組成物(B)オルトリン酸、縮合リン酸及びこれらの塩から選ばれる1種又は2種以上を酸換算量で0.01質量%以上15質量%以下含有し、25℃におけるpHが6.5より大きく10.5以下である組成物
を分離して備え、組成物(A)及び組成物(B)を交互に歯に適用するための歯牙美白剤に関する。

を交互に歯に適用する歯牙の美白方法に関する。
なお、本発明において、歯の表面に付着又は堆積した微小な汚れ又は固形生成物とは、歯の表面に付着し堆積している厚み数μm未満の固形物をいい、かかる固形物は、無機物を主成分とする集合体、及び有機物を主成分とする集合体が含まれ、各集合体が層状もしくは海島状の構造であるものも含まれる。この微小な固形生成物は、主に唾液中のタンパク質やカルシウム、リン等の成分の付着によって形成し、付着物が堆積して形成されていると考えられ、加齢や唾液分泌の減少による口腔内環境の悪化等によって付着や堆積が促進されて生成されやすくなり、通常のブラッシング処理では除去することが難しいものである。本発明の歯牙美白剤によれば、黄ばみが増して光沢が失われた加齢歯に好適に作用し、短期間のうちに、白さと光沢を向上することができる。
その塩としては、ナトリウムやカリウム等のアルカリ金属塩やアンモニウム塩等が挙げられ、これらから選ばれる1種又は2種以上が好ましく、味、匂いの観点からアルカリ金属塩が好ましい。
なお、組成物(A)中におけるフィチン酸又はその塩の含有量は、水酸化カリウム又は水酸化ナトリウムで中和して測定し、全量を酸に換算したものを採用する。また、組成物(A)がシート剤である場合の組成物(A)中におけるフィチン酸又はその塩の含有量は、乾燥質量での値を意味する。
なお、フッ化物としては、好ましくはフッ化ナトリウム、フッ化カリウム、フッ化アンモニウム、フッ化錫、及びモノフルオロリン酸ナトリウムから選ばれる1種又は2種以上であり、2種以上のフッ化物を含有する場合、フッ化物のフッ素原子換算量とは、これらフッ化物の合計含有量から算出されるフッ素原子換算量を意味する。また、組成物(A)がシート剤である場合の組成物(A)中におけるフッ化物の含有量は、乾燥質量での値を意味する。
なお、シート剤においては、シート剤を形成する前の原液のpHの値と、上記のようにシート剤に精製水を滴下し、滴下した水について測定したpHの値は、概ね同じであることから、シート剤を形成する前の原液のpHを組成物(A)のpHとする。また、洗口剤や液状歯磨剤のように粘度の低い液体口腔用組成物は、原液のpHを測定した値を組成物(A)のpHとする。そして、いずれの場合にも、水は、精製水であって蒸留水又はイオン交換水を用いる。
なお、組成物(B)中におけるオルトリン酸、縮合リン酸及びこれらの塩から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の含有量は、水酸化カリウム又は水酸化ナトリウムで中和して測定し、全量を酸に換算したものを採用する。また、組成物(B)がシート剤である場合の組成物(B)中におけるオルトリン酸、縮合リン酸及びこれらの塩から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の含有量は、乾燥質量での値を意味する。
なお、組成物(B)がシート剤である場合の組成物(B)中におけるフッ化物の含有量は、乾燥質量での値を意味する。
なお、組成物(C)が、後述するようにシート剤である場合の組成物(C)中におけるフッ化物の含有量は、乾燥質量での値を意味する。
また、例えば緩衝液系のために高塩濃度となる場合は、非イオン性のポリマー、即ちヒドロキシエチルセルロース、グアガム、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、プルラン等から選ばれる1種又は2種以上含有させることが好ましい。
なお、組成物(A)及び組成物(B)、或いは必要に応じて用いる組成物(C)のいずれかがシート剤である場合、これら各組成物中における上記各成分の含有量は、乾燥質量での値を基準として適宜選択する。
