実施例1と同一の方法で作製した分散液25部に、"サーフィノール82"1部、プロピレングリコール30部、さらに水を44部加え染料濃度を5%に調整したインクを作製した。染料の平均粒径は100nmであった。
実施例1と同一の方法で作製した分散液25部に、表1~2に記載の保湿剤を所定量、"サーフィノール82"1部、さらに水を加え染料濃度を5%に調整し、実施例18~24のインクを作製した。染料の平均粒径は100nmであった。
実施例1の"サーフィノール82"を、それぞれ"サーフィノール104E"(日信化学工業(株)製、アセチレングリコール系化合物)、"サーフィノール465"(日信化学工業(株)製、サーフィノール104のエチレンオキサイド付加体)、"BYK-348"(ビックケミー・ジャパン(株)製、シリコン系界面活性剤)、ジエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル及び1,2-ヘキサンジオールに変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして比較例1~5のインクを作製した。各比較例の染料の平均粒径は100nmであった。
レッド分散染料原体(C.I.Disperse Red 60)100部、アニオン性高分子分散剤として"ジョンクリル57"( スチレン-(メタ)アクリル酸系共重合体アンモニア中和物の37%樹脂水溶液、重量平均分子量=4,900、酸価=215)81部、水319部からなる混合物に直径0.4mmのジルコンビーズ1500部を使用して、サンドミルにて35時間微粒子化して分散液を得た。この分散液25部に、"ソルビトールS"15部、"サーフィノール82"1部、ジグリセリン20部、さらに水を39部加え染料濃度を5%に調整したインクを作製した。染料の平均粒径は110nmであった。
レッド分散染料原体(C.I.Disperse Red 60)100部、分散剤として“デモールN”100部、水300部からなる混合物に直径0.4mmのジルコンビーズ1500部を使用して、サンドミルにて35時間微粒子化して分散液を得た。この分散液25部に、"ソルビトールS"15部、"サーフィノール82"1部、ジグリセリン20部、さらに水を39部加え染料濃度を5%に調整したインクを作製した。染料の平均粒径は120nmであった。
レッド分散染料原体(C.I.Disperse Red 60)100部、分散剤として “デモールN”70部、"ユニトックス480" (平均炭素数30直鎖アルコールのエチレンオキサイド付加物、米国ペトロライト社製)30部、水300部からなる混合物に直径0.4mmのジルコンビーズ1500部を使用して、サンドミルにて35時間微粒子化して分散液を得た。この分散液25部に、"ソルビトールS"15部、"サーフィノール82"1部、ジグリセリン20部、さらに水を39部加え染料濃度を5%に調整したインクを作製した。染料の平均粒径は110nmであった。
実施例10のジグリセリンを、それぞれグリセリン、ジエチレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコール(平均分子量300)及びジプロピレングリコールに変更した以外は、実施例10と同様にして比較例9~12のインクを作製した。各比較例の染料の平均粒径は100nmであった。
(1)出射試験:上記実施例および比較例で作製したインクを市販の大判インクジェット用プロッター((株)ミマキエンジニアリング製"JV4-130")を使用して、360×540dpi、3パス、双方向、印字幅1200mmの条件下で、単色・塗りつぶし印刷を10時間行った。印刷後ノズルチェックを行い、全180ノズルのうちの正常出射していないノズルの数を確認した。
評価基準:
A 正常出射していないノズルの数が0~2。
B 正常出射していないノズルの数が3~9。
C 正常出射していないノズルの数が10以上。
評価基準:
A 煙状の蒸気の発生は認められない。
B 少し、煙状の蒸気の発生が認められる。
C かなり、煙状の蒸気の発生が認められる。
評価基準:
A 昇華転写紙の印字濃度が高く、転写染色布の染色濃度が高い。
B 少し、昇華転写紙の印字濃度が低く、転写染色布の染色濃度が低い。
C かなり、昇華転写紙の印字濃度が低く、転写染色布の染色濃度が低い。
評価基準:
A 染色布の染色濃度が高い。
B 少し、染色布の染色濃度が低い。
C かなり、染色布の染色濃度が低い。
評価基準:
A 凝集物の発生なし。
B 少し、凝集物が発生している。
C 多量の凝集物が発生している。
Claims (12)
- 前記保湿剤は、単糖類由来の糖アルコール、二糖類由来の糖アルコール、ジグリセリン、プロピレングリコール、エチレングリコール、1,3-プロパンジオール及び平均重合度3~10のポリグリセリンから選ばれる少なくとも1種である請求項1に記載のインクジェット用昇華性染料インク。
- 前記アニオン性高分子分散剤の重量平均分子量は、10,000~18,000である請求項1又は2に記載のインクジェット用昇華性染料インク。
- 前記スチレン-(メタ)アクリル酸系共重合体の含有量は、インク全質量に対して0.2~4質量%である請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のインクジェット用昇華性染料インク。
- 前記インクはさらに、アニオン性界面活性剤をインク全質量に対して0.1~3質量%含有する請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のインクジェット用昇華性染料インク。
- 前記保湿剤は、ソルビトール、キシリトール及びマルチトールから選ばれる少なくとも一種の糖アルコールである請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のインクジェット用昇華性染料インク。
- 前記糖アルコールは、インク全質量に対して5~30質量%含有する請求項6に記載のインクジェット用昇華性染料インク。
- 前記糖アルコールはソルビトールである請求項6又は7に記載のインクジェット用昇華性染料インク。
- 前記保湿剤は、ジグリセリン、プロピレングリコール、エチレングリコール、1,3-プロパンジオール及び平均重合度3~10のポリグリセリンから選ばれる少なくとも1種であり、インク全質量に対して5~40質量%含有する請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のインクジェット用昇華性染料インク。
- 前記アセチレングリコール系化合物は、インク全質量に対して0.1~2.0質量%含む請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載のインクジェット用昇華性染料インク。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載のインクジェット用昇華性染料インクを用いてシート状記録媒体にインクジェット印刷を行った後、前記記録媒体の印刷面を被染色対象物に重ね合わせ、加熱して昇華性染料を被染色対象物に昇華転写することを特徴とする昇華転写染色方法。
- 前記加熱は、温度150~220℃の範囲であり、加熱時間は0.1~10分間である請求項11に記載の昇華転写染色方法。
