Abstract

【課題】望遠系に好適で、撮像装置に搭載された際に収納状態および使用状態の両方でレンズ系全長が短く、諸収差が良好に補正されて高い光学性能を有するズームレンズ、およびこのズームレンズを備えた撮像装置を実現する。 【解決手段】ズームレンズは、物体側から順に、正の第1レンズ群(G1)、負の第2レンズ群(G2)、正の第3レンズ群(G3)、正の第4レンズ群(G4)、負の第5レンズ群(G5)、正の第6レンズ群(G6)から実質的に構成される。広角端から望遠端への変倍の際に、全てのレンズ群の間隔が変化する。第1レンズ群(G1)の焦点距離をf1とし、第2レンズ群(G2)の焦点距離をf2としたとき、条件式(1):-5<f1/f2<-1.5を満足する。

Description

ズームレンズおよび撮像装置
 本発明は、ズームレンズおよび撮像装置に関し、より詳しくは、デジタルカメラ、映画撮影用カメラ、放送用カメラ等に好適なズームレンズ、およびこのズームレンズを備えた撮像装置に関するものである。
 従来、高性能なズームレンズへの要望から、6群構成のズームレンズが提案されている。例えば、下記特許文献1において、特に望遠ズームレンズとして、物体から順に、正の屈折力を有する第1レンズ群、負の屈折力を有する第2レンズ群、正の屈折力を有する第3レンズ群、正の屈折力を有する第4レンズ群、負の屈折力を有する第5レンズ群、正の屈折力を有する第6レンズ群が配置された6群構成のズームレンズが開示されている。また、下記特許文献2において、同様のパワー配置の6群構成のズームレンズが開示されている。

 近年、いわゆるノンレフレックスカメラの普及に伴い、小型で高性能なズームレンズの要望が高まってきている。この種のカメラでは、レンズを収納して携行する際、およびレンズがカメラに装着されて使用される際の両方において、コンパクトな構成であることが望まれる。そのため、収納状態および使用状態の両方においてレンズ系全長が短いズームレンズが求められることになる。特に、広角系や標準系に比べてレンズ系全長が長い望遠系のズームレンズに対してこの要望は強いものとなっている。
 しかしながら、特許文献1に記載のズームレンズは、レンズ系全長、特に広角端におけるレンズ系全長が十分に短くないという問題があった。また、特許文献2に記載の6群構成のズームレンズは、標準ズームレンズであるため、これを望遠ズームレンズに適用すると、やはりレンズ系全長が十分に短くないという問題があった。
 本発明は、上記事情に鑑みなされたものであり、望遠系に好適で、撮像装置に搭載された際に収納状態および使用状態の両方でレンズ系全長が短く、諸収差が良好に補正されて高い光学性能を有するズームレンズ、およびこのようなズームレンズを備えた撮像装置を提供することを目的とするものである。
 本発明のズームレンズは、物体側から順に、正の屈折力を有する第1レンズ群と、負の屈折力を有する第2レンズ群と、正の屈折力を有する第3レンズ群と、正の屈折力を有する第4レンズ群と、負の屈折力を有する第5レンズ群と、正の屈折力を有する第6レンズ群との6つのレンズ群から実質的に構成され、広角端から望遠端への変倍の際に、全ての隣り合うレンズ群の間隔が変化し、第1レンズ群の焦点距離をf1とし、第2レンズ群の焦点距離をf2としたとき、下記条件式(1)を満足するものである。

 本発明のズームレンズにおいては、下記条件式(1-1)を満足することが好ましく、下記条件式(1-2)を満足することがより好ましい。

 本発明のズームレンズにおいては、第4レンズ群と第5レンズ群の間隔が、望遠端において広角端よりも狭いことが好ましい。
 本発明のズームレンズにおいては、第3レンズ群が、望遠端において広角端よりも物体側に位置していることが好ましい。
 本発明のズームレンズにおいては、第3レンズ群と第4レンズ群の間隔が、広角端において最も狭いことが好ましい。
 本発明のズームレンズにおいては、広角端における第1レンズ群と第2レンズ群の光軸上の間隔をd1wとしたとき、下記条件式(2)を満足することが好ましく、下記条件式(2-1)を満足することがより好ましく、下記条件式(2-2)を満足することがさらにより好ましい。

