Abstract
Description
(実施例)
紫外線硬化型樹脂(UV硬化樹脂)、熱硬化型樹脂、湿気硬化型樹脂、又は二液反応硬化型樹脂(二液硬化樹脂)と、吸油性高分子を、それぞれ表1~5、6~10、11~15、16~20に示した配合比で混合し、実施例A1~A40、B1~B40、C1~C40、D1~D40にかかる防食剤を調製した。
各樹脂に吸油性高分子を混合せず、UV硬化樹脂そのものを比較例A、熱硬化型樹脂そのものを比較例B、湿気硬化型樹脂そのものを比較例C、二液硬化樹脂そのものを比較例Dとした。
・熱硬化型樹脂:サンユレック社製「GRS-817」
・湿気硬化型樹脂:スリーボンド社製「TB3056」
・二液硬化樹脂:電気化学工業製「G55-033A/B」
・SEBS:旭化成社製「タフテックH1041」
・SBR:旭化成社製「タフプレン125」
・NBR:日本ゼオン社製「Nipol 1042」
・CR:電気化学工業社製「デンカ クロロプレン」
・CTBN:Emerald Performance Materials社製「Hypro 1300X31」
スズめっき銅板に1mg/cm2の密度で端子油(JX日鉱日石エネルギー社製「ユニプレス PA5」)を塗布したものに各実施例及び比較例にかかる防食剤を厚さ50μmで塗布し、ガラス板と張り合わせ、樹脂を硬化させたものを試験片として用い、JIS K6850に準拠して、引張りせん断接着試験を行った。防食剤を硬化させるに際し、実施例A1~A40及び比較例AにかかるUV硬化樹脂を含むものについては、紫外線照射を行い、実施例B1~B40にかかる熱硬化型樹脂を含むものについては、加熱を行った。また、いずれの実施例および比較例にかかる防食剤についても、樹脂の硬化は、反応率85%以上となるように行った。
各実施例及び比較例にかかる防食剤を紫外線照射等によって硬化(反応率85%以上)させ、15mm×15mm×1mmtの防食剤シートを作成した。次に、作成したシートを、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)製のハウジングで上下から挟み、50gの荷重をシート全体に印加した。この状態で120℃にて3時間放置した後、荷重を除去した。
表1~20に、各実施例及び比較例にかかる防食剤における各樹脂と吸油性高分子の配合比(単位:質量%)と、せん断接着試験及び耐熱性評価の結果を示す。
Claims (11)
- 端子金具と被覆電線の電線導体とが電気的に接続された電気接続部を、接着性樹脂と吸油性有機高分子とを含有する防食剤により被覆していることを特徴とする端子付き被覆電線。
- 前記防食剤中に含まれる前記吸油性有機高分子の量が、1~50質量%の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の端子付き被覆電線。
- 前記吸油性有機高分子が、吸油性エラストマーまたは吸油性ゴムであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の端子付き被覆電線。
- 前記接着性樹脂が、アクリル樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ウレタン樹脂、シリコーン樹脂、ポリオレフィン樹脂から選択される少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の端子付き被覆電線。
- 前記接着性樹脂が、紫外線硬化型樹脂、熱硬化型樹脂、湿気硬化型樹脂、及び二液反応硬化型樹脂より選択される樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の端子付き電線。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の端子付き電線を有することを特徴とするワイヤーハーネス。
- 接着性樹脂と吸油性有機高分子とを含有することを特徴とする防食剤。
- 前記防食剤中に含まれる前記吸油性有機高分子の量が、1~50質量%の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の防食剤。
- 前記吸油性有機高分子が、吸油性エラストマーまたは吸油性ゴムであることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の防食剤。
- 前記接着性樹脂が、アクリル樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ウレタン樹脂、シリコーン樹脂、ポリオレフィン樹脂から選択される少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項7から9のいずれか1項に記載の防食剤。
- 前記接着性樹脂が紫外線硬化型樹脂、熱硬化型樹脂、湿気硬化型樹脂、及び二液反応硬化型樹脂より選択される樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項7から10のいずれか1項に記載の防食剤。
