在本发明的一个优选实施例中,在所述固定杯托的杯口周缘设置有直径大 于所述固定杯托外径的第一杯沿;所述升降螺旋凸条的上头部为一与所述第一 杯沿平行的第一直线段凸条;该第一直线段凸条与升降螺旋凸条的螺旋段之间 圆滑过渡连接,并且该第一直线段凸条的宽度尺寸小于升降螺旋凸条的螺旋段 的宽度尺寸和上、下导向块在垂直投影面上的垂直间距; 在所述第一直线段凸 条与所述第一杯沿之间设置有一上止挡块,所述第一直线段凸条与升降螺旋凸 条的螺旋段过渡连接处至上止挡块之间的这一段第一直线段凸条与所述第一 杯沿之间界定出一供上导向块插入的自锁槽; 当活动杯托升至最高位置时,所 述上导向块插入所述自锁槽内对活动杯托形成自锁。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述第一直线段凸条与升降螺旋凸条的螺 旋段过渡连接处的固定杯托的杯壁上设置有一凸点,当活动杯托升至最高位置 时, 所述上导向块越过所述凸点而插入所述自锁槽内对活动杯托形成自锁。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述升降螺旋凸条的下头部为一段垂直于 固定杯托的杯底的第二直线段凸条,该第二直线段凸条的高度尺寸略高于所述 下导向块的宽度尺寸。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,在所述活动杯托的杯口位置设置有一第二 杯沿, 在所述第二杯沿的外表面上设置有摩擦条纹。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,在所述活动杯托的杯口位置设置有一第二 杯沿, 在所述第二杯沿的外表面上均布有供手指嵌入的指坑。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,在所述固定杯托的杯底设置有至少一个卡 勾, 而在所述杯托底座上的容置孔孔底对应于每一卡勾位置开设有一卡口,所 述卡勾勾于所述卡口内而将所述固定杯托固定在所述杯托底座上的容置孔内。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,在所述杯托底座顶面周沿设置有向上突出 的护沿,所述活动杯托下降到最低位置后, 该活动杯托的顶面与所述护沿的最 顶面平齐或低于护沿的最顶面。 本发明还可以采用以下两种技术方案进行替换:
第一种技术方案是:所述固定杯托和活动杯托均具有一杯壁; 在所述活动 杯托的杯壁内表面上设置有至少一升降螺旋凸条;在所述固定杯托的杯壁外表 面上设置有至少一对上下夹持着所述升降螺旋凸条并与该升降螺旋凸条相配 合驱动所述活动杯托升降的导向块; 当活动杯托绕所述固定杯托旋转时, 一对 导向块沿所述升降螺旋凸条所界定的轨迹滑动并驱动所述活动杯托升降,其中 一对导向块分为上、 下导向块。
第二种技术方案是:将所述杯托底座上的容置孔与所述的固定杯托合二为 一,直接将所述容置孔的孔壁充当固定杯托的杯壁的内表面,所述活动杯托直 接插入到容置孔内,所述活动杯托能绕所述容置孔的中心旋转并能在旋转的同 时进行升降,该活动杯托的内腔与所述容置孔的内腔共同界定出用以放置不同 高度容器的容器放置孔。
在所述容置孔的孔壁的内表面上设置有至少一升降螺旋凸条;在所述活动 杯托的杯壁内表面上设置有至少一对上下夹持着所述升降螺旋凸条并与该升 降螺旋凸条相配合驱动所述活动杯托升降的导向块;当活动杯托绕所述容置孔 的中心旋转时,一对导向块沿所述升降螺旋凸条所界定的轨迹滑动并驱动所述 活动杯托升降, 其中一对导向块分为上、 下导向块。
由于采用了如上的技术方案,本发明的活动杯托一方面绕固定杯托进行旋 转, 另一方面依靠固定杯托上的升降螺旋凸条进行升降,对由活动杯托的内腔 和固定杯托的内腔共同界定出的容器放置孔深度进行调节,解决了不同高度容 器放置时, 在汽车加速、 急刹车或颠簸路面上行驶时容易倒出的问题。 同时在 活动杯托下降到最低位置后, 活动杯托能够与固定杯托完全叠加,使得整个杯 托的高度很小, 以适合安装在车内一些厚度较薄的内饰件中,例如在后排扶手 中, 节约了车内的内饰空间。 附图说明

以下结合附图和具体实施方式来进一步描述本发明。