 本発明のズームレンズにおいては、第4レンズ群を光軸方向に移動させてフォーカシングを行うことが好ましい。
 本発明のズームレンズにおいては、第2レンズ群を光軸と垂直な成分を持つ方向に移動させて画像ぶれを補正することが好ましい。
 本発明のズームレンズにおいては、第1レンズ群が、物体側から順に、正レンズと、負レンズおよび正レンズが接合された接合レンズとから実質的に構成されることが好ましい。
 本発明のズームレンズにおいては、第3レンズ群が、最も像側に、像側に凹面を向けた負メニスカスレンズを有することが好ましい。
 本発明のズームレンズにおいては、第4レンズ群が、両凸レンズおよび両凹レンズが接合された接合レンズから実質的に構成されるようにしてもよい。
 あるいは、本発明のズームレンズにおいては、第4レンズ群が、物体側に凸面を向けた1枚の正メニスカスレンズから実質的に構成されるようにしてもよい。
 本発明のズームレンズにおいては、第2レンズ群が、物体側から順に、物体側よりも像側の面の曲率半径の絶対値が小さい両凹レンズと、両凹レンズおよび物体側に凸面を向けた正メニスカスレンズが接合された接合レンズとから実質的に構成されるようにしてもよい。
 あるいは、本発明のズームレンズにおいては、第2レンズ群が、物体側から順に、物体側よりも像側の面の曲率半径の絶対値が小さい両凹レンズおよび物体側に凸面を向けた正メニスカスレンズが接合された接合レンズと、物体側に凹面を向けた負メニスカスレンズとから実質的に構成されるようにしてもよい。
 本発明の撮像装置は、上記記載の本発明のズームレンズを備えたことを特徴とするものである。
 なお、上記各「レンズ群」は、必ずしも複数のレンズから構成されるものだけではなく、1枚のレンズのみで構成されるものも含むものとする。
 なお、上記の「実質的に構成され」とは、挙げた構成要素以外に、実質的にパワーを有さないレンズ、絞りやカバーガラスやフィルタ等のレンズ以外の光学要素、レンズフランジ、レンズバレル、手ぶれ補正機構等の機構部分、等を含んでもよいことを意図するものである。
 なお、上記の屈折力の符号やレンズの面形状は、非球面が含まれているものについては近軸領域で考えるものとする。
 本発明によれば、6群構成のズームレンズにおいて、レンズ群の屈折力の配列を好適に設定し、変倍の際に全レンズ群の間隔が変化し、所定の条件式を満足するように構成しているため、望遠系に好適で、収納状態および使用状態の両方でレンズ系全長が短く、諸収差が良好に補正されて高い光学性能を有するズームレンズ、およびこのようなズームレンズを備えた撮像装置を提供することができる。

