Abstract
本发明公开了一种包装装置,用于包装液晶模组,所述包装装置包括多个包装单体,各包装单体均具有容置液晶模组的容置槽,且所述包装装置还包括用于将所述多个包装单体并排组装在一起的组装单元。由此,在液晶模组搬运阶段,可以利用组装单元将多个包装单体并排组装在一起,将多块液晶模组包装在一个箱体内,同时,在液晶显示器整机(例如液晶电视、液晶电脑)搬运阶段,可以将多个包装单体拆解,利用一个包装单体对应地包装一个液晶显示器整机,这样一来,能够节省对包装单体的回收成本,防止包装材料的浪费。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于液晶平板显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种液晶模组和液晶显示器整机可共用的包装装置。
背景技术
液晶电视、液晶电脑等液晶显示器越来越受到大众的欢迎。这些液晶显示器所用到的液晶模组也逐渐向轻薄化方向发展。对此,对于生产液晶模组的厂商需要十分重视液晶模组的保护,对液晶模组的包装保护显得至关重要。一般而言,液晶模组组装厂将液晶模组组装好之后,直接出货给液晶显示器整机(例如液晶电视)系统厂商,系统厂商加上外壳,电路板以及电源线、说明书等后再销售出去。这个过程中,液晶显示器的包装装置到达系统厂商端之后,要么废弃要么回收再利用。如果采取直接废弃,则会导致包装装置的浪费,从而浪费成本。如果采取回收,将包装装置回收到液晶模组组装厂再利用,则需要耗费人力物力进行运输。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种包装装置,其不但可以用于包装液晶模组,还可以用于包装液晶显示器整机,能够节省回收成本。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现:一种包装装置,用于包装液晶模组,所述包装装置包括多个包装单体,各包装单体均具有容置液晶模组的容置槽,且所述包装装置还包括用于将所述多个包装单体并排组装在一起的组装单元。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述组装单元包括至少一块连接板,且所述多个包装单体上设有与连接板相配合的连接槽。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述组装单元包括两块连接板,且所述多个包装单体上设有两个连接槽,所述两块连接板分别卡接在所述两个连接槽内。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述连接槽设置在所述多个包装单体的底部。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述连接板上设有多个突块,所述连接槽上设有与所述多个突块对应的凹槽。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述包装装置包括4个包装单体。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述连接板为瓦楞纸板或PP中空板。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述包装单体为由泡沫塑料或珍珠棉制成的缓冲块。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述组装单元包括设置在各包装单体的侧面的粘贴构件,所述多个包装单体之间通过所述粘贴构件连接在一起。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述粘贴构件为粘扣带。
本发明的有益效果是:根据本发明的包装装置,该包装装置包括用于将所述多个包装单体并排组装在一起的组装单元,由此,在液晶模组搬运阶段,可以利用组装单元将多个包装单体并排组装在一起,将多块液晶模组包装在一个箱体内,同时,在液晶显示器整机(例如液晶电视、液晶电脑)搬运阶段,可以将多个包装单体拆解,利用一个包装单体对应地包装一个液晶显示器整机,这样一来,能够节省对包装单体的回收成本,防止包装材料的浪费。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行进一步的说明。
首先结合附图1至5介绍本发明的第一实施例。本发明的包装装置用于包装液晶模组,且同时可以用于包装液晶显示器整机(例如液晶电视)。如图1至图3所示,所述包装装置包括多个包装单体120、130、140、150。包装单体120、130、140、150的结构相同。各包装单体120、130、140、150分别具有容置液晶模组的容置槽122、132、142、152。具体而言,如图3所示,包装单体120具有容置液晶模组的容置槽122;包装单体130具有容置液晶模组的容置槽132;包装单体140具有容置液晶模组的容置槽142;包装单体150具有容置液晶模组的容置槽152。容置槽122、132、142、152的形状及大小与液晶模组的形状及大小相互适配。