参见图 1至图 16, 图中给出了本发明一个具体的深度可调节杯托, 该深 度可调节杯托包括一杯托底座 100, 在杯托底座 100上对称设置有两个容置孔 110, 当然也可以只设置一个容置孔 110。
在每一容置孔 110内放置有一个固定杯托 200和一个活动杯托 300, 其中 固定杯托 200是固定在杯托底座 100的容置孔 110内,而活动杯托 300则是套 在固定杯托 200上并且能在绕固定杯托 200旋转时进行升降, 活动杯托 300 在升降过程中,该活动杯托 300的内腔 310与固定杯托 200的内腔 210共同界 定出用以放置不同高度容器的容器放置孔 400。
为了起装饰作用, 可以如图 2所示,在固定杯托 200的杯口位置放置有一 个镀铬装饰环 500, 也可以如图 3所示的, 不需要在固定杯托 200的杯口位置 放置有一个镀铬装饰环。
继续参见图 1至图 16, 固定杯托 200具有一圆筒状的杯壁 220和一个杯 底 230, 活动杯托 300则只具有一圆筒状的杯壁 320。
为了便于将固定杯托 200固定在杯托底座 100的容置孔 110内,在固定杯 托 200的杯底 230的底面上均布有三个卡勾 240, 当然也可以只设置一个卡勾 或两个卡勾或者更多的卡勾。 对应于每一卡勾 240, 在杯托底座 100上的容置 孔 1 10孔底开设有一卡口 120, 三个卡勾 240就对应于三个卡口 120, 在将活 动杯托 300套在固定杯托 200上然后装入到容置孔 110 内后, 三个卡勾 230 会穿过对应的卡口 120然后勾住杯托底座 100的底面而将固定杯托 200固定在 容置孔 110内。当然, 也可以采用本领域技术人员所熟知的其它任何固定方式 来固定固定杯托 200。
在固定杯托 200 固定好以后, 活动杯托 300 的杯壁会插入在容置孔 110 的孔壁与固定杯托 200的杯壁 220之间。 为了使活动杯托 300在绕固定杯托 200旋转时进行升降, 本具体实施方式在固定杯托 200的杯壁 220外表面上均 布有三条升降螺旋凸条 250, 当然也可以根据需要只设置一条升降螺旋凸条 250或两条升降螺旋凸条 250或者更多的升降螺旋凸条 250。另在活动杯托 300 的杯壁 320的内表面上对应于每一条升降螺旋凸条 250设置有一对上下夹持着 升降螺旋凸条 250并与该升降螺旋凸条 250相配合驱动活动杯托 300升降的 上、 下导向块 330、 340; 由于本具体实施方式在固定杯托 200的杯壁 220外 表面上均布有三条升降螺旋凸条 250, 因此本具体实施方式在活动杯托 300的 杯壁 320的内表面上均布有三对上、 下导向块 330、 340。
每对上、 下导向块 330、 340在水平投影面和垂直投影面上均错开一个位 置, 对应的升降螺旋凸条 250由上、 下导向块 330、 340之间穿过。 当活动杯 托 300绕固定杯托 200旋转时, 一对上、 下导向块 330、 340沿一条升降螺旋 凸条 250所界定的轨迹滑动并驱动活动杯托 300升降。
为了限制活动杯托 300的旋转角度和升降两个极限位置,每条升降螺旋凸 条 250的上头部止于固定杯托 200的杯口, 下头部止于固定杯托 200的杯底。
限制活动杯托 300的旋转角度和升降两个极限位置比较好的实施方式是: 在固定杯托 200的杯口周缘设置有直径大于固定杯托 200外径的杯沿 260; 而 升降螺旋凸条 250的上头部为一与杯沿 260平行的直线段凸条 251 ; 该直线段 凸条 251与升降螺旋凸条 250的螺旋段 252之间圆滑过渡连接,并且该直线段 凸条 251的宽度尺寸 d小于升降螺旋凸条 250的螺旋段 252的宽度尺寸和上、 下导向块 330、 340在垂直投影面上的垂直间距 a (参见图 8和图 10)。
