所述分离装置4包括设置在第二支架31外围的第二架体41、固定在第二架体41上方的料箱42、固定在所述料箱42上的吸料管43、驱动所述吸料管43工作的驱动机构44以及设置于所述料箱42上的温控报警器45。所述料箱42设有取料口421和打开或闭合所述取料口421的透明状玻璃门422。所述第二架体41高于第二支架31,所述料箱42设置于所述第二传送机构3中第二传送带32的正上方,从而所述第二传送带32通过第二马达34的驱动可将剖切好的螃蟹自动运输至分离装置4的下方位置处;此外,所述第二传送机构3还包括设置在所述第二传送带32两侧的工作台35以及与所述第二支架31相固定连接并支撑在所述工作台35下方的第二支撑杆36,所述工作台35用以供工作人员(未图示)放置自第二传送带32传送至料箱42下方的螃蟹,使得工作人员在工作台35处将剖切好的螃蟹拿起,并且对准所述吸料管43的吸口,进而将螃蟹内的蟹肉或蟹黄吸取下来,并经由吸料管43传送至料箱42内。当进行多次操作而使得料箱42内温度过高时,所述温控报警器45便会进行报警,以保证工作人员的安全。
参照图1至图5所示,本发明螃蟹剥壳机100工作时,首先,第一传送带12在第一马达14的驱动下螃蟹朝剖切装置2方向移动,直至移动至靠近所述剖切装置2时,工作人员将第一传送带12上的螃蟹以一预订的方向放置至剖切装置2上的进料装置20上;然后在控制装置26的控制下,剖切装置2上的两组输送机构22开始运转,此时两组输送装置22上的输送带222夹持以预定方向放置的螃蟹并朝切刀24方向输送,使得切刀24将螃蟹剖切成两半;当切刀24将螃蟹剖切开后,被剖成的螃蟹的两半自切刀24两侧在所述输送带222的带动下继续移动,直至移动至出料装置29上并经由出料装置29上落至第二传送带32上;其次,第二传送带32在第二马达34的驱动下带动被剖切后的螃蟹移动至分离装置4下方,此时,工作人员将传送至料箱42至下方的螃蟹拿起并对准所述吸料管43的吸口,进而将螃蟹内的蟹肉和蟹黄吸取下来,并经由吸料管43传送至料箱42内;最后,当工作人员通过料箱42上的透明玻璃门422看到料箱42内的蟹肉或蟹黄较满时即可从取料口421将蟹肉或蟹黄取出来。
另外,本发明中所述分离装置4可设置为一台或多台,当设置为一台时,可将蟹黄和蟹肉同时吸取或者分两次分别吸取蟹黄和蟹肉;当设置为多台时,所述第二传送带32贯穿多台所述分离装置4设置,此时,一方面可将蟹黄与蟹肉分开吸取并分开放置,另一方面可同时用多台分离装置4进行同时工作,提高工作效率,此外还可预防其中若有一台坏掉时还可用其他分离装置4继续进行工作。此外,本发明中所述分离装置4上也可设置多个所述吸料管43,以提高工作效率。
由以上可得,本发明通过第一传送带12将螃蟹传送至剖切装置2上,然后通过剖切装置2上的切刀24将螃蟹剖切开来并将剖切好的螃蟹通过输送带222输送至第二传送带32上,最后用分离装置4自螃蟹的切口将螃蟹内的蟹黄和蟹肉吸取下来,从而实现对螃蟹进行壳肉分离的自动化处理,进而可使得螃蟹加工制品的生产效率较高。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种螃蟹剥壳机,其特征在于:所述螃蟹剥壳机包括进行螃蟹传送的第一传送带、对第一传送带上的螃蟹进行剖切处理的剖切装置、传送被剖切处理后的螃蟹的第二传送带以及对第二传送带上的螃蟹进行壳肉分离的至少一个分离装置;所述剖切装置包括架体、沿螃蟹传送方向平行设置在所述架体上方的两组输送机构、设置于两组输送机构之间的螃蟹移动槽、竖直设置于所述螃蟹移动槽内的切刀以及控制所述切刀和输送机构工作的控制装置,每一输送机构包括沿螃蟹传送方向相对设置的两个输送轮以及配合设置在两个输送轮外围的输送带;所述分离装置包括设置于第二传送带上方的料箱、固定在所述料箱上的吸料管以及驱动所述吸料管工作的驱动机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的螃蟹剥壳机,其特征在于:所述切刀为圆形切刀,并且所述圆形切刀的边缘处均匀设置有若干刀口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的螃蟹剥壳机,其特征在于:所述刀口呈半椭圆形设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的螃蟹剥壳机,其特征在于:所述剖切装置还包括与所述输送轮相连接以调节两组输送机构之间的距离的调节杆。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的螃蟹剥壳机,其特征在于:每一输送机构还包括沿螃蟹传送方向位于两个所述输送轮之间并抵持所述输送带内侧的张紧轮。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的螃蟹剥壳机,其特征在于:所述架体设有位于所述输送机构下方的积水台和连通积水台和架体外侧以进行排水的排水孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的螃蟹剥壳机,其特征在于:所述剖切装置还包括遮盖所述输送机构、螃蟹移动槽和切刀的箱体及固定在箱体上并用以对切刀上喷清洗液的清洗液输送管。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的螃蟹剥壳机,其特征在于:所述分离装置的料箱设有取料口和打开或闭合所述取料口的透明状玻璃门。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的螃蟹剥壳机,其特征在于:所述螃蟹剥壳机还包括设置在所述第二传送带两侧的工作台。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的螃蟹剥壳机,其特征在于:所述分离装置还包括设置于所述料箱上的温控报警器。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的螃蟹剥壳机,其特征在于:所述剖切装置还包括设置于架体一端以接收第一传送带上的螃蟹的进料装置、以及设置于架体另一端以输出剖切好的螃蟹的出料装置。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的螃蟹剥壳机,其特征在于:所述进料装置水平设置,所述出料装置与进料装置成一角度倾斜设置。
  13. 根据权利要求5所述的螃蟹剥壳机,其特征在于:每一组输送机构中的所述张紧轮包括沿螃蟹传送方向位于第一传送带和切刀之间的第一张紧轮、设置在切刀靠近第一传送带的一端两侧的第二张紧轮、以及设置在切刀靠近第二传送带的一端两侧的第三张紧轮,所述第一张紧轮靠近第二张紧轮设置。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的螃蟹剥壳机,其特征在于:所述第二张紧轮小于第一张紧轮,所述第一张紧轮小于第三张紧轮。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的螃蟹剥壳机,其特征在于:所述螃蟹剥壳机包括有多台沿螃蟹传送方向分布的所述分离装置,所述第二传送带贯穿多台所述分离装置设置。
