Abstract
本發明提出了一種緩衝包裝裝置,用於包裝多個電子裝置,緩衝包裝裝置包括承載模組,承載模組包括承托板與多個插片,承托板包括底板及與底板垂直連接的第一側板、第二側板與連接板,第一側板與第二側板平行且相對設置,連接板連接於第一側板與第二側板之間,插片相互平行,每個插片可拆卸地連接在底板上,插片包括主體部及凸設於主體部一端的第一限位部,一個插片的第一限位部與第一側板相抵持,其餘的每個插片的第一限位部均與相鄰插片的主體部相抵持,從而相鄰的兩個插片的主體部之間具有相等的間隙,間隙用於收容電子裝置。
Description
本發明涉及包裝領域,特別是一種用於電子裝置的緩衝包裝裝置。
目前,液晶電視、液晶顯示幕等電子裝置通常是以玻璃作為基板,在上述電子裝置的生產過程中,經常需要將電子裝置在不同工序之間運輸,而在運輸過程中,需要將電子裝置容納於一具有緩衝能力的包裝裝置中,以避免在運輸過程中遭到外力的撞擊而損壞。
傳統的包裝裝置包括相對設置的上托與下托,下托上設有多個間隔板,多個電子裝置由間隔板隔開並固定在上托與下托之間。然而,傳統的包裝裝置中,下托與間隔板為一體結構,包裝裝置僅適用於一種特定尺寸的電子裝置。因此,當電子裝置的尺寸發生變更時,需要設計新的模具來製造下托,不僅浪費工時,還造成包裝裝置的成本較高。
鑒於上述狀況,有必要提供一種緩衝包裝裝置,以解決上述問題。
一種緩衝包裝裝置,用於包裝多個電子裝置,所述緩衝包裝裝置包括承載模組,所述承載模組包括承托板與設於所述承托板上的多個插片,所述承托板包括底板以及與所述底板垂直連接的第一側板、第二側板與連接板,所述第一側板與所述第二側板平行且相對設置,所述連接板連接於所述第一側板與所述第二側板之間,多個所述插片相互平行,每個所述插片可拆卸地連接在所述底板上,所述插片包括主體部及凸設於所述主體部一端的第一限位部,一個所述插片的第一限位部與所述第一側板相抵持,其餘的每個所述插片的第一限位部均與相鄰的所述插片的主體部相抵持,從而相鄰的兩個所述插片的所述主體部之間具有相等的間隙,所述間隙用於收容電子裝置。
上述緩衝包裝裝置包括承托板與多個設於所述承托板上的插片,每個所述插片可拆卸地連接在所述底板上,相鄰的兩個所述插片的所述主體部之間具有相等的間隙,從而所述緩衝包裝裝置能夠包裝多個電子裝置,在電子裝置的運輸過程中起到緩衝與保護的作用。並且,上述插片方便更換,上述承托板可以適用於不同尺寸的電子裝置,無需再開發新模具來製造承托板,節省了緩衝包裝裝置的成本。
下面將結合本發明實施例中的附圖,對本發明實施例中的技術方案進行清楚、完整地描述,顯然,所描述的實施例僅是本發明一部分實施例,而不是全部的實施例。基於本發明中的實施例,本領域普通技術人員在沒有做出創造性勞動前提下所獲得的所有其他實施例,都屬於本發明保護的範圍。
需要說明的是,當一個元件被認為是“連接”另一個元件,它可以是直接連接到另一個元件或者可能同時存在居中設置的元件。當一個元件被認為是“設置在”另一個元件,它可以是直接設置在另一個元件上或者可能同時存在居中設置的元件。
除非另有定義,本文所使用的所有的技術與科學術語與屬於本發明的技術領域的技術人員通常理解的含義相通。本文中在本發明的說明書中所使用的術語只是為了描述具體的實施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本發明。本文所使用的術語“及/或”包括一個或多個相關的所列項目的任意的與所有的組合。
請參照圖1,本發明提供一種緩衝包裝裝置100,用於包裝多個電子裝置。緩衝包裝裝置100包括相對設置的覆蓋模組10與承載模組20。較佳地,覆蓋模組10與承載模組20均為保麗龍材質。