在直线段凸条 251与杯沿 260之间设置有一上止挡块 270,直线段凸条 251 与升降螺旋凸条 250的螺旋段 252过渡连接处至上止挡块 270之间的这一段直 线段凸条 251a与杯沿 260之间界定出一供上导向块 330插入的自锁槽 280 ; 直线段凸条 251的长度应该大于自锁槽 280的长度尺寸 e (参见图 10), 同时 自锁槽 280的长度尺寸 e还应该大于上导向块 330的长度尺寸且自锁槽 280 的宽度尺寸 f不能小于上导向块 330的宽度尺寸。另外在直线段凸条 251与升 降螺旋凸条 250的螺旋段 252过渡连接处的杯壁 220上设置有一凸点 290, 这 样当活动杯托 300升至最高位置时,上导向块 330越过凸点 290而插入自锁槽 280内对活动杯托 300形成自锁。 如果需要下降活动杯托 300, 则可以反向旋 转活动杯托 300, 使上导向块 330越过凸点 290即可解锁。
另外, 升降螺旋凸条 250的下头部为一段垂直于固定杯托 200的杯底 230 的直线段凸条 253, 该直线段凸条 253的高度尺寸略高于下导向块 340的宽度 尺寸, 同时该直线段凸条 253的宽度尺寸应小于上、 下导向块 330、 340在垂 直投影面上的水平间距 b (参见图 8)。 这样当活动杯托 300旋至最低位置时, 下导向块 340会被直线段凸条 253阻挡而使活动杯托 300无法再继续旋转和下 降。
为了方便用手指旋转活动杯托 300, 在活动杯托 300的杯口位置设置有一 杯沿 350, 并在杯沿 350的外表面上均布有若干供手指嵌入的指坑 351或者在 所述杯沿 350的外表面上设置有摩擦条纹。
上述具体实施方式给出的深度可调节杯托还可以做如下改进: 参见图 17 和图 18, 即在杯托底座 100顶面周沿设置有向上突出的护沿 130, 活动杯托 300下降到最低位置后, 该活动杯托 300的顶面与护沿 130的最顶面平齐或低 于护沿 130的最顶面。
上述具体实施方式深度可调节杯托工作方式是: 当旋转活动杯托 300时, 活动杯托 300中的上、 下导向块 330、 340沿固定杯托 200上的升降螺旋凸条 250的轨迹运动, 从而实现活动杯托 300的旋转上升。 当活动杯托 300到达最 高高度后,其中上导向块 330将越过凸点 290插入到自锁槽 280中,实现锁止, 此时为杯托的最高位置, 即容器容置孔 400的深度最深位置。 当活动杯托 300 上升时, 固定杯托 200上的升降螺旋凸条 250轨迹始终在活动杯托 300的上、 下导向块 330、 340之间, 起限位作用。
本发明的特点就是提出了一种深度可调节的汽车杯托,满足不同高度容器 的放置, 使其在汽车行驶过程中更加平稳。在深度空间不够的情况下, 比如后 排扶手发泡较薄,也可以布置杯托,通过杯托高度调节,满足要求的夹持深度, 保证杯托中容器的平稳性, 可以有效防止在汽车加速、急刹车或颠簸路面上行 驶时容器容易倒出的问题。
本发明的深度可调节杯托还可以采用以下两种技术方案:
1、将升降螺旋凸条 250设置在活动杯托 300的杯壁 320的内表面上, 上、 下导向块 330、 340设置在固定杯托 200的杯壁 220的外表面上, 高度位置需 要调整。 当活动杯托 300绕固定杯托 200旋转时, 一对上、下导向块 330、 340 沿一条升降螺旋凸条 250所界定的轨迹滑动并驱动活动杯托 300升降;
2、 将杯托底座 100上的容置孔 110与固定杯托 200合二为一, 即取消固 定杯托 200,直接将容置孔 110的孔壁充当固定杯托 200的杯壁 220的内表面, 活动杯托 300直接插入到容置孔 110内,并将升降螺旋凸条 250设置在杯托底 座容置孔 110的内表面上, 上、 下导向块 330、 340设置在活动杯托 300的杯 壁 320的外表面上。 当活动杯托 300绕杯托底座容置孔旋转时, 一对上、 下导 向块 330、340沿一条升降螺旋凸条 250所界定的轨迹滑动并驱动活动杯托 300 升降。使活动杯托 300的内腔 310与容置孔 110的内腔共同界定出用以放置不

杈 利 要 求
1.深度可调节杯托, 其特征在于, 包括:
一杯托底座, 所述杯托底座具有至少一容置孔;
一固定在所述杯托底座的容置孔内的固定杯托;
一活套在所述固定杯托上且能在绕所述固定杯托旋转时进行升降的活动 杯托,所述活动杯托在升降过程中, 该活动杯托的内腔与所述固定杯托的内腔 共同界定出用以放置不同高度容器的容器放置孔。
