本发明的目的在于提供一种栈板, 其尺寸大小可调, 适用于不同尺寸 的液晶面板包装, 且占用存储及运输空间小。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种栈板, 包括: 基板、 活动连接于基 板相对两侧的第一副板及连接基板与第一副板的第一连接轴, 该第一连接 轴包括第一基部及由第一基部延伸设置的第一延伸部, 所述第一延伸部靠 近第一基部端设有数个第一弹性卡合键, 所述基板对应第一基部设有第一 容置部, 对应第一延伸部设有第一轨道槽, 所述第一轨道槽内对应第一弹 性卡合键设有数组第一卡合槽, 所述第一基部容置于所述第一容置槽内, 并可在第一容置槽内移动, 所述第一弹性卡合键卡合于对应第一卡合槽 内, 进而将第一连接轴卡合于基板内, 所述第一延伸部自由端固定于所述 第一副板内, 进而将第一副板与基板活动连接。
所述第一副板对应第一连接轴的第一延伸部设有第一安装孔, 所述第 一连接轴的第一延伸部安装于该第一安装孔内, 进而将第一副板活动连接 于基板上。
所述第一连接轴的第一延伸部为圓柱体, 所述第一弹性卡合键环设于 该第一延伸部靠近第一基部的外表面上。
所述第一弹性卡合键为四个, 所述第一轨道槽内的每组第一卡合槽对 应设有四个槽部, 用于卡合该四个第一弹性卡合键。
所述基板为矩形, 其另外两侧还活动连接有第二副板, 该第二副板通 过第二连接轴活动连接于基板上。
所述第二连接轴包括第二基部及由第二基部延伸设置的第二延伸部, 所述第二延伸部靠近第二基部端设有数个第二弹性卡合键, 所述基板对应 第二基部设有第二容置部, 对应第二延伸部设有第二轨道槽, 所述第二轨 道槽内对应第二弹性卡合键设有数组第二卡合槽, 所述第二基部容置于所 述第二容置槽内, 并可在第二容置槽内移动, 所述第二弹性卡合键卡合于 对应第二卡合槽内, 进而将第二连接轴卡合于基板内, 所述第二延伸部自 由端固定于所述第二副板内, 进而将第二副板与基板活动连接。
所述第二副板对应第二连接轴的第二延伸部设有第二安装孔, 所述第 二连接轴的第二延伸部安装于该第二安装孔内, 进而将第二副板活动连接 于基板上。
还包括活动连接于第二副板相对两侧的第三副板, 该第三副板通过第 三连接轴活动连接于第二副板上。
所述第三连接轴包括第三基部及由第三基部延伸设置的第三延伸部, 所述第三延伸部靠近第三基部端设有数个第三弹性卡合键, 所述第二副板 对应第三基部设有第三容置部, 对应第三延伸部设有第三轨道槽, 所述第 三轨道槽内对应第三弹性卡合键设有数组第三卡合槽, 所述第三基部容置 于所述第三容置槽内, 并可在第三容置槽内移动, 所述第三弹性卡合键卡 合于对应第三卡合槽内, 进而将第三连接轴卡合于第二副板内, 所述第三 延伸部自由端固定于所述第三副板内, 进而将第三副板与第二副板活动连 接。
所述第三副板对应第三连接轴的第三延伸部设有第三安装孔, 所述第 三连接轴的第三延伸部安装于该第三安装孔内, 进而将第三副板活动连接 于第二副板上。
本发明还提供一种栈板, 包括: 基板、 活动连接于基板相对两侧的第 一副板及连接基板与第一副板的第一连接轴, 该第一连接轴包括第一基部 及由第一基部延伸设置的第一延伸部, 所述第一延伸部靠近第一基部端设 有数个第一弹性卡合键, 所述基板对应第一基部设有第一容置部, 对应第 一延伸部设有第一轨道槽, 所述第一轨道槽内对应第一弹性卡合键设有数 组第一卡合槽, 所述第一基部容置于所述第一容置槽内, 并可在第一容置 槽内移动, 所述第一弹性卡合键卡合于对应第一卡合槽内, 进而将第一连 接轴卡合于基板内, 所述第一延伸部自由端固定于所述第一副板内, 进而 将第一副板与基板活动连接;
