Abstract
Description
本発明の多孔質樹脂粒子は、(メタ)アクリル酸残基中にのみエチレン性不飽和基を有し、エーテル基およびエステル基の少なくとも一方と水酸基とをアルコール残基中に含むモノ(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系単量体と、エチレン性不飽和基を2個以上有する多官能ビニル系単量体とを含む単量体混合物の重合体からなる。また、本発明の多孔質樹脂粒子の吸水量は、400ml/100g超~700ml/100gであり、本発明の多孔質樹脂粒子の吸油量は、400ml/100g超~700ml/100gである。
本発明の多孔質樹脂粒子は、前記モノ(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系単量体に由来する構造単位を含んでいる。

本発明の多孔質樹脂粒子は、エチレン性不飽和基を2個以上有する多官能ビニル系単量体に由来する構造単位を含んでいる。前記多官能ビニル系単量体としては、本発明の多孔質樹脂粒子の吸水性及び吸油性に影響を与えない限り、エチレン性不飽和基を2個以上有する公知の多官能ビニル系単量体を使用することができる。
前記多官能(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系単量体としては、例えば、エチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、ジエチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、トリエチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、テトラエチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、ノナエチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、テトラデカエチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、デカエチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、ペンタデカエチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、1,3-ブチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、1,4-ブタンジオールジ(メタ)アクリレート、1,6-ヘキサンジオールジ(メタ)アクリレート、グリセリンジ(メタ)アクリレート、トリメチロールプロパントリ(メタ)アクリレート、ペンタエリスリトールテトラ(メタ)アクリレート、フタル酸ジエチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、カプロラクトン変性ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサ(メタ)アクリレート、カプロラクトン変性ヒドロキシピバリン酸エステルネオペンチルグリコールジアクリレート、ポリエステルアクリレート、ウレタンアクリレート等が挙げられる。
本発明の多孔質樹脂粒子は、エチレン性不飽和基を1個有する他の単官能ビニル系単量体に由来する構造単位を含んでいてもよい。前記他の単官能ビニル系単量体としては、本発明の多孔質樹脂粒子の吸水性及び吸油性に影響を与えない限り、エチレン性不飽和基を1個有する公知の単官能ビニル系単量体(ただし、前記モノ(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系単量体を除く)を使用することができる。
上記した本発明の多孔質樹脂粒子は、多孔化剤としての非重合性の有機溶媒の存在下で、前記単量体混合物を懸濁重合させる工程を有し、前記工程において、前記多孔化剤を、前記単量体混合物100重量部に対して、200~500重量部使用する多孔質樹脂粒子の製造方法により、製造することができる。
