 従来、物体側から順に、負の屈折力を有する前群と、正の屈折力を有する後群とを配置したレトロフォーカス型のレンズ系が知られており、例えば下記特許文献1~3に記載されたものを挙げることができる。

 上記分野のカメラに用いられる撮像レンズには、Fナンバーが小さく、広角であることが求められる。さらに監視用カメラや車載用カメラ等では昼夜兼用で用いられることが多いため、可視域から近赤外域まで諸収差が良好に補正されていることが求められる。また近年では、カメラに搭載される撮像素子の高画素化が進んでおり、撮像レンズにも高画素に対応可能な高い性能を有することが要求される。
 しかしながら、特許文献1に記載のレンズ系は、Fナンバーが小さいとは言えず、またさらなる広角化が望まれる。特許文献2に記載のレンズ系は、広角だが、Fナンバーが小さいとは言えず、収差補正に改良の余地がある。また、特許文献1~3に記載のレンズ系はいずれも可視域から近赤外域までの諸収差の良好な補正を課題とするものではない。
 本発明はかかる問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的は、小さなFナンバーと広角を確保しつつ、可視域から近赤外域まで諸収差が良好に補正されて高い光学性能を有する撮像レンズ、およびこの撮像レンズを備えた撮像装置を提供することにある。
 本発明の撮像レンズは、物体側から順に、負の屈折力を有する前群と、絞りと、正の屈折力を有する後群とから実質的に構成され、前群が、物体側から順に、2枚以上の負レンズからなり負の屈折力を有する前群負レンズ群と、1枚の負レンズおよび1枚の正レンズを含み最も物体側に正レンズが配置されて正の屈折力を有する前群正レンズ群とから構成され、後群が1枚の負レンズおよび1枚の正レンズを含み、前群正レンズ群の最も像側の負レンズのd線に対する屈折率、d線に対するアッベ数をそれぞれNan、νanとしたとき、下記条件式(1)を満足するものである。

 本発明の撮像レンズにおいては、上記条件式(1)に代えて、下記条件式(1’)を満足することが好ましい。

 また、本発明の撮像レンズにおいては、前群負レンズ群が、2枚の物体側に凸面を向けた負メニスカスレンズから実質的に構成されることが好ましい。
 また、本発明の撮像レンズにおいては、後群が、正レンズと負レンズが接合された接合レンズを2組含むことが好ましい。本発明の撮像レンズの後群が、正レンズと負レンズが接合された接合レンズを2組含む場合は、これら2組の接合レンズの接合面はともに物体側に凹面を向けていることが好ましい。
 本発明の撮像レンズにおいては、後群が、物体側から順に、正レンズと、正レンズおよび負レンズの接合レンズと、正レンズおよび負レンズの接合レンズとから実質的に構成されることが好ましい。
 なお、上記の「~から実質的に構成され」の「実質的に」とは、挙げた構成要件以外に、実質的にパワーを有さないレンズ、絞りやカバーガラスやフィルタ等のレンズ以外の光学要素、レンズフランジ、レンズバレル、手ぶれ補正機構等の機構部分、等を含んでもよいことを意図するものである。
 なお、上記の本発明の撮像レンズにおけるレンズの面形状、屈折力の符号は、非球面が含まれているものについては近軸領域で考えるものとする。
 本発明の撮像装置は、本発明の撮像レンズを備えたことを特徴とするものである。
 本発明によれば、物体側から順に、負レンズ群、正レンズ群、絞り、正の後群が配列されてなるレンズ系において、各レンズ群の構成を好適に設定し、条件式(1)を満足するようにレンズの材質を選択しているため、小さなFナンバーと広角を確保しつつ、可視域から近赤外域まで諸収差が良好に補正されて高い光学性能を有する撮像レンズ、およびこのような撮像レンズを備えた撮像装置を提供することができる。

