Description

スライドボックス型パッケージ
　本発明は、スライドボックス型パッケージに関する。
　従来、たばこ商品等の被収容物を収容するパッケージ（包装容器）として、ボックス型パッケージ等が公知である。ボックス型パッケージの１つの形態として、開口端を有した略直方体形状の外箱と、外箱に対してスライド自在に保持され、被収容物を収容する略直方体形状の内箱とからなり、内箱を外箱から引き出した際に該内箱における被収容物の取り出し口が外部に露出するように構成されたスライドボックス型パッケージが知られている（例えば、特許文献１、２等を参照）。

　たばこ商品等の被収容物を収容するパッケージには、被収容物を収容するといった基本的性能のほか、例えば、消費者の購買意欲を促進させるためのアピール度の向上が求められている。例えば、複合画像で構成される下絵に重ね合わされたスリット状のフィルムをスライドさせることで、あたかも絵が動いているかのような視覚的効果を付与する装飾要素を備えた包装容器も提案されている（例えば、特許文献３を参照）。上記装飾要素は、一般にスリットアニメーションと称呼されている。
　また、スライドボックス型パッケージには、内箱側と外箱側の夫々に設けられた係合片からなるストッパーが備えられ、内箱のスライド量（引き出し量）が所定量となった際にこれら係合片を互いに係合させることで、外箱からの内箱の脱落を防止している。従来のスライドボックス型パッケージにおいては、内箱の脱落防止用の係合片は、パッケージの高さ方向の中央部分近傍に、高さ方向の広範囲に亘り設置される構成が一般に採用されているが、この種のパッケージに上記スリットアニメーションに係る装飾要素を適用しようとした場合、スリットアニメーションとして利用できる領域を十分に確保できるとは言い難い。
　本発明は、上記した実情に鑑みてなされてものであって、その目的は、スライドボックス型パッケージにおいて、内箱の脱落防止機能を損なうことなく、消費者に視認され易く且つ充分な大きさのスリットアニメーションを付与することのできる技術を提供することにある。
　本発明では、上記課題を解決するために以下の手段を採用する。本発明に係るスライドボックス型パッケージは、開口端を有する略直方体形状の外箱と、前記外箱に対してスライド自在に保持され、被収容物を収容する略直方体形状の内箱と、前記内箱および前記外箱の各々に設けられ、前記内箱が前記外箱から引き出された際に互いに係合することで前記内箱の前記外箱からの脱落を防止する一組の係合片と、前記内箱がスライドする際に互いに摺動する一組の摺動面のうちの前記内箱側の摺動面に形成された下絵表示部、および、前記一組の摺動面のうちの前記外箱側の摺動面に形成されたスリット部を有し、前記内箱が収納された状態で前記下絵表示部と前記スリット部とが互いに重なって配置されると共に、前記内箱のスライド動作時に前記下絵表示部と前記スリット部とが相対的にスライドすることで動画を生じさせるスリットアニメーション部とを備え、前記一組の係合片は、前記下絵表示部および前記スリット部の何れも形成されず、且つ前記内箱のスライド動作時に互いに摺動する一組の摺動面の各々、若しくは、前記下絵表示部および前記スリット部が形成される前記一組の摺動面のうち、前記内箱のスライド直交方向における端部領域に設けられる。
　この構成によれば、スライドボックス型パッケージにおいて、内箱の脱落防止機能を損なうことなく、消費者に視認され易く且つ充分な大きさのスリットアニメーションを付与することが可能となる。なお、本発明に係るスライドボックス型パッケージにおいて、開口端は外箱の側面に形成されていても良いし、上面又は下面に形成されていても良い。
　また、本発明に係るスライドボックス型パッケージは、前記スリットアニメーション部が、前記内箱の前壁および前記外箱の前壁により形成される一組の対向する摺動面と、前記内箱の後壁および前記外箱の後壁により形成される一組の対向する摺動面対との双方に設けられていても良い。このように、パッケージの前面（正面）側と後面（背面）側の双方にスリットアニメーション部を形成することにより、スリットアニメーションによる視覚的効果を最大限に発揮させることができ、消費者へのアピール度をより一層高めることができる。
