显示技术的发展方向之一。 如何在可靠地固定液晶面板、 背光模组的前提下, 把液晶显示装置的外边框尺寸缩小, 甚至做到无边框结 构, 是窄边框技术当下需要解决的主要问题。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于, 提供一种背光模组及液晶显示装置, 可以实现背光模组的无边框或窄边框结构, 并可提高组装效率。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供一种背光模组, 至少包括: 液晶面 板和背光板材, 所述液晶面板的背部装设多个固定装置, 所述固定装置上凸 设卡持部;

本发明实施例的背光模组, 至少包括: 液晶面板 1、 背板 2以及固定装 置 3 , 背板 2由底板 21和多块侧板 22组成, 整体呈立方状; 液晶面板 1为 与背板 2尺寸大致相同的呈矩状的板体。
固定装置 3用于实现液晶面板 1和背板 2间的装配固定。
根据固定装置 3装配位置的不同, 本实施例将其设计成两种形状, 其中 的一种装配在液晶面板 1和背板 2转角边缘的位置, 另一种装配在液晶面板
1和背板 2侧端边缘的位置。
以上两种形状的固定装置 3分别设有四块,且任意一块均包括连接板 31 和卡持部。 其中: 连接板 31 ,通过粘贴的方式连接在液晶面板 1的背部,其为整体呈角状 或呈细长条状的板体。
连接板 31粘贴的位置是在液晶面板 1背部的四周边缘上。
连接板 31粘贴的位置可以理解成: 与液晶面板正面显示区域外的四周 侧边缘相对的液晶面板的背部区域。设定该粘贴位置的作用是: 使连接板 31 不遮挡液晶面板 1的可视区, 以免影响液晶模组的显示品质。
卡持部在本实施例中设置为相互平行的卡持板 32和挡板 33 , 卡持板 32 和挡板 33分别自连接板 31的一侧表面的端部延伸设置, 且与连接板 31设 侧板 22的狭槽 35。
进一步的,设置在液晶面板 1和背板 2转角边缘位置上的固定装置 3具 有的卡持板 32和挡板 33分别由两块相互垂直的侧板 (图未示)组成, 该两 侧板分别与连接板 31相垂直, 在两侧板间形成具有转角的狭槽 35。
本实施例中, 背板 2具有的装配部设在多块侧板 22的端部, 装配部的 作用是与上述卡持部相适配,通过装配使固定装置 3能够连同液晶面板 1一 同卡合固定在背板 2上。
具体装配时, 先将多块连接板 31具有平整平面的一侧分别粘贴在液晶 面板 1背部的四周边缘上, 再将连接板 31具有卡持部的一侧朝向背板 2上 的侧板 22进行插置, 利用卡持部与装配部的卡合实现液晶面板 1、 背板 2 及固定装置 3的固定。
当需要重工或更换液晶面板 1时, 只需将液晶面板 1连同固定装置 3的 部件一起进行更换或拆卸, 进一步提高组装效率。
卡持部与装配部相适配是指: 固定装置 3与液晶面板 1粘接后, 多个固 定装置 3上的卡持板 32和挡板 33间形成狭槽 35的位置与背板 2的四周侧 板 22的轮廓形状相同, 使多块侧板 22的端部能够插置在狭槽 35中实现固 定。
其中实施方式中, 卡持板 32上设有多个中心连线与连接板 31相平行的 卡槽 321 , 在多块侧板 22上凸设卡勾 221.