其中, 所述第一副板对应第一连接轴的第一延伸部设有第一安装孔, 所述第一连接轴的第一延伸部安装于该第一安装孔内, 进而将第一副板活 动连接于基板上;
其中, 所述第一连接轴的第一延伸部为圓柱体, 所述第一弹性卡合键 环设于该第一延伸部靠近第一基部的外表面上;
其中, 所述第一弹性卡合键为四个, 所述第一轨道槽内的每组第一卡 合槽对应设有四个槽部, 用于卡合该四个第一弹性卡合键;
其中, 所述基板为矩形, 其另外两侧还活动连接有第二副板, 该第二 副板通过第二连接轴活动连接于基板上;
其中, 所述第二连接轴包括第二基部及由第二基部延伸设置的第二延 伸部, 所述第二延伸部靠近第二基部端设有数个第二弹性卡合键, 所述基 板对应第二基部设有第二容置部, 对应第二延伸部设有第二轨道槽, 所述 第二轨道槽内对应第二弹性卡合键设有数组第二卡合槽, 所述第二基部容 置于所述第二容置槽内, 并可在第二容置槽内移动, 所述第二弹性卡合键 卡合于对应第二卡合槽内, 进而将第二连接轴卡合于基板内, 所述第二延 伸部自由端固定于所述第二副板内, 进而将第二副板与基板活动连接; 其中, 所述第二副板对应第二连接轴的第二延伸部设有第二安装孔, 所述第二连接轴的第二延伸部安装于该第二安装孔内, 进而将第二副板活 动连接于基板上;
还包括活动连接于第二副板相对两侧的第三副板, 该第三副板通过第 三连接轴活动连接于第二副板上;
其中, 所述第三连接轴包括第三基部及由第三基部延伸设置的第三延 伸部, 所述第三延伸部靠近第三基部端设有数个第三弹性卡合键, 所述第 二副板对应第三基部设有第三容置部, 对应第三延伸部设有第三轨道槽, 所述第三轨道槽内对应第三弹性卡合键设有数组第三卡合槽, 所述第三基 部容置于所述第三容置槽内, 并可在第三容置槽内移动, 所述第三弹性卡 合键卡合于对应第三卡合槽内, 进而将第三连接轴卡合于第二副板内, 所 述第三延伸部自由端固定于所述第三副板内, 进而将第三副板与第二副板 活动连接;
其中, 所述第三副板对应第三连接轴的第三延伸部设有第三安装孔, 所述第三连接轴的第三延伸部安装于该第三安装孔内, 进而将第三副板活 动连接于第二副板上。
本发明的有益效果: 本发明提供的栈板, 通过设置连接轴, 使得副板 相对基板及副板与副板之间的位置可调, 进而可以调节栈板的尺寸大小, 使栈板可适用于不同尺寸的液晶面板包装, 且存储及运输时可将栈板压缩 至最小体积, 所占用空间较小, 有效降低运输成本。

为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果, 以下结合本发明 的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图 1 至图 3 , 本发明提供一种栈板, 包括: 基板 2、 活动连接 于基板 2相对两侧的第一副板 4及连接基板 2与第一副板 4的第一连接轴 240, 所述第一副板 4可沿第一连接轴 240相对于基板 2移动, 进而可改 变栈板整体尺寸, 进而扩大了适用范围, 降低了生产成本。
