Description
- The invention relates to the field of packages, and more particularly to a packaging box for liquid crystal glass.
- Conventional liquid crystal display (LCD) devices employ various glass plates and glass components. As a brittle material, glass is easily broken and then scrapped when being knocked or shaken by external force. Even the friction between glass plates possibly causes the glass plates to be scratched or the circuits on the glass substrates to be damaged. Therefore, how to safely and effectively transport liquid crystal glass becomes a crucial issue.
- In the prior art, the frequently-used packaging mode is that: a plurality of liquid crystal glass are stacked and then put in a packaging box, and buffer sheets are arranged among the liquid crystal glass; the packaging box is generally made of expanded polypropylene (EPP), expanded polyethylene (EPE), expanded polystyrene (EPS), etc. The expanded materials have the advantages of better buffer performance, certain hardness, no drop of powdered scraps without worrying about that the environment of the dust-free room is affected. However, the expanded materials are expensive, which do not favor the reduction of packaging cost.
- The application of the China patent of invention whose application number is 200610157354.2 and whose title is packaging box for glass substrates, discloses a packaging box. The containing space of the packaging box is changed by additionally arranging buffer components on the inner surface of the side wall of the packaging box, to facilitate the packaging box to contain glass substrates of different sizes; thus, the glass substrates are freely packaged, and the cost is effectively reduced. To obtain more containing spaces of different sizes, the patent application provides a scheme: adding more buffer components. As shown in FIG. 4 of the patent, another set of buffer components are added on the based of adding one set of buffer components, the newly added buffer components are clamped on the original buffer components, to further reduce the containing space. Thus, the number of the buffer components is increased, so the cost is increased, and the management is difficult.
- In view of the above-mentioned technical problems, the aim of the invention is to provide a packaging box for liquid crystal glass which has low cost and containing spaces of different sizes.
- A first technical scheme of the invention is that: a packaging box for liquid crystal glass comprises a box body and buffer components; the buffer components are positioned on the inner surface of the side wall(s) of the box body, and the buffer components are fixed at least in two different positions of the box body. When the buffer components are fixed in different positions, the containing sizes of the packaging box are different. The buffer components are made of material different from that of the box body and have buffer performance superior to that of the box body. The box body is made of ABS or HDPE and molded by a forming mold for plastic products, and the buffer components are made of EPP, EPE or EPS. The buffer components are arranged on the four corners inside the box body and the middle part inside the side wall(s) of the box body. The buffer components are arranged in two different positions of the box body by fixing pieces. The fixing pieces are screws or plug pins. The upper end surface of the side wall of the box body is inwards extended with a fixing part, the fixing part is provided with through holes, the buffer component(s) is correspondingly provided with fixing holes, and the screws or plug pins are fixed in the fixing holes of the buffer component after penetrating through the through holes of the fixing part.
- A second technical scheme of the invention is that: a packaging box for liquid crystal glass comprises a box body and buffer components; the buffer components are positioned on the inner surface of the side wall(s) of the box body, and the buffer components are fixed at least in two different positions of the box body; when the buffer components are fixed in different positions, the containing sizes of the packaging box are different.
- Preferably, the buffer components are made of material different from that of the box body and have buffer performance superior to that of the box body. The packaging box for liquid crystal glass is of a separated structure; the box body and the buffer components are respectively made of different materials, the buffer components are made of material with high buffer performance, and the box body is mainly used for fixing the buffer components and guaranteeing the strength of the whole packaging box. Thus, the box body can be made of ordinary plastic material and molded by a forming mold for plastic products without being made of expanded buffer material which has buffer effect and high cost, thereby reducing the cost of the packaging box.
- Preferably, the box body is made of ABS or HDPE and molded by a forming mold for plastic products, and the buffer components are made of EPP, EPE or EPS.
- Preferably, the buffer components are arranged on the four corners inside the box body, or arranged on the middle part inside the side wall(s) of the box body, or arranged on the four corners inside the box body and the middle part inside the side wall(s) of the box body.
- Preferably, the buffer components are provided with holding parts, the box body is provided with at least two clamping parts used or fixing the buffer components, and the holding parts of the buffer components are clamped in the clamping parts of the box body.
- Preferably, the holding parts are clamping tenons, and the clamping parts are clamping slots; the clamping tenons are clamped in the clamping slots. The matching structures of the clamping tenons and the clamping slots are easily assembled, and reliably fixed, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost.
- Preferably, the holding parts are clamping slots, and the clamping parts are clamping tenons; the clamping slots are clamped in the clamping tenons.
- Preferably, the buffer components are arranged in two different positions of the box body by fixing pieces. Fixing the buffer components by fixing pieces is a conventional fixing method, which is simple and reliable, and is easy to achieve.
- Preferably, the fixing pieces are screws or plug pins. The buffer component is provided with through holes, the bottom of the box body is provided with fixing holes, and the screws or the plug pins are fixed in the fixing holes of the box body after penetrating through the through holes of the buffer component.
- The fixing pieces are screws or plug pins. The upper end surface of the side wall(s) of the box body is inwards extended with a fixing part, the fixing part is provided with through holes, the buffer component is correspondingly provided with fixing holes, and the screws or plug pins are fixed in the fixing holes of the buffer component after penetrating through the through holes of the fixing part.
- Advantages of the invention are summarized below: the packaging box for liquid crystal glass of the invention is of a separated structure, and comprises a box body and buffer components; the buffer components are positioned on the inner surface of the side wall(s) of the box body, and the buffer components are fixed at least in two different positions of the box body; when the buffer components are fixed in different positions, the containing sizes of the packaging box are different. In the invention, at least two packaging boxes of different sizes can be assembled by only one set of buffer components and the same box body, to meet the packaging requirement of liquid crystal glass or liquid crystal glass components of different sizes, so that the liquid crystal glass of various sizes can share the packaging box and be freely packaged, thereby effectively reducing the packaging cost.