 以下、本発明の実施形態について図面を参照して詳細に説明する。図1に、本発明の一実施形態に係るズームレンズの無限遠物体に合焦時のレンズ断面図を示す。図1の「WIDE」と付した上段、「TELE」と付した下段にそれぞれ、広角端、望遠端におけるレンズ構成を示す。上段と下段の間に示す曲線および直線は広角端から望遠端へ変倍する際の各レンズ群の移動軌跡を示す。上段と下段の間に示す光軸Zに垂直な方向の直線は、そのレンズ群が変倍の際に移動しないことを意味する。図1に示す例は後述の実施例1に対応している。同様にして、後述の実施例2~6に対応する構成例を図2~図6に示す。図1~図6に示す構成例の基本的な構成は同じであるため、以下では、主に図1に示す構成例を基本にして説明する。
 このズームレンズは、デジタルカメラ、映画撮影用カメラ、放送用カメラ等の撮像装置に搭載可能である。撮像装置においては、例えば、このズームレンズの像面Simに、CCD(Charge Coupled Device)やCMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor)等の撮像素子5の撮像面が位置するように配置される。このズームレンズと撮像面の間には、撮像素子5の撮像面を保護するカバーガラスや、撮像装置の仕様に応じたローパスフィルタや赤外線カットフィルタ等の各種フィルタを備えることが好ましい。図1では、これらを想定した平行平板状の光学部材PPをレンズ系と像面Simとの間に配置した例を示している。
 このズームレンズは、光軸Zに沿って物体側から順に、正の屈折力を有する第1レンズ群G1と、負の屈折力を有する第2レンズ群G2と、正の屈折力を有する第3レンズ群G3と、正の屈折力を有する第4レンズ群G4と、負の屈折力を有する第5レンズ群G5と、正の屈折力を有する第6レンズ群G6との6つのレンズ群から実質的に構成される。開口絞りStは、第2レンズ群G2と第3レンズ群G3との間で、第3レンズ群G3の物体側近傍に配設されていることが好ましい。なお、図1に示す開口絞りStは大きさや形状を表すものではなく、光軸上での位置を示すものである。
 第1レンズ群G1を正屈折力のレンズ群とすることにより、レンズ系全長の短縮に有利となる。第2レンズ群G2を負屈折力のレンズ群とすることにより、主な変倍作用を分担させることができる。第3レンズ群G3、第4レンズ群G4を正屈折力のレンズ群とし、変倍の際に第3レンズ群G3、第4レンズ群G4それぞれの物体側および像側の空気間隔を変化させることにより、変倍の際の球面収差をはじめとする諸収差の変動を抑えるのに有利となる。第5レンズ群G5を負屈折力のレンズ群とすることにより、レンズ系全長の短縮に有利となる。第6レンズ群G6を正屈折力のレンズ群とすることにより、軸外光線の主光線が像面Sim(撮像素子5)へ入射する入射角が大きくなるのを抑制することができ、シェーディングを抑制できる。
 また、このズームレンズは、広角端から望遠端への変倍の際に、全ての隣り合うレンズ群の間隔が変化する構成とされている。これにより、変倍の際の球面収差をはじめとする諸収差の変動を抑えるのに有利となる。
 図1に示す例では、第1レンズ群G1と第2レンズ群G2の間隔は広角端から望遠端に変倍する際に常に広がり、第2レンズ群G2と第3レンズ群G3の間隔は広角端から望遠端に変倍する際に常に狭まり、第3レンズ群G3と第4レンズ群G4の間隔は広角端において最も狭くなるように構成され、第4レンズ群G4と第5レンズ群G5の間隔は望遠端において広角端よりも狭まるように構成され、第5レンズ群G5と第6レンズ群G6の間隔は望遠端において広角端よりも広がるように構成されている。この構成により、第2レンズ群G2以外のレンズ群でも変倍作用を負担でき、変倍時の諸収差の変動を抑えるのに有利となる。
 変倍の際に、第6レンズ群G6は像面Simに対して不動となるように構成してもよい。これにより、変倍による倍率色収差、歪曲収差の変動を抑えるのに有利となり、像面側からレンズ系へゴミが進入するのを防止する防塵効果が期待できる。
 第1レンズ群G1は、例えば3枚のレンズL11~L13で構成することができる。より詳しくは、第1レンズ群G1は、物体側から順に、正レンズと、負レンズおよび正レンズが接合された接合レンズとから実質的に構成されることが好ましい。これにより、軸上色収差の抑制と望遠端での波長による球面収差の差の抑制に有利となり、望遠側のFナンバーが小さな光学系を実現しやすい。この構成は、特に、望遠側での軸上色収差と望遠端での波長による球面収差の差が大きな課題となる望遠ズームレンズでは有効である。第1レンズ群G1を上記3枚構成とする場合は、最も物体側の正レンズは物体側に凸面を向けた平凸レンズもしくは物体側に凸面を向けた正メニスカスレンズであり、負レンズは物体側に凸面を向けた負メニスカスレンズであり、最も像側の正レンズは物体側に凸面を向けた正メニスカスレンズであることが好ましい。
 第2レンズ群G2は、例えば3枚のレンズL21~L23で構成することができる。より詳しくは、第2レンズ群G2は、物体側から順に、物体側よりも像側の面の曲率半径の絶対値が小さい両凹レンズと、両凹レンズおよび物体側に凸面を向けた正メニスカスレンズが接合された接合レンズとから実質的に構成されるようにしてもよい。これにより、変倍の際の非点収差の変動を抑えるのに有利となり、また、第2レンズ群G2を光軸Zと垂直な成分を持つ方向に移動させて防振を行う場合は防振時の非点収差の変動を抑えるのに有利となる。
 あるいは、第2レンズ群G2は、物体側から順に、物体側よりも像側の面の曲率半径の絶対値が小さい両凹レンズおよび物体側に凸面を向けた正メニスカスレンズが接合された接合レンズと、物体側に凹面を向けた負メニスカスレンズとから実質的に構成されるようにしてもよい。これにより、特に望遠端での球面収差の補正に有効となり、また、第2レンズ群G2を光軸Zと垂直な成分を持つ方向に移動させて防振を行う場合は防振時の球面収差の変動を抑えるのに有利となる。
 第3レンズ群G3は、例えば3枚のレンズL31~L33で構成することができる。より詳しくは、第3レンズ群G3は、物体側から順に、正レンズと、正レンズと、像側に凹面を向けた負メニスカスレンズとから実質的に構成されることが好ましい。その場合、第3レンズ群G3は、物体側から順に、物体側に凸面を向けた正メニスカスレンズと、両凸レンズと、像側に凹面を向けた負メニスカスレンズとから構成してもよい。このようにした場合は、高次の球面収差を抑えるのに有利となり、Fナンバーが小さな光学系を実現しやすい。その際に、第3レンズ群G3の最も物体側の正メニスカスレンズは両面非球面形状としてもよく、このようにした場合は球面収差の補正に有効である。また、第3レンズ群G3の最も物体側のレンズは、物体側に複合非球面が形成された正レンズとしてもよく、このようにした場合は球面収差と軸上色収差の補正に有効である。なお、第3レンズ群G3のレンズ構成枚数に関わらず、第3レンズ群G3は、最も像側に、像側に凹面を向けた負メニスカスレンズを有することが好ましく、これにより、高次の球面収差を抑えるのに有利となり、Fナンバーが小さな光学系を実現しやすくなる。

