本发明涉及包装材料领域, 尤其涉及一种用于液晶面板包装箱内的栈 板。 背景技术
在液晶显示器生产领域, 液晶显示器的生产包括一个组装过程, 即将 液晶面板、 主控电路、 外壳等部分进行组装, 其各部件是先生产好封存起 来, 待后续组装成整个液晶显示器。 其中, 液晶面板生产完成后封存在包 装箱中, 然后成箱地运送往相应的组装工站。 这些包装箱一般是一体式吹 塑制成的, 其底部设有一栈板, 用于支承堆栈在其上的液晶面板, 这种栈 板一般是刚性及一体式的, 只能适用于某一尺寸的液晶面板, 且其所占用 存储及运输空间较大, 不利于成本控制。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于供一种栈板, 其尺寸大小可调, 适用于不同尺寸的 液晶面板包装, 且占用存储及运输空间小。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种栈板, 包括: 基板及活动连接于基 板角落位置的副板, 所述基板与副板之间设有连接轴, 所述连接轴包括基 部及由基部延伸设置的延伸部, 所述延伸部靠近基部端设有数个弹性卡合 键, 所述基板对应基部设有容置部, 对应延伸部设有轨道槽, 所述轨道槽 内对应弹性卡合键设有数组卡合槽, 所述基部容置于所述容置槽内, 并可 在容置槽内移动, 所述卡合键卡合于对应卡合槽内, 进而将连接轴卡合于 基板内, 所述延伸部自由端固定于所述副板内, 进而将副板与基板活动连 接。
所述基板呈正方形设置, 其包括底面、 与底面相对设置的顶面及设于 底面与顶面之间的四个侧面, 每两个侧面的连接处均形成一角落, 所述副 板呈 L形设置于该些角落位置外围。

所述连接轴 240包括基部 242及由基部 242延伸设置的延伸部 244, 所述延伸部 244 靠近基部 242 端设有数个弹性卡合键 246。 在本实施例 中, 所述基部 242、 延伸部 244及弹性卡合键 246—体成型制成。
所述基板 2对应基部 242设有容置部 (未图示) , 对应延伸部 244设 有轨道槽 224, 所述轨道槽 224 内对应弹性卡合键 246设有数组卡合槽 226, 所述基部 242 容置于所述容置槽内, 并可在容置槽内移动, 所述卡 合键 246卡合于对应卡合槽 226内, 进而将连接轴 240卡合于基板 2内, 所述延伸部 244 自由端固定于所述副板 4内, 进而将副板 4与基板 2活动 连接。 所述连接轴 240 的个数可根据实际需要设定, 本实施例中, 每一个 副板 4均通过一个连接轴 240与基板 2进行连接。
所述基板 2呈正方形设置, 其包括底面 22、 与底面 22相对设置的顶 面 24及设于底面 22与顶面 24之间的四个侧面 26, 每两个侧面 26的连接 处均形成一角落, 所述副板 4呈 L形设置于该些角落位置外围。
所述基板 2的每一角落位置均设有朝向副板 4的第一端面 280, 所述 连接轴 240由该第一端面 280延伸于基板 2夕卜; 所述副板 4对应该第一端 面 280设有朝向基板 2 的第二端面 480, 所述连接轴 240 由该第二端面 480延伸于副板 4内 , 并与副板 4固定连接。 所述第二端面 480上对应连 接轴 240的延伸部 244设有安装孔 444, 所述连接轴 240固定安装于该安 装孔 444 内。 优选的, 所述延伸部 244 为圓柱体, 所述数个弹性卡合键 246环设于该延伸部 244靠近基部 242的外表面上。 在本实施例中, 所述 弹性卡合键 246为四个; 所述每组卡合槽 226包括四个槽部, 分别容置四 个弹性卡合键 246。
当需要大尺寸栈板时, 向外拉副板 4 , 由于弹性卡合键 246 具有弹 性, 其受力时会发生弹性形变, 从靠近容置槽端的卡合槽 226 内脱出, 并 在轨道槽 224移动, 当移动至下一组卡合槽 226时, 弹性形变恢复, 进而 卡合于该组卡合槽 226 内, 进而实现栈板尺寸的扩大; 当需要小尺寸栈板 时, 将副板 4朝向基板 2推进, 即可实现, 方便操作。
