较佳地, 所述单边刀刃包括形成刀口的刀口面和与所述刀口面相对的支撑 面, 所述支撑面是倾斜的, 且所述刀口面相对于所述刀轴的轴向呈夹角 θ 。 Θ 等于 90度时, 加工方便, 可一次完成锯齿刀刃的加工; 当 Θ小于 90度可在碎 纸时进一步节省切割力。 切割纸张时, 支撑面可对切割后的细纸条起到导向作 用。 当然, 夹角 Θ也可以大于 90度, 便于加工。 其中, 所述支撑面可以是相对 于所述刀口面倾斜的直边、 也可以是相对于刀口面倾斜的折边或弧形边。
具体地, 任一所述单边刀刃的支撑面与相邻所述单边刀刃的刀口面相连。 间形成一个三角形的刀刃间隙, 使得切纸后纸屑落入该刀刃间隙中, 易于导出。
较佳地, 所述刀身呈圓柱状, 所述单边刀刃凸设于所述刀身上, 该方案使 得所述碎纸刀具易于制造。 片末端对应形成一所述单边刀刃。 该方案使得串固刀片时, 不需要间隔圈, 而 且可以通过固定最两边的刀片来固定刀身, 而不用将每一个刀片均固定在刀轴 上。 当然所述刀身也可以是套接并固定于刀轴上, 所述刀身也可以是一体成型 于刀轴上。
较佳地, 所述刀身包括以一定间距凸设于所述刀轴上的刀片。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明还提供了一种单切式碎纸机构, 该单切式碎纸 刀具包括相对设置的两碎纸刀具, 所述碎纸刀具包括刀轴和设于所述刀轴上的 刀身, 所述刀身的周沿沿所述刀轴的轴向形成有若干刀刃, 且所述若干刀刃至 少一侧且同一侧具有对应的第一刀口; 其一所述碎纸刀具仅一侧的第一刀口与 另一碎纸刀具对应的第一刀口相互配合切纸。 只有对应一侧的刀口相互配合切纸以切割纸张, 使得本发明将纸张切割成若干 细纸条时, 细纸条的一侧在上侧面的碎纸刀具之第一刀口的带动下向下移动, 碎纸条的另一侧在下侧面的碎纸刀具之第一刀口的带动下向上移动, 使得细纸 条在两碎纸刀具的碎纸通道内倾斜的, 艮容易将切割成的细纸条从碎纸通道内 离纸导出, 甚至不需要离纸机构的配合导出, 不易卡纸。 另, 碎纸时, 纸张在 整个碎纸过程中仅需要刀刃的一侧向下切开纸张和带动纸张该侧下移的力, 切 纸省力。
较佳地, 所述刀身包括若干以一定间距凸设于所述刀轴上的刀片。 其中, 所述刀刃可以是单边刀刃, 也可以是双边刀刃。
较佳地, 所述碎纸刀具为所述单切式碎纸刀具, 该单切式碎纸刀具包括刀 轴和设于所述刀轴上的刀身, 所述刀身的周沿沿所述刀轴的轴向形成有若干单 边刀刃, 所述若干单边刀刃仅一侧且同侧具有刀口, 所述刀口即为所述第一刀 口。
具体地, 所述单边刀刃沿轴向的截面呈尖刺状, 切纸时刀口锋利, 单边刀 刃更容易切开纸张并切入, 切纸省力。 具体地, 所述单边刀刃包括形成刀口的刀口面和与所述刀口面相对的支撑 面, 所述支撑面是倾斜的, 且所述刀口面相对于所述刀轴的轴向呈夹角 θ 。 Θ 等于 90度时, 加工方便, 可一次完成锯齿刀刃的加工; 当 Θ小于 90度可在碎 纸时进一步节省切割力。 切割纸张时, 支撑面可对切割后的细纸条起到导向作 用。 当然, 夹角 Θ也可以大于 90度, 便于加工。 其中, 所述支撑面可以是相对 于所述刀口面倾斜的直边、 也可以是相对于刀口面倾斜的折边或弧形边。
更具体地, 任一所述单边刀刃的支撑面与相邻所述单边刀刃的刀口面相连。 间形成一个三角形的刀刃间隙, 使得切纸后纸屑落入该刀刃间隙中, 易于导出。

较佳地, 所述单切式碎纸机构还包括调整件, 所述调整件设置于所述刀轴 上并位于所述刀刃的一侧, 以调节两所述碎纸刀具之刀刃之间的相对位置。 其 整块, 在长时间使用造成两碎纸刀具之第一刀口配合程度下降后, 可通过调整 所述调整块的厚度、 位置来调节刀片在所述刀轴上的位置来调整两碎纸刀具之 刀刃之间的相对位置, 使得两碎纸刀具之第一刀口配合程度提高; 所述调整件 也可以是设于所述刀轴端部的顶针, 在长时间使用造成两碎纸刀具之第一刀口 配合程度下降后, 可通过所述顶针来调节刀轴的位置来调整两碎纸刀具之刀刃 之间的相对位置, 使得两碎纸刀具之第一刀口配合程度提高。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明还提供了一种单切式碎纸机构碎纸的方法, 包 括以下步骤: 将纸张沿其端面分成若干条形切割区, 使用两相对设置的碎纸刀 具之刀刃沿纸张的上下两侧面切纸, 所述纸张上侧面的碎纸刀具之刀刃将所述 细纸条沿其切割侧向下推进的同时, 所述纸张下侧面的碎纸刀具之刀刃将所述 切割区仅沿其另一侧同时切开并将切割成的若干细纸条沿其切割侧向上推进, 以使若干所述细纸条倾斜进入碎纸刀具。