 第6レンズ群G6は、例えば1枚のレンズL61で構成することができる。より詳しくは、第6レンズ群G6は、像側に凸面を向けた平凸レンズから構成してもよい。この形状のレンズを採用することで、変倍の際の非点収差の変動を抑えるのに有効となる。あるいは、第6レンズ群G6は、像側に凸面を向けた正メニスカスレンズから構成してもよく、このようにした場合は、変倍の際の非点収差の変動を抑える効果が顕著となる。
 このズームレンズは、第1レンズ群G1の焦点距離をf1とし、第2レンズ群G2の焦点距離をf2としたとき、下記条件式(1)を満足する。
   -5<f1/f2<-1.5 … (1)
 本実施形態のようなパワー配列の6群ズームレンズでは、一般に、第1レンズ群G1は変倍の際の移動量が大きく、この移動量がレンズ系全長に大きく影響する。また、第2レンズ群G2は大きな変倍作用を担うため収差、変倍等に関して全系に与える影響が大きい。これらのことから、第1レンズ群G1と第2レンズ群G2の屈折力の比を規定することは重要である。条件式(1)の下限以下とならないようにすることで、変倍の際の歪曲収差をはじめとする諸収差の変動を抑えるのに有利となる。条件式(1)の上限以上とならないようにすることで、広角端におけるレンズ系全長の短縮に有利となり、また、変倍の際の第1レンズ群G1の移動量を抑制して変倍の際のレンズ系全長の変化量の抑制に有利となる。
 この種のズームレンズでは、広角端におけるレンズ系全長が収納状態での光学系の長さに大きく影響し、望遠端におけるレンズ系全長が使用状態での光学系の最長長さに大きく影響する。広角端におけるレンズ系全長を短縮することで、収納状態での小型化を図ることができる。また、変倍の際の第1レンズ群G1の移動量を抑制することで、望遠端におけるレンズ系全長を短縮でき、使用状態での光学系の最長長さを短縮でき、使用状態での撮像装置の小型化を図ることができる。さらに、変倍の際の第1レンズ群G1の移動量を抑制することで、必要とされるレンズ鏡筒の長さも抑制でき、収納状態での撮像装置の小型化に貢献できる。
 上記事情から、下記条件式(1-1)を満足することがより好ましく、下記条件式(1-2)を満足することがさらにより好ましい。
   -4.8<f1/f2<-2.5 … (1-1)
   -4.6<f1/f2<-3.0 … (1-2)
 このズームレンズは、第4レンズ群G4と第5レンズ群G5の間隔が、望遠端において広角端よりも狭まるように構成することが好ましい。これにより、第2レンズ群G2の変倍作用を第4レンズ群G4と第5レンズ群G5が分担でき、変倍時の歪曲収差の変動を抑えるのに有利となり、また、より高変倍にした場合でも広角端におけるレンズ系全長の短縮と、変倍の際のレンズ系全長の変化量の抑制が可能になる。
 また、このズームレンズは、第3レンズ群G3が、像面Simを基準にして、望遠端において広角端よりも物体側に位置していることが好ましい。これにより、望遠端において第2レンズ群G2と第3レンズ群G3の間隔を短くすることができ、変倍の際のレンズ系全長の短縮に有利となる。
 また、このズームレンズは、第3レンズ群G3と第4レンズ群G4の間隔が、変倍全域のうち広角端において最も狭くなるように構成することが好ましい。これにより、第2レンズ群G2の変倍作用を第3レンズ群G3と第4レンズ群G4が分担でき、変倍時の非点収差の変動を抑えるのに有利となり、また、より高変倍にした場合でも広角端におけるレンズ系全長の短縮と、変倍の際のレンズ系全長の変化量の抑制が可能になる。
 後述のように、このズームレンズは第4レンズ群G4でフォーカシングを行うことが好ましく、第4レンズ群G4を用いてフォーカシングを行う場合、第3レンズ群G3と第4レンズ群G4の間隔が広角端において最も狭くなるように構成することで、望遠側で、より近い被写体の撮影が可能になるという効果が得られる。というのは、以下に述べる事情による。正屈折力の第4レンズ群G4でフォーカシングを行う場合、物体距離が無限遠から近距離に移動したとき、第4レンズ群G4は物体側へ移動してフォーカシングを行う。望遠側では物体が移動したときの像の移動量が広角側に比べて大きくなる傾向にあるため、望遠側でフォーカシングのために移動するレンズ群の移動量は大きくなる。そこで、上記のように第3レンズ群G3と第4レンズ群G4の間隔が広角端において最も狭くなるように構成すれば、望遠側で第3レンズ群G3と第4レンズ群G4の間隔を広くとることができ、フォーカシングの際に移動する第4レンズ群G4の移動量を大きくとることができ、より近い被写体の撮影が可能になるからである。
 また、このズームレンズは、広角端における第1レンズ群G1と第2レンズ群G2の光軸上の間隔をd1wとしたとき、下記条件式(2)を満足することが好ましい。
   0.04<d1w/f1<0.3 … (2)
 条件式(2)の下限以下とならないようにすることで、変倍の際の第1レンズ群G1の移動量を抑制して変倍の際のレンズ系全長の変化量の抑制に有利となる。条件式(2)の上限以上とならないようにすることで、広角端におけるレンズ系全長の短縮に有利となる。条件式(2)を満足することで、条件式(1)の上限以上とならないようにした場合と同様に、収納状態および使用状態の両方において撮像装置の小型化を図ることができる。
 上記事情から、下記条件式(2-1)を満足することがより好ましく、下記条件式(2-2)を満足することがさらにより好ましい。
