在本实施例中, 所述緩沖件 2与盒体 1材质相同, 均为緩沖性能好的材料, 比如: EPP、 EPE、 EPS等, 所述緩沖件 2设置在盒体 1侧壁内部的中部区域, 所述緩沖件 2上设有卡持部, 所述盒体 1上设有二个用于固定所述緩沖件的卡 接部, 所述緩沖件 2的卡持部卡接在盒体 1上的卡接部内, 更具体的, 所述卡 持部为卡榫 21 , 所述卡接部为卡槽 11 , 所述卡榫 21卡接在卡槽 11内, 卡榫 21 和卡槽 11配合结构容易装配, 固定可靠, 制造成本较低。
当然, 本实施例中所述卡持部也可以为卡槽, 所述卡接部为卡榫, 所述卡 槽卡接在卡榫上, 只是把卡榫和卡槽的结构进行了筒单的调换, 同样能实现发 明目的, 所述卡榫也可以为矩形的普通卡块。
作为本发明液晶玻璃包装盒的实施例二, 如图 3和图 4所示, 与实施例一 不同之处在于所述緩沖件 2设置在盒体 1内部的四个角落, 盒体上的卡槽 11也 设置在盒体 1的四个角落,卡槽 11上有一条主卡槽和三条宽度较宽的分支卡槽, 緩沖件 2上的卡榫 21可以卡接在任意一条分支卡槽内, 即緩沖件具有三个不同 的放置位置, 从而使液晶玻璃包装盒具有三种不同的容置尺寸, 其它结构与有 益效果均与实施例——致, 此处不再赘述。
当然本发明中緩沖件也可以设置在盒体内部的四个角落和盒体侧壁内部的 中部区域, 使液晶玻璃在角落和中部区域都能得到定位。
作为本发明液晶玻璃包装盒的实施例三, 如图 5和图 6所示, 与实施例一 不同之处在于所述緩沖件 2通过固定件 3设置在盒体 1上两个不同位置, 緩沖 件 2 固定在不同位置时包装盒的容置尺寸不同, 本实施例液晶玻璃包装盒共有 三种不同的容置尺寸, 只使用一组緩沖件就可以与同一盒体组装出二个不同尺 寸的包装盒, 以适应不同尺寸液晶玻璃或液晶玻璃组件的包装需求, 有效降低 包装成本。
本实施例中, 所述固定件 3为螺釘或插销, 所述緩沖件 2上设有通孔, 所 述盒体 1底部设有固定孔, 所述螺釘或插销穿过緩沖件 2上的通孔后, 固定在 盒体 1上的固定孔内, 采用螺釘或插销等固定件 3来固定緩沖件 2是常规的固 定方法, 筒单可靠, 实现容易。
作为本发明液晶玻璃包装盒的实施例四, 如图 7和图 8所示, 与实施例三 不同之处在于所述緩沖件 2与盒体 1材质不同, 且緩沖性能优于盒体的緩沖性 能。 所述盒体 1材质可以为 ABS或 HDPE, 并通过塑胶成型模具成型, 緩沖件 2材质可以为 EPP、 EPE、 EPS等。
本实施例中, 所述固定件 3为螺釘或插销, 所述盒体 1侧壁上端面向内延 伸有固定部 12, 所述固定部 12上设有通孔, 盒体上的固定部 12与盒体底部成 形类似滑道一样的结构, 緩沖件 2可以在滑道内移动, 所述緩沖件 2上对应设 置有固定孔 22, 所述螺釘或插销穿过固定部 12上的通孔后, 固定在緩沖件 2上 的固定孔 22内。 本实施例液晶玻璃包装盒只使用一组緩沖件 2就可以与同一盒体 1组装出 二个不同尺寸的包装盒, 以适应不同尺寸液晶玻璃或液晶玻璃组件的包装需求, 有效降低包装成本。
本发明液晶玻璃包装盒采用分体式结构, 盒体 1和緩沖件 2分别采用不同 材料制成, 緩沖件 2采用緩沖性能好的材料制成, 而盒体 1主要用于固定緩沖 件 2和保证整个包装盒的强度, 所以盒体 1可以采用普通的塑料材质通过塑胶 产品成型模具成型, 而不必再采用具有緩沖效果、 成本高的发泡緩沖材料, 从 而降低包装盒的成本。
当然, 本实施例中, 緩沖件的设置方式也可以和实施例一至三中一致, 均 能实现同样的发明目的, 由于原理相同, 此处不再多述。
以上内容是结合具体的优选实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明, 不 能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。 对于本发明所属技术领域的普通 技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干筒单推演或替 换, 都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种液晶玻璃包装盒, 包括盒体和緩沖件, 所述緩沖件位于盒体侧壁内 表面, 所述緩沖件至少能固定在盒体上两个不同位置, 緩沖件固定在不同位置 时包装盒的容置尺寸不同, 所述緩沖件与盒体材质不同, 且緩沖性能优于盒体 的緩沖性能, 所述盒体材质为 ABS或 HDPE, 并通过塑胶产品成型模具成型, 緩沖件材质为 EPP、 EPE或 EPS, 所述緩沖件设置在盒体内部的四个角落和盒 体侧壁内部的中部区域, 所述緩沖件通过固定件设置在盒体上两个不同位置, 所述固定件为螺釘或插销, 所述盒体侧壁上端面向内延伸有固定部, 所述固定 部上设有通孔, 所述緩沖件上对应设置有固定孔, 所述螺釘或插销穿过固定部 上的通孔后, 固定在緩沖件上的固定孔内。