与现有技术相比, 本发明单切式碎纸机构碎纸方法碎纸时, 从纸张切割区 的一侧且同侧切开, 切纸省力, 且切开后细纸条的一侧在纸张上侧面刀刃之刀 刃端面的带动下下移, 细纸条的另一侧在纸张下侧面刀刃之刀刃端面的带动下 上移, 使得细纸条倾斜地落入碎纸机构, 易于离纸导出, 不易卡纸。 附图说明

为详细说明本发明的技术内容、 构造特征、 所实现目的及效果, 以下结合 实施方式并配合附图详予说明。
参考图 2至图 4, 公开了本发明第一实施例中的碎纸机构, 该碎纸机构 200 包括两相对设置的碎纸刀具 20, 所述碎纸刀具 20包括刀轴 21和设于所述刀轴 21上的刀身 22, 所述刀身 22形成于所述刀轴 21上, 且所述刀身 22的周沿沿 所述刀轴的轴向形成有若干呈突刺状的单边刀刃 221 ,其中所述单边刀刃 221是 仅一侧且同侧具有刀口的刀刃, 即该碎纸刀具 20为单切式碎纸刀具, 该碎纸机 构 200为单切式碎纸机构。 参考图 3和图 4 ,所述单边刀刃 221包括形成刀口的刀口面 111和与所述刀 口面 222相对的支撑面 223 , 所述支撑面是倾斜的, 且所述刀口面 222相对于所 述刀轴 21的轴向呈夹角 θ , 且 Θ等于 90度。 碎纸时, 碎纸刀具 200之单边刀 刃 221的刀口面 222与另一碎纸刀具 20之单边刀刃 221的刀口面 222相互配合 并切割纸张。
继续参考图 3和图 4, 若干所述单边刀刃 221 两两相连, 即任一单边刀刃 221的支撑面 223和相邻单边刀刃 221的刀口面 222相连, 使得所述碎纸刀具 20的周沿沿其轴向呈锯齿状, 两相邻单边刀刃 221之间形成一个三角形的刀刃 间隙, 向碎纸刀具 20配合后, 在两碎纸刀具 20之间形成菱形的空隙 23 , 方便 碎纸后纸屑的落入和导出。 当然, 若干所述单边刀刃 221 也可以以一定间距分 布与所述刀身 22上。
其中, 所述刀轴 21和刀身 22 即可为一体式结构, 也可以为分体式结构。 较佳者, 当刀轴 21和刀身 22为分体式结构时, 为了防止因长时间使用造成两 相对设置的碎纸刀具 30之间的磨损或者错位, 上述碎纸刀具 20还包括调整件, 所述调整件设置于所述刀轴 21上并位于所述单边刀刃 221的一侧, 以调节两所 述碎纸刀具 20之单边刀刃 221之间的相对位置, 即调整两碎纸刀具 20之间刀 刃 221的间隙或者配合位置。 本实施例中, 所述调整件是套设于所述刀轴 21上 并抵触所述碎纸刀具 20之刀片 22的调整块 21 1 ,在长时间使用造成两碎纸刀具 之第一刀口配合程度下降后, 可通过调整所述调整块 211 的厚度、 位置来调节 刀片 22在所述刀轴 21上的位置来调整两碎纸刀具 20之单边刀刃 221之间的相 对位置, 使得两碎纸刀具 20之第一刀口配合程度提高, 不但使得本发明所述碎 纸机构易于维修, 而且有效延长了碎纸机构的使用寿命。 当然, 所述调整件也 可以是设于所述刀轴 21端部的顶针。
参考图 5 , 描述本发明所述碎纸机构 20的工作原理, 开始碎纸时驱动机构 带动两碎纸刀具 20相对转动,两碎纸刀具 20的单边刀刃 221的对应刀口面 222 配合切割纸张 1 3 , 纸张 1 3沿刀口面 222被切割呈若干细纸条 1 31 , 上方的碎纸 刀具 20的单边刀刃 221的刀刃端面将切割后的细纸条 1 31沿对应的切割侧(被 切割的一侧) 向下顶入下方的碎纸刀具 20 的刀刃间隙中, 下方的碎纸刀具 20 的单边刀刃 221的端面将该细纸条 1 31沿对应的切割侧 (被切割的另一侧) 向 上顶入上方的碎纸刀具 20的刀刃间隙中, 此时细纸条 1 31倾斜落入两碎纸刀具 20配合交错形成的空隙 23内,尤其在重力的作用下会落入空隙 23的支撑面 21 3 内, 方便细纸条 1 31的导出, 不易卡纸。