值得一提的是, 基板 2、 副板 4尺寸可根据实际需要进行设计, 而连 接轴 24上的弹性卡合键 246及轨道槽 224内的数组卡合槽 226的位置及 之间的间距同样可根据实际需要进行设计, 如, 设计为可运输 28 寸、 32 寸、 46寸液晶显示面板的栈板, 其具体参数根据实际需求设定, 并不影响 本发明的技术效果。
综上所述, 本发明提供的栈板, 通过设置连接轴, 使得副板相对基板 的位置可调, 进而可以调节栈板的尺寸大小, 使栈板可适用于不同尺寸的 液晶面板包装, 且存储及运输时可将栈板压缩至最小体积, 所占用空间较 小, 有效降低运输成本。
以上所述, 对于本领域的普通技术人员来说, 可以根据本发明的技术 方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形, 而所有这些改变和变形 都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种栈板, 包括: 基板及活动连接于基板角落位置的副板, 所述 基板与副板之间设有连接轴, 所述连接轴包括基部及由基部延伸设置的延 伸部, 所述延伸部靠近基部端设有数个弹性卡合键, 所述基板对应基部设 有容置部, 对应延伸部设有轨道槽, 所述轨道槽内对应弹性卡合键设有数 组卡合槽, 所述基部容置于所述容置槽内, 并可在容置槽内移动, 所述卡 合键卡合于对应卡合槽内, 进而将连接轴卡合于基板内, 所述延伸部自由 端固定于所述副板内, 进而将副板与基板活动连接。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的栈板, 其中, 所述基板呈正方形设置, 其包 括底面、 与底面相对设置的顶面及设于底面与顶面之间的四个侧面, 每两 个侧面的连接处均形成一角落, 所述副板呈 L 形设置于该些角落位置外 围。
3、 如权利要求 2 所述的栈板, 其中, 每一角落位置均设有朝向副板 的第一端面, 所述连接轴由该第一端面延伸于基板外。
4、 如权利要求 3 所述的栈板, 其中, 所述副板对应该第一端面设有 朝向基板的第二端面, 所述连接轴由该第二端面延伸于副板内, 并与副板 固定连接。
5、 如权利要求 4 所述的栈板, 其中, 所述第二端面上对应连接轴的 延伸部设有安装孔, 所述连接轴固定安装于该安装孔内。
6、 如权利要求 1 所述的栈板, 其中, 所述延伸部为圓柱体, 所述数 个弹性卡合键环设于该延伸部靠近基部的外表面上。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的栈板, 其中, 所述弹性卡合键为四个。
8、 如权利要求 7 所述的栈板, 其中, 所述每组卡合槽包括四个槽 部, 所述四个槽部分别容置四个弹性卡合键。
9、 如权利要求 1 所述的栈板, 其中, 所述基部、 延伸部及弹性卡合 键一体成型制成。
10、 一种栈板, 包括: 基板及活动连接于基板角落位置的副板, 所述 基板与副板之间设有连接轴, 所述连接轴包括基部及由基部延伸设置的延 伸部, 所述延伸部靠近基部端设有数个弹性卡合键, 所述基板对应基部设 有容置部, 对应延伸部设有轨道槽, 所述轨道槽内对应弹性卡合键设有数 组卡合槽, 所述基部容置于所述容置槽内, 并可在容置槽内移动, 所述卡 合键卡合于对应卡合槽内, 进而将连接轴卡合于基板内, 所述延伸部自由 端固定于所述副板内, 进而将副板与基板活动连接;
其中, 所述基板呈正方形设置, 其包括底面、 与底面相对设置的顶面 及设于底面与顶面之间的四个侧面, 每两个侧面的连接处均形成一角落, 所述副板呈 L形设置于该些角落位置外围;
其中, 每一角落位置均设有朝向副板的第一端面, 所述连接轴由该第 一端面延伸于基板外;
其中, 所述副板对应该第一端面设有朝向基板的第二端面, 所述连接 轴由该第二端面延伸于副板内, 并与副板固定连接;
其中, 所述第二端面上对应连接轴的延伸部设有安装孔, 所述连接轴 固定安装于该安装孔内;
其中, 所述延伸部为圓柱体, 所述数个弹性卡合键环设于该延伸部靠 近基部的外表面上;
其中, 所述弹性卡合键为四个;
其中, 所述每组卡合槽包括四个槽部, 所述四个槽部分别容置四个弹 性卡合键;
其中, 所述基部、 延伸部及弹性卡合键一体成型制成。