　ここで、スライドボックス型パッケージの内箱に収容する被収容物は特に限定されるものではないが、棒状物品の集合体、例えばたばこ商品を被収容物として好適に例示できる。すなわち、スライドボックス型パッケージに収容する被収容物はたばこ商品であっても良い。なお、たばこ商品とは、例えば紙巻たばこ（フィルタシガレット、両切たばこ（フィルタ無し））、シガー（葉巻）、シガリロ、スヌース、嗅ぎたばこ、チューイングたばこ、電子たばこ等が例示できる。
　また、本発明における課題を解決するための手段は、可能な限り組み合わせて採用することができる。
　本発明によれば、スライドボックス型パッケージにおいて、内箱の脱落防止機能を損なうことなく、消費者に視認され易く且つ充分な大きさのスリットアニメーションを付与することが可能となる。

　ここで、本発明に係るスライドボックス型パッケージの実施形態について、図面に基づいて説明する。本発明が適用されるスライドボックス型パッケージに収容する被収容物は特定のものに限定されないが、ここでは、フィルタシガレットや両切シガレット等のたばこ商品をパッケージに収容する場合を例に説明する。また、本実施形態に記載されている構成要素の寸法、材質、形状、その相対配置等は、特に特定的な記載がない限りは、発明の技術的範囲をそれらのみに限定する趣旨のものではない。
＜実施例１＞
　図１は、実施例１に係るスライドボックス型パッケージ（以下、単に“パッケージ”という）１の斜視図である。本発明が適用されるパッケージ１は、被収容物は特に限定はされないが、図１に示すように、フィルタシガレットやシガレット等のたばこ商品のパッケージに適用した場合を例に説明する。また、パッケージ１の材料としては、例えばカード紙やマニラボール紙等の紙材が好適に用いられるが、これに限定されるものではない。例えば、パッケージ１の材料として、プラスチック等の樹脂を用いるようにしても良い。
　パッケージ１は、側部に開口端２１を有した略直方体形状の外箱２と、この外箱２内に収容されて外箱２の幅方向にスライド自在（往復動自在）に配設されている略直方体形状の内箱３とを備える。図２および図３は、パッケージ１の分解斜視図である。図２は、パッケージ１における外箱２から内箱３を取り外した状態で、これらを正面側斜め上方から見下ろすように眺めた斜視図である。図３は、パッケージ１における外箱２から内箱３を取り外した状態で、これらを背面側斜め下方から見上げるように眺めた斜視図である。
　図１に示すように、パッケージ１は、内箱２の内部にシガレットＣを収容している。なお、被収容物であるシガレットＣは、代表して図１にのみ図示するものとし、その他の図面では図示を省略している。また、図１に示すシガレットＣは、アルミ蒸着紙などの内包材に包み込まれた状態で、内箱の２の収容空間２２（図２を参照）に収容されていても良い。アルミ蒸着紙は、紙基材と、その表面に蒸着されたアルミニウムの膜とを含む。アルミニウムの膜は、シガレットの束を湿気から保護する他、各シガレットからの芳香の放出、散逸を防止する。
　図１に、パッケージ１の上下前後左右の各方向を示している。また、パッケージ１の前面と正面とは同義であり、後面と背面とは同義である。上記方向の定義に従うと、外箱２の開口端２１は外箱２の右側部に形成されており、符号４によって示されるスリットアニメーション部はパッケージ１の前面側に設けられている。スリットアニメーション部４の詳細については後述する。