前記アニオン性界面活性剤としては、樹脂粒子の製造において使用される公知のアニオン性界面活性剤を使用することができる。前記アニオン性界面活性剤としては、例えば、オレイン酸ナトリウム、ヒマシ油カリ石鹸などの脂肪酸石鹸;ラウリル硫酸ナトリウム、ラウリル硫酸アンモニウムなどのアルキル硫酸エステル塩;ドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウムなどのアルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩;アルキルナフタレンスルホン酸塩;アルカンスルホン酸塩;ジオクチルスルホコハク酸ナトリウムなどのジアルキルスルホコハク酸塩;ポリオキシエチレンアルキルフェニルエーテルリン酸ナトリウム、ポリオキシアルキレンアリールエーテルリン酸ナトリウムなどのリン酸エステル塩;ナフタレンスルホン酸ホルマリン縮合物;ポリオキシエチレンアルキルフェニルエーテル硫酸エステル塩;ポリオキシエチレンアルキル硫酸エステル塩;などが挙げられる。これらのアニオン性界面活性剤は、それぞれ単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
本発明の分散液は、前記多孔質樹脂粒子と、前記親水性分散溶媒とを含んでいる。本発明の多孔質樹脂粒子は再分散性に優れるため、本発明の多孔質樹脂粒子と前記親水性分散溶媒とを含む分散液は、再分散性に優れた分散液である。
本発明の外用剤は、前記多孔質樹脂粒子を含んでいる。本発明の外用剤は、高い吸水性と、高い吸油性とを有しているため、肌に塗布されることで、汗および皮脂を吸収し、肌をさらさらに整えることができる。また、本発明の外用剤は、前記親水性分散溶媒中での再分散性に優れるため、多孔質樹脂粒子が容器底部に沈降していても、使用時に軽く振るだけで使用できる。また、本発明の外用剤は、前記親水性分散溶媒中での多孔質樹脂粒子の分散性が良好なため、皮膚への塗布性および伸びにも優れる。また、本発明の外用剤は、製造時に多孔質樹脂粒子の分散が容易であるという製造上の利点がある。
本発明の薬効成分含有粒子は、前記多孔質樹脂粒子と、薬効成分とを含んでいる。
本発明の塗料は、前記多孔質樹脂粒子を含んでいる。前記塗料は、前記分散液を含むことが好ましい。すなわち、前記塗料は、前記多孔質樹脂粒子と前記親水性分散溶媒とを含むことが好ましい。
前記の多孔質樹脂粒子を含む塗料において、バインダー樹脂を含む透明の塗料、すなわち、透明のバインダー樹脂を含み、顔料、染料等の非透明材料を含まない塗料は、紙用コーティング剤、光拡散部材用コーティング剤等の光拡散性コーティング剤として使用することができる。この場合、多孔質樹脂粒子は、光拡散剤として機能する。
光拡散性樹脂組成物の製造方法は、特に限定されず、多孔質樹脂粒子と透明基材樹脂とを機械式粉砕混合方法等のような従来公知の方法で混合することにより製造できる。機械式粉砕混合方法では、例えば、ヘンシェルミキサー、V型混合機、ターブラミキサー、ハイブリダイザー、ロッキングミキサー等の装置を用いて多孔質樹脂粒子と透明基材樹脂とを混合し撹絆することにより、光拡散性樹脂組成物を製造できる。
本発明の多孔質樹脂粒子は、液体クロマトグラフィー用分離剤として利用できる。よって、本発明の液体クロマトグラフィー用分離剤は、前記多孔質樹脂粒子を含んでいる。
樹脂粒子の体積平均粒子径は、コールターマルチサイザーIII(ベックマン・コールター株式会社製測定装置)により測定する。測定は、ベックマン・コールター株式会社発行のMultisizerTM 3ユーザーズマニュアルに従って校正されたアパチャーを用いて実施するものとする。
樹脂粒子の比表面積は、ISO 9277第1版 JIS Z 8830:2001記載のBET法(窒素吸着法)により測定した。対象となる樹脂粒子について、株式会社島津製作所社製の自動比表面積/細孔分布測定装置Tristar3000を用いてBET窒素吸着等温線を測定し、窒素吸着量からBET多点法を用いて比表面積を算出した。加熱ガスパージによる前処理を実施した後、吸着質として窒素を用い、吸着質断面積0.162nm2の条件下で定容量法を用いて測定を行った。なお、前記前処理は、具体的には、樹脂粒子が入った容器を65℃で加熱しながら、窒素パージを20分行い、室温放冷した後、その容器を65℃で加熱しながら、前記容器内の圧力が0.05mmHg以下になるまで真空脱気を行うことにより、行った。
