Abstract
A packing device including a buffering device is disclosed. The buffering device includes a bottom buffering member and a top buffering member arranged with a plurality of installing slots. The top buffering member includes a first surface having a plurality of first slots corresponding to the installing slots and a second surface having a plurality of second slots corresponding to a plurality of installing slot sets. In view of the above, by arranging the first slot for clasping the liquid crystal module and the second slot for clasping the LCD TV, the buffering device and the packing device can be adopted to pack the liquid crystal module and the LCD TV. Not only the packing cost is reduced, but also mass production is facilitated due to simple structure.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present disclosure relates to packing technology, and more particularly to a buffering device and a packing device.
- 2. Discussion of the Related Art
- Electronics products are characterized by high complexity, value, and update speed, and thus a complex supplying chain is formed between the manufactures. Most of the electronic products are manufactured, assembled, and sold in different locations and thus the components and the semi-finished products of the electronic products have to be transported between different manufacturers. The manufacturing process of liquid crystal devices includes the process of assembling a liquid crystal module, a main control circuit, and a housing. Other components are manufactured and packed for future LCD assembly. After the liquid crystal module is manufactured and packed within a packing box, the packed box is then transported to a corresponding assembling station.
- Generally, the liquid crystal module assembled by manufacturers are transported to system integrators. The system integrator further installs a housing, a circuit board, power code, and specifications. During the above process, the packing box for the liquid crystal device has to be recycled after it is transported to the system integrator. It would be wasteful if the packing box is discarded directly. However, it takes additional resources to recycle the packing box back to the system integrators.
- In order to overcome the above problem, the packing device for the liquid crystal module not only can be adopted to pack the liquid crystal module, but also can be adopted to pack the LCD TV.
- In one aspect, a buffering device includes: a bottom buffering member and a top buffering member arranged with a plurality of installing slots, the top buffering member includes a first surface having a plurality of first slots corresponding to the installing slots and a second surface having a plurality of second slots corresponding to a plurality of installing slot sets.
- Wherein each installing slot set includes two installing slots, and each second slot corresponds to one installing slot set.
- Wherein a width of the second slot is larger than the width of the first slot.
- Wherein the bottom buffering member and the top buffering member are made by expandable polystyrene or by foam plastic material.
- Wherein the bottom buffering member includes a buffering bottom plate, buffering lateral plates arranged on the buffering bottom plate and arranged on two ends of the buffering bottom plate, and a stopping sheet arranged between the buffering lateral plates, the installing slots are arranged on the buffering lateral sheets, and the stopping sheet is arranged with stopping slots corresponding to the installing slots.
- Wherein the buffering lateral plates and the stopping sheet are fixed on the buffering bottom plate by hot pressing.
- Wherein the bottom buffering member and the top buffering member are made by expandable polystyrene or by foam plastic material.
- Wherein the bottom buffering member includes a buffering bottom plate, buffering lateral plates arranged on the buffering bottom plate and arranged on two ends of the buffering bottom plate, and a stopping sheet arranged between the buffering lateral plates, the installing slots are arranged on the buffering lateral sheets, and the stopping sheet is arranged with stopping slots corresponding to the installing slots.
- Wherein the buffering lateral plates and the stopping sheet are fixed on the buffering bottom plate by hot pressing.
- In another aspect, a packing device includes: a packing box and a buffering device installed within the packing box, the buffering device includes a bottom buffering member and a top buffering member arranged with a plurality of installing slots, and the top buffering member includes a first surface having a plurality of first slots corresponding to the installing slots and a second surface having a plurality of second slots corresponding to a plurality of installing slot sets.
- Wherein each installing slot set includes two installing slots, and each second slot corresponds to one installing slot set.
- Wherein a width of the second slot is larger than the width of the first slot.
- Wherein the bottom buffering member and the top buffering member are made by expandable polystyrene or by foam plastic material.
- Wherein the bottom buffering member includes a buffering bottom plate, buffering lateral plates arranged on the buffering bottom plate and arranged on two ends of the buffering bottom plate, and a stopping sheet arranged between the buffering lateral plates, the installing slots are arranged on the buffering lateral sheets, and the stopping sheet is arranged with stopping slots corresponding to the installing slots.
- Wherein the buffering lateral plates and the stopping sheet are fixed on the buffering bottom plate by hot pressing.
- Wherein the bottom buffering member and the top buffering member are made by expandable polystyrene or by foam plastic material.
- Wherein the bottom buffering member includes a buffering bottom plate, buffering lateral plates arranged on the buffering bottom plate and arranged on two ends of the buffering bottom plate, and a stopping sheet arranged between the buffering lateral plates, the installing slots are arranged on the buffering lateral sheets, and the stopping sheet is arranged with stopping slots corresponding to the installing slots.
