Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil pour une alerte maintenance de véhicule, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : la réception d'informations d'état du véhicule téléchargées par un véhicule ; la détermination consistant à savoir si oui ou non les informations d'état du véhicule correspondent à un état d'alerte maintenance prédéterminé ; lorsque les informations d'état du véhicule correspondent à l'état d'alerte maintenance, la confirmation d'un délai de service et/ou d'un type de service avec un concessionnaire puis l'envoi d'une notification d'alerte maintenance au véhicule, la notification d'alerte maintenance comprenant une date de rendez-vous recommandée et/ou un type de service recommandé pour le rendez-vous et/ou un concessionnaire recommandé pour le rendez-vous. Grâce aux informations d'état du véhicule pour un véhicule, la présente invention peut déterminer si oui ou non il est nécessaire d'envoyer une alerte au véhicule pour que le conducteur emmène le véhicule chez un concessionnaire pour la maintenance dudit véhicule, ce qui permet d'empêcher efficacement que le conducteur n'oublie d'emmener le véhicule pour sa maintenance. En outre, la précision et le délai de l'alerte sont bons.