当多块侧板 22的端部插置在卡持板 32和挡板 33间狭槽 35中时, 卡勾 221能够对应卡持在卡槽 321中。
设置能够匹配卡持的卡勾 221和卡槽 321 , 可以进一步增加液晶面板 1 与背板 2间的紧固性, 提高装配可靠性。
在上述多块侧板 22的端部插向狭槽 35的装配过程中, 卡勾 221的端部 会因为受到狭槽 25的挤压, 发生微小的形变, 而当其滑至卡槽 321 中后便 可恢复形变, 适配卡持在卡槽 321中。
将多个卡槽 321的中心连线设置在与连接板 31相平行的位置, 利于与 背板 2进行快速装配。
进一步的,本实施例中卡持板 32的高度高于挡板 33的高度。其作用是: 当固定装置 3与背板 2实现装配后, 在保证挡板 33限位功能的基础上使挡 板 33占用的空间较少, 利于背光模组的薄型化。
进一步的, 本实施例中位于背板 2和液晶面板 1四周边缘中部位置的卡 持板 32上设有缺口 322, 该缺口 322设为两个, 对称布置在卡持板 32的左 右两侧。
该缺口 322的作用是: 使装配人员能够快速的观察到多块侧板 22与狭 槽 35间的装配程度, 实现快递定位。
进一步的, 本实施例中的连接板 31和卡持部可以一体成型, 有利于成 本控制及节省装配工时。
进一步的, 连接板 31和卡持部可以使用常见的材料, 如 PC、 PMMA、 ABS或金属材料制成, 均不影响实施效果。
请结合图 7至图 9所示, 为本发明背光模组的第二实施例。
本发明实施例的背光模组, 至少包括: 液晶面板 1、 背板 2以及固定装 置 3 , 背板 2包括底板 21和多块侧板 22。
固定装置 3用于实现液晶面板 1和背板 2间的装配固定。
本实施例中的固定装置 3也包括连接板 31和卡持部, 其与上述实施例 一的不同之处在于:
卡持部在本实施例中设置为自连接板 31 的一侧表面的端部延伸设置的 卡持柱 34。
卡持柱 34包括多个相互平行设置的卡爪, 多个卡爪的整体呈圆柱状, 多个卡爪远离连接板 31的端部朝向多个卡爪的外侧弯曲形成勾体 341 ,该勾 体呈蘑菇头状。
本实施例中, 背板 2具有的装配部设在底板 21四个转角处的位置, 其 设置为直径尺寸与多个卡爪整体直径尺寸相当的四个贯通孔 211。
贯通孔 211的作用与上述实施例一装配部的作用相同,用于与卡持柱 34 相适配。 通过装配使固定装置 3能够连同液晶面板 1一起卡合固定在背板 2 上。
具体装配时, 先将多块连接板 31具有平整平面的一侧分别粘贴在液晶 面板 1背部的四周边缘上, 再将连接板 31具有卡持柱 34的一侧朝向背板 2 的底板 21进行插置。 当卡持柱 34插置在贯通孔 211中并贯穿后, 蘑菇头状 的勾体 341卡持在底板 21的侧表面上。
同样,由于多个相互平行而设的卡爪之间具有间隙,在上述装配过程中, 勾体 341会因为受到贯通孔 211内壁的挤压, 发生微小的形变, 当其滑过贯 通孔 211中后恢复原状, 卡持在底板 21的侧表面上。
其中实施方式中, 还可以在液晶面板 1和背板 2之间设置胶框 4。 当装 配后, 液晶面板 1和背板 2分别抵压在胶框 4如图所示的上下两端, 胶框 4 能够起到支撑固定的作用。
上述装配有胶框 4的背光模组结构, 整个固定装置 3位于胶框 4内侧。 本发明背光模组的其它实施方式中, 连接板可以根据实际的装配要求采 用粘贴外的其它连接方式固定在液晶面板的背部, 如卡合连接。
连接板的形状、装配位置及数量可以根据实际组装液晶面板的尺寸进行 调整, 并不限定在上述呈角状或呈细长条状的板体结构, 只要能够满足装配 后的连接板位于液晶面板的背部区域, 不遮挡液晶面板的可视区域即可。
也可以将该具有卡持部的固定装置卡持在其他背光板材上,通过装配使 固定装置 3能够连同液晶面板 1一同卡合固定在背光板材上, 只需在背光板 材上开设相应的装配部即可。 例如: 背光板材可以是背光模组中的胶框。
本发明还相应公开了一种具有上述背光模组结构的液晶显示装置, 其实 施方式与上述背光模组结构的实施方式相同, 不再赘述。
实施本发明的背光模组及液晶显示装置, 具有如下有益效果: 由于在液 晶面板的背部装设多个固定装置, 固定装置上凸设卡持部, 固定装置连同液 晶面板通过卡持部与背光板材上设置的装配部之间的卡合连接能够固定在 背光板材上。 从液晶面板的背后进行装配固定, 进而可以省略使用前框, 实 现了背光模组的无边框或窄边框结构; 由于连接板是粘贴在液晶面板的背 部, 当需要重工或更换液晶面板时, 只需将液晶面板连同固定装置的部件一 起进行更换或拆卸, 进一步提高组装效率。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种背光模组, 至少包括: 液晶面板和背光板材, 其中, 所述液晶 面板的背部装设多个固定装置, 所述固定装置上凸设卡持部;
在所述背光板材上设置与所述卡持部相适配的装配部,所述固定装置将 光板材上。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述固定装置包括: 连接板, 粘贴在所述液晶面板的背部;