2.如权利要求 1所述的深度可调节杯托, 其特征在于,所述固定杯托和活 动杯托均具有一杯壁,所述活动杯托的杯壁插入所述容置孔的孔壁与固定杯托 的杯壁之间; 在所述固定杯托的杯壁外表面上设置有至少一升降螺旋凸条; 在 所述活动杯托的杯壁内表面上设置有至少一对上下夹持着所述升降螺旋凸条 并与该升降螺旋凸条相配合驱动所述活动杯托升降的导向块;当活动杯托绕所 述固定杯托旋转时,一对导向块沿所述升降螺旋凸条所界定的轨迹滑动并驱动 所述活动杯托升降, 其中一对导向块分为上、 下导向块。
3.如权利要求 2所述的深度可调节杯托, 其特征在于, 所述上、 下导向块 在水平投影面和垂直投影面上均错开一个位置,所述升降螺旋凸条由上、下导 向块之间穿过。
4.如权利要求 3所述的深度可调节杯托, 其特征在于,所述升降螺旋凸条 的上头部止于所述固定杯托的杯口,升降螺旋凸条的下头部止于所述固定杯托 的杯底。
5.如权利要求 3所述的深度可调节杯托, 其特征在于,在所述固定杯托的 杯口周缘设置有直径大于所述固定杯托外径的第一杯沿;所述升降螺旋凸条的 上头部为一与所述第一杯沿平行的第一直线段凸条;该第一直线段凸条与升降 螺旋凸条的螺旋段之间圆滑过渡连接,并且该第一直线段凸条的宽度尺寸小于 升降螺旋凸条的螺旋段的宽度尺寸和上、 下导向块在垂直投影面上的垂直间 距; 在所述第一直线段凸条与所述第一杯沿之间设置有一上止挡块,所述第一 直线段凸条与升降螺旋凸条的螺旋段过渡连接处至上止挡块之间的这一段第 一直线段凸条与所述第一杯沿之间界定出一供上导向块插入的自锁槽;当活动 杯托升至最高位置时, 所述上导向块插入所述自锁槽内对活动杯托形成自锁。
6.如权利要求 5所述的深度可调节杯托, 其特征在于,所述第一直线段凸 条与升降螺旋凸条的螺旋段过渡连接处的固定杯托的杯壁上设置有一凸点,当 活动杯托升至最高位置时,所述上导向块越过所述凸点而插入所述自锁槽内对 活动杯托形成自锁。
7.如权利要求 5所述的深度可调节杯托, 其特征在于,所述升降螺旋凸条 的下头部为一段垂直于固定杯托的杯底的第二直线段凸条,该第二直线段凸条 的高度尺寸略高于所述下导向块的宽度尺寸。
8.如权利要求 1所述的深度可调节杯托, 其特征在于,在所述活动杯托的 杯口位置设置有一第二杯沿, 在所述第二杯沿的外表面上设置有摩擦条纹。
9.如权利要求 1所述的深度可调节杯托, 其特征在于,在所述活动杯托的 杯口位置设置有一第二杯沿,在所述第二杯沿的外表面上均布有供手指嵌入的 指坑。
10.如权利要求 1所述的深度可调节杯托, 其特征在于, 在所述固定杯托 的杯底设置有至少一个卡勾,而在所述杯托底座上的容置孔孔底对应于每一卡 勾位置开设有一卡口,所述卡勾勾于所述卡口内而将所述固定杯托固定在所述 杯托底座上的容置孔内。
11.如权利要求 1所述的深度可调节杯托, 其特征在于, 在所述杯托底座 顶面周沿设置有向上突出的护沿,所述活动杯托下降到最低位置后, 该活动杯 托的顶面与所述护沿的最顶面平齐或低于护沿的最顶面。
12.如权利要求 1所述的深度可调节杯托, 其特征在于, 所述固定杯托和 活动杯托均具有一杯壁;在所述活动杯托的杯壁内表面上设置有至少一升降螺 旋凸条;在所述固定杯托的杯壁外表面上设置有至少一对上下夹持着所述升降 螺旋凸条并与该升降螺旋凸条相配合驱动所述活动杯托升降的导向块;当活动 杯托绕所述固定杯托旋转时,一对导向块沿所述升降螺旋凸条所界定的轨迹滑 动并驱动所述活动杯托升降, 其中一对导向块分为上、 下导向块。
13.如权利要求 1所述的深度可调节杯托, 其特征在于, 将所述杯托底座 上的容置孔与所述的固定杯托合二为一,直接将所述容置孔的孔壁充当固定杯 托的杯壁的内表面,所述活动杯托直接插入到容置孔内,所述活动杯托能绕所 述容置孔的中心旋转并能在旋转的同时进行升降,该活动杯托的内腔与所述容 置孔的内腔共同界定出用以放置不同高度容器的容器放置孔。
14. 如权利要求 13所述的深度可调节杯托, 其特征在于, 在所述容置孔 的孔壁的内表面上设置有至少一升降螺旋凸条;在所述活动杯托的杯壁内表面 上设置有至少一对上下夹持着所述升降螺旋凸条并与该升降螺旋凸条相配合 驱动所述活动杯托升降的导向块; 当活动杯托绕所述容置孔的中心旋转时,一 对导向块沿所述升降螺旋凸条所界定的轨迹滑动并驱动所述活动杯托升降,其 中一对导向块分为上、 下导向块。