なお、組成物(C)がシート剤である場合、組成物(C)のシート剤の厚みは、適度な時間で溶解させ、シート剤としての適度な柔軟性を得る観点から、好ましくは100μm以下であり、より好ましくは50μm以下であり、さらに好ましくは20μm以下であり、好ましくは1μm以上であり、より好ましくは5μm以上であり、さらに好ましくは7μm以上である。
なお、この場合、組成物(B)のシート剤と組成物(A)のシート剤の厚みの比率(Bt/At)は、好ましくは1/10~1/1であり、より好ましくは1/9~1/2であり、さらに好ましくは1/8~1/3である。
中間シート剤(Y)は、pHが6.5~7.0であることが好ましい。
シート剤の製造方法は、組成物(A)にさらに水を含有させた原液、及び/又は組成物(B)にさらに水を含有させた原液を調整する工程、並びにこれらの原液を坪量や厚みを勘案しつつ、離型処理等を施したポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルム等の基材上に塗工する工程、さらに乾燥させる工程を備える。そして、PETフィルム等の基剤を剥離することにより、シート剤を得ることができる。組成物(A)と組成物(B)の双方をシート剤(シート層)とし、これらを積層して1つのシート剤(積層シート)とする場合、2つのシート剤を各々形成し、これらを積層した後、例えば、加熱した加圧装置を用いて圧着して2層の層構成を形成する工程を備えることが好ましい。
また、中間シート剤(中間層)を設ける場合、適宜シート剤とシート剤の間に中間シート剤(Y)を挟み込みこむように積層した後、例えば、加熱した加圧装置を用いて圧着する工程を備えてもよく、中間シート剤を基材としていずれかの原液を塗工する工程を経た後、他方のシート剤を積層して圧着する工程を備えてもよい。
なお、シート剤の適用時間は、シート剤が全て水に溶解するまでの時間(溶解時間)としてもよい。シート剤が全て水に溶解するまでの時間とは、シート剤に0.1g/minの速度で水をかけてからシート剤に含有される成分の量が水中で増加しなくなるまでの時間を測定した値を意味する。

[2]組成物(A)がシート剤である場合、組成物(A)におけるフィチン酸又はその塩の含有量は、乾燥質量での酸換算量である上記[1]の歯牙美白剤。
[4]組成物(A)における多価金属カチオンの含有量が、多価金属カチオン合計量としてフィチン酸に対して0.1倍モル未満であり、好ましくは0.02倍モル以下であり、より好ましくは0.01倍モル以下である上記[1]~[3]いずれか1の歯牙美白剤。
[5]多価金属カチオン以外の、多価カチオンであるカチオン性抗菌剤のほか、ゼオライト、活性炭等の吸着剤の組成物(A)における含有量は、好ましくは0.001質量%未満であり、より好ましくは0.0001質量%以下であり、又は吸着剤を含有しない上記[1]~[4]いずれか1の歯牙美白剤。
[6]組成物(A)のpHは、好ましくは4.5以上であり、組成物(A)が歯磨剤組成物又は液体口腔用組成物である場合には、より好ましくは4.8以上であり、さらに好ましくは5以上であり、また好ましくは6.2以下である上記[1]~[5]いずれか1の歯牙美白剤。
[7]組成物(A)が、フッ化物をフッ素原子換算量でフィチン酸の酸換算量との質量比(フッ素原子換算量/フィチン酸)が好ましくは0.03以下となる量で含有し、より好ましくは0.01以下となる量で含有し、さらに好ましくは0.005以下となる量で含有し、よりさらに好ましくは0.001以下となる量で含有する上記[1]~[6]いずれか1の歯牙美白剤。
[8]組成物(A)のフッ化物が、フッ化ナトリウム、フッ化カリウム、フッ化アンモニウム、フッ化錫、及びモノフルオロリン酸ナトリウムから選ばれる1種又は2種以上である上記[1]~[7]いずれか1の歯牙美白剤。
[10]組成物(B)におけるオルトリン酸、縮合リン酸及びこれらの塩から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の含有量は、酸換算量で好ましくは0.02質量%以上であり、より好ましくは0.1質量%以上であり、さらに好ましくは0.5質量%以上であり、組成物(B)がシート剤である場合には(乾燥質量での)酸換算量で好ましくは1質量%以上であり、より好ましくは3質量%以上であり、さらに好ましくは5質量%以上であり、また組成物(B)がシート剤である場合には(乾燥質量での)酸換算量で好ましくは12質量%以下であり、より好ましくは10質量%以下であり、さらに好ましくは7質量%以下であり、組成物(B)が液体口腔用組成物である場合には酸換算量で好ましくは7質量%以下であり、より好ましくは5質量%以下であり、さらに好ましくは3質量%以下であり、よりさらに好ましくは1質量%以下である上記[1]~[9]いずれか1の歯牙美白剤。