　図１～図３に示すように、外箱２は、前壁２２、後壁２３、底壁２４、天壁２５、側壁２６を有する、全体として直方体形状の箱体である。そして、外箱２の一方の側面は開口している。つまり、側壁２６の反対側は開口端２１となっている。また、この開口端２１においては、前壁２２および後壁２３に沿う開口縁に、第１延出帯２７、第２延出帯２８が夫々設けられている。第１延出帯２７および第２延出帯２８は、前壁２２および後壁２３から折り癖を付けて折り返されており、外箱２の側壁２６の幅方向内側に向かって延びている帯状体である。第１延出帯２７および第２延出帯２８は、外箱２に配設される内箱３を挟み込む方向に付勢する。
　第１延出帯２７は、前壁２２に沿って形成されており、その下端側には他の部位に比べて側壁２６側に向けて一段突出した第１係合片２７Ａが設けられている。第２延出帯２８は、後壁２３に沿って形成されており、その上端側には他の部位に比べて側壁２６側に向けて一段突出した第２係合片２８Ａが設けられている。外箱２の側壁２６には、操作開口部２９が形成されている。この操作開口部２９は、側壁２６の高さ方向に対して、概ね中央部近傍に形成されており、扱い者の指が十分に挿入できる程度の大きさを有する。
　内箱３は、前壁３２、後壁３３、底壁３４、天壁３５、および２つの側壁３６Ａ，３６Ｂを有する略直方体形状の箱体であり、上部が開口している。内箱は、側壁３６Ａに近接して、前壁３２および後壁３３の一部にかけても延在する取り出し開口部３１を有する。取り出し開口部３１は、内箱３の側壁３６Ｂ側が外箱２の開口端２１から外箱２の側方に引き出された状態にてシガレットＣの取り出しを容易にすべく、内箱３の側壁３６Ｂに近接して設けられている。
　内箱３の前壁３２の下端寄りの部位には第１抜け止めフラップ３７が設けられており、後壁３３の上端寄りの部位には第２抜け止めフラップ３８が設けられている。第１抜け止めフラップ３７および第２抜け止めフラップ３８は、前壁３２および後壁３３の一部を切り起こすことによって形成されているが、これに限定されるものではない。
　第１抜け止めフラップ３７および第２抜け止めフラップ３８は、側壁３６Ａに近接する位置に設けられており、内箱３の外部側に向かって斜めに延びている舌片（係合片）である。ここで、内箱３側に設けられた第１抜け止めフラップ３７と外箱２側に設けられた第１係合片２７Ａとは、内箱３が外箱２に保持された際に、互いに対応する高さに配置されるように設けられている。同様に、内箱３側に設けられた第２抜け止めフラップ３８と外箱２側に設けられた第２係合片２８Ａとは、内箱３が外箱２に保持された際に、互いに対応する高さに配置されるように設けられている。
　図４Ａおよび図４Ｂは、パッケージ１の開閉動作を説明する説明図である。図４Ａは、内箱３の位置が外箱２内部に収容（収納）された閉鎖位置にある状態を示している。図４Ｂは、内箱３が外箱２から引き出され、その引き出し量（スライド量）が所定量となった最大スライド位置にある状態を示している。図４Ａに示すように、内箱３が閉鎖位置にある状態では、内箱３の第１抜け止めフラップ３７（第２抜け止めフラップ３８）と外箱２の第１係合片２７Ａ（第２係合片２８Ａ）とは互いに離反しており、互いに係合していない。
　上記のように、外箱２に収容された内箱３を外部に引き出す際、扱い者は指を外箱２の操作開口部２９に挿入し、内箱３の３６Ａを押し込むことにより、外箱２に対して内箱３がスライドし、内箱３が外箱２から部分的に引き出される。内箱３が外箱２から部分的に引き出されれば、内箱３のうち外部に露出した部分を把持することにより、扱い者は内箱３の引き出しを容易に行うことができる。なお、パッケージ１において、操作開口部２９は必須の構成ではなく、省略することができる。
　内箱３のスライド動作によって、図４Ｂに示すように、外箱２に対する内箱３の引き出し量が所定の最大引き出し位置に至ると、内箱３の第１抜け止めフラップ３７（第２抜け止めフラップ３８）と外箱２の第１係合片２７Ａ（第２係合片２８Ａ）とが互いに係合し、それ以上の内箱３の引き出し（引き抜き）が制限される。これにより、内箱３の外箱２からの脱落を防止することが可能となる。本実施例では、内箱３が引き出された際に、互いに係合する第１抜け止めフラップ３７と第１係合片２７Ａ、および、第２抜け止めフラップ３８と第２係合片２８Ａとが、内箱３の脱落を防止するストッパーとして機能する。
