比較例6では、外縁凹部の幅aを50[μm]とし、幅広凹部が設けられている部分における線状凹部の最大幅bを20[μm]としたこと以外は、実施例1と同様の要領で試験サンプルを製造した。
比較例7では、外縁凹部の形状を、Y方向に沿って延在する幅100[μm]の一直線状としたこと以外は、実施例5と同様の要領で試験サンプルを製造した。
比較例8では、外縁凹部の形状を、実施例6の形状(図15(A)に示す外縁凹部53C)から第1の延在部533を省略した形状としたこと以外は、実施例5と同様の要領で試験サンプルを製造した。

Claims (10)
- 基板と、
前記基板上に設けられ、網目状に配置された複数の導体線を有する網目状電極と、
前記網目状電極の外縁の少なくとも一部に設けられ、前記網目状電極と一体的に形成された外縁配線と、を備え、
前記導体線は、前記外縁配線との接続部における前記導体線の少なくとも一方側部に設けられ、前記外縁配線に近づくに従って漸次的に幅広となる幅広部を含み、
下記(1)式及び(2)式を満たすことを特徴とするタッチセンサ。
A≦100[μm]・・・(1)
B/A≧1/2・・・(2)
但し、上記(1)式及び(2)式において、Aは前記外縁配線の幅であり、Bは前記幅広部が設けられている部分における前記導体線の最大幅である。 - 請求項1に記載のタッチセンサであって、
下記(3)式を満たすことを特徴とするタッチセンサ。
C/A≧1/20・・・(3)
但し、上記(3)式において、Cは前記幅広部を除いた前記導体線の幅である。 - 凹版に形成された凹パターンに導電性ペーストを充填し、前記凹版に対してドクターブレードを摺動させる第1の工程と、
前記導電性ペーストを被転写体に転写する第2の工程と、を備えたタッチセンサの製造方法であって、
前記凹パターンは、
網目状に配置された複数の線状凹部を有する網目状凹部と、
前記網目状凹部の外縁の少なくとも一部と連続的に設けられた外縁凹部と、を有し、
前記線状凹部は、前記外縁凹部と接続する部分における前記線状凹部の少なくとも一方側部に設けられ、前記外縁凹部に近づくに従って漸次的に幅広となる幅広凹部を含み、
下記(4)式及び(5)式を満たすことを特徴とするタッチセンサの製造方法。

b/a≧1/2・・・(5)
但し、上記(4)式及び(5)式において、aは前記外縁凹部の幅であり、bは前記幅広凹部が設けられている部分における前記線状凹部の最大幅である。 - 請求項3に記載のタッチセンサの製造方法であって、
下記(6)式を満たすことを特徴とするタッチセンサの製造方法。

但し、上記(6)式において、cは前記幅広凹部を除いた前記線状凹部の幅である。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のタッチセンサであって、
前記外縁配線は、
第1の方向に沿って延在し、且つ、前記網目状電極に接続された第1の延在配線部と、
前記第1の延在配線部から第2の方向に沿って延在し、且つ、前記網目状電極に接続された第2の延在配線部と、を有し、
前記第1の方向と、前記第2の方向と、は異なる直線上の方向であることを特徴とするタッチセンサ。 - 請求項5に記載のタッチセンサであって、
下記(7)式を満たすことを特徴とするタッチセンサ。

但し、上記(7)式において、θは前記第1の方向と前記第2の方向との間における前記網目状電極が接続されている側の角度である。 - 請求項1、2、5又は6に記載のタッチセンサであって、
前記外縁配線は、曲線状の部分を有することを特徴とするタッチセンサ。 - 請求項3又は4に記載のタッチセンサの製造方法であって、
前記外縁凹部は、
第1の方向に沿って延在し、且つ、前記網目状凹部に接続された第1の延在部と、
前記第1の延在部から第2の方向に沿って延在し、且つ、前記網目状凹部に接続された第2の延在部と、を有し、
前記第1の方向と、前記第2の方向と、は異なる直線上の方向であることを特徴とするタッチセンサの製造方法。 - 請求項8に記載のタッチセンサの製造方法であって、
下記(8)式を満たすことを特徴とするタッチセンサの製造方法。

但し、上記(8)式において、θは前記第1の方向と前記第2の方向との間における前記網目状凹部が接続されている側の角度である。 - 請求項3、4、8又は9に記載のタッチセンサの製造方法であって、
前記外縁凹部は、曲線状の部分を有することを特徴とするタッチセンサの製造方法。