   0.08<d1w/f1<0.2 … (2-1)
   0.11<d1w/f1<0.2 … (2-2)
 また、このズームレンズは、第4レンズ群G4を光軸方向に移動させてフォーカシングを行うことが好ましい。ここで、図7に図1のズームレンズのレンズ構成と合わせて、軸上光束と最大画角の軸外光束を示す。図7の「WIDE」、「MIDDLE」、「TELE」はそれぞれ広角端、中間焦点距離状態、望遠端を意味する。図7からわかるように、全系の中で中間付近に位置する正屈折力の第3レンズ群G3から射出する光線の変倍による射出角変化は少ない。そのため、この第3レンズ群G3の像側直後に配置された第4レンズ群G4でフォーカシングを行うことにより、フォーカシング時の収差変動を少なくでき、フォーカシング時の球面収差、非点収差の変動を抑えるのに有利となる。特に開口絞りStが変倍の際に第3レンズ群G3と一体的に移動する場合は、この効果が顕著となる。
 また、このズームレンズは、第2レンズ群G2を光軸Zと垂直な成分を持つ方向に移動させて画像ぶれを補正することが好ましい。すなわち、第2レンズ群G2で防振動作を行うように構成することが好ましい。通常、ズームレンズは変倍の際の各レンズ群の移動による収差変動を抑えるため、各レンズ群単体である程度収差補正されており、特に本実施形態の第2レンズ群G2のように大きな変倍作用を担うレンズ群は単体での収差補正が他レンズ群よりもよくなされている。このような第2レンズ群G2を防振に用いることで、防振動作による収差変動を小さくすることができる。
 また、第2レンズ群G2は、正屈折力の第1レンズ群G1の像側直後に配置された負レンズ群であるため、防振のための第2レンズ群G2の移動量に対する画像ぶれの補正量を大きくすることができる。すなわち、第2レンズ群G2は移動量に対する防振の効果を稼ぎやすいレンズ群であると言える。特に、条件式(1)の上限以上とならないようにした場合は、防振のための第2レンズ群G2の最大移動量を小さく抑えることができ、撮像装置の小型化に貢献できる。
 以上、主に図1に示す例を参照しながら説明したが、本発明のズームレンズの各レンズ群を構成するレンズ枚数やレンズ形状は図1に示す例に限定されず、他の構成のものも採用可能である。また、上述した好ましい構成や可能な構成は、任意の組合せが可能であり、ズームレンズに要求される仕様に応じて適宜選択的に採用されることが好ましい。
 次に、本発明のズームレンズの具体的な実施例について説明する。
 <実施例1>
 実施例1のズームレンズの構成図は図1に示したものである。実施例1のズームレンズの基本レンズデータを表1に、諸元と可変面間隔を表2に、非球面係数を表3に示す。
 表1において、Siの欄には最も物体側の構成要素の物体側の面を1番目として像側に向かうに従い順次増加するi番目(i=1、2、3、…)の面番号を示し、Riの欄にはi番目の面の曲率半径を示し、Diの欄にはi番目の面とi+1番目の面との光軸Z上の面間隔を示している。また、Ndjの欄には最も物体側の構成要素を1番目として像側に向かうに従い順次増加するj番目(j=1、2、3、…)の構成要素のd線(波長587.56nm)に対する屈折率を示し、νdjの欄にはj番目の構成要素のd線に対するアッベ数を示している。
 表1の曲率半径の符号は、物体側に凸面を向けた面形状の場合を正とし、像側に凸面を向けた面形状の場合を負としている。表1には、開口絞りStおよび光学部材PPも示しており、開口絞りStに相当する面の面番号の欄には面番号と(St)という語句を記載している。像面Simに相当する面の面番号の欄には面番号と(Sim)という語句を記載している。
 表1のDiの欄に記載されている、DD[5]、DD[10]、DD[17]、DD[20]、DD[23]は変倍の際に間隔が変化する可変面間隔であり、それぞれ第1レンズ群G1と第2レンズ群G2の間隔、第2レンズ群G2と開口絞りStの間隔、第3レンズ群G3と第4レンズ群G4の間隔、第4レンズ群G4と第5レンズ群G5の間隔、第5レンズ群G5と第6レンズ群G6の間隔に対応する。
 表2に、広角端、中間焦点距離状態(表2では中間と略して記載)、望遠端それぞれにおけるd線に対する諸元と上記可変面間隔の値を示す。表2のf’は全系の焦点距離、FNo.はFナンバー、2ωは全画角(単位は度)である。
 なお、表1では、非球面の面番号には*印を付しており、非球面の曲率半径の欄には近軸の曲率半径の数値を記載している。表3に、これら各非球面の非球面係数を示す。表3の非球面係数の数値の「E-n」(n:整数)は「×10-n」を意味する。非球面係数は、下式で表される非球面式における各係数KA、Am(m=3、4、5、…)の値である。下式におけるΣはmの項に関する和を意味する。
 Zd=C・h/{1+(1-KA・C・h1/2}+ΣAm・h
ただし、
Zd:非球面深さ(高さhの非球面上の点から、非球面頂点が接する光軸に垂直な平面に下ろした垂線の長さ)
h:高さ(光軸からのレンズ面までの距離)
C:近軸曲率
KA、Am:非球面係数(m=3、4、5、…)
 表1~表3では、所定の桁でまるめた数値を記載している。表1~表3において、長さの単位としてmmを用いているが、光学系は比例拡大又は比例縮小しても使用可能なため、他の適当な単位を用いることもできる。