参考图 6 , 为本发明第二实施例中所述碎纸机构的结构示意图, 不同于第一 实施例的碎纸机构 200 , 该碎纸机构 200包括两相对设置的碎纸刀具 20,, 该碎 纸刀具 20,之单边刀刃 221,包括刀口面 222,和支撑面 223,, 且所述刀口面 222, 相对于所述刀轴 21 的轴向呈夹角 θ , 且 Θ小于 90度。 当然, 该夹角 Θ也可以 大于 90度。
参考图 7 , 为本发明第三实施例中所述碎纸机构的结构示意图, 该碎纸机构 300包括两相对设置的碎纸刀具 30 , 所述碎纸刀具 30包括刀轴 31和设于所述 刀轴 31上的刀身, 所述刀身包括若干以一定间距凸设于所述刀轴 31上的刀片 32, 所述刀片 32的末端形成有单边刀刃 321 , 所述单边刀刃 321呈突刺状, 其 包括具有刀口的刀口面 322和与所述刀口面 322相对的支撑面 323 ,且所述刀口 面 322位于所述单边刀刃 321的一侧且同侧。 两碎纸刀具 30配合时, 两碎纸刀 具 30其上形成的刀口面 322相互配合切纸,以切割纸张。其中,所述刀口面 322 相对于所述刀轴 31的轴向呈夹角 θ , 且 Θ等于 90度。
参考图 8 , 为本发明第四实施例中所述碎纸机构的结构示意图, 该碎纸机构 400包括两相对设置的碎纸刀具 40 , 所述碎纸刀具 40包括刀轴 41和设于所述 刀轴 41上的刀身, 所述刀身包括若干以一定间距凸设于所述刀轴 41上的刀片 42, 每一所述刀片 42的末端形成有一单边刀刃 421 , 所述单边刀刃 421包括具 有刀口的刀口面 422、 与所述刀口面 422相对的支撑面 423和连接所述刀口面 422和支撑面 423的刀刃端面 424, 且所述刀口面 422位于所述单边刀刃 421的 一侧且同侧。 两碎纸刀具 40配合时, 两碎纸刀具 40其上形成的刀口面 422相 互配合切纸切割纸张 13。 其中, 所述刀口面 422相对于所述刀轴 41的轴向呈夹 角 Θ , 且 Θ等于 90度, 所述刀刃端面 424相对于刀轴 41的轴向平行, 从而方 便将切割后的细纸条沿其切割侧向另一侧的碎纸刀具 40推进。 其中, 所述支撑 面 423为直边。 切纸时, 两碎纸刀具 40的单边刀刃 421的某切点逐渐接触, 对 应的刀口面 422配合切割纸张, 纸张沿刀口面 422被切割呈若干细纸条, 上方 的碎纸刀具 40的单边刀刃 421的刀刃端面 424将切割好的细纸条沿对应的切割 侧(被切割的一侧)向下顶入下方的碎纸刀具 40的刀刃间隙中, 下方的碎纸刀 具 40的单边刀刃 421的刀刃端面 424将该细纸条沿对应的切割侧(被切割的另 一侧)向上顶入上方的碎纸刀具 40的刀刃间隙中, 使得细纸条倾斜的落入两碎 纸刀具 20交错配合形成的空隙 23内。
参考图 9-图 10, 公开了本发明的第五实施例, 所述碎纸机构 500两相对设 置的碎纸刀具 50, 所述碎纸刀具 50包括刀轴 51和设于所述刀轴 51上的刀身, 所述刀身包括若干以一定间距凸设于所述刀轴 51 上的刀片 52, 每一所述刀片 52的末端形成有一刀刃 521 , 若干所述刀刃 521 的至少一侧且同侧形成有第一 刀口。 两碎纸刀具 50相互配合时, 任一碎纸刀具 50上的第一刀口与另一碎纸 刀具 50相对应的第一刀口相互配合切割纸张 13。 其中, 在本实施例中, 所述刀 刃 521 的两侧均具有刀口, 可将任一侧且同侧的刀口称为第一刀口, 所述刀片 52由薄片制成。