 以下、本発明の実施形態について図面を参照して詳細に説明する。図1に、本発明の一実施形態にかかる撮像レンズの構成を示す断面図を示す。図1に示す例は、後述の実施例1に対応している。図1においては、左側が物体側、右側が像側である。図1では、軸上光束2、最大画角の軸外光束3も合わせて図示している。
 本発明の実施形態にかかる撮像レンズ1は、光軸Zに沿って物体側から順に、負の屈折力を有する前群Gaと、開口絞りStと、正の屈折力を有する後群Gbとから実質的に構成される。なお、図1に示す開口絞りStは必ずしも大きさや形状を表すものではなく、光軸Z上の位置を示すものである。
 撮像レンズが撮像装置に搭載される際には、撮像素子を保護するためのカバーガラスや、撮像装置の仕様に応じたローパスフィルタや赤外線カットフィルタ等の各種フィルタを適宜備えるように撮像装置を構成することが考えられるため、図1ではこれらを想定した平行平板状の光学部材PPを最も像側のレンズ面と像面Simとの間に配置した例を示している。しかし、光学部材PPは本発明の撮像レンズに必須の構成要素ではない。
 前群Gaは、物体側から順に、2枚以上の負レンズからなり負の屈折力を有する前群負レンズ群GaNと、1枚の負レンズおよび1枚の正レンズを含み最も物体側に正レンズが配置されて正の屈折力を有する前群正レンズ群GaPとから構成される。後群Gbは、1枚の負レンズおよび1枚の正レンズを含むように構成される。
 例えば図1に示す例では、前群負レンズ群GaNは、物体側から順に、負のレンズLa1と、負のレンズLa2とからなり、前群正レンズ群GaPは、物体側から順に、正のレンズLa3と、負のレンズLa4とからなり、後群Gbは、物体側から順に、正のレンズLb1と、正のレンズLb2および負のレンズLb3の接合レンズと、正のレンズLb4および負のレンズLb5の接合レンズとからなる。
 撮像レンズ1は、最も物体側に負の屈折力を有するレンズ群を配置し、その後に正の屈折力を有するレンズ群が続く負先行のパワー配列とすることで広角化に有利となる。また、前群負レンズ群GaNが2枚以上の負レンズを含むことで前群負レンズ群GaNの負のパワーを複数のレンズに分担させることができ、広い画角を達成しつつ広角化の際に発生する収差、特に歪曲収差の抑制が容易となる。
 また、開口絞りStより物体側の前群Gaが前群正レンズ群GaPを有することで、開口絞りStより像側の後群Gbが担うべき球面収差の補正を前群正レンズ群GaPにも分担させることができるので、小さなFナンバーの光学系の実現に有利となる。そして、前群正レンズ群GaPが少なくとも1枚の負レンズおよび1枚の正レンズを含むことで、色収差を含む諸収差をバランス良く補正することが容易になる。後群Gbも少なくとも1枚の負レンズおよび1枚の正レンズを含むことで、開口絞りStより像側においても色収差を含む諸収差をバランス良く補正することが容易になる。
 前群負レンズ群GaNは2枚の負レンズからなるように構成してもよく、このようにした場合は、前群負レンズ群GaNとして必要最小限のレンズ枚数で全長の長さを抑えつつ、広角化の際に発生する収差を抑制することができる。より詳しくは、前群負レンズ群GaNは2枚の物体側に凸面を向けた負メニスカスレンズからなるように構成してもよく、このようにした場合は、広角化に有利となる。