- Wherein the buffering lateral plates and the stopping sheet are fixed on the buffering bottom plate by hot pressing.
- Wherein the packing box is a paper box or a plastic box.
- In view of the above, by arranging the first slot for clasping the liquid crystal module and the second slot for clasping the LCD TV, the buffering device and the packing device may be adopted to pack the liquid crystal module and the LCD TV. Not only the packing cost is reduced, but also mass production is facilitated due to simple structure.

FIGS. 1 to 5 are schematic views of the packing device in accordance with one embodiment.FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing the structure of abottom buffering member 110. To facilitate the understanding, the bottom buffering member having oneinstalling slot set 111 is taken as an example. Thebottom buffering member 110 includes abuffering bottom plate 112, bufferinglateral plates 113 arranged on the bufferingbottom plate 112 and arranged on two ends of the bufferingbottom plate 112, and astopping sheet 114 arranged between the bufferinglateral plates 113. The bufferinglateral plates 113 and thestopping sheet 114 are fixed on the bufferingbottom plate 112 by hot pressing. In other embodiments, the bufferinglateral plates 113 and thestopping sheet 114 are integrally formed with the bufferingbottom plate 112. The bufferinglateral plates 113 are respectively arranged with oneinstalling slot set 111, and theinstalling slot set 111 includes twoinstalling slots 111. Thestopping sheet 114 is arranged with twostopping slots 115 corresponding to the twoinstalling slots 111. Theliquid crystal module 300 or the LCD TV 400 are installed within theinstalling slots 111 and thecorresponding stopping slots 115 so as to provide the fixing or buffering function for theliquid crystal module 300 or the LCD TV 400. -
FIGS. 2 a and 2 b are schematic views of thetop buffering member 120 of thebottom buffering member 110 ofFIG. 1 . Thetop buffering member 120 includes afirst surface 120A and asecond surface 120B. Thefirst surface 120A includes twofirst slots 121 corresponding to the twoinstalling slots 111 of thebottom buffering member 110, and thesecond surface 120B includes onesecond slot 122 corresponding to oneinstalling slot set 111 of thebottom buffering member 110. Thefirst slot 121 is for clasping theliquid crystal module 300, and thesecond slot 122 is for clasping the LCD TV 400. As the thickness of the ground-side of the LCD TV 400 is greater to that of theliquid crystal module 300, and thus the width of thesecond slot 122 is larger than that of thefirst slots 121. - As shown in
FIG. 3 , when theliquid crystal module 300 is packed, thebottom buffering member 110 is arranged within thepacking box 200, and then twoliquid crystal modules 300 are installed on thebottom buffering member 110 in sequence. Finally, thefirst surface 120A of thetop buffering member 120 faces downward and then is installed on two up-lateral sides of theliquid crystal module 300. The twofirst slots 121 of thetop buffering member 120 is for clasping theliquid crystal module 300. As shown inFIG. 4 , during the packing process of the LCD TV 400, as the thickness of the sky-side of the LCD TV 400 is the same with that of theliquid crystal module 300, and thus thebottom buffering member 110 may also be adopted to pack theliquid crystal module 300. As the thickness of the LCD TV 400 is larger than that of theliquid crystal module 300, one installing slot set 111 is capable of installing one LCD TV 400. At this moment, thebottom buffering member 110 is arranged on a bottom plate of thepacking box 200, and the LCD TV 400 is arranged within oneinstalling slot 111 of thebottom buffering member 110. Theother installing slot 111, which has not been installed with the LCD TV 400, and the corresponding stoppingslots 115 may be disposed with the base, remote controller, power code of the LCD TV 400. Finally, thesecond surface 120B of twotop buffering members 120 faces downward and then are installed on two up-lateral sides of the LCD TV 400. Thesecond slot 122 of thetop buffering member 120 is for clasping the LCD TV 400. - In the embodiment, the
bottom buffering member 110 and thetop buffering member 120 may be made by expandable polystyrene, which is a newly developed packing material contributing to environmental protection. The above-mentioned material is soft and thus can prevent the liquid crystal module from being damaged due to the buffering function. In other embodiments, foam plastic material, which is light and can reduce shakes, may be selected so to provide buffering function for the liquid crystal module. -
FIG. 5 is a schematic view of the packing box of the packing device in accordance with one embodiment. Thepacking box 200 may be paper boxes or plastic boxes. As plastic boxes are characterized by attributes including better structure, can be repeatedly used, can avoid moisture and water, not only a better protection is provided, but also the cost can be reduced for the reason that it can be repeatedly used. Preferably, thepacking box 200 is a plastic box. - In view of the above, by arranging the first slot for clasping the liquid crystal module and the second slot for clasping the LCD TV, the buffering device and the packing device may be adopted to pack the liquid crystal module and the LCD TV. Not only the packing cost is reduced, but also mass production is facilitated due to simple structure.