该第一连接轴 240包括第一基部 242及由第一基部 242延伸设置的第 一延伸部 244, 所述第一延伸部 244靠近第一基部 242端设有数个第一弹 性卡合键 246 , 所述基板 2 对应第一基部 242 设有第一容置部 (未图 示) , 对应第一延伸部 244设有第一轨道槽 220, 所述第一轨道槽 220 内 对应第一弹性卡合键 246设有数组第一^ ^合槽 226, 所述第一基部 242容 置于所述第一容置槽内, 并可在第一容置槽内移动, 所述第一弹性卡合键 246卡合于对应第一^ ^合槽 226 内, 进而将第一连接轴 240卡合于基板 2 内, 所述第一延伸部 244 自由端固定于所述第一副板 4内, 进而将第一副 板 4与基板 2活动连接。 所述第一副板 4对应第一连接轴 240的第一延伸部 244设有第一安装 孔 444, 所述第一连接轴 240的第一延伸部 244安装于该第一安装孔 444 内, 进而将第一副板 4活动连接于基板 2上。 所述第一连接轴 240的个数 可根据实际需要设定, 本实施例中, 每一个第一副板 4 均通过两个第一连 接轴 240与基板 2进行连接。
在本实施例中, 所述第一连接轴 240的第一延伸部 244为圓柱体, 所 述第一弹性卡合键 246环设于该第一延伸部 244靠近第一基部 242的外表 面上。 所述第一弹性卡合键 242为四个, 所述第一轨道槽 220内的每组第 一^ ^合槽 226对应设有四个槽部, 用于卡合该四个第一弹性卡合键 246。
当需要大尺寸栈板时, 向外拉第一副板 4, 由于弹性卡合键 246具有 弹性, 其受力时会发生弹性形变, 从靠近第一容置槽端的第一卡合槽 226 内脱出, 并在第一轨道槽 220移动, 当移动至下一组第一^ ^合槽 226时, 弹性形变恢复, 进而卡合于该组第一卡合槽 226 内, 进而实现栈板尺寸的 扩大; 当需要小尺寸栈板时, 将第二副板 4朝向基板 2推进, 即可实现, 方便操作。
值得一提的是, 基板 2、 第二副板 4尺寸可根据实际需要进行设计, 而第一连接轴 240上的第一弹性卡合键 246及第一轨道槽 220内的数组第 一^ ^合槽 226的位置及之间的间距同样可根据实际需要进行设计, 如, 设 计为可运输 28寸、 32寸、 46寸液晶显示面板的栈板, 其具体参数根据实 际需求设定, 并不影响本发明的技术效果。
请参阅图 4至图 6, 本发明栈板的另一实施例的结构示意图, 在本实 施例中, 所述基板 2 为矩形, 其另外两侧还活动连接有第二副板 6, 该第 二副板 6通过第二连接轴 260活动连接于基板 2上。
所述第二连接轴 260包括第二基部 262及由第二基部 262延伸设置的 第二延伸部 264, 所述第二延伸部 264靠近第二基部 262端设有数个第二 弹性卡合键 266, 所述基板 2 对应第二基部 262设有第二容置部 (未图 示) , 对应第二延伸部 264设有第二轨道槽(未图示) , 所述第二轨道槽 内对应第二弹性卡合键 266设有数组第二卡合槽 (未图示) , 所述第二基 部 262容置于所述第二容置槽内, 并可在第二容置槽内移动, 所述第二弹 性卡合键 266卡合于对应第二卡合槽内, 进而将第二连接轴 260卡合于基 板 2内, 所述第二延伸部 264 自由端固定于所述第二副板 6内, 进而将第 二副板 6与基板 2活动连接。
所述第二副板 6对应第二连接轴 260的第二延伸部 266设有第二安装 孔 666, 所述第二连接轴 260的第二延伸部 264安装于该第二安装孔 666 内, 进而将第二副板 6活动连接于基板 2上。 所述第二连接轴 260的个数 可根据实际需要设定, 本实施例中, 每一个第二副板 6 均通过两个第二连 接轴 260与基板 2进行连接。
本实施例中, 所述栈板还包括活动连接于第二副板 6相对两侧的第三 副板 8, 该第三副板 8通过第三连接轴 680活动连接于第二副板 6上。
