- first and second tube clip receiving portions 22Ab2 and 22Bb2 that are movable in parallel in the radial direction (the direction of the arrow in FIG. 5B).Since the first and second tube clip receiving portions 22Ab2 and 22Bb2 constitute a part of the wall surface supporting the outer periphery of the ring portion 12a, the thickness thereof is substantially the same as the depth of the first and second recesses 22Ab and 22Bb. It is.
- the first and second tube clip receiving portions 22Ab2 and 22Bb2 are attached to the first and second bases 22A and 22B via elastic members (springs) 22Ab3 and 22Bb3.
- the elastic members 22Ab3 and 22Bb3 bias the first and second tube clip receiving portions 22Ab2 and 22Bb2 in the direction opposite to the diameter expansion direction (the direction of the arrow in FIG. 5A).
- the first and second tube clip receiving portions 22Ab2 and 22Bb2 move in the diameter increasing direction against the urging force of the elastic members 22Ab3 and 22Bb3.
- the ring portion 12a interferes with the wall surfaces of the first and second recesses 22Ab and 22Bb.

- the tube clip direction detecting means 24 detects the vertical direction (vertical direction in the drawing in FIG. 2) of the tube clip 12 accommodated in the first and second recesses 22Ab and 22Bb, and the detected directions are respectively predetermined directions. When a predetermined signal is output (output is generated).
- the tube clip orientation detecting means 24 is an optical sensor, and irradiates light from the lateral direction (the lateral (left and right) direction in FIG. 2) to the enlarged clip portion 12b of the tube clip 12, specifically, the first knob 12b1.
- the vertical direction of the tube clip 12 is detected by receiving the reflected light.

- the first tab 12b1 is positioned on the tube clip orientation detection means 24 side.
- the irradiated light is immediately reflected back to the first knob 12b1.
- the tube clip 12 is not housed in the correct orientation, that is, when the top and bottom are housed in the reverse direction, as shown in FIG. Since the knob 12b3 is located, the irradiated light hits the first knob 12b1 after passing through the engagement hole 12b2 of the second knob 12b3. Therefore, it takes longer for the reflected light to return than when the tube clip 12 is accommodated in the correct orientation.
- the tube clip direction detecting means 24 detects this and determines whether or not the tube clip 12 is accommodated in the correct direction. Can do.
- the tube clip direction detecting means 24 is installed inside the first and second bases 22A and 22B so that it cannot be seen from the outside.

- the plungers 26Ab and 26Bb move forward and press the first knob 12b1 of the tube clip 12 as shown in FIG. Since the second knob 12b3 is supported by the tube clip support portions 22Ab1 and 22Bb1 as described above, the diameter of the ring portion 12a is increased as the plungers 26Ab and 26Bb advance. When the supply of air is stopped, the plungers 26Ab and 26Bb are retracted to the initial positions by the repulsive force of the diameter expansion clip portion 12b.

Further, the switch 30 may be operated only at the start of the operation, and it is not necessary to operate the switch 30 again when the tube clip 12 is attached to the other end of the tube 14.
- the controller stops outputting the first marking detection means after the output of the first marking detection means is generated and the diameter expansion of the ring portion by the first tube clip diameter increasing means is stopped. Since the ring portion is expanded by the second tube clip expanding means, the tube clip 12 can be easily and reliably mounted at the correct position and angle at both ends of the tube 14, respectively.
- first and second recesses are configured so that the end portions are tapered, the tube clip 12 can be easily accommodated in the first and second recesses 22Ab and 22Bb.
- the tube clip orientation detection means irradiates light to the diameter-enlarged clip portion of the tube clip and receives the reflected light, whereby the orientation of the tube clip accommodated in the first and second recesses is received. Therefore, the orientation of the tube clip 12 accommodated in the first and second recesses 22Ab and 22Bb can be accurately determined.
- the controller is configured to stop the diameter expansion of the ring portion by the first and second tube clip diameter expanding means when the output of the tube clip direction detecting means does not occur, By preventing the tube 14 from being inserted unless the orientation is set correctly, it is possible to prevent an attachment error of the tube clip 12.
- the apparatus 10 is provided with two bases (first and second bases 22A and 22B). However, only one base may be provided, and in this case, one base is provided on one base. 1, 2nd through-hole 22Aa, 22Ba etc. will be formed.
- the installation locations of the first and second through holes 22Aa and 22Ba, the first and second tube clip diameter increasing means 26A and 26B, the first and second marking detecting means 28A and 28B, and the like are specifically shown. As long as the same function can be exhibited, the installation location is not limited to this.
- a tube clip mounting apparatus for mounting a tube clip comprising a ring portion made of an elastically deformable wire in a circular shape and an enlarged clip portion in which both ends of the wire are extended to the tube
- a ring portion of the tube clip accommodated in the recess formed around the insertable through hole is increased through the diameter-enlarged clip portion and the ring portion is expanded in diameter, a part of the recess is expanded in the diameter direction. Therefore, even when the diameter of the ring portion is increased, the ring portion does not interfere with the recess, and the tube clip can be firmly fixed to the recess.
- tube clip mounting device 12 tube clip, 12a ring part, 12b diameter-enlarged clip part, 14 tube, 16 marking, 22Aa first through hole, 22Ba second through hole, 22Ab first recess, 22Bb second recess, 22Ab2 second 1 tube clip receiving part, 22Bb2 second tube clip receiving part, 24 tube clip direction detecting means, 26A first tube clip diameter increasing means, 26B second tube clip diameter increasing means, 28A first marking detecting means, 28B second marking Detection means, 30 switches, 32 controllers