卡持部, 所述卡持部包括自所述连接板的一侧表面的端部延伸设置的卡 持板和挡板, 所述卡持板和所述挡板设置平行;
所述背光板材包括背板, 所述背板包括底板和多块侧板, 所述装配部设 在所述多块侧板的端部, 其插置固定在所述卡持板和所述挡板间的狭槽中。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述卡持板上设有多个中心 连线与所述连接板相平行的卡槽;
在所述多块侧板上凸设卡勾, 当所述多块侧板的端部插置在所述卡持板 和所述挡板间狭槽中时, 所述卡勾对应卡持在所述卡槽中。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述卡持板和所述挡板分别 包括两块相互垂直的侧板, 所述侧板垂直于所述连接板。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述卡持板的高度高于所述 挡板的高度。
6、 如权利要求 4所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述卡持板的至少一侧设置 缺口。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述固定装置包括: 连接板, 粘贴在所述液晶面板的背部;
卡持部, 所述卡持部包括自所述连接板的一侧表面的端部延伸设置的卡 持柱;
所述背光板材包括背板, 所述背板包括底板和多块侧板, 所述装配部包 括设在所述底板转角处的贯通孔; 所述卡持柱插置固定在所述贯通孔中。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述卡持柱包括多个相互平 行设置的卡爪, 所述多个卡爪的端部朝向其外侧弯曲形成勾体;
当所述卡持柱插置在所述贯通孔中并贯穿后, 所述勾体卡持在所述底板 的侧表面上。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述背光板材还包括胶框, 所述固定装置装设在所述胶框的内侧。
10、 一种液晶显示装置, 所述液晶显示装置包括背光模组, 其中, 所述 背光模组至少包括: 液晶面板和背光板材, 其中, 所述液晶面板的背部装设 多个固定装置, 所述固定装置上凸设卡持部;
在所述背光板材上设置与所述卡持部相适配的装配部,所述固定装置将 光板材上。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述固定装置包括: 连接板, 粘贴在所述液晶面板的背部;
卡持部, 所述卡持部包括自所述连接板的一侧表面的端部延伸设置的卡 持板和挡板, 所述卡持板和所述挡板设置平行;
所述背光板材包括背板, 所述背板包括底板和多块侧板, 所述装配部设 在所述多块侧板的端部, 其插置固定在所述卡持板和所述挡板间的狭槽中。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述卡持板上设有多 个中心连线与所述连接板相平行的卡槽;
在所述多块侧板上凸设卡勾, 当所述多块侧板的端部插置在所述卡持板 和所述挡板间狭槽中时, 所述卡勾对应卡持在所述卡槽中。
13、 如权利要求 11所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述卡持板和所述挡 板分别包括两块相互垂直的侧板, 所述侧板垂直于所述连接板。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述卡持板的高度高 于所述挡板的高度。
15、 如权利要求 13所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述卡持板的至少一 侧设置缺口。
16、 如权利要求 10所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述固定装置包括: 连接板, 粘贴在所述液晶面板的背部;
卡持部, 所述卡持部包括自所述连接板的一侧表面的端部延伸设置的卡 持柱;
所述背光板材包括背板, 所述背板包括底板和多块侧板, 所述装配部包 括设在所述底板转角处的贯通孔;
所述卡持柱插置固定在所述贯通孔中。
17、 如权利要求 16所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述卡持柱包括多个 相互平行设置的卡爪, 所述多个卡爪的端部朝向其外侧弯曲形成勾体; 当所述卡持柱插置在所述贯通孔中并贯穿后, 所述勾体卡持在所述底板 的侧表面上。
18、 如权利要求 10所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述背光板材还包括 胶框, 所述固定装置装设在所述胶框的内侧。