樹脂粒子の孔の細孔径(平均細孔径)および細孔容積は、BJH法により求める。対象となる樹脂粒子について、株式会社島津製作所社製の自動比表面積/細孔分布測定装置Tristar3000を用いて、窒素脱着等温線を測定し、BJH法に基づいて、細孔径(平均細孔径)及び細孔容積(積算細孔容積)を算出する。なお、窒素脱着等温線の測定は、吸着質として窒素を用い、吸着質断面積0.162nm2の条件下で定容法を用いて行った。
〔樹脂粒子の吸水量の測定方法〕
樹脂粒子の吸水量は、JIS K 5101-13-2の測定方法をベースとして、煮アマニ油に代えて蒸留水を使用し、終点の判断基準を変更した方法によって、測定した。吸水量の測定の詳細は、以下の通りである。
測定板:300×400×5mmより大きい平滑なガラス板
パレットナイフ(ヘラ):鋼製又はステンレス製の刃を持った柄つきのもの
化学はかり(計量器): 10mgオーダーまで計れるもの
ビュレット:JIS R 3505に規定する容量10mlのもの
(B)試薬:蒸留水
(C)測定方法
(1)樹脂粒子1gを測定板上の中央部に取り、蒸留水をビュレットから一回に4、5滴ずつ、徐々に樹脂粒子の中央に滴下し、その都度、樹脂粒子および蒸留水の全体をパレットナイフで充分練り合わせる。
蒸留水の最後の1滴の滴下により、ペーストが急激に軟らかくなり、測定板を垂直に立てた時にペーストが動いた場合に、ペーストが流動していると判定する。測定板を垂直に立てた時もペーストが動かない場合には、更に蒸留水を1滴加える。
下記式により試料100g当たりの吸水量を計算する。
ここで、W:吸水量(ml/100g)、m:樹脂粒子の重量(g)、V:消費した蒸留水の容積(ml)。
〔樹脂粒子の吸油量の測定方法〕
樹脂粒子の吸油量は、JIS K 5101-13-2の測定方法をベースとして、煮アマニ油に代えて精製アマニ油を使用し、終点の判断基準を変更した方法によって、測定した。吸油量の測定の詳細は、以下の通りである。

(C)測定方法
(1)樹脂粒子1gを測定板上の中央部に取り、精製アマニ油をビュレットから一回に4、5滴ずつ、徐々に樹脂粒子の中央に滴下し、その都度、樹脂粒子および精製アマニ油の全体をパレットナイフで充分練り合わせる。
精製アマニ油の最後の1滴の滴下により、ペーストが急激に軟らかくなり、測定板を垂直に立てた時にペーストが動いた場合に、ペーストが流動していると判定する。測定板を垂直に立てた時もペーストが動かない場合には、更に精製アマニ油を1滴加える。
下記式により試料100g当たりの吸油量を計算する。
ここで、O:吸油量(ml/100g)、m:樹脂粒子の重量(g)、V:消費した精製アマニ油の容積(ml)。
容積100mlのガラスビーカーに蒸留水100mlを入れた後、水面に樹脂粒子0.2gを浮かべ、前記ガラスビーカーの上面をラップで封止する。その後、前記ガラスビーカーを静置して、樹脂粒子の沈降状況を観察し、樹脂粒子の沈降に要する時間を測定する。この親水性評価において、静置開始から2時間未満で全ての樹脂粒子が沈降する場合を極めて良好な親水性を有する(◎)、静置開始から2時間以上12時間未満で全ての樹脂粒子が沈降する場合を良好な親水性を有する(○)、静置開始から12時間以上24時間未満で全ての樹脂粒子が沈降した場合を親水性はあるが、十分な親水性を有していない(△)、静置開始から24時間経過後も粒子が全く沈降しない場合を親水性なし(×)と判定した。
樹脂粒子0.5gを目盛り付き試験管(株式会社マルエム製、製品名「ねじ口試験管NR-10」)に秤りとり、市販の特級エタノール(純度99.5体積%以上)を10ml加えた後、樹脂粒子がエタノール中に完全に分散するまでタッチミキサー(タッチ駆動タイプのマグミキサ)で樹脂粒子をエタノール中に分散させる。これにより、分散液全体が白濁状態となる(分散液の体積約10ml)。
樹脂粒子0.5gを目盛り付き試験管(株式会社マルエム製、製品名「ねじ口試験管NR-10」)に秤りとり、蒸留水を10ml加えた後、樹脂粒子が水中に完全に分散するまで、タッチミキサー(タッチ駆動タイプのマグミキサ)での混合および超音波洗浄器(ヴェルヴォクリーア社製、「ULTRASONIC CLEANER VS-150」)での超音波照射を繰り返して、樹脂粒子を水中に分散させる。これにより、分散液全体が白濁状態となる(分散液の体積約10ml)。