 図8(A)~図8(D)にそれぞれ、広角端における実施例1のズームレンズの球面収差、非点収差、歪曲収差(ディストーション)、倍率色収差(倍率の色収差)の各収差図を示す。図8(E)~図8(H)にそれぞれ、中間焦点距離状態における実施例1のズームレンズの球面収差、非点収差、歪曲収差(ディストーション)、倍率色収差(倍率の色収差)の各収差図を示す。図8(I)~図8(L)にそれぞれ、望遠端における実施例1のズームレンズの球面収差、非点収差、歪曲収差(ディストーション)、倍率色収差(倍率の色収差)の各収差図を示す。図8(A)~図8(L)は全て無限遠物体合焦時のものである。
 各収差図には、d線を基準波長とした収差を示すが、球面収差図にはC線(波長656.27nm)、F線(波長486.13nm)、g線(波長435.84nm)についての収差も示し、倍率色収差図ではC線、F線、g線についての収差を示している。非点収差図ではサジタル方向、タンジェンシャル方向それぞれに関する収差を実線、破線で示しており、線種の説明にそれぞれ(S)、(T)という記号を記入している。球面収差図のFNo.はFナンバー、その他の収差図のωは半画角を意味する。
 上記の実施例1の説明で述べた各データの記号、意味、記載方法は、特に断りがない限り以下の実施例のものについても同様であるため、以下では重複説明を省略する。
 <実施例2>
 実施例2のズームレンズの構成図は図2に示したものである。表4、表5、表6にそれぞれ、実施例2のズームレンズの基本レンズデータ、諸元と可変面間隔、非球面係数を示す。図9(A)~図9(L)に実施例2のズームレンズの各収差図を示す。

