Abstract
本发明公开了一种鱼饲料加工专用白芷切片机,包括加工箱体、安装架、切割电机、振动筛和振动电机,所述加工箱体的一侧设有加料口,且加料口位置处的加工箱体内倾斜安装有导料槽,所述导料槽的底部安装有导料辊,且导料辊的一端安装有导料用电机,所述导料槽远离加料口的一端通过安装架安装有振动筛,且安装架的底部安装有碎片回收槽,所述振动筛底部的中央位置处安装有振动电机,且振动电机两侧振动筛的底部安装有振动弹簧。本发明相对于传统切片机设置的导料槽以及导料辊可以对白芷进行快速导料,进而提高了切片的效率,便于制药厂的大批量生产,设置的振动筛板可以对切片进行筛分,可以将切片药材分成不同品质的药材,便于推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药加工设备技术领域,具体为一种鱼饲料加工专用白芷切片机。
背景技术
随着时代的发展,人们的生活水平不断地提高,我国对于中药的要求越来越高,中药主要用作治病或者强身健体实用,但是随着科学技术的发展,很多都发明了中药饲料,来改善动物肉质和鱼肉质,现在尤其是鱼饲料中应用中药尤为广泛,现有的中药加工时基本上都采用切片机进行切片,切片机技术始于七十年代初期,在中药行业,切片机的应用较为普遍,虽然我国在切片的研究发展方面已有三十多年的历史,近年来切片机的研制发展也非常迅速,但是与发达国家相比目前仍有一定距离,相同成本下,应用于中药切片的机器很多刀具无法进行调节,切片较为单一,应用较为复杂,且不能够进行快速的切片,不能满足大批量生产需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种鱼饲料加工专用白芷切片机,可以解决白芷切片时刀具无法进行调节,切片较为单一,应用较为复杂,且不能够进行快速的切片,不能满足大批量生产需求的难题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种鱼饲料加工专用白芷切片机,包括加工箱体、安装架、切割电机、振动筛和振动电机,所述加工箱体的一侧设有加料口,且加料口位置处的加工箱体内倾斜安装有导料槽,所述导料槽靠近加料口一侧上表面的两侧皆设有挡料板,所述导料槽的底部安装有导料辊,且导料辊的一端安装有导料用电机,所述加工箱体的底部安装有支撑腿,所述导料槽上方的加工箱体内通过安装架安装有拨料辊,且拨料辊的一端安装有拨料用电机,所述拨料辊远离加料口一侧导料槽的底部安装有切割电机,且切割电机的输出端通过联轴器安装有延伸至导料槽上表面的切割刀,所述导料槽远离加料口的一端通过安装架安装有振动筛,且安装架的底部安装有碎片回收槽,所述振动筛底部的中央位置处安装有振动电机,且振动电机两侧振动筛的底部安装有振动弹簧,所述加工箱体靠近振动筛一侧的外壁安装有切片收集箱。
优选的,所述导料槽的底面均匀分布有三组导料凹槽。
优选的,所述拨料辊的外表面套设有拨料刷。
优选的,所述切割刀上设有三组切割叶片,且切割叶片上安装有切割刀刃。
优选的,所述支撑腿的底部设有减震垫。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该白芷切片机相对于传统切片机设置的导料槽以及导料辊可以对白芷进行快速导料,进而提高了切片的效率,便于制药厂的大批量生产,设置的振动筛板可以对切片进行筛分,可以将切片药材分成不同品质的药材,便于药材切片后进行分类储存,进而节约了药材分类的设备,节约了购置其他设备的花费,进而降低了生产的成本,提高了制药厂的生产效益,且该切片过程在一个密闭的空间进行切片,进而避免了中药在加工过程中发生污染,提高了中药加工的安全性,便于推广使用。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种鱼饲料加工专用白芷切片机,包括加工箱体4、安装架7、切割电机12、振动筛14和振动电机16,加工箱体4的一侧设有加料口1,且加料口1位置处的加工箱体4内倾斜安装有导料槽3,导料槽3的底面均匀分布有三组导料凹槽20,导料槽3靠近加料口1一侧上表面的两侧皆设有挡料板2,导料槽3的底部安装有导料辊11,且导料辊11的一端安装有导料用电机10,导料用电机10可为Y90S-2电机,加工箱体4的底部安装有支撑腿19,支撑腿19的底部设有减震垫,导料槽3上方的加工箱体4内通过安装架7安装有拨料辊5,且拨料辊5的一端安装有拨料用电机6,拨料用电机6可为Y90S-2电机,拨料辊5的外表面套设有拨料刷8,拨料辊5可以将白芷导入切割刀13位置处,拨料辊5远离加料口1一侧导料槽3的底部安装有切割电机12,且切割电机12的输出端通过联轴器安装有延伸至导料槽3上表面的切割刀13,切割刀13上设有三组切割叶片,且切割叶片上安装有切割刀刃,导料槽3远离加料口1的一端通过安装架17安装有振动筛14,且安装架17的底部安装有碎片回收槽15,振动筛14底部的中央位置处安装有振动电机16,且振动电机16两侧振动筛14的底部安装有振动弹簧18,振动电机16可为ZDS振动电机,加工箱体4靠近振动筛14一侧的外壁安装有切片收集箱9。
工作原理:使用时,将白芷通过加料口1加入导料槽3内,并接通电源,然后打开导料用电机10与拨料用电机6将白芷沿着导料槽3的方向运动,并打开切割电机12通过切割刀13对白芷进行切片,切割完成后导入振动筛14内,然后打开振动电机16,通过振动筛14对切片进行筛分,大片的白芷导入切片收集箱10内,白芷碎片被筛分到碎片回收槽15内。

1.一种鱼饲料加工专用白芷切片机,包括加工箱体(4)、安装架(7)、切割电机(12)、振动筛(14)和振动电机(16),其特征在于:所述加工箱体(4)的一侧设有加料口(1),且加料口(1)位置处的加工箱体(4)内倾斜安装有导料槽(3),所述导料槽(3)靠近加料口(1)一侧上表面的两侧皆设有挡料板(2),所述导料槽(3)的底部安装有导料辊(11),且导料辊(11)的一端安装有导料用电机(10),所述加工箱体(4)的底部安装有支撑腿(19),所述导料槽(3)上方的加工箱体(4)内通过安装架(7)安装有拨料辊(5),且拨料辊(5)的一端安装有拨料用电机(6),所述拨料辊(5)远离加料口(1)一侧导料槽(3)的底部安装有切割电机(12),且切割电机(12)的输出端通过联轴器安装有延伸至导料槽(3)上表面的切割刀(13),所述导料槽(3)远离加料口(1)的一端通过安装架(17)安装有振动筛(14),且安装架(17)的底部安装有碎片回收槽(15),所述振动筛(14)底部的中央位置处安装有振动电机(16),且振动电机(16)两侧振动筛(14)的底部安装有振动弹簧(18),所述加工箱体(4)靠近振动筛(14)一侧的外壁安装有切片收集箱(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鱼饲料加工专用白芷切片机,其特征在于:所述导料槽(3)的底面均匀分布有三组导料凹槽(20)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种鱼饲料加工专用白芷切片机,其特征在于:所述拨料辊(5)的外表面套设有拨料刷(8)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种鱼饲料加工专用白芷切片机,其特征在于:所述切割刀(13)上设有三组切割叶片,且切割叶片上安装有切割刀刃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种鱼饲料加工专用白芷切片机,其特征在于:所述支撑腿(19)的底部设有减震垫。