攪拌機および温度計を備えた内容量5Lのオートクレーブに、アニオン性界面活性剤としてのラウリル硫酸ナトリウム0.30g(水100重量部に対して0.01重量部)と、両性界面活性剤としてのラウリルジメチルアミノ酢酸ベタイン(純分35%)1.71g(水100重量部に対して純分換算で0.02重量部)とが水(水性媒体)3000gに溶解した水溶液を入れた。そして、分散安定剤としての、複分解生成法により生成させたピロリン酸マグネシウム60gを前記オートクレーブ内の前記水溶液中に分散させ、分散液(水相)を得た。
他の単官能ビニル系単量体としてのメタクリル酸メチル(MMA)を使用せず、多官能ビニル系単量体としてのエチレングリコールジメタクリレート(EGDMA)の使用量を237.5g(全単量体に対して95重量%)に変更した以外は実施例1と同様にして樹脂粒子を得た。
他の単官能ビニル系単量体としてのメタクリル酸メチル(MMA)の使用量を50g(全単量体に対して20重量%)に、多官能ビニル系単量体としてのエチレングリコールジメタクリレート(EGDMA)の使用量を187.5g(全単量体に対して75重量%)にそれぞれ変更した以外は実施例1と同様にして樹脂粒子を得た。
モノ(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系単量体として、ポリ(エチレングリコール-プロピレングリコール)モノメタクリレート(商品名「ブレンマー(登録商標)50PEP-300」、日油株式会社製、前記一般式(1)で表される複数種類の化合物からなる混合物であって、RがCH3であり、lが平均して約3.5であり、mが平均して約2.5であるもの)12.5g(全単量体に対して5重量%)に代えてラクトン変性ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート(商品名「プラクセル(登録商標)FM3、株式会社ダイセル製、前記一般式(2)で表される化合物であって、RがCH3であり、pが3であるもの」)12.5g(全単量体に対して5重量%)を使用した以外は実施例1と同様にして樹脂粒子を得た。
他の単官能ビニル系単量体としてのメタクリル酸メチル(MMA)を使用せず、モノ(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系単量体としてのポリ(エチレングリコール-プロピレングリコール)モノメタクリレート(商品名「ブレンマー(登録商標)50PEP-300」、日油株式会社製、前記一般式(1)で表される複数種類の化合物からなる混合物であって、RがCH3であり、lが平均して約3.5であり、mが平均して約2.5であるもの)の使用量を50g(全単量体に対して20重量%)に、多官能ビニル系単量体としてのエチレングリコールジメタクリレート(EGDMA)の使用量を200g(全単量体に対して80重量%)に変更した以外は実施例1と同様にして樹脂粒子を得た。
他の単官能ビニル系単量体として、メタクリル酸メチル(MMA)12.5g(全単量体に対して5重量%)に代えて、メタクリル酸エチル(EMA)12.5g(全単量体に対して5重量%)を使用した以外は実施例1と同様にして樹脂粒子を得た。
モノ(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系単量体としてのポリ(エチレングリコール-プロピレングリコール)モノメタクリレート(商品名「ブレンマー(登録商標)50PEP-300」、日油株式会社製、前記一般式(1)で表される複数種類の化合物からなる混合物であって、RがCH3であり、lが平均して約3.5であり、mが平均して約2.5であるもの)の使用量を25.0g(全単量体に対して10重量%)に変更し、多官能ビニル系単量体としてのエチレングリコールジメタクリレート(EGDMA)の使用量を200g(全単量体に対して80重量%)に変更し、単量体混合液の調製において、さらに、多官能ビニル系単量体として、トリメチロールプロパントリメタクリレート(TMP)12.5g(全単量体に対して5重量%)を混合したこと以外は実施例1と同様にして樹脂粒子を得た。