 前群正レンズ群GaPは、最も物体側に正レンズを配置することで、前群負レンズ群GaNから射出されて前群正レンズ群GaPに入射する発散光に対してこの正レンズが収束作用を施すことができ、収差発生量の抑制に有利となる。前群正レンズ群GaPは2枚構成としてもよく、2枚構成とした場合は、必要最小限のレンズ枚数で前群正レンズ群GaPを構成して全長の長さを抑えることができる。前群正レンズ群GaPを2枚構成とする場合は、物体側から順に、両凸レンズと、両凹レンズとを配置することが好ましい。正レンズを両凸レンズとすることで物体側の面および像側の面両方に正のパワーを分担させることができ、負レンズを両凹レンズとすることで物体側の面および像側の面両方に負のパワーを分担させることができるので、物体側から順に、両凸レンズと、両凹レンズからなる2枚構成とすることで、球面収差の抑制に有利となる。
 あるいは、前群正レンズ群GaPは、物体側から順に、正レンズと、負レンズと、正レンズとからなる3枚構成としてもよく、このようないわゆるトリプレット構成にした場合は、諸収差を良好に補正することができ、小さなFナンバーの光学系を構成することが容易となる。前群正レンズ群GaPをトリプレット構成にする場合は、物体側から順に、両凸レンズと、両凹レンズと、両凸レンズとを配置することが好ましく、このようにした場合は、球面収差と色収差、特に近赤外域の色収差の補正に有利となる。
 後群Gbは、正レンズと負レンズが接合された接合レンズを2組含むことが好ましく、このようにした場合は、色収差の良好な補正が容易となり、可視域から近赤外域にわたっての良好な色収差の補正に有利となる。後群Gbがこのような2組の接合レンズを含む場合は、これら2組の接合レンズの接合面はともに物体側に凹面を向けていることが好ましく、このようにした場合は、結像領域周辺部の軸外光線がこれら接合面に入射するときの入射角を小さくできるため、収差発生量を抑えることができ、特に非点収差の良好な補正に有利となる。
 より詳しくは、後群Gbは、物体側から順に、物体側に凹面を向けた正メニスカスレンズおよび物体側に凹面を向けた負メニスカスレンズの接合レンズと、両凸レンズおよび物体側に凹面を向けた負メニスカスレンズの接合レンズとを含むことが好ましく、このようにした場合は、非点収差と色収差の良好な補正にさらに有利となる。
 後群Gbは、例えば、物体側から順に、正レンズと、正レンズおよび負レンズの接合レンズと、正レンズおよび負レンズの接合レンズとからなるように構成することができ、このようにした場合は、ペッツバール和を0に近づけることが可能になり、前群負レンズ群GaNの負屈折力により生じる像面湾曲および非点収差を補正することができる。
 また、撮像レンズ1は、非球面レンズを含むように構成してもよく、そのようにした場合は、広角化、小さなFナンバー、良好な収差補正に有利となる。例えば、前群正レンズ群GaPの最も物体側の正レンズ、後群Gbの最も物体側のレンズの少なくとも一方を非球面レンズにするとより効果的である。
 この撮像レンズ1は、前群正レンズ群GaPの最も像側の負レンズのd線に対する屈折率、d線に対するアッベ数をそれぞれNan、νanとしたとき、下記条件式(1)を満足するように構成されている。