 上記実施例1~6のズームレンズの条件式(1)、(2)の対応値を表19に示す。

 以上のデータからわかるように、実施例1~6のズームレンズは、望遠端での焦点距離が190~225の範囲にあり、広角端でのレンズ系全長および望遠端でのレンズ系全長がともに短く、各収差が良好に補正されて高い性能を有するものである。
 次に、図14A、図14Bを参照しながら本発明にかかる撮像装置の一実施形態について説明する。図14A、図14Bに斜視形状を示すカメラ30は、本発明の実施形態にかかるズームレンズ1を鏡筒内に収納した交換レンズ20が取り外し自在に装着される、ノンレフレックス方式のデジタルカメラである。図14Aはこのカメラ30を前側から見た外観を示し、図14Bはこのカメラ30を背面側から見た外観を示している。
 このカメラ30はカメラボディ31を備え、その上面にはシャッターボタン32と電源ボタン33とが設けられている。またカメラボディ31の背面には、操作部34、35と表示部36とが設けられている。表示部36は、撮像された画像や、撮像される前の画角内にある画像を表示するためのものである。
 カメラボディ31の前面中央部には、撮影対象からの光が入射する撮影開口が設けられ、その撮影開口に対応する位置にマウント37が設けられ、このマウント37を介して交換レンズ20がカメラボディ31に装着されるようになっている。
 そしてカメラボディ31内には、交換レンズ20によって形成された被写体像を受け、それに応じた撮像信号を出力するCCD等の撮像素子(不図示)、その撮像素子から出力された撮像信号を処理して画像を生成する信号処理回路、およびその生成された画像を記録するための記録媒体等が設けられている。このカメラ30では、シャッターボタン32を押すことにより静止画または動画の撮影が可能であり、この撮影で得られた画像データが上記記録媒体に記録される。
 以上、実施形態および実施例を挙げて本発明を説明したが、本発明は上記実施形態および実施例に限定されず、種々の変形が可能である。例えば、各レンズの曲率半径、面間隔、屈折率、アッベ数、非球面係数の値は、上記各実施例で示した値に限定されず、他の値をとり得るものである。
 また、撮像装置の実施形態では、ノンレフレックス方式のデジタルカメラを例に挙げ図を示して説明したが、本発明の撮像装置はこれに限定されるものではなく、例えば、ビデオカメラ、デジタルカメラ、映画撮影用カメラ、放送用カメラ等の撮像装置に本発明を適用することも可能である。