所述第三连接轴 680包括第三基部 682及由第三基部 682延伸设置的 第三延伸部 682 , 所述第三延伸 684部靠近第三基部 682端设有数个第三 弹性卡合键 686, 所述第二副板 6对应第三基部 682设有第三容置部 (未 图示) , 对应第三延伸部 684设有第三轨道槽(未图示) , 所述第三轨道 槽内对应第三弹性卡合键 686设有数组第三卡合槽(未图示) , 所述第三 基部 682容置于所述第三容置槽内, 并可在第三容置槽内移动, 所述第三 弹性卡合键 686卡合于对应第三卡合槽内, 进而将第三连接轴 680卡合于 第二副板 6内, 所述第三延伸部 684 自由端固定于所述第三副板 8内, 进 而将第三副板 8与第二副板 6活动连接。
所述第三副板 8对应第三连接轴 680的第三延伸部 684设有第三安装 孔 888, 所述第三连接轴 680的第三延伸部 684安装于该第三安装孔 888 内, 进而将第三副板 8活动连接于第二副板 6上。 所述第三连接轴 680的 个数可根据实际需要设定, 本实施例中, 每一个第三副板 8 均通过两个第 三连接轴 680与第二副板 6进行连接。
综上所述, 本发明提供的栈板, 通过设置连接轴, 使得副板相对基板 及副板与副板之间的位置可调, 进而可以调节栈板的尺寸大小, 使栈板可 适用于不同尺寸的液晶面板包装, 且存储及运输时可将栈板压缩至最小体 积, 所占用空间较小, 有效降低运输成本。
以上所述, 对于本领域的普通技术人员来说, 可以根据本发明的技术 方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形, 而所有这些改变和变形 都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

权 利 要 求
1、 一种栈板, 包括: 基板、 活动连接于基板相对两侧的第一副板及 连接基板与第一副板的第一连接轴, 该第一连接轴包括第一基部及由第一 基部延伸设置的第一延伸部, 所述第一延伸部靠近第一基部端设有数个第 一弹性卡合键, 所述基板对应第一基部设有第一容置部, 对应第一延伸部 设有第一轨道槽, 所述第一轨道槽内对应第一弹性卡合键设有数组第一卡 合槽, 所述第一基部容置于所述第一容置槽内, 并可在第一容置槽内移 动, 所述第一弹性卡合键卡合于对应第一卡合槽内, 进而将第一连接轴卡 合于基板内, 所述第一延伸部自由端固定于所述第一副板内, 进而将第一 副板与基板活动连接。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的栈板, 其中, 所述第一副板对应第一连接轴 的第一延伸部设有第一安装孔, 所述第一连接轴的第一延伸部安装于该第 一安装孔内, 进而将第一副板活动连接于基板上。
3、 如权利要求 1 所述的栈板, 其中, 所述第一连接轴的第一延伸部 为圓柱体, 所述第一弹性卡合键环设于该第一延伸部靠近第一基部的外表 面上。
4、 如权利要求 3 所述的栈板, 其中, 所述第一弹性卡合键为四个, 所述第一轨道槽内的每组第一^ ^合槽对应设有四个槽部, 用于卡合该四个 第一弹性卡合键。
5、 如权利要求 1 所述的栈板, 其中, 所述基板为矩形, 其另外两侧 还活动连接有第二副板, 该第二副板通过第二连接轴活动连接于基板上。
