Abstract
本发明提出一种缓冲包装装置,用于包装多个电子装置,缓冲包装装置包括承载模组,承载模组包括承托板和设于承托板上的多个插片,承托板包括底板以及与底板垂直连接的第一侧板、第二侧板和连接板,第一侧板与第二侧板平行且相对设置,连接板连接于第一侧板与第二侧板之间,所述插片相互平行,每个插片可拆卸地连接在底板上,插片包括主体部及凸设于主体部一端的第一限位部,一个插片的第一限位部与第一侧板相抵持,其余的每个插片的第一限位部均与相邻的插片的主体部相抵持,从而多个插片的主体部之间具有相等的间隙,间隙用于收容电子装置。上述缓冲包装装置的插片方便更换,上述承托板可以适用于不同尺寸的电子装置,节省了缓冲包装装置的成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装领域,特别是一种用于电子装置的缓冲包装装置。
背景技术
目前,液晶电视、液晶显示屏等电子装置通常是以玻璃作为基板,在上述电子装置的生产过程中,经常需要将电子装置在不同工序之间运输,而在运输过程中,需要将电子装置容纳于一具有缓冲能力的包装装置中,以避免在运输过程中遭到外力的撞击而损坏。
传统的包装装置包括相对设置的上托和下托,下托上设有多个间隔板,多个电子装置由间隔板隔开并固定在上托和下托之间。然而,传统的包装装置中,下托与间隔板为一体结构,包装装置仅适用于一种特定尺寸的电子装置。因此,当电子装置的尺寸发生变更时,需要设计新的模具来制造下托,不仅浪费工时,还造成包装装置的成本较高。
发明内容
鉴于上述状况,有必要提供一种缓冲包装装置,以解决上述问题。
一种缓冲包装装置,用于包装多个电子装置,所述缓冲包装装置包括承载模组,所述承载模组包括承托板和设于所述承托板上的多个插片,所述承托板包括底板以及与所述底板垂直连接的第一侧板、第二侧板和连接板,所述第一侧板与所述第二侧板平行且相对设置,所述连接板连接于所述第一侧板与所述第二侧板之间,多个所述插片相互平行,每个所述插片可拆卸地连接在所述底板上,所述插片包括主体部及凸设于所述主体部一端的第一限位部,一个所述插片的第一限位部与所述第一侧板相抵持,其余的每个所述插片的第一限位部均与相邻的所述插片的主体部相抵持,从而多个所述插片的所述主体部之间具有相等的间隙,所述间隙用于收容电子装置。
上述缓冲包装装置包括承托板和多个设于所述承托板上的插片,每个所述插片可拆卸地连接在所述底板上,多个所述插片的所述主体部之间具有相等的间隙,从而所述缓冲包装装置能够包装多个电子装置,在电子装置的运输过程中起到缓冲和保护的作用。并且,上述插片方便更换,上述承托板可以适用于不同尺寸的电子装置,无需再开发新模具来制造承托板,节省了缓冲包装装置的成本。

请参照图1,本发明提供一种缓冲包装装置100,用于包装多个电子装置。缓冲包装装置100包括相对设置的覆盖模组10和承载模组20。较佳地,覆盖模组10和承载模组20均为保丽龙材质。
覆盖模组10包括两个间隔设置的覆盖板11,覆盖板11呈矩形,每个覆盖板11朝向承载模组20的一侧设有多个收容槽111,多个收容槽111均匀间隔设置,每个收容槽111大致呈矩形。
承载模组20包括两个间隔设置的承托板21,两个覆盖板11分别与两个承托板21相对应。每个承托板21上设有多个插片22,多个插片22相互平行且依次连接,每个插片22可拆卸地连接在承托板21上。
请同时参照图2与图3,承托板21包括底板211,以及与底板垂直连接的第一侧板212、第二侧板213和连接板214。第一侧板212与第二侧板213平行且相对设置,连接板214连接于第一侧板212与第二侧板213之间。在本实施方式中,底板211、第一侧板212、第二侧板213及连接板214为一体成型结构。
底板211上设有凸肋2111,凸肋2111呈条形,且凸肋2111的两端分别延伸至第一侧板212与第二侧板213。在本实施方式中,凸肋2111的数量为四个,但不限于此,凸肋2111的数量也可为一个或多个。
第一侧板212朝向插片22的表面上设有凸块2121,凸块2121与凸肋2111相连接。在本实施方式中,凸块2121的数量为四个,但不限于此,凸块2121的数量也可为一个或多个。
连接板214远离底板211的顶面设有凹陷部2141,凹陷部2141呈条形,且凹陷部2141的两端分别延伸至第一侧板212与第二侧板213,因此,连接板214的顶部呈台阶状。
请参照图4,第二侧板213朝向插片22的表面上设有凹槽2131,凹槽2131呈条形且沿着与底板211垂直的方向延伸。凹槽2131与凸肋2111相连接。在本实施方式中,凹槽2131的数量为四个,但不限于此,凹槽2131的数量也可为一个或多个。
请同时参照图2、图3与图5,插片22包括主体部221及凸设于主体部221上的第一限位部222与第二限位部223。
主体部221大致呈板状,主体部221朝向第一侧板212的表面和朝向第二侧板213的表面上分别设有凸起部2211,凸起部2211呈条形且与底板211垂直。与第二侧板213相邻的插片22上的凸起部2211与第二侧板213上的凹槽2131相卡合,其余的凸起部2211用于接触电子装置。在本实施方式中,凸起部2211的数量为多个,且多个凸起部2211平行且间隔设置,可以理解,凸起部2211的数量也可为一个。
