Claims (4)
- 편광렌즈의 제조를 위한 자외선 경화형 접착제 조성물에 있어서,상기 조성물은,단관능 모노머 50∼80 중량부, 올리고머 14∼49 중량부, 광개시제 1∼6중량부를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하고,상기 단관능 모노머는, 페녹시 에틸 아크릴레이트(POA), 이소보닐 아크릴레이트(IBOA), N-비닐 카플로락탐(NVC), 테트라 하이드로 퓨란 아크릴레이트(THFA) 중 하나 이상의 모노머를 포함하며,상기 올리고머는 아크릴릭 아크릴레이트 올리고머(제품명:ELVACITE-4026, 제조사: (주)INEOS) 또는 아크릴릭 아크릴레이트 올리고머(제품명:ELVACITE-4054, 제조사: (주)INEOS) 중 어느 하나이고,상기 광개시제는 2,4,6-트리메틸벤조일디페닐포스핀옥사이드(TPO)인 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 경화형 접착제 조성물.
- (a) 편광필름의 양측에 트리아세틸 셀룰로오스 필름을 접착하여 편광시트를 제조하는 단계;(b) 상기 편광시트의 일측 또는 양측에 단관능 모노머 50~80 중량부와, 올리고머 14~49 중량부와, 광개시제 1~6 중량부를 함유하는 자외선 경화형 접착제로 폴리카보네이트 필름을 접착하여 편광적층시트를 제조하는 단계;(c) 상기 편광적층시트를 렌즈형상으로 성형하는 단계;(d) 렌즈형상으로 성형된 상기 편광적층시트를 몰드에 삽입한 후 상기 몰드의 내부에 폴리카보네이트 수지를 주입하여 상기 편광적층시트의 일측 또는 양측에 폴리카보네이트층을 형성하는 단계: 및(e) 상기 폴리카보네이트층이 형성된 상기 편광적층시트를 어닐링 처리하여 편광렌즈를 완성하는 단계:를 포함하고,상기 단관능 모노머는, 페녹시 에틸 아크릴레이트(POA), 이소보닐 아크릴레이트(IBOA), N-비닐 카플로락탐(NVC), 테트라 하이드로 퓨란 아크릴레이트(THFA) 중 하나 이상의 모노머를 포함하며,상기 올리고머는 아크릴릭 아크릴레이트 올리고머(제품명:ELVACITE-4026, 제조사: (주)INEOS) 또는 아크릴릭 아크릴레이트 올리고머(제품명:ELVACITE-4054, 제조사: (주)INEOS) 중 어느하나이고,상기 광개시제는 2,4,6-트리메틸벤조일디페닐포스핀옥사이드(TPO)인 것을 특징으로 하는 편광렌즈 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 (e)단계는 90℃~120℃에서 30분~120분간 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광렌즈 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 자외선 경화형 접착제는 50∼150μm의 두께로 접착층이 형성되도록 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광렌즈 제조방법.