　次に、パッケージ１に設けられるスリットアニメーション部４の詳細について説明する。図５は、スリットアニメーション部４を説明するための説明図である。スリットアニメーション部４は、内箱３の前壁３２に形成された下絵表示部４１と、外箱２の前壁２２に設けられたスリットフィルム４２（スリット部）とを含んで構成されている（図１～図４を参照）。スリットアニメーション部４は、下絵表示部４１に表示された下絵と、スリットフィルム４２とを利用して、パラパラ漫画（flip-book）に類似する原理で、あたかも絵が動いているような（動画が生じているような）視覚的効果を付与する機能を有している。
　下絵表示部４１には、「複合画像で構成される下絵」が表示されている。この複合画像で構成される下絵は、例えば、ある形態をモチーフにした画像を所定の間隔で間引いて、「残像」と「欠け」が繰り返されてなる中間画像を複数組み合わせた画像である。図５の例では、星形をモチーフとした第１の中間画像と、円形をモチーフとした第２の中間画像とを、組み合わせて複合画像を作成している。また、ここでは、第１の中間画像および第２の中間画像の夫々を等間隔“Ｘ”で間引いている。そして、第１の中間画像と第２の中間画像とを複合させる際に、第１の中間画像の「欠け」の部分に、第２の中間画像の「残像」部分が一致するようにして、複合画像を作成する。
　一方、スリットフィルム４２は、例えばＰＥＴ（ポリエチレンテレフタレート）フィルム等の透明基材上に「黒塗りの細長い帯状領域」を所定の間隔、この例では等間隔“Ｘ”で印刷したものである。図示のスリットフィルム４２は、「帯状領域の幅」と「各帯状領域間の間隔」とが共に“Ｘ”で等しくなっている。また、スリットフィルム４２は、外箱２の前壁２２に形成された窓孔を塞ぐようにして前壁２２に貼り付けられている。スリットフィルム４２を貼り付ける窓孔の形状は、スリットフィルム４２に応じて適宜変更を加えることができるが、本実施例では四角形状（正方形、長方形を含む）としている。本実施例のパッケージ１においては、外箱２に内箱３が収容された状態で、前壁３２に形成された下絵表示部４１の上にスリットフィルム４２が重なるような位置にスリットフィルム４２が前壁２２に設けられている。
　スリットフィルム４２を、複合画像上に重ね合わせて、両者を相対的にスライドさせると、図５に示すように、第１の中間画像の「残像」がスリットフィルム４２の各帯状領域間に設けられる透明領域に位置するときには、第１の中間画像が表す模様、すなわち星形模様が視認される（Ａ）。一方、第２の中間画像の「残像」がスリットフィルム４２の各帯状領域間に設けられる透明領域に位置するときには、第２の中間画像が表す模様、すなわち円形模様が視認される（Ｂ）。
　以上述べた複合画像とスリットフィルム４２の相対的なスライド動作を適度な速度で行うと、人間の目には、あたかも星形模様と円形模様が動的に変化しているかのように視認されるため、動画を生じさせる視覚的効果が得られる。なお、スリットアニメーションに関する技術自体は公知のものであり、ここでの詳しい説明は省略するが、複合画像に組み込まれる中間画像の数を３以上にすることも可能である（特許文献３を参照）。
　パッケージ１は、上記構成のスリットアニメーション部４を備えるため、扱い者が内箱３からシガレットＣを取り出す際や、内箱３を外箱２に収納する際に、スリットアニメーション部４によって下絵が動くといったアニメーション効果が得られる。これにより、パッケージ１を適用したたばこ商品の商品価値を高め、消費者の購買意欲を促進させることが可能となる。なお、図１や図２に示すように、外箱２の前壁２２に形成されたスリットフィルム４２のスリット方向（スリットを形成する細長い帯状領域の長手方向）は、内箱３のスライド方向に直交するように設けられている。