 条件式(1)は、前群Gaの中で開口絞りStに近い負レンズの材質に関するものである。条件式(1)の上限以上とならないように前群正レンズ群GaPの最も像側の負レンズの材質を選択することで、色収差の補正に有利となり、可視域から近赤外域まで諸収差の良好な補正に有利となる。また、条件式(1)を満足することで、色収差の良好な補正が可能となるため、Fナンバーの小さな光学系の実現に有利となる。
 上記効果をより高めるために、下記条件式(1’)を満足することがより好ましい。

 また、この撮像レンズ1は、前群負レンズ群GaNの焦点距離をfaNとし、全系の焦点距離をfとしたとき、下記条件式(2)を満足することが好ましい。

 条件式(2)の下限以下とならないように前群負レンズ群GaNの負屈折力を確保することで、広角化を実現することが容易となる。条件式(2)の上限以上とならないように前群負レンズ群GaNの負屈折力を抑えることで、球面収差の良好な補正が容易となり、Fナンバーの小さな光学系の実現に有利となる。
 上記効果をより高めるために、下記条件式(2’)を満たすことがより好ましい。

 また、この撮像レンズ1は、前群Gaと後群Gbとの光軸上の空気間隔をDabとし、全系の焦点距離をfとしたとき、下記条件式(3)を満足することが好ましい。

 条件式(3)の下限以下とならないように前群Gaと後群Gbとの光軸上の空気間隔を確保することで、開口絞りStの配置が容易になり、球面収差の良好な補正に有利となる。条件式(3)の上限以上とならないように前群Gaと後群Gbとの光軸上の空気間隔を抑えることで、レンズ系全長およびレンズ径を抑制することができ、監視用カメラや車載用カメラ等に好適な小型の構成とすることが可能となる。
 上記効果をより高めるために、下記条件式(3’)を満たすことがより好ましく、下記条件式(3’’)を満たすことがさらにより好ましい。

 また、この撮像レンズ1は、後群Gbの最も物体側の正レンズのd線に対するアッベ数をνbpとしたとき、下記条件式(4)を満足することが好ましい。

 条件式(4)は、後群Gbの中で開口絞りStに近い正レンズの材質に関するものである。条件式(4)の下限以下とならないように後群Gbの最も物体側の正レンズの材質を選択することで、軸上色収差を良好に補正することが可能となる。
 上記効果をより高めるために、下記条件式(4’)を満たすことがより好ましい。

 以上述べた好ましい構成は、任意の組合せが可能であり、要求される仕様に応じて適宜選択的に採用されることが好ましい。
 次に、本発明の撮像レンズの数値実施例について説明する。
[実施例1]
 実施例1の撮像レンズの構成を示す断面図を図2に示す。図2では、左側が物体側、右側が像側であり、最も像側のレンズと像面Simとの間にカバーガラスや各種フィルタ等を想定した平行平板状の光学部材PPを配置した例を示している。
 実施例1の撮像レンズの群構成としては、物体側から順に、負の屈折力を有する前群Gaと、開口絞りStと、正の屈折力を有する後群Gbとからなり、前群Gaは、物体側から順に、負の屈折力を有する前群負レンズ群GaNと、正の屈折力を有する前群正レンズ群GaPとからなる構成を採っている。
 実施例1の撮像レンズの各レンズ群を構成する各レンズの概略構成としては、前群負レンズ群GaNは、物体側から順に、負のレンズLa1と、負のレンズLa2とからなり、前群正レンズ群GaPは、物体側から順に、正のレンズLa3と、負のレンズLa4とからなり、後群Gbは、物体側から順に、正のレンズLb1と、正のレンズLb2および負のレンズLb3の接合レンズと、正のレンズLb4および負のレンズLb5の接合レンズとからなる構成を採っている。
 実施例1の撮像レンズの詳細構成を示す数値データとして、表1に基本レンズデータ、表2に非球面係数を示す。表1の枠外最上段にはd線に関する諸元を示しており、fは全系の焦点距離、Bfは空気換算距離でのバックフォーカス、FNo.はFナンバーであり、2ωは全画角である。
 表1のSiの欄は最も物体側の構成要素の物体側の面を1番目として像側に向かうに従い順次増加するi番目(i=1、2、3、…)の面番号を示し、Riの欄はi番目の面の曲率半径を示し、Diの欄はi番目の面とi+1番目の面との光軸Z上の面間隔を示す。Diの欄の最下欄は、表1に示す最も像側の面と像面Simとの面間隔である。なお、曲率半径の符号は、物体側に凸面を向けた面形状の場合を正とし、像側に凸面を向けた面形状の場合を負としている。
 表1のNdjの欄は最も物体側の構成要素を1番目として像側に向かうに従い順次増加するj番目(j=1、2、3、…)の光学要素のd線(波長587.56nm)に対する屈折率を示し、νdjの欄はj番目の光学要素のd線に対するアッベ数を示す。なお、基本レンズデータには、開口絞りStと光学部材PPも含めて示しており、開口絞りStに相当する面の面番号の欄には面番号と(St)という語句を記載している。
 表1の基本レンズデータでは、非球面は面番号に*印を付しており、非球面の曲率半径として近軸の曲率半径の数値を示している。表2に、これら非球面の非球面係数を示す。表2に記載の数値の「E-n」(n:整数)は「×10-n」を意味する。非球面係数は、以下の式(A)で表される非球面式における各係数KA、Am(m=4、6、8、10)の値である。ただし、式(A)におけるΣはmの項に関する和を意味する。