- It should be noted that the relational terms herein, such as “first” and “second”, are used only for differentiating one entity or operation, from another entity or operation, which, however do not necessarily require or imply that there should be any real relationship or sequence. Moreover, the terms “comprise”, “include” or any other variations thereof are meant to cover non-exclusive including, so that the process, method, article or device comprising a series of elements do not only comprise those elements, but also comprise other elements that are not explicitly listed or also comprise the inherent elements of the process, method, article or device. In the case that there are no more restrictions, an element qualified by the statement “comprises a . . . ” does not exclude the presence of additional identical elements in the process, method, article or device that comprises the said element.
- It is believed that the present embodiments and their advantages will be understood from the foregoing description, and it will be apparent that various changes may be made thereto without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention or sacrificing all of its material advantages, the examples hereinbefore described merely being preferred or exemplary embodiments of the invention.
Claims (19)
1. A buffering device, comprising:
a bottom buffering member and a top buffering member arranged with a plurality of installing slots, the top buffering member comprises a first surface having a plurality of first slots corresponding to the installing slots and a second surface having a plurality of second slots corresponding to a plurality of installing slot sets.
2. The buffering device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each installing slot set comprises two installing slots, and each second slot corresponds to one installing slot set.
3. The buffering device as claimed in claim 2 , wherein a width of the second slot is larger than the width of the first slot.
4. The buffering device as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the bottom buffering member and the top buffering member are made by expandable polystyrene or by foam plastic material.
5. The buffering device as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the bottom buffering member comprises a buffering bottom plate, buffering lateral plates arranged on the buffering bottom plate and arranged on two ends of the buffering bottom plate, and a stopping sheet arranged between the buffering lateral plates, the installing slots are arranged on the buffering lateral sheets, and the stopping sheet is arranged with stopping slots corresponding to the installing slots.
6. The buffering device as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the buffering lateral plates and the stopping sheet are fixed on the buffering bottom plate by hot pressing.
7. The buffering device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the bottom buffering member and the top buffering member are made by expandable polystyrene or by foam plastic material.
8. The buffering device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the bottom buffering member comprises a buffering bottom plate, buffering lateral plates arranged on the buffering bottom plate and arranged on two ends of the buffering bottom plate, and a stopping sheet arranged between the buffering lateral plates, the installing slots are arranged on the buffering lateral sheets, and the stopping sheet is arranged with stopping slots corresponding to the installing slots.
9. The buffering device as claimed in claim 8 , wherein the buffering lateral plates and the stopping sheet are fixed on the buffering bottom plate by hot pressing.
10. A packing device, comprising:
a packing box and a buffering device installed within the packing box, the buffering device comprises a bottom buffering member and a top buffering member arranged with a plurality of installing slots, and the top buffering member comprises a first surface having a plurality of first slots corresponding to the installing slots and a second surface having a plurality of second slots corresponding to a plurality of installing slot sets.
11. The packing device as claimed in claim 10 , wherein each installing slot set comprises two installing slots, and each second slot corresponds to one installing slot set.
12. The packing device as claimed in claim 11 , wherein a width of the second slot is larger than the width of the first slot.
13. The packing device as claimed in claim 11 , wherein the bottom buffering member and the top buffering member are made by expandable polystyrene or by foam plastic material.
14. The packing device as claimed in claim 11 , wherein the bottom buffering member comprises a buffering bottom plate, buffering lateral plates arranged on the buffering bottom plate and arranged on two ends of the buffering bottom plate, and a stopping sheet arranged between the buffering lateral plates, the installing slots are arranged on the buffering lateral sheets, and the stopping sheet is arranged with stopping slots corresponding to the installing slots.
15. The packing device as claimed in claim 14 , wherein the buffering lateral plates and the stopping sheet are fixed on the buffering bottom plate by hot pressing.
16. The packing device as claimed in claim 14 , wherein the bottom buffering member and the top buffering member are made by expandable polystyrene or by foam plastic material.
17. The packing device as claimed in claim 10 , wherein the bottom buffering member comprises a buffering bottom plate, buffering lateral plates arranged on the buffering bottom plate and arranged on two ends of the buffering bottom plate, and a stopping sheet arranged between the buffering lateral plates, the installing slots are arranged on the buffering lateral sheets, and the stopping sheet is arranged with stopping slots corresponding to the installing slots.
18. The packing device as claimed in claim 17 , wherein the buffering lateral plates and the stopping sheet are fixed on the buffering bottom plate by hot pressing.
19. The packing device as claimed in claim 10 , wherein the packing box is a paper box or a plastic box.