主体部221朝向底板211的底面设有卡槽2212,卡槽2212与凸肋2111相卡持,从而插片22可与底板211相连接。在本实施方式中,卡槽2212的数量为多个,且分别与多个凸肋2111相对应。
第一限位部222与第二限位部223设于主体部221朝向第一侧板212的表面上。
第一限位部222位于主体部221的边缘并与主体部221相垂直,在本实施方式中,第一限位部222位于主体部221远离底板211的一侧,并与连接板214相连接。具体地,第一限位部222与连接板214上的凹陷部2141相卡持。
一个插片22的第一限位部222与第一侧板212相抵持,其余的每个插片22的第一限位部222均与相邻的插片22的主体部221相抵持,从而多个插片22的主体部221之间具有相等的间隙23,间隙23用于收容电子装置。
第二限位部223设于主体部221远离连接板214的一侧且与底板211相接触,第二限位部223与第一限位部222在连接板214的延伸方向上的长度相等。第一限位部222与第二限位部223使多个插片22的主体部221能够间隔相等的间隙23,从而方便在插片22之间的间隙23中放置电子装置。多个间隙23分别与覆盖模组10上的多个收容槽111(请参图1)相对应。
使用时,将多个电子装置的两端分别放置于两个承托板21中,一个电子装置位于第一侧板212与相邻的插片22之间,其余的每个电子装置分别位于相邻的两个插片22之间,然后将覆盖模组10覆盖在电子装置上,从而上述缓冲包装装置100能够包装和保护多个电子装置,上述缓冲包装装置100也可以收容在一包装箱中,从而稳定地包装电子装置。上述缓冲包装装置100能够为电子装置提供保护和缓冲,防止电子装置在运输过程中受到损伤。
另外,由于多个插片22可拆卸地连接在承托板21上,易于更换。当电子装置的尺寸发生变更时,只需更换插片22即可,承托板21可以适用于多种尺寸的电子装置,无需重新开发承托板21的模具,从而节省了缓冲包装装置100的制造成本。
可以理解,在其他实施方式中,覆盖板11和承托板21的数量也可分别为一个。
可以理解,在其他实施方式中,覆盖模组10也可取消。
可以理解,在其他实施方式中,插片22可以仅包括第一限位部222和第二限位部223中的一种,仍可以使多个插片22之间具有相等的间隙23。
可以理解,在其他实施方式中,底板211上的凸肋2111可以取代为卡槽,相应地,插片22的主体部221上可设置凸条,只要插片22能够与底板211可拆卸地相连接即可。
可以理解,在其他实施方式中,插片22上的凸起部2211可以取消,主体部221与电子装置相接触即可。
可以理解,在其他实施方式中,缓冲包装装置100也可采用纸、塑料或其他材料。

1.一种缓冲包装装置,用于包装多个电子装置,所述缓冲包装装置包括承载模组,其特征在于:所述承载模组包括承托板和设于所述承托板上的多个插片,所述承托板包括底板以及与所述底板垂直连接的第一侧板、第二侧板和连接板,所述第一侧板与所述第二侧板平行且相对设置,所述连接板连接于所述第一侧板与所述第二侧板之间,多个所述插片相互平行,每个所述插片可拆卸地连接在所述底板上,所述插片包括主体部及凸设于所述主体部一端的第一限位部,一个所述插片的第一限位部与所述第一侧板相抵持,其余的每个所述插片的第一限位部均与相邻的所述插片的主体部相抵持,从而多个所述插片的所述主体部之间具有相等的间隙,所述间隙用于收容电子装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的缓冲包装装置,其特征在于:所述底板上设有凸肋,所述凸肋的两端分别延伸至所述第一侧板与所述第二侧板,所述插片的主体部朝向所述底板的一侧设有卡槽,所述卡槽与所述凸肋相卡持。
3.如权利要求1所述的缓冲包装装置,其特征在于:所述第一限位部位于所述主体部远离所述底板的一侧,并与所述连接板相连接。
4.如权利要求3所述的缓冲包装装置,其特征在于:所述连接板远离所述底板的顶面设有凹陷部,所述凹陷部的两端分别延伸至所述第一侧板与所述第二侧板,所述第一限位部与所述凹陷部相卡持。
5.如权利要求4所述的缓冲包装装置,其特征在于:所述插片还包括凸设于所述主体部上的第二限位部,所述第二限位部设于所述主体部远离所述连接板的一侧且与所述底板相接触,所述第二限位部与所述第一限位部在连接板的延伸方向上的长度相等。
6.如权利要求1所述的缓冲包装装置,其特征在于:所述插片的所述主体部朝向第一侧板的表面和朝向第二侧板的表面上分别设有凸起部,所述凸起部呈条形且与所述底板相垂直,所述凸起部用于接触所述电子装置。
7.如权利要求6所述的缓冲包装装置,其特征在于:所述第二侧板朝向所述插片的一侧设有凹槽,与所述第二侧板相邻的所述插片上的凸起部与所述凹槽相卡合。
8.如权利要求1所述的缓冲包装装置,其特征在于:所述缓冲包装装置还包括覆盖模组,所述覆盖模组包括覆盖板,所述覆盖板朝向所述承托板的一侧设有多个收容槽,每个所述收容槽分别与一个所述间隙相对应。
9.如权利要求8所述的缓冲包装装置,其特征在于:所述覆盖板、所述承托板的数量分别为两个,两个覆盖板间隔设置,两个承托板间隔设置,且两个所述覆盖板分别与两个所述承托板相对应,所述覆盖模组与所述承载模组均为保丽龙材质。
10.如权利要求1所述的缓冲包装装置,其特征在于:所述底板、所述第一侧板、所述第二侧板及所述连接板为一体成型结构。