[11]縮合リン酸又はその塩が、好ましくはピロリン酸、トリポリリン酸、テトラポリリン酸、メタリン酸及びこれらの塩から選ばれる1種又は2種以上であり、より好ましくはピロリン酸ナトリウム、ピロリン酸カリウム、トリポリリン酸ナトリウム及びトリポリリン酸カリウムから選ばれる1種又は2種以上であり、さらに好ましくはピロリン酸、トリポリリン酸及びこれらのアルカリ金属塩から選ばれる1種又は2種以上であり、さらに好ましくはピロリン酸ナトリウムである上記[1]~[10]いずれか1の歯牙美白剤。
[12]組成物(B)のpHは、7.0以上とすることが好ましく、7.5以上とすることがより好ましく、8以上とすることがさらに好ましく、また10以下とすることが好ましく、9.5以下とすることがより好ましく、9以下とすることがさらに好ましい上記[1]~[11]いずれか1の歯牙美白剤。
[13]組成物(B)におけるフッ化物の含有量は、組成物(B)中にフッ素原子換算で、組成物(B)がシート剤である場合はさらに乾燥質量で、好ましくは0.001質量%以上であり、より好ましくは0.005質量%以上であり、好ましくは0.2質量%以下であり、より好ましくは0.15質量%以下であり、さらに好ましくは0.1質量%以下である上記[1]~[12]いずれか1の歯牙美白剤。
[15]組成物(B)がさらにフッ化物を含有し、組成物(A)を歯に適用した後に組成物(B)を歯に適用するための上記[1]~[13]いずれか1の歯牙美白剤。

表1に示すように、フィチン酸又は縮合リン酸を含有する液体組成物の試験溶液xと液体組成物の試験溶液yとを製造した。具体的には、フィチン酸又は縮合リン酸を精製水に溶解し、pH調整剤で各試験溶液のpHに調整して製造した。いずれの試験溶液にも多価金属カチオンを配合せず、試験溶液中のマグネシウム、アルミニウム、カルシウム等の多価金属カチオンはIPC発光分析法で測定してフィチン酸に対して0.02倍モル未満であった。なお、各試験溶液のpHは、25℃、原液の測定値である。
処理後の歯(抜去歯)について、下記の方法にしたがって各評価を行った。
下記の方法にしたがってb*を測定することにより、上記処理後の歯(抜去歯)の白さを評価した。
具体的には、デジタルカメラD1x(ニコン製)とレンズはAi AFマイクロ・ニッコール105mm F2.8D、ストロボ発光はワイヤレス・リモート・スピードライトSB-R200(いずれもニコン製)を組み合せて設置したものを用いた。撮影された画像をAdobe Photoshop(アドビシステムズ製)を用いてL*a*b*表色系で表し、試験溶液による処理前のb*の値と処理後のb*を測定した。次いで、これら処理前と処理後のb*の差{(処理後のb*)-(処理前のb*)}としてΔb*を求めた。Δb*が小さいほど、すなわちΔb*の絶対値が大きいほど白さが増すことを意味する。
結果を表1に示す。
上記処理後の歯(抜去歯)について、下記の方法にしたがって輝度を測定することにより歯の光沢を評価した。
具体的には、偏光を利用した画像解析から表面反射光強度を測定する方法を用いた。評価用画像を撮影する装置として、カメラはデジタル一カメラD2x(ニコン製)、レンズはAi AFマイクロ・ニッコール105mm F2.8D、ストロボ発光はワイヤレス・リモート・スピードライトSB-R200(いずれもニコン製)を組み合せて設置したものを用いた。スピードライトの発光部及びレンズの前にプラスチック偏光板(エドモンド製)を透過軸が30度交差するように配置して撮影した。撮影画像はAdobe Photoshop(アドビシステムズ製)を用いてハイライト部分の平均輝度を求めた。輝度は数値が大きいほど光沢が高いことを意味する。試験溶液x及びyによる処理前と処理後の後の輝度の差(処理後の輝度-処理前の輝度)を、Δ輝度として求めた。得られたΔ輝度の数値が大きいほど光沢が増したことを意味する。