Claims (18)

  1.  物体側から順に、正の屈折力を有する第1レンズ群と、負の屈折力を有する第2レンズ群と、正の屈折力を有する第3レンズ群と、正の屈折力を有する第4レンズ群と、負の屈折力を有する第5レンズ群と、正の屈折力を有する第6レンズ群との6つのレンズ群から実質的に構成され、
     広角端から望遠端への変倍の際に、全ての隣り合うレンズ群の間隔が変化し、
     前記第1レンズ群の焦点距離をf1とし、前記第2レンズ群の焦点距離をf2としたとき、下記条件式(1)を満足するズームレンズ。
       -5<f1/f2<-1.5 … (1)
  2.  前記第4レンズ群と前記第5レンズ群の間隔が、望遠端において広角端よりも狭い請求項1記載のズームレンズ。
  3.  前記第3レンズ群が、望遠端において広角端よりも物体側に位置している請求項1または2記載のズームレンズ。
  4.  前記第3レンズ群と前記第4レンズ群の間隔が、広角端において最も狭い請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載のズームレンズ。
  5.  広角端における前記第1レンズ群と前記第2レンズ群の光軸上の間隔をd1wとしたとき、下記条件式(2)を満足する請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載のズームレンズ。

  6.  前記第4レンズ群を光軸方向に移動させてフォーカシングを行う請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載のズームレンズ。
  7.  前記第2レンズ群を光軸と垂直な成分を持つ方向に移動させて画像ぶれを補正する請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載のズームレンズ。
  8.  前記第1レンズ群が、物体側から順に、正レンズと、負レンズおよび正レンズが接合された接合レンズとから実質的に構成される請求項1から7のいずれか1項記載のズームレンズ。
  9.  前記第3レンズ群が、最も像側に、像側に凹面を向けた負メニスカスレンズを有する請求項1から8のいずれか1項記載のズームレンズ。
  10.  前記第4レンズ群が、両凸レンズおよび両凹レンズが接合された接合レンズから実質的に構成される請求項1から9のいずれか1項記載のズームレンズ。
  11.  前記第4レンズ群が、物体側に凸面を向けた1枚の正メニスカスレンズから実質的に構成される請求項1から9のいずれか1項記載のズームレンズ。
  12.  下記条件式(1-1)を満足する請求項1から11のいずれか1項記載のズームレンズ。
       -4.8<f1/f2<-2.5 … (1-1)
  13.  広角端における前記第1レンズ群と前記第2レンズ群の光軸上の間隔をd1wとしたとき、下記条件式(2-1)を満足する請求項1から12のいずれか1項記載のズームレンズ。

  14.  下記条件式(1-2)を満足する請求項1から13のいずれか1項記載のズームレンズ。

  16.  前記第2レンズ群が、物体側から順に、物体側よりも像側の面の曲率半径の絶対値が小さい両凹レンズと、両凹レンズおよび物体側に凸面を向けた正メニスカスレンズが接合された接合レンズとから実質的に構成される請求項1から15のいずれか1項記載のズームレンズ。
  17.  前記第2レンズ群が、物体側から順に、物体側よりも像側の面の曲率半径の絶対値が小さい両凹レンズおよび物体側に凸面を向けた正メニスカスレンズが接合された接合レンズと、物体側に凹面を向けた負メニスカスレンズとから実質的に構成される請求項1から15のいずれか1項記載のズームレンズ。
  18.  請求項1から17のいずれか1項記載のズームレンズを備えたことを特徴とする撮像装置。