参考图 10, 描述本实施例中所述碎纸机构 500的工作原理。 切纸时, 两碎 纸刀具 50之刀刃 521的对应第一刀口相互配合切纸, 纸张 13沿第一刀口被切 割成若干细纸条 131 , 上方的碎纸刀具 50的刀刃 521的刀刃端面将切割后的细 纸条 131沿对应的切割侧(被切割的一侧)向下顶入下方的碎纸刀具 50的刀片 间隙中, 下方的碎纸刀具 50的刀刃 521的刀刃端面将该细纸条沿对应的切割侧 (与上述切割侧相对的一侧)向上顶入上方的碎纸刀具 50的刀片间隙中, 此时 细纸条 131倾斜地落入两碎纸刀具 50配合交错形成的空隙内, 方便细纸条 131 的导出, 不易卡纸
本发明还公开了一种碎纸机构碎纸的方法, 包括以下步骤: 本发明还提供 了一种单切式碎纸机构碎纸的方法, 包括以下步骤: 将纸张沿其端面分成若干 条形切割区, 使用两相对设置的碎纸刀具之刀刃沿纸张的上下两侧面切纸, 所 述纸张上侧面的碎纸刀具之刀刃将所述切割区仅沿其一侧且同侧同时切开并使 用上述刀刃之刀刃端面将切割成的若干细纸条沿其切割侧向下推进的同时, 所 述纸张下侧面的碎纸刀具之刀刃将所述切割区仅沿其另一侧同时切开并将切割 成的若干细纸条沿其切割侧向上推进, 以使若干所述细纸条倾斜进入碎纸刀具。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 不能以此来限定本发明之权 利范围, 依本发明申请专利范围所作的等同变化, 仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种单切式碎纸刀具, 其特征在于: 该单切式碎纸刀具包括刀轴和设于 所述刀轴上的刀身, 所述刀身的周沿沿所述刀轴的轴向形成有若干单边刀刃, 所述若干单边刀刃仅一侧且同侧具有刀口。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的单切式碎纸刀具, 其特征在于: 所述单边刀刃沿轴 向的截面呈尖刺状。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的单切式碎纸刀具, 其特征在于: 所述单边刀刃包括 形成刀口的刀口面和与所述刀口面相对的支撑面, 所述支撑面是倾斜的。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的单切式碎纸刀具, 其特征在于: 任一所述单边刀刃 的支撑面与相邻所述单边刀刃的刀口面相连。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的单切式碎纸刀具, 其特征在于: 所述刀身包括以一 定间距凸设于所述刀轴上的刀片。
6、 一种单切式碎纸机构, 其特征在于: 包括相对设置的两碎纸刀具, 所述 碎纸刀具包括刀轴和设于所述刀轴上的刀身, 所述刀身的周沿沿所述刀轴的轴 向形成有若干刀刃, 且所述若干刀刃至少一侧且同一侧具有对应的第一刀口; 任一所述碎纸刀具仅一侧的第一刀口与另一碎纸刀具对应的第一刀口相互配合 切纸。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的单切式碎纸机构, 其特征在于: 所述刀身包括若干 以一定间距凸设于所述刀轴上的刀片。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的单切式碎纸机构, 其特征在于: 所述碎纸刀具如权 利要求 1-5 中任一项所述的单切式碎纸刀具所示, 所述第一刀口为所述单边刀 刃的刀口。
9、 如权利要求 6所述的单切式碎纸机构, 其特征在于: 还包括调整件, 所 述调整件设置于所述刀轴上并位于所述刀刃的一侧, 以调节两所述碎纸刀具之 刀刃之间的相对位置。
10、 一种单切式碎纸机构碎纸的方法, 其特征在于: 包括以下步骤: 将纸 张沿其端面分成若干条形切割区, 使用两相对设置的碎纸刀具之刀刃沿纸张的 上下两侧面切纸, 所述纸张上侧面的碎纸刀具之刀刃将所述切割区仅沿其一侧 向下推进的同时, 所述纸张下侧面的碎纸刀具之刀刃将所述切割区仅沿其另一 侧同时切开并将切割成的若干细纸条沿其切割侧向上推进, 以使若干所述细纸 条倾斜进入碎纸刀具。