6、 如权利要求 5 所述的栈板, 其中, 所述第二连接轴包括第二基部 及由第二基部延伸设置的第二延伸部, 所述第二延伸部靠近第二基部端设 有数个第二弹性卡合键, 所述基板对应第二基部设有第二容置部, 对应第 二延伸部设有第二轨道槽, 所述第二轨道槽内对应第二弹性卡合键设有数 组第二卡合槽, 所述第二基部容置于所述第二容置槽内, 并可在第二容置 槽内移动, 所述第二弹性卡合键卡合于对应第二卡合槽内, 进而将第二连 接轴卡合于基板内, 所述第二延伸部自由端固定于所述第二副板内, 进而 将第二副板与基板活动连接。
7、 如权利要求 6 所述的栈板, 其中, 所述第二副板对应第二连接轴 的第二延伸部设有第二安装孔, 所述第二连接轴的第二延伸部安装于该第 二安装孔内, 进而将第二副板活动连接于基板上。
8、 如权利要求 5 所述的栈板, 还包括活动连接于第二副板相对两侧 的第三副板, 该第三副板通过第三连接轴活动连接于第二副板上。
9、 如权利要求 8 所述的栈板, 其中, 所述第三连接轴包括第三基部 及由第三基部延伸设置的第三延伸部, 所述第三延伸部靠近第三基部端设 有数个第三弹性卡合键, 所述第二副板对应第三基部设有第三容置部, 对 应第三延伸部设有第三轨道槽, 所述第三轨道槽内对应第三弹性卡合键设 有数组第三卡合槽, 所述第三基部容置于所述第三容置槽内, 并可在第三 容置槽内移动, 所述第三弹性卡合键卡合于对应第三卡合槽内, 进而将第 三连接轴卡合于第二副板内, 所述第三延伸部自由端固定于所述第三副板 内, 进而将第三副板与第二副板活动连接。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的栈板, 其中, 所述第三副板对应第三连接轴 的第三延伸部设有第三安装孔, 所述第三连接轴的第三延伸部安装于该第 三安装孔内, 进而将第三副板活动连接于第二副板上。
11、 一种栈板, 包括: 基板、 活动连接于基板相对两侧的第一副板及 连接基板与第一副板的第一连接轴, 该第一连接轴包括第一基部及由第一 基部延伸设置的第一延伸部, 所述第一延伸部靠近第一基部端设有数个第 一弹性卡合键, 所述基板对应第一基部设有第一容置部, 对应第一延伸部 设有第一轨道槽, 所述第一轨道槽内对应第一弹性卡合键设有数组第一卡 合槽, 所述第一基部容置于所述第一容置槽内, 并可在第一容置槽内移 动, 所述第一弹性卡合键卡合于对应第一卡合槽内, 进而将第一连接轴卡 合于基板内, 所述第一延伸部自由端固定于所述第一副板内, 进而将第一 副板与基板活动连接;
其中, 所述第一副板对应第一连接轴的第一延伸部设有第一安装孔, 所述第一连接轴的第一延伸部安装于该第一安装孔内, 进而将第一副板活 动连接于基板上;
其中, 所述第一连接轴的第一延伸部为圓柱体, 所述第一弹性卡合键 环设于该第一延伸部靠近第一基部的外表面上;
其中, 所述第一弹性卡合键为四个, 所述第一轨道槽内的每组第一卡 合槽对应设有四个槽部, 用于卡合该四个第一弹性卡合键;

还包括活动连接于第二副板相对两侧的第三副板, 该第三副板通过第 三连接轴活动连接于第二副板上;
其中, 所述第三连接轴包括第三基部及由第三基部延伸设置的第三延 伸部, 所述第三延伸部靠近第三基部端设有数个第三弹性卡合键, 所述第 二副板对应第三基部设有第三容置部, 对应第三延伸部设有第三轨道槽, 所述第三轨道槽内对应第三弹性卡合键设有数组第三卡合槽, 所述第三基 部容置于所述第三容置槽内, 并可在第三容置槽内移动, 所述第三弹性卡 合键卡合于对应第三卡合槽内, 进而将第三连接轴卡合于第二副板内, 所 述第三延伸部自由端固定于所述第三副板内, 进而将第三副板与第二副板 活动连接;
其中, 所述第三副板对应第三连接轴的第三延伸部设有第三安装孔, 所述第三连接轴的第三延伸部安装于该第三安装孔内, 进而将第三副板活 动连接于第二副板上。