アニオン性界面活性剤としてのラウリル硫酸ナトリウムの使用量を0.24g(水100重量部に対して0.01重量部)に、両性界面活性剤としてのラウリルジメチルアミノ酢酸ベタイン(純分35%)の使用量を1.37g(水100重量部に対して純分換算で0.02重量部)に、水(水性媒体)の使用量を2400gに、ピロリン酸マグネシウムの使用量を48gに、モノ(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系単量体としてのポリ(エチレングリコール-プロピレングリコール)モノメタクリレート(商品名「ブレンマー(登録商標)50PEP-300」、日油株式会社製、前記一般式(1)で表される複数種類の化合物からなる混合物であって、RがCH3であり、lが平均して約3.5であり、mが平均して約2.5であるもの)を使用せず、他の単官能ビニル系単量体としてのメタクリル酸メチル(MMA)の使用量を360g(全単量体に対して60重量%)に、多官能ビニル系単量体としてのエチレングリコールジメタクリレート(EGDMA)の使用量を240g(全単量体に対して40重量%)に、多孔化剤の使用量としての酢酸エチルの使用量を600g(全単量体100重量部に対して100重量部)に、重合開始剤としての2,2’-アゾビス(2,4-ジメチルバレロニトリル)の使用量を1.8gに、高速乳化・分散機(プライミクス株式会社製、商品名「T.K.ホモミクサー」)による回転数6000rpmでの攪拌時間を10分間に、それぞれ変更した以外は実施例1と同様にして樹脂粒子を得た。
アニオン界面活性剤としてのラウリル硫酸ナトリウムの使用量を0.24g(水100重量部に対して0.01重量部)に、両性界面活性剤としてのラウリルジメチルアミノ酢酸ベタイン(純分35%)の使用量を1.37g(水100重量部に対して純分換算で0.02重量部)に、水(水性媒体)の使用量を2400gに、ピロリン酸マグネシウムの使用量を48gに、他の単官能ビニル系単量体としてのメタクリル酸メチル(MMA)の使用量を354g(全単量体に対して、59重量%)に、モノ(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系単量体としてのポリ(エチレングリコール-プロピレングリコール)モノメタクリレート(商品名「ブレンマー(登録商標)50PEP-300」、日油株式会社製、前記一般式(1)で表される複数種類の化合物からなる混合物であって、RがCH3であり、lが平均して約3.5であり、mが平均して約2.5であるもの)の使用量を6g(全単量体に対して1重量%)に、多官能ビニル系単量体としてのエチレングリコールジメタクリレート(EGDMA)の使用量を240g(全単量体に対して40重量%)に、多孔化剤の使用量としての酢酸エチルの使用量を600g(全単量体100重量部に対して100重量部)に、重合開始剤としての2,2’-アゾビス(2,4-ジメチルバレロニトリル)の使用量を1.8gに、高速乳化・分散機(プライミクス株式会社製、商品名「T.K.ホモミクサー」)による回転数6000rpmでの攪拌時間を10分間に、それぞれ変更した以外は実施例1と同様にして樹脂粒子を得た。
ラウリル硫酸ナトリウムと、ラウリルジメチルアミノ酢酸ベタイン(純分35%)と、酢酸エチルとを使用せず、水(水性媒体)の使用量を2400gに、ピロリン酸マグネシウムの使用量を48gに、他の単官能ビニル系単量体としてのメタクリル酸メチル(MMA)の使用量を960g(全単量体に対して80重量%)に、モノ(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系単量体としてのポリ(エチレングリコール-プロピレングリコール)モノメタクリレート(商品名「ブレンマー(登録商標)50PEP-300」、日油株式会社製、前記一般式(1)で表される複数種類の化合物からなる混合物であって、RがCH3であり、lが平均して約3.5であり、mが平均して約2.5であるもの)の使用量を180g(全単量体に対して15重量%)に、多官能ビニル系単量体としてのエチレングリコールジメタクリレート(EGDMA)の使用量を60g(全単量体に対して5重量%)に、重合開始剤としての2,2'-アゾビス(2,4-ジメチルバレロニトリル)の使用量を1.8gに、高速乳化・分散機(プライミクス株式会社製、商品名「T.K.ホモミクサー」)による回転数6000rpmでの攪拌時間を10分間に、それぞれ変更した以外は実施例1と同様に樹脂粒子を得た。
実施例1で得られた樹脂粒子(多孔質樹脂粒子)3重量部と、分散溶媒としてのエタノール50重量部と、抗炎症剤としてのグリチルリチン酸0.1重量部と、分散溶媒としての精製水46.4重量部と、香料0.5重量部とをミキサーにて十分に混合して、外用剤としてのボディローションを得た。
