- the organic EL panel of Patent Document 1 when the planar view shape of the organic EL element is formed in a rectangular shape having a long side in the longitudinal direction of the substrate, the following problems occur. That is, in an organic EL panel having a rectangular organic EL element, when the terminals of the first electrode and the second electrode are arranged at both ends in the short direction of the substrate, the area of the terminal occupying the area of one organic EL panel The proportion of increases. In other words, in the organic EL panel of Patent Document 1, the terminals of the first electrode and the second electrode are arranged along the long side direction of the substrate.

- the terminal of the second electrode is arranged along the other long side. Comparing the area of the terminals arranged along the long side with the area of the terminals arranged along the short side, the former area is large. On the contrary, when the proportion of the terminal is large, the proportion of the light emitting area to the area of the organic EL panel is small. For this reason, in the organic EL panel of Patent Document 1, when the plan view shape of the organic EL element is formed in a rectangular shape having the long side of the longitudinal direction of the substrate, the proportion of the light emitting area is reduced. There is a problem.

Abstract