2、 一种液晶玻璃包装盒, 包括盒体和緩沖件, 所述緩沖件位于盒体侧壁内 表面, 所述緩沖件至少能固定在盒体上两个不同位置, 緩沖件固定在不同位置 时包装盒的容置尺寸不同。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶玻璃包装盒, 其中, 所述緩沖件与盒体材质不 同, 且緩沖性能优于盒体的緩沖性能。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的液晶玻璃包装盒, 其中, 所述盒体材质为 ABS或 HDPE, 并通过塑胶产品成型模具成型, 緩沖件材质为 EPP、 EPE或 EPS。
5、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶玻璃包装盒, 其中, 所述緩沖件设置在盒体内 部的四个角落; 或者设置在盒体侧壁内部的中部区域; 又或者设置在盒体内部 的四个角落和盒体侧壁内部的中部区域。
6、如权利要求 5所述的液晶玻璃包装盒, 其中, 所述緩沖件上设有卡持部, 所述盒体上至少设有二个用于固定所述緩沖件的卡接部, 所述緩沖件的卡持部 卡接在盒体上的卡接部内。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的液晶玻璃包装盒, 其中, 所述卡持部为卡榫, 所述 卡接部为卡槽, 所述卡榫卡接在卡槽内。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的液晶玻璃包装盒, 其中, 所述卡持部为卡槽, 所述 卡接部为卡榫, 所述卡槽卡接在卡榫上。
9、 如权利要求 5所述的液晶玻璃包装盒, 其中, 所述緩沖件通过固定件设 置在盒体上两个不同位置。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的液晶玻璃包装盒, 其中, 所述固定件为螺釘或插 销, 所述緩沖件上设有通孔, 所述盒体底部设有固定孔, 所述螺釘或插销穿过 緩沖件上的通孔后, 固定在盒体上的固定孔内。
11、 如权利要求 9所述的液晶玻璃包装盒, 其中, 所述固定件为螺釘或插 销, 所述盒体侧壁上端面向内延伸有固定部, 所述固定部上设有通孔, 所述緩 沖件上对应设置有固定孔, 所述螺釘或插销穿过固定部上的通孔后, 固定在緩 沖件上的固定孔内。
12、 如权利要求 3 所述的液晶玻璃包装盒, 其中, 所述緩沖件设置在盒体 内部的四个角落; 或者设置在盒体侧壁内部的中部区域; 又或者设置在盒体内 部的四个角落和盒体侧壁内部的中部区 i或。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的液晶玻璃包装盒, 其中, 所述緩沖件上设有卡持 部, 所述盒体上至少设有二个用于固定所述緩沖件的卡接部, 所述緩沖件的卡 持部卡接在盒体上的卡接部内。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的液晶玻璃包装盒, 其中, 所述卡持部为卡榫, 所 述卡接部为卡槽, 所述卡榫卡接在卡槽内。
15、 如权利要求 13所述的液晶玻璃包装盒, 其中, 所述卡持部为卡槽, 所 述卡接部为卡榫, 所述卡槽卡接在卡榫上。
16、 如权利要求 12所述的液晶玻璃包装盒, 其中, 所述緩沖件通过固定件 设置在盒体上两个不同位置。
17、 如权利要求 16所述的液晶玻璃包装盒, 其中, 所述固定件为螺釘或插 销, 所述緩沖件上设有通孔, 所述盒体底部设有固定孔, 所述螺釘或插销穿过 緩沖件上的通孔后, 固定在盒体上的固定孔内。
18、 如权利要求 16所述的液晶玻璃包装盒, 其中, 所述固定件为螺釘或插 销, 所述盒体侧壁上端面向内延伸有固定部, 所述固定部上设有通孔, 所述緩 沖件上对应设置有固定孔, 所述螺釘或插销穿过固定部上的通孔后, 固定在緩 沖件上的固定孔内。
