Abstract
Description
図1及び図2は、それぞれ、実施の形態に係るソフトパッケージ(単に「パッケージ」とも呼ぶ)1の斜視図である。パッケージ1は、被収容物2を包み込んでいる。また、図1は、蓋部材15により取出し口14を閉じた閉蓋状態を表しており、図2は、蓋部材15を開けて取出し口14を開口させた開蓋状態を表している。
本実施の形態に係るパッケージ1について、本体11を形成する本体展開図D1と、帯状部材12を形成する帯状展開図D2とを用いて製造することができる。図4に、本体展開図D1を示し、図5に、帯状展開図D2を示す。破線で示される折込み線に沿って山折りに折り、一点鎖線で示される折込み線に沿って谷折りに折り、所定の箇所をヒートシール又は糊付け等により接着することで、展開図からパッケージ1が形成される。なお、展開図の形状に打ち抜いた包紙を、ブランクとも呼ぶ。また、図4及び図5に方向を示した通り、便宜上、図面の上下左右方向に基づいて展開図に含まれる領域の接続関係を説明する。
図7及び図8を用いて、使用者による開封時の操作を説明する。図7に示すように、使用者は、蓋部材15と連設され、パッケージ1の背面に沿って存在する開封タブ18を、蓋部材15との接続部分を起点として回動させ、指で摘まむことができるように起こす。そして、図8に示すように、使用者は、開封タブ18を摘まみ、ハーフカットに沿って取出し口14を開封する。このように、開封タブ18は開封操作に用いられ、使用者はパッケージ1を開封し易くなっている。ここで、ハーフカットが、開封タブ側に存在する頂点から徐々に幅が広がるような形状(ホームベース形状)で設けられているため、当該頂点を起点にハーフカットに沿って開封することが容易になる。なお、開封時においては、開封タブ18は摘まみとして機能し、開封後においては、開封タブ18は本体11の差込口114に挿入して開蓋を抑止する係止部として機能する。
本実施の形態に係るパッケージ1は、蓋部材15を備えており、開封後においても閉蓋可能である。閉蓋することができれば、取出し口14から被収容物2がこぼれ出ることを抑止できる。特に、パッケージ1にシガレット等を収容する場合、パッケージ1内には細かいたばこ刻がこぼれることもあるが、パッケージ1を閉蓋することで、こぼれたたばこ刻がパッケージ1の外部へ出ることを抑制できる。
図11及び図12に、変形例に係るパッケージ1Aの斜視図を示す。また、図13に、変形例に係るパッケージ1Aを展開した斜視図を示す。パッケージ1Aにおいても、本体11Aの内側部分111が被収容物2を包み込む。なお、パッケージ1とパッケージ1Aとで共通する部分については、図面において同一の符号を付している。図11は、蓋部材15により取出し口14を閉じた閉蓋状態を表している。また、図12は、蓋部材15を開けて取出し口14を開口させた開蓋状態を表している。以下、パッケージ1Aについて、パッケージ1との相違点を中心に説明する。
図11、図12及び図16~図18に基づいて、パッケージ1Aの開蓋及び閉蓋操作を説明する。ユーザがパッケージ1Aの操作部121Aを指で上下方向にスライドさせると、帯状部材12Aから突出している閉蓋ガイド122は、パッケージ1の表面に沿って移動する。図11の閉蓋状態において、まず、使用者は開蓋方向に帯状部材12Aをスライドさせる。これにより、図16に示すように、開封タブ18Aの磁石は本体11A表面の磁石から引き離される。また、図17に示すように、閉蓋ガイド122は封緘紙19の内側を通過するため、閉蓋ガイド122と接続されている帯状部材12Aは、本体11Aの表面に沿って移動する。また、スライドに連動して蓋部材15が撓みつつ捲れ上がり、開蓋することができる。その後、図18に示すように、閉蓋状態において領域Cと重なっていた蓋部材15が、ヒンジ151を起点に反転し、開封タブ18Aと共に内側部分111Aと表面側部分112Aとの間に引き込まれる。そして、図12に示した開蓋状態になる。このように、使用者は、帯状部材12Aの操作部121Aを操作し、パッケージ1Aを開蓋することができる。開蓋状態においても、操作部121Aが開口部16Aから露出し、使用者が操作できるようになっている。また、蓋部材15は、ヒンジ151で取出し口14の縁に接続されているため、図2に示した開蓋状態においては、帯状部材12Aをさらに開蓋方向にスライドさせることは制限される。
パッケージ1、パッケージ1Aは、それぞれ、正面向かって右側に開口部16、開口部16Aを備えている。このような形状であれば、例えば使用者が右手でパッケージを握りつつ右手の親指でスライド操作を行うために好適である。ただし、パッケージ(1又は1A)の形状はこのような例に限られない。例えば、パッケージの側面に開口部(16又は16A)が設けられていてもよい。さらに、パッケージの上面で開封タブ(18又は18A)を固定し、閉蓋状態を維持できるようにしてもよい。なお、開封タブの固定は、開封タブを差込口114に挿入したり開封タブに帯磁領域を設けたりする代わりに、再接着可能な接着剤を用いて行うようにしてもよい。また、図面等に示した帯状部材(12又は12A)の長さや幅等は、適宜変更してもよい。