覆蓋模組10包括兩個間隔設置的覆蓋板11,覆蓋板11呈矩形,每個覆蓋板11朝向承載模組20的一側設有多個收容槽111,多個收容槽111均勻間隔設置,每個收容槽111大致呈矩形。
承載模組20包括兩個間隔設置的承托板21,兩個覆蓋板11分別與兩個承托板21相對應。每個承托板21上設有多個插片22,多個插片22相互平行且依次連接,每個插片22可拆卸地連接在承托板21上。
請同時參照圖2與圖3,承托板21包括底板211,以及與底板垂直連接的第一側板212、第二側板213與連接板214。第一側板212與第二側板213平行且相對設置,連接板214連接於第一側板212與第二側板213之間。在本實施方式中,底板211、第一側板212、第二側板213及連接板214為一體成型結構。
底板211上設有凸肋2111,凸肋2111呈條形,且凸肋2111的兩端分別延伸至第一側板212與第二側板213。在本實施方式中,凸肋2111的數量為四個,但不限於此,凸肋2111的數量也可為一個或多個。
第一側板212朝向插片22的表面上設有凸塊2121,凸塊2121與凸肋2111相連接。在本實施方式中,凸塊2121的數量為四個,但不限於此,凸塊2121的數量也可為一個或多個。
連接板214遠離底板211的頂面設有凹陷部2141,凹陷部2141呈條形,且凹陷部2141的兩端分別延伸至第一側板212與第二側板213,因此,連接板214的頂部呈臺階狀。
請參照圖4,第二側板213朝向插片22的表面上設有凹槽2131,凹槽2131呈條形且沿著與底板211垂直的方向延伸。凹槽2131與凸肋2111相連接。在本實施方式中,凹槽2131的數量為四個,但不限於此,凹槽2131的數量也可為一個或多個。
請同時參照圖2、圖3與圖5,插片22包括主體部221及凸設於主體部221上的第一限位部222與第二限位部223。
主體部221大致呈板狀,主體部221朝向第一側板212的表面與朝向第二側板213的表面上分別設有凸起部2211,凸起部2211呈條形且與底板211垂直。與第二側板213相鄰的插片22上的凸起部2211與第二側板213上的凹槽2131相卡合,其餘的凸起部2211用於接觸電子裝置。在本實施方式中,凸起部2211的數量為多個,且多個凸起部2211平行且間隔設置,可以理解,凸起部2211的數量也可為一個。
主體部221朝向底板211的底面設有卡槽2212,卡槽2212與凸肋2111相卡持,從而插片22可與底板211相連接。在本實施方式中,卡槽2212的數量為多個,且分別與多個凸肋2111相對應。
第一限位部222與第二限位部223設於主體部221朝向第一側板212的表面上。
第一限位部222位於主體部221的邊緣並與主體部221相垂直,在本實施方式中,第一限位元部222位於主體部221遠離底板211的一側,並與連接板214相連接。具體地,第一限位部222與連接板214上的凹陷部2141相卡持。
一個插片22的第一限位部222與第一側板212相抵持,其餘的每個插片22的第一限位部222均與相鄰的插片22的主體部221相抵持,從而相鄰的兩個插片22的主體部221之間具有相等的間隙23,間隙23用於收容電子裝置。
第二限位部223設於主體部221遠離連接板214的一側且與底板211相接觸,第二限位部223與第一限位部222在連接板214的延伸方向上的長度相等。第一限位部222與第二限位部223使多個插片22的主體部221能夠間隔相等的間隙23,從而方便在插片22之間的間隙23中放置電子裝置。多個間隙23分別與覆蓋模組10上的多個收容槽111(請參圖1)相對應。