　ここで、第１抜け止めフラップ３７と第１係合片２７Ａとからなる一組の係合片について説明する。上述のように、内箱３の第１抜け止めフラップ３７と外箱２の第１係合片２７Ａは、内箱３がスライド動作する際に互いに摺動する一組の対向する摺動面である前壁２２および前壁３２の下端部近傍に形成されている。このように、外箱２の第１係合片２７Ａおよび内箱３の第１抜け止めフラップ３７を、下絵表示部４１およびスリットフィルム４２が形成される一組の摺動面のうち、内箱３のスライド直交方向の端部領域に設置したので、パッケージ１の表面においてスリットアニメーション部４として利用可能な領域を十分に確保できる。具体的には、外箱２の前壁２２においては、第１係合片２７Ａを前壁２２の下端部に設けるようにしたので、第１係合片２７Ａの上部に、下絵表示部４１を形成するための空きスペースを十分に確保することができる。同様に、内箱３の前壁３２においては、第１抜け止めフラップ３７を前壁３２の下端部に設けるようにしたので、第１抜け止めフラップ３７の上部に、スリットフィルム４２の形成するための空きスペースを十分に確保することができる。
　従って、パッケージ１によれば、外箱２からの内箱３の脱落防止機能を損なうことなく、スリットアニメーション部４を形成する面積を従来に比べて拡大することが可能となる。更に、パッケージ１によれば、その高さ方向（上下方向、内箱３のスライド方向に直交する方向）の中央部付近に、スリットアニメーション部４を設けることができる。そのため、スリットアニメーション部４によって付与されるスリットアニメーションが消費者に視認され易いという効果も得られる。よって、パッケージ１においては、被収容物であるシガレットＣの収容性、取り出し容易性などの基本的機能はもとより、消費者の商品の購買意欲を促進させるためのアピール度を高めることが可能となる。
　なお、上述までの構成例では、外箱２の第１係合片２７Ａを前壁２２の下端部近傍に配設し、内箱３の第１抜け止めフラップ３７を前壁３２の下端部近傍に配設する例を説明したが、逆にこれらの夫々を前壁２２および前壁３２の上端部近傍に配設しても良い。このようにしても、スリットアニメーション部４の設置可能領域を拡大できるという優れた効果を奏する。なお、この変形例の場合には、前壁２２の上端側に寄せて設けた第１係合片２７Ａの下部領域を、下絵表示部４１を設けるための領域として利用できる。また、前壁３２の上端側に寄せて設けた第１抜け止めフラップ３７の下部領域を、スリットフィルム４２を設けるための領域として利用できる。
　なお、本実施例においては、パッケージ１の背面側にはスリットアニメーション部４が形成されていないため、内箱３の後壁３３に設ける第２抜け止めフラップ３８と外箱２の後壁２３に設ける第２係合片２８Ａとに関する相対的な配置位置および存在範囲について、特段の制限はない。従って、例えば、後壁３３の高さ方向中央部に第２抜け止めフラップ３８を配設し、後壁２３の高さ方向中央部に第２係合片２８Ａを配設しても良い。
　また、本実施例では、スライド動作時における内箱３の脱落防止ストッパーとして機能する一組の係合片を、スリットアニメーション部４が形成されず、且つ、内箱３のスライド動作時に互いに摺動する一組の摺動面の各々に設けるようにしても良い。この場合、例えば、スリットアニメーション部４が形成されている一組の摺動面、すなわち外箱２の前壁２２および内箱３の前壁３２からなる一組の摺動面には、第１係合片２７Ａおよび第１抜け止めフラップ３７を設置しなくても良い。そして、例えば外箱２の後壁２３および内箱３の後壁３３に設けられた第２係合片２８Ａと第２抜け止めフラップ３８からなる一組の係合片によって、内箱３の脱落防止機能を実現しても良い。また、スリットアニメーション部４が形成されず、且つ、内箱３のスライド動作時に互いに摺動する一組の摺動面としては、内箱３の天壁３５および外箱２の天壁２５の組み合わせや、内箱３の底壁３４および外箱２の底壁２４の組み合わせ等が例示できる。すなわち、内箱３の天壁３５および外箱２の天壁２５の各々に一組の係合片を設置し、或いは、内箱３の底壁３４および外箱２の底壁２４の各々に一組の係合片を設置しても良い。