如图2所示,本发明的包装装置还包括用于将所述多个包装单体120、130、140、150并排组装在一起的组装单元160。在该第一实施例中,所述组装单元160包括至少一块连接板200。如图1至图3所示,本实施例中,所述组装单元160包括两块连接板200。所述多个包装单体120、130、140、150上设有与两块连接板200相配合的连接槽112、114。图中仅在包装单体150上标示了连接槽112、114,但其它包装单体120、130、140上也同样设置了连接槽112、114。如图1和图2所示,包装单体120、130、140、150上的连接槽112、114对齐,形成一条与两块连接板200过盈配合的连接槽。换言之,如图1和图2所示,连接板200插接在连接槽112、114内。而且,如图1至图3所示,所述连接槽112、114设置在所述多个包装单体100、120、130、140、150的底部。
由于各包装单体120、130、140、150的结构相同,所以仅对包装单体150的结构进行详细说明,省略对包装单体120、130、140的说明。如图4所示,该图显示了包装单体150的底部结构。该包装单体150包括本体101和连接槽112、114。连接槽112与连接槽114结构相同。如图5所示,所述连接板200上设有多个突块204、208。所述连接槽112、114上设有与所述多个突块204、208对应的凹槽104、108。本实施例中,所述连接板200上各设有4个突块204、208。在4个包装单体120、130、140、150通过连接板200并排组装在一起的状态下,突块204嵌入凹槽104内,突块208嵌入凹槽108内。由此,通过连接板200将4个包装单体120、130、140、150可靠地组装在一起,4个包装单体120、130、140、150不容易相互脱离。
本发明的包装装置中,所述包装单体120、130、140、150为由泡沫塑料或珍珠棉制成的缓冲块。在本发明的一个具体应用例中,该所述包装单体120、130、140、150在对液晶模组进行包装时,位于箱体的底部,作为下缓冲件使用。其中,泡沫塑料也称保丽龙,其是由聚苯乙烯(Polystyrene,PS)加发泡剂后高温发泡形成的一种材料。珍珠棉也称聚乙烯发泡棉,又称EPE珍珠棉,是一种新型环保的包装材料。
此外,本实施例中,所述连接板200为瓦楞纸板或PP中空板。其中,所述连接板200优选为PP中空板。PP中空板可以起到防潮的功效,可以多次回收使用。其中,瓦楞纸板由一层或多层瓦楞纸黏合在一张箱纸板上或几张纸板之间所组成的纸板。PP中空板(英文:polypropylene hollow sheet),是聚丙烯原料掺合聚乙烯原料经过中空板生产线挤出成型,板材的截面为格子形状,因此也叫格子中空板。
下面结合附图6至7介绍本发明的第二实施例。本实施例中,所述组装单元160包括设置在各包装单体310、320、330、340的侧面314的粘贴构件316。由此,所述多个包装单体310、320、330、340之间通过所述粘贴构件316连接在一起。如图6所示,包装单体340也具有容置液晶模组的容置槽302。与第一实施例的包装单体不同之处在于,包装单体310、320、330、340上没有设置连接槽。而且,本实施例中,所述粘贴构件316为粘扣带。由此,无需在包装单体的底部切割连接槽,在从液晶模组组装厂到达液晶显示器整机(例如液晶电视)系统厂商时,取出液晶模组后,将粘贴构件316(粘扣带)分离开来,通过各包装单体310、320、330、340单个缓冲去缓冲液晶显示器整机(例如液晶电视等)。其中,粘扣带也称魔术贴,是衣服上常用的一种连接辅料,分公母两面,一面是细小柔软的纤维,另一面是较硬带钩的刺毛。
本文中,通过两个实施例对用于将所述多个包装单体并排组装在一起的组装单元进行了举例说明,但组装单元的结构和形式不限于该第一实施例和第二实施例。例如,包装单体可以通过在侧面设置凸凹配合结构而相互插接,从而可拆卸的组装在一起。此外,本发明的包装装置也可以应用于其他技术领域,例如薄板类产品(玻璃、瓷砖、板)的搬送等。
以上具体实施方式对本发明进行了详细的说明,但这些并非构成对本发明的限制。本发明的保护范围并不以上述实施方式为限,但凡本领域普通技术人员根据本发明所揭示内容所作的等效修饰或变化,皆应纳入权利要求书中记载的保护范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种包装装置,用于包装液晶模组,其特征在于,所述包装装置包括多个包装单体,各包装单体均具有容置液晶模组的容置槽,且所述包装装置还包括用于将所述多个包装单体并排组装在一起的组装单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装装置,其特征在于,所述组装单元包括至少一块连接板,且所述多个包装单体上设有与连接板相配合的连接槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的包装装置,其特征在于,所述组装单元包括两块连接板,且所述多个包装单体上设有两个连接槽,所述两块连接板分别卡接在所述两个连接槽内。
4.根据权利要求2所述的包装装置,其特征在于,所述连接槽设置在所述多个包装单体的底部。
5.根据权利要求2所述的包装装置,其特征在于,所述连接板上设有多个突块,所述连接槽上设有与所述多个突块对应的凹槽。
6.根据权利要求2所述的包装装置,其特征在于,所述包装装置包括4个包装单体。
7.根据权利要求2述的包装装置,其特征在于,所述连接板为瓦楞纸板或PP中空板。
8.根据权利要求1述的包装装置,其特征在于,所述包装单体为由泡沫塑料或珍珠棉制成的缓冲块。
9.根据权利要求1所述的包装装置,其特征在于,所述组装单元包括设置在各包装单体的侧面的粘贴构件,所述多个包装单体之间通过所述粘贴构件连接在一起。
10.根据权利要求9所述的包装装置,其特征在于,所述粘贴构件为粘扣带。