結果を表1に示す。
表1に示すように、フィチン酸及び/又は縮合リン酸を含有する液体組成物の試験溶液を製造した。いずれの試験溶液にも多価金属カチオンを配合せず、試験溶液中のマグネシウム、アルミニウム、カルシウム等の多価金属カチオンはIPC発光分析法で測定してフィチン酸に対して0.02倍モル未満であった。なお、各試験溶液のpHは、25℃、原液の測定値である。
処理後の歯(抜去歯)について、実施例1と同様にして各評価を行った。
結果を表1に示す。
表2に示すように、フィチン酸又は縮合リン酸を含有する液体組成物の試験溶液xと液体組成物の試験溶液yとを製造した。いずれの試験溶液にも多価金属カチオンを配合せず、試験溶液中のマグネシウム、アルミニウム、カルシウム等の多価金属カチオンはIPC発光分析法で測定してフィチン酸に対して0.02倍モル未満であった。なお、各試験溶液のpHは、25℃、原液の測定値である。
次いで、実施例1と同様にして抜去歯を用い、次いで試験溶液x及び試験溶液yについても同様の処理を行った後、処理後の歯(抜去歯)を用い、上記の方法にしたがって歯の美白化の評価を行った。
結果を表2に示す。
表3に示すように、縮合リン酸を含有する原液を調製し、プルランを配合してシートx(厚さ8μm、坪量9g/m2)を製造した。同様に、フィチン酸を含有する原液を調製し、プルランを配合してシートy(厚さ55μm、坪量72g/m2)を製造し、シートxの片面に積層した。さらにシートyの表面にエチルセルロース65%、ポリエチレングリコール(PEG600)35%を含有する層を積層した。いずれの原液にも多価カチオンを配合せず、原液中のマグネシウム、アルミニウム、カルシウム等の多価カチオンはIPC発光分析法で測定してフィチン酸に対して0.02倍モル未満であった。なお、各シートのpHは原液での測定値であり、シートx及びyの厚さは、貼付後10分経過した時点で全て溶解することを基準として決定した。
処理後の歯(抜去歯)について、実施例1と同様にして評価を行った。
結果を表3に示す。
表4に示すように、各成分を混合することによってフィチン酸又は縮合リン酸を含有する練歯磨剤x及び練歯磨剤yを製造した。得られた練歯磨剤xを口腔内に適用し、練歯磨剤を口から吐出した後、直ちに(30秒以内)練歯磨剤yを適用することにより、優れた歯の美白効果及び光沢付与効果が得られる。なお、練歯磨剤x、yのpHは25℃において水で30質量%に希釈した測定値である。
表5に示すように、各成分を混合することによりフィチン酸又は縮合リン酸を含有する洗口液x及び洗口液yを製造した。得られた洗口液xを口腔内に適用した後、直ちに(130秒以内)洗口液yを適用することにより、優れた歯の美白効果及び光沢付与効果が得られる。
表6に示すように、フィチン酸又は縮合リン酸を含有する液体組成物の試験溶液xと液体組成物の試験溶液yとを製造し、実施例13はさらに液体組成物の試験溶液zを製造した。いずれの試験溶液にも多価金属カチオンを配合せず、試験溶液中のマグネシウム、アルミニウム、カルシウム等の多価金属カチオンはIPC発光分析法で測定してフィチン酸に対して0.02倍モル未満である。なお、各試験溶液のpHは、25℃、原液の測定値である。
次いで、実施例1と同様にして抜去歯を用い、試験溶液x及び試験溶液yについても同様の処理を行った後、処理後の歯(抜去歯)を用い、上記の方法にしたがって歯の美白効果及び光沢付与効果の評価を行った。
結果を表6に示す。
Claims (18)
- 次の組成物(A)並びに組成物(B):
組成物(A)フィチン酸又はその塩を酸換算量で0.1質量%以上30質量%以下含有し、かつ多価金属カチオンを含有しないか或いはフィチン酸又はその塩に対して0.1倍モル未満含有し、25℃におけるpHが4以上6.5以下であり、かつフッ化物をフッ素原子換算量でフィチン酸の酸換算量との質量比(フッ素原子換算量/フィチン酸)が0.05以下となる量で含有するか、又はフッ化物を含有しない組成物、並びに
組成物(B)オルトリン酸、縮合リン酸及びこれらの塩から選ばれる1種又は2種以上を酸換算量で0.01質量%以上15質量%以下含有し、25℃におけるpHが6.5より大きく10.5以下である組成物