　パッケージ１のうち、スリットアニメーション部４が形成されていない一組の摺動面に一組の係合片を設ける場合には、スリットアニメーション部４の面積を最大限に確保することが可能となる。これによれば、パッケージ１の表面において、スリットアニメーション部４に充当できる面積を十分に確保できる。従って、パッケージ１の表面にヘルスワーニングや、製品やメーカーの広告情報などを表示してもなお、スリットアニメーション部４を形成するスペースを別途、十分に確保することができる。
　図６は、変形例に係るパッケージ１Ａの分解斜視図である。パッケージ１Ａは、上面に開口端２１を有した略直方体形状の外箱２Ａと、この外箱２Ａ内に収容されて外箱２Ａの上下方向にスライド自在（往復動自在）に配設されている略直方体形状の内箱３Ａとを備える。すなわち、本変形例に係るパッケージ１Ａは、外箱２Ａにおいて開口端２１が形成される部位および、外箱２Ａに対する内箱３Ａのスライド方向が図１～図４において示したパッケージ１と相違する。図６に示すパッケージ１Ａにおいて、図１～図４に示すパッケージ１と共通する構成要素については、同一の符号を付すことで詳しい説明を省略する。
　外箱２Ａは、前壁２２、後壁２３、底壁２４、側壁２６を有する、全体として直方体形状の箱体である。外箱２Ａの上面には、開口端２１が形成されている。開口端２１において、前壁２２および後壁２３に沿う開口縁に、第１係合片２７Ａを有する第１延出帯２７、および第２係合片２８Ａを有する第２延出帯２８が夫々設けられている。第１延出帯２７および第２延出帯２８については、実施例１において述べた通りである。第１係合片２７Ａは、第１延出帯２７の右側端部寄りの部位に設けられている。また、第２係合片２８Ａは、第２延出帯２８の左側端部よりの部位に設けられている。
　内箱３Ａは、前壁３２、後壁３３、底壁３４、天壁３５、および２つの側壁３６を有する略直方体形状の箱体である。内箱３Ａの一方の側壁３６には、被収容物を取り出すための取り出し開口部３１が形成されている。なお、取り出し開口部３１を形成する位置は、適宜変更することができる。また、内箱３Ａは、外箱２Ａ側の第１係合片２７Ａと係合する第１抜け止めフラップ３７、外箱２Ａ側の第２係合片２８Ａと係合する第２抜け止めフラップ３８を有する。第１抜け止めフラップ３７は、外箱２Ａ側の第１係合片２７Ａに対応する位置、すなわち図６に示す例では前壁３２の右側端部寄りの部位に形成されている。第２抜け止めフラップ３８は、外箱２Ａ側の第２係合片２８Ａに対応する位置、すなわち図６に示す例では後壁３３の左側端部寄りの部位に形成されている。
　また、本変形例に係るパッケージ１Ａにおいては、外箱２Ａから内箱３Ａの引き出しを補助するための構成として、実施例１に係る操作開口部２９の代わりに、外箱２Ａの前壁２２および後壁２３の開口端２１側の縁部に切り欠き部２９Ａを設けるようにした。扱い者は、この切り欠き部２９Ａを通じて、外箱２Ａに収容された内箱３Ａの前壁３２、或いは後壁３３を把持することができ、外箱２Ａから内箱３Ａを容易に引き出すことが可能である。但し、上記切り欠き部２９Ａは、パッケージ１Ａに必須の構成ではない。また、切り欠き部２９Ａを、外箱２Ａにおける前壁２２および後壁２３の何れか一方に設けるようにしても良い。
　パッケージ１Ａにおいても、実施例１と同様に、スリットアニメーション部４を具備する。スリットアニメーション部４を構成する下絵表示部４１が内箱３Ａの前壁３２に設けられ、スリットアニメーション部４を構成するスリットフィルム４２が外箱２Ａの前壁２２に設けられている。本変形例においては、外箱２Ａに対する内箱３Ａのスライド方向は、外箱２Ａの上下方向である。従って、外箱２Ａにおけるスリットフィルム４２は、そのスリット方向が、内箱３Ａのスライド方向に直交する外箱２Ａの幅方向に沿うようにして設けられている。また、内箱３Ａに設けられた下絵表示部４１においても、スリットフィルム４２との相対的な向きが変わらないように、図２に示す状態から９０°回転させた状態で前壁３２に形成されている。