 図6(A)~図6(D)にそれぞれ、物体距離が無限遠のときの実施例1の撮像レンズの球面収差、非点収差、歪曲収差(ディストーション)、倍率色収差(倍率の色収差)の各収差図を示す。球面収差図のFNo.はFナンバーを意味し、その他の収差図のωは半画角を意味する。各収差図には、d線(587.56nm)を基準波長とした収差を示すが、球面収差図には、C線(波長656.27nm)、F線(波長486.13nm)、A’線(波長768.19nm)についての収差も示し、倍率色収差図ではC線、F線、A’線についての収差を示している。非点収差図ではサジタル方向、タンジェンシャル方向それぞれに関する収差を実線、破線で示しており、線種の説明にそれぞれ(S)、(T)という記号を記入している。
 上記の実施例1の説明で述べた図示方法、各データの記号、意味、記載方法等は、特に断りがない限り以下の実施例のものについても同様であるため、以下では重複説明を省略する。
[実施例2]
 実施例2の撮像レンズの構成を示す断面図を図3に示す。実施例2の撮像レンズの群構成、概略構成は、レンズLa3およびレンズLa4が接合されている点以外は、上で述べた実施例1のものと同様である。表3、表4にそれぞれ実施例2の撮像レンズの基本レンズデータ、非球面係数を示す。図7(A)~図7(D)に実施例2の撮像レンズの各収差図を示す。

 以上のデータからわかるように、実施例1~4の撮像レンズは、9枚または10枚のレンズからなり、全画角が約90°~100°の範囲にあり広角に構成され、Fナンバーが2.2以下と小さく、可視域から近赤外域にわたって諸収差が良好に補正されて高い光学性能を有する。
 本実施形態に係る撮像レンズは、デジタルカメラ、放送用カメラ、監視用カメラ、車載用カメラ等の撮像装置、および各種カメラの交換レンズに好適に使用可能である。次に、図10を参照しながら、本発明の実施形態にかかる撮像装置について説明する。図10に、本発明の実施形態の撮像装置の一例として、本発明の実施形態にかかる撮像レンズ1を用いた撮像装置10の概略構成図を示す。
 図10に示す撮像装置10は、撮像レンズ1と、撮像レンズ1の像側に配置されたフィルタ4と、撮像レンズによって結像される被写体の像を撮像する撮像素子5と、信号処理部6とを備える。なお、図10では撮像レンズ1を概念的に示している。
 撮像素子5は、撮像レンズ1により形成される被写体の像を撮像して電気信号に変換するものであり、その撮像面は撮像レンズ1の像面に一致するように配置される。撮像素子5としては例えばCCD(Charge Coupled Device)やCMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor)等を用いることができる。撮像素子5からの出力信号は信号処理部6により演算処理される。
 以上、実施形態および実施例を挙げて本発明を説明したが、本発明は上記実施形態および実施例に限定されず、種々の変形が可能である。例えば、各レンズの曲率半径、面間隔、屈折率、アッベ数、非球面係数等の値は、上記各数値実施例で示した値に限定されず、他の値をとり得るものである。

  1.  物体側から順に、負の屈折力を有する前群と、絞りと、正の屈折力を有する後群とから実質的に構成され、
     前記前群が、物体側から順に、2枚以上の負レンズからなり負の屈折力を有する前群負レンズ群と、1枚の負レンズおよび1枚の正レンズを含み最も物体側に正レンズが配置されて正の屈折力を有する前群正レンズ群とから構成され、
     前記後群が1枚の負レンズおよび1枚の正レンズを含み、
     前記前群正レンズ群の最も像側の負レンズのd線に対する屈折率、d線に対するアッベ数をそれぞれNan、νanとしたとき、下記条件式(1)を満足する撮像レンズ。
