本实施例中,液晶玻璃的包装装置还包括緩沖片材 5 ,所述緩沖片材 5设置 在相邻的液晶玻璃 6之间, 用于隔开液晶玻璃, 防止液晶玻璃之间的产生摩擦。
作为液晶玻璃包装装置的实施例二, 如图 3和图 4所示, 与实施例一不同 之处在于, 所述上盖 2和托盘 1由同一片塑料片材制成, 上盖 2和托盘 1之间 设有连接部 4, 上盖 2和托盘 1相对翻折后扣合连接。 由于连接部 4的存在, 上 盖 2和托盘 1不会在连接部 4处脱开, 连接更可靠, 另外包装物料种类减少, 方便物料管理。
作为液晶玻璃包装装置的实施例三, 为本发明的最佳实施例,如图 5和图 6 所示, 与实施例一不同之处在于, 包装装置还包括外箱 7和緩沖件, 所述緩沖 件包括上緩沖件 8和下緩沖件 9, 上緩沖件 8和下緩沖件 9上均设有多个用于固 定上盖和托盘的固定腔 83 , 每个固定腔 83可固定一组上盖和托盘的组合。 液晶 玻璃竖放可以方便从外箱中取料, 转为平放时从上盖和托盘内取料更安全。
本实施例中, 所述每个緩沖件上只设有一个固定腔 83 , 且所述緩沖件上的 固定腔 83为开放式结构, 与相邻的緩沖件组成一个完整的固定腔 83 , 所述緩沖 件上设有插槽 81和插块 82,所述插槽 81和插块 82分别设置于緩沖件的两个侧 面上, 所述插槽 81和插块 82分别用于连接与该緩沖件相邻的两个緩沖件。
本发明在上緩沖件和下緩沖件上只设置一个固定腔 83 , 然后通过拼接扩展 的方式灵活调整包装数量, 从而能适应少数的样件包装和大批量的产品包装, 本发明所述外箱 7 可以根据緩沖件的体积而调整。 上緩沖件和下緩沖件形状筒 单, 更方便制造, 平板式结构更不易损坏, 同时在保证原有緩沖效果的前提下 可以节省材料, 从而控制成本。

权利要求
1、 一种液晶玻璃的包装装置, 包括托盘, 所述托盘内设有容置液晶玻璃的 容纳腔, 还包括上盖, 所述上盖扣合固定在托盘上, 所述上盖和托盘上分别对 应设置有卡扣或卡槽, 所述上盖和托盘的外缘均设有固定边, 所述卡扣和卡槽 设置在上盖和托盘的固定边上, 所述卡扣和卡槽设置在上盖和托盘的四个角落 和固定边的中部区域, 所述上盖和托盘的固定边上还设有提手, 所述上盖和托 盘均为塑料片材通过吸塑方式成型, 所述上盖和托盘由同一片塑料片材制成, 上盖和托盘之间设有连接部, 上盖和托盘相对翻折后扣合连接, 所述包装装置 还包括緩沖片材, 所述緩沖片材设置在相邻的液晶玻璃之间, 所述包装装置还 包括外箱和緩沖件,所述緩沖件包括上緩沖件和下緩沖件, 上緩沖件和下緩沖件 上均设有多个用于固定上盖和托盘的固定腔, 每个固定腔可固定一组上盖和托 盘的组合, 每个緩沖件上只设有一个固定腔, 且所述緩沖件上的固定腔为开放 式结构, 与相邻的緩沖件组成一个完整的固定腔, 所述緩沖件上设有插槽和插 块, 所述插槽和插块分别设置于緩沖件的两个侧面上, 所述插槽和插块分别用 于连接与该緩沖件相邻的两个緩沖件。
2、 一种液晶玻璃的包装装置, 包括托盘, 所述托盘内设有容置液晶玻璃的 容纳腔, 还包括上盖, 所述上盖扣合固定在托盘上。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶玻璃的包装装置, 其中, 所述上盖和托盘上分 别对应设置有卡扣或卡槽。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的液晶玻璃的包装装置, 其中, 所述上盖和托盘的外 缘均设有固定边, 所述卡扣和卡槽设置在上盖和托盘的固定边上。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的液晶玻璃的包装装置, 其中, 所述卡扣和卡槽设置 在上盖和托盘的四个角落和固定边的中部区域。
6、 如权利要求 4所述的液晶玻璃的包装装置, 其中, 所述上盖和托盘的固 定边上还设有提手。
7、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶玻璃的包装装置, 其中, 所述上盖和托盘均为 塑料片材通过吸塑方式成型。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的液晶玻璃的包装装置, 其中, 所述上盖和托盘均为 塑料片材通过吸塑方式成型。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的液晶玻璃的包装装置, 其中, 所述上盖和托盘由同 一片塑料片材制成, 上盖和托盘之间设有连接部, 上盖和托盘相对翻折后扣合 连接。
10、 如权利要求 8所述的液晶玻璃的包装装置, 其中, 所述上盖和托盘由 同一片塑料片材制成, 上盖和托盘之间设有连接部, 上盖和托盘相对翻折后扣 合连接。
11、 如权利要求 2 所述的液晶玻璃的包装装置, 其中, 还包括緩沖片材, 所述緩沖片材设置在相邻的液晶玻璃之间。
12、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶玻璃的包装装置, 其中, 还包括外箱和緩沖 件,所述緩沖件包括上緩沖件和下緩沖件, 上緩沖件和下緩沖件上均设有多个用 于固定上盖和托盘的固定腔, 每个固定腔可固定一组上盖和托盘的组合。
13、 如权利要求 6所述的液晶玻璃的包装装置, 其中, 还包括外箱和緩沖 件,所述緩沖件包括上緩沖件和下緩沖件, 上緩沖件和下緩沖件上均设有多个用 于固定上盖和托盘的固定腔, 每个固定腔可固定一组上盖和托盘的组合。
14、 如权利要求 12所述的液晶玻璃的包装装置, 其中, 每个緩沖件上只设 有一个固定腔, 且所述緩沖件上的固定腔为开放式结构, 与相邻的緩沖件组成 一个完整的固定腔, 所述緩沖件上设有插槽和插块, 所述插槽和插块分别设置 于緩沖件的两个侧面上, 所述插槽和插块分别用于连接与该緩沖件相邻的两个 緩沖件。
15、 如权利要求 13所述的液晶玻璃的包装装置, 其中, 每个緩沖件上只设 有一个固定腔, 且所述緩沖件上的固定腔为开放式结构, 与相邻的緩沖件组成 一个完整的固定腔, 所述緩沖件上设有插槽和插块, 所述插槽和插块分别设置 于緩沖件的两个侧面上, 所述插槽和插块分别用于连接与该緩沖件相邻的两个 緩沖件。
