E、之后放入热转印机器中转印,热转印温度为190℃,转印时间40s,之后冷却至常温,最后将印花转印膜撕下,即得到热升华印花空心玻璃砖。
实施例五:
本实施例中,热转印墨水组份按重量份数包括分散染料32份、羧甲基纤维素10份、黏度调节剂8份、木质素磺酸钠12份、表面活性剂12份、防腐剂4份、缓蚀剂5份、聚乙烯醇7份。
本实施例的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将空心玻璃砖表面进行去污清洁处理,之后放入100℃恒温烘箱中干燥1h,之后取出后在自然风下冷却至室温;
B、在空心玻璃砖的正反面均匀喷涂一层树脂涂料层,之后放入50℃真空干燥箱中干燥30min;
C、在步骤B处理后的空心玻璃砖的正反面均覆盖一层打印好的印花转印膜,之后再次放入40℃恒温干燥箱中干燥10min;
D、之后在印花转印膜表面涂覆一层亲水材料层,之后在亲水材料层表面打印一层热转印墨水;
E、之后放入热转印机器中转印,热转印温度为200℃,转印时间50s,之后冷却至常温,最后将印花转印膜撕下,即得到热升华印花空心玻璃砖。
实施例六:
本实施例中,热转印墨水组份按重量份数包括分散染料30份、羧甲基纤维素11份、黏度调节剂7份、木质素磺酸钠12份、表面活性剂10份、防腐剂3份、缓蚀剂5份、聚乙烯醇7份。
本实施例的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将空心玻璃砖表面进行去污清洁处理,之后放入100℃恒温烘箱中干燥1h,之后取出后在自然风下冷却至室温;
B、在空心玻璃砖的正反面均匀喷涂一层树脂涂料层,之后放入50℃真空干燥箱中干燥30min;
C、在步骤B处理后的空心玻璃砖的正反面均覆盖一层打印好的印花转印膜,之后再次放入40℃恒温干燥箱中干燥10min;
D、之后在印花转印膜表面涂覆一层亲水材料层,之后在亲水材料层表面打印一层热转印墨水;
E、之后放入热转印机器中转印,热转印温度为210℃,转印时间45s,之后冷却至常温,最后将印花转印膜撕下,即得到热升华印花空心玻璃砖。
本发明制备方法简单,制得的空心玻璃砖外观精美,图案清晰、不易脱落,附着力好;本发明采用的热转印墨水干燥速率快,同时具有杀菌、防腐作用,提高了转印质量;本发明采用的树脂涂料层具有良好的物理性能、化学性能以及耐划性,不易脱落。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (5)

1.一种热转印印花空心玻璃砖,包括空心玻璃砖,其特征在于:所述空心玻璃砖正反面均喷涂一层树脂涂料层,树脂涂料层表面覆盖一层打印好的印花转印膜,印花转印膜表面涂覆一层亲水材料层,亲水材料层表面打印一层热转印墨水,热转印墨水组份按重量份数包括分散染料20-40份、羧甲基纤维素7-15份、黏度调节剂4-10份、木质素磺酸钠7-17份、表面活性剂5-15份、防腐剂1-6份、缓蚀剂2-8份、聚乙烯醇4-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种热转印印花空心玻璃砖,其特征在于:所述树脂涂料层由30%有机氟环氧树脂、20%聚醚树脂、10%改性松香树脂、20%碳化二亚胺树脂、20%高氯化聚乙烯树脂组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种热转印印花空心玻璃砖,其特征在于:所述亲水材料层由40%聚乙烯醇、30%聚丙烯酸、20%聚环氧烷系树脂以及10%二氧化硅粉末组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种热转印印花空心玻璃砖,其特征在于:所述热转印墨水优选的成分配比包括分散染料30份、羧甲基纤维素11份、黏度调节剂7份、木质素磺酸钠12份、表面活性剂10份、防腐剂3份、缓蚀剂5份、聚乙烯醇7份。
5.实现权利要求1所述的一种热转印印花空心玻璃砖的制备方法,其特征在于:其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将空心玻璃砖表面进行去污清洁处理,之后放入100℃恒温烘箱中干燥1h,之后取出后在自然风下冷却至室温;
B、在空心玻璃砖的正反面均匀喷涂一层树脂涂料层,之后放入50℃真空干燥箱中干燥30min;
C、在步骤B处理后的空心玻璃砖的正反面均覆盖一层打印好的印花转印膜,之后再次放入40℃恒温干燥箱中干燥10min;
D、之后在印花转印膜表面涂覆一层亲水材料层,之后在亲水材料层表面打印一层热转印墨水;
E、之后放入热转印机器中转印,热转印温度为180℃-220℃,转印时间30s-60s,之后冷却至常温,最后将印花转印膜撕下,即得到热升华印花空心玻璃砖。