　以上のように、本変形例に係るパッケージ１Ａにおいては、内箱３Ａの第１抜け止めフラップ３７と外箱２Ａの第１係合片２７Ａを、内箱３Ａがスライド動作する際に互いに摺動する一組の対向する摺動面である前壁２２および前壁３２の右側端部近傍に形成している。このように、外箱２Ａの第１係合片２７Ａおよび内箱３Ａの第１抜け止めフラップ３７を、下絵表示部４１およびスリットフィルム４２が形成される一組の摺動面のうち、内箱３Ａのスライド直交方向の端部領域に設置することで、パッケージ１Ａの表面においてスリットアニメーション部４として利用可能な領域を十分に確保できる。
＜実施例２＞
　図７Ａおよび図７Ｂは、実施例２に係るパッケージ１Ｂの斜視図である。図７Ａは、パッケージ１Ｂをその正面（前面）側から眺めた斜視図である。図７Ｂは、パッケージ１Ｂをその背面（後面）側から眺めた斜視図である。パッケージ１Ｂは、その正面側と背面側の双方にスリットアニメーション部４が設けられている点を除いて、実施例１で説明したパッケージ１と同様の構成となっている。パッケージ１Ｂによれば、パッケージ１Ｂの正面側と背面側の双方の面をスリットアニメーションエリアとして利用できるため、消費者に対するアピール度をより一層高めることができる。また、例えば、パッケージ１Ｂの正面側と背面側とにおいて、夫々のスリットアニメーション部４において生じる動画を相違させたり、或いは相互に関連性を持たせたりすることにより、消費者へのアピール度が更に高いものとなり、購買意欲をより一層増進させることが可能となる。
　以上、本発明の好適な実施形態を説明したが、本発明に係るスライドボックス型パッケージは、可能な限り各実施例を組み合わせて実施することができる。また、本実施形態では、パッケージに収容する被収容物の好適な適用例として、フィルタシガレットや両切シガレット等のたばこ商品をパッケージに収容する場合を説明したが、これには限定されず、また、たばこ商品以外の物品を収容しても良い。

Claims (3)

  1. 　開口端を有する略直方体形状の外箱と、
    　前記外箱に対してスライド自在に保持され、被収容物を収容する略直方体形状の内箱と、
    　前記内箱および前記外箱の各々に設けられ、前記内箱が前記外箱から引き出された際に互いに係合することで前記内箱の前記外箱からの脱落を防止する一組の係合片と、
    　前記内箱がスライドする際に互いに摺動する一組の摺動面のうちの前記内箱側の摺動面に形成された下絵表示部、および、前記一組の摺動面のうちの前記外箱側の摺動面に形成されたスリット部を有し、前記内箱が収納された状態で前記下絵表示部と前記スリット部とが互いに重なって配置されると共に、前記内箱のスライド動作時に前記下絵表示部と前記スリット部とが相対的にスライドすることで動画を生じさせるスリットアニメーション部と
    　を備え、
    　前記一組の係合片は、
    　前記下絵表示部および前記スリット部の何れも形成されず、且つ前記内箱のスライド動作時に互いに摺動する一組の摺動面の各々、若しくは、
    　前記下絵表示部および前記スリット部が形成される前記一組の摺動面のうち、前記内箱のスライド直交方向における端部領域に設けられる、
    　スライドボックス型パッケージ。
  2. 　前記スリットアニメーション部が、
    　前記内箱の前壁および前記外箱の前壁により形成される一組の対向する摺動面と、
    　前記内箱の後壁および前記外箱の後壁により形成される一組の対向する摺動面対との双方に設けられている、請求項１に記載のスライドボックス型パッケージ。
  3. 　前記被収容物がたばこ商品である、請求項１または２に記載のスライドボックス型パッケージ。