を分離して備え、組成物(A)及び組成物(B)を交互に歯に適用するための歯牙美白剤。 - 組成物(A)のフッ化物が、フッ化ナトリウム、フッ化カリウム、フッ化アンモニウム、フッ化錫、及びモノフルオロリン酸ナトリウムから選ばれる1種又は2種以上である請求項1記載の歯牙美白剤。
- 最初に組成物(B)を歯に適用した後、組成物(A)を歯に適用するための、請求項1又は2に記載の歯牙美白剤。
- 組成物(B)がさらにフッ化物を含有し、組成物(A)を歯に適用した後に組成物(B)を歯に適用するための、請求項1又は2に記載の歯牙美白剤。
- さらにフッ化物を含有する組成物(C)を分離して備え、組成物(A)及び組成物(B)を歯に適用した後に組成物(C)を歯に適用するための、請求項1又は2に記載の歯牙美白剤。
- フッ化物が、フッ化ナトリウム、フッ化カリウム、フッ化アンモニウム、フッ化錫、及びモノフルオロリン酸ナトリウムから選ばれる1種又は2種以上である請求項4又は5に記載の歯牙美白剤。
- 組成物(B)の縮合リン酸又はその塩が、ピロリン酸又はその塩である請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の歯牙美白剤。
- 組成物(A)のフィチン酸又はその塩が、フィチン酸又はそのナトリウム塩であり、かつ
組成物(B)のオルトリン酸、縮合リン酸及びこれらの塩から選ばれる1種又は2種以上が、ピロリン酸、トリポリリン酸及びこれらのアルカリ金属塩から選ばれる1種又は2種以上である請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の歯牙美白剤。 - 組成物(A)及び組成物(B)がシート剤である請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の歯牙美白剤。
- 組成物(A)が歯磨剤組成物又は液体口腔用組成物であり、かつ組成物(B)が歯磨剤組成物又は液体口腔用組成物である請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の歯牙美白剤。
- 組成物(A)及び組成物(B)がシート剤であって、該シート剤をシート層として積層することにより1つの積層シートとして一体化されてなる請求項9に記載の歯牙美白剤。
- 次の組成物(A)並びに組成物(B):
組成物(A)フィチン酸又はその塩を酸換算量で0.1質量%以上30質量%以下含有し、かつ多価金属カチオンを含有しないか或いはフィチン酸又はその塩に対して0.1倍モル未満含有し、25℃におけるpHが4以上6.5以下であり、かつフッ化物をフッ素原子換算量でフィチン酸の酸換算量との質量比(フッ素原子換算量/フィチン酸)が0.05以下となる量で含有するか、又はフッ化物を含有しない組成物、並びに
組成物(B)オルトリン酸、縮合リン酸及びこれらの塩から選ばれる1種又は2種以上を酸換算量で0.01質量%以上15質量%以下含有し、25℃におけるpHが6.5より大きく10.5以下である組成物
を交互に歯に適用する歯牙の美白方法。 - 最初に組成物(A)を歯に適用した後、組成物(B)を歯に適用する請求項12に記載の歯牙の美白方法。
- 組成物(A)及び組成物(B)を歯に適用した後に、さらにフッ化物を含有する組成物(C)を歯に適用する請求項12又は13に記載の歯牙の美白方法。
- 組成物(A)及び組成物(B)がシート剤である請求項12~14のいずれか1項に記載の歯牙の美白方法。
- 組成物(A)が歯磨剤組成物又は液体口腔用組成物であり、かつ組成物(B)が歯磨剤組成物又は液体口腔用組成物である請求項12~14のいずれか1項に記載の歯牙の美白方法。
- 組成物(A)のフィチン酸又はその塩が、フィチン酸又はそのナトリウム塩であり、かつ
組成物(B)のオルトリン酸、縮合リン酸及びこれらの塩から選ばれる1種又は2種以上が、ピロリン酸、トリポリリン酸及びこれらのアルカリ金属塩から選ばれる1種又は2種以上である請求項12~16のいずれか1項に記載の歯牙の美白方法。 - 組成物(A)及び組成物(B)がシート剤であって、該シート剤をシート層として積層することにより1つの積層シートとして一体化されてなる請求項15又は17に記載の歯牙の美白方法。