使用時,將多個電子裝置的兩端分別放置於兩個承托板21中,一個電子裝置位於第一側板212與相鄰的插片22之間,其餘的每個電子裝置分別位於相鄰的兩個插片22之間,然後將覆蓋模組10覆蓋在電子裝置上,從而上述緩衝包裝裝置100能夠包裝與保護多個電子裝置,上述緩衝包裝裝置100也可以收容在一包裝箱中,從而穩定地包裝電子裝置。上述緩衝包裝裝置100能夠為電子裝置提供保護與緩衝,防止電子裝置在運輸過程中受到損傷。
另外,由於多個插片22可拆卸地連接在承托板21上,易於更換。當電子裝置的尺寸發生變更時,只需更換插片22即可,承托板21可以適用於多種尺寸的電子裝置,無需重新開發承托板21的模具,從而節省了緩衝包裝裝置100的製造成本。
可以理解,在其他實施方式中,覆蓋板11與承托板21的數量也可分別為一個。
可以理解,在其他實施方式中,覆蓋模組10也可取消。
可以理解,在其他實施方式中,插片22可以僅包括第一限位部222與第二限位部223中的一種,仍可以使多個插片22之間具有相等的間隙23。
可以理解,在其他實施方式中,底板211上的凸肋2111可以取代為卡槽,相應地,插片22的主體部221上可設置凸條,只要插片22能夠與底板211可拆卸地相連接即可。
可以理解,在其他實施方式中,插片22上的凸起部2211可以取消,主體部221與電子裝置相接觸即可。
可以理解,在其他實施方式中,緩衝包裝裝置100也可採用紙、塑膠或其他材料。

- 一種緩衝包裝裝置,用於包裝多個電子裝置,所述緩衝包裝裝置包括承載模組,其改良在於:所述承載模組包括承托板與設於所述承托板上的多個插片,所述承托板包括底板以及與所述底板垂直連接的第一側板、第二側板與連接板,所述第一側板與所述第二側板平行且相對設置,所述連接板連接於所述第一側板與所述第二側板之間,多個所述插片相互平行,每個所述插片可拆卸地連接在所述底板上,所述插片包括主體部及凸設於所述主體部一端的第一限位部,一個所述插片的第一限位部與所述第一側板相抵持,其餘的每個所述插片的第一限位部均與相鄰的所述插片的主體部相抵持,從而相鄰的兩個所述插片的所述主體部之間具有相等的間隙,所述間隙用於收容電子裝置。
- 如請求項1所述之緩衝包裝裝置,其中所述底板上設有凸肋,所述凸肋的兩端分別延伸至所述第一側板與所述第二側板,所述插片的主體部朝向所述底板的一側設有卡槽,所述卡槽與所述凸肋相卡持。
- 如請求項1所述之緩衝包裝裝置,其中所述第一限位部位於所述主體部遠離所述底板的一側,並與所述連接板相連接。
- 如請求項3所述之緩衝包裝裝置,其中所述連接板遠離所述底板的頂面設有凹陷部,所述凹陷部的兩端分別延伸至所述第一側板與所述第二側板,所述第一限位部與所述凹陷部相卡持。
- 如請求項4所述之緩衝包裝裝置,其中所述插片還包括凸設於所述主體部上的第二限位部,所述第二限位部設於所述主體部遠離所述連接板的一側且與所述底板相接觸,所述第二限位部與所述第一限位部在連接板的延伸方向上的長度相等。
- 如請求項1所述之緩衝包裝裝置,其中所述插片的所述主體部朝向第一側板的表面與朝向第二側板的表面上分別設有凸起部,所述凸起部呈條形且與所述底板相垂直,所述凸起部用於接觸所述電子裝置。
- 如請求項6所述之緩衝包裝裝置,其中所述第二側板朝向所述插片的一側設有凹槽,與所述第二側板相鄰的所述插片上的凸起部與所述凹槽相卡合。
- 如請求項1所述之緩衝包裝裝置,其中所述緩衝包裝裝置還包括覆蓋模組,所述覆蓋模組包括覆蓋板,所述覆蓋板朝向所述承托板的一側設有多個收容槽,每個所述收容槽分別與一個所述間隙相對應。
- 如請求項8所述之緩衝包裝裝置,其中所述覆蓋板、所述承托板的數量分別為兩個,兩個覆蓋板間隔設置,兩個承托板間隔設置,且兩個所述覆蓋板分別與兩個所述承托板相對應,所述覆蓋模組與所述承載模組均為保麗龍材質。
- 如請求項1所述之緩衝包裝裝置,其中所述底板、所述第一側板、所述第二側板及所述連接板為一體成型結構。