実施例1で得られた樹脂粒子(多孔質樹脂粒子)4重量部と、分散溶媒としてのエタノール91重量部と、分散溶媒としての1,3-ブチレングリコール5.0重量部と、エチルヘキサン酸セチル2.0重量部と、香料(適量)とをミキサーにて十分に混合して、外用剤としてのプレシェーブローションを得た。
実施例1で得られた樹脂粒子(多孔質樹脂粒子)15重量部と、粘土鉱物類としてのセリサイト21重量部と、粘土鉱物類としての白雲母51重量部と、色材原料としての赤色酸化鉄0.6重量部と、色材原料としての黄色酸化鉄1重量部と、色材原料としての黒色酸化鉄0.1重量部とをヘンシェルミキサーで混合し、混合物を得る。次いで、前記混合物に、2-エチルヘキサン酸セチル10重量部と、ソルビタンセスキオレエート1重量部と、防腐剤0.2重量部とを混合溶解したものを加えて均一に混合し、得られた混合物に、さらに香料0.1重量部を加えて混合した後、粉砕し、この粉砕物を篩いに通した。そして、前記篩いを通過した粉砕物を金皿に圧縮成型してパウダーファンデーションを得た。
実施例1で得られた樹脂粒子(多孔質樹脂粒子)20.0重量部と、粘土鉱物類としてのセリサイト6.0重量部と、二酸化チタン3.0重量部と、顔料(適量)とをニーダーで混合し、粉末部を調製した。
実施例1で得られた樹脂粒子(多孔質樹脂粒子)21.0重量部と、粘土鉱物類としての雲母30.0重量部と、粘土鉱物類としてのセリサイト30.0重量部と、粘土鉱物類としてのチタンセリサイト9.0重量部と、二酸化チタン8.0重量部と、色材原料としての酸化鉄2.0重量部とをヘンシェルミキサーで混合した後、Retsch社製のロータースピードミルZM-100を用いて、1回粉砕(12本刃ローター使用、1mmスクリーン装着、回転数14000rpm)し、ルースパウダーを得た。
実施例1で得られた樹脂粒子(多孔質樹脂粒子)50.0重量部と、粘土鉱物類としての雲母25.0重量部と、粘土鉱物類としてのセリサイト25.0重量部とをヘンシェルミキサーで混合した後、Retsch社製のロータースピードミルZM-100を用いて、1回粉砕(12本刃ローター使用、1mmスクリーン装着、回転数14000rpm)し、ボディパウダーを得た。
実施例1で得られた樹脂粒子(多孔質樹脂粒子)3重量部と、市販の水系樹脂バインダー液(固形分30%、ALBERDINGK社製、商品名「U330」)20重量部とを遠心攪拌機により3分間攪拌して、分散液を得た。この工程において、樹脂粒子は、遠心攪拌機により3分間攪拌することで、水系樹脂バインダーに容易に分散した。
前記塗料を厚み3mmのアクリル板に吹き付け塗工することにより、厚み50μmの艶消し塗膜を作成した。得られた塗膜は、ブツ(突起)も見られず、良好な艶消し性を有していた。
実施例1で得られた樹脂粒子(多孔質樹脂粒子)3重量部と、アクリル系バインダー(三菱レイヨン社製、商品名「ダイヤナール(登録商標)LR-102」)4.5重量部とを混合した分散液に、トルエンとメチルエチルケトンを1:1で混合した溶液を6重量部添加した。これを遠心攪拌機により3分間攪拌した。得られた溶液を3時間放置した後、再び遠心攪拌機により3分間攪拌した。次いで、得られた溶液をPETフィルム上に100μmコーターを用いて塗布した。これにより得られたフィルムを70℃に保った乾燥機にて1時間乾燥することで、前記PETフィルム上に塗膜を形成させ、光拡散部材としての光拡散フィルムを得た。
実施例1で得られた樹脂粒子(多孔質樹脂粒子)5重量部と、薬効成分としてのビタミンE3重量部とをパレットナイフで充分練り合わせることにより、薬効成分含有粒子を得た。
実施例16で得られた薬効成分含有粒子50.0重量部と、粘土鉱物類としての雲母25.0重量部と、粘土鉱物類としてのセリサイト25.0重量部とをヘンシェルミキサーで混合した後、Retsch社製のロータースピードミルZM-100を用いて、1回粉砕(12本刃ローター使用、1mmスクリーン装着、回転数14000rpm)し、ボディパウダーを得た。

- 多孔質樹脂粒子であって、
(メタ)アクリル酸残基中にのみエチレン性不飽和基を有し、エーテル基およびエステル基の少なくとも一方と水酸基とをアルコール残基中に含むモノ(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系単量体と、
エチレン性不飽和基を2個以上有する多官能ビニル系単量体とを含む単量体混合物の重合体からなり、
吸水量が400ml/100g超~700ml/100gで、
