Abstract

一种包装装置 技术领域
本发明属于液晶平板显示技术领域, 尤其涉及一种液晶模组和液晶显示器整 机可共用的包装装置。 背景技术
液晶电视、 液晶电脑等液晶显示器越来越受到大众的欢迎。 这些液晶显示器 所用到的液晶模组也逐渐向轻薄化方向发展。 对此, 对于生产液晶模组的厂商需 要十分重视液晶模组的保护, 对液晶模组的包装保护显得至关重要。 一般而言, 液晶模组组装厂将液晶模组组装好之后, 直接出货给液晶显示器整机(例如液晶 电视) 系统厂商, 系统厂商加上外壳, 电路板以及电源线、 说明书等后再销售出 去。 这个过程中, 液晶显示器的包装装置到达系统厂商端之后, 要么废弃要么回 收再利用。 如果采取直接废弃, 则会导致包装装置的浪费, 从而浪费成本。 如果 采取回收, 将包装装置回收到液晶模组组装厂再利用, 则需要耗费人力物力进行 运输。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于, 提供一种包装装置, 其不但可以用于包装液晶模组, 还 可以用于包装液晶显示器整机, 能够节省回收成本。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现: 一种包装装置, 用于包装液晶模组, 其中, 所述包装装置包括多个包装单体, 各包装单体均具有容置液晶模组的容置槽, 且 所述包装装置还包括用于将所述多个包装单体并排组装在一起的组装单元。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进, 所述组装单元包括至少一块连接板, 且所 述多个包装单体上设有与连接板相配合的连接槽。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进, 所述组装单元包括两块连接板, 且所述多 个包装单体上设有两个连接槽, 所述两块连接板分别卡接在所述两个连接槽内。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行进一步的说明。
首先结合附图 1至 5介绍本发明的第一实施例。 本发明的包装装置用于包装 液晶模组, 且同时可以用于包装液晶显示器整机(例如液晶电视)。 如图 1至图 3 所示, 所述包装装置包括多个包装单体 120、 130、 140、 150。 包装单体 120、 130、 140、 150的结构相同。 各包装单体 120、 130、 140、 150分别具有容置液晶模组的 容置槽 122、 132、 142、 152。 具体而言, 如图 3所示, 包装单体 120具有容置液 晶模组的容置槽 122;包装单体 130具有容置液晶模组的容置槽 132;包装单体 140 具有容置液晶模组的容置槽 142; 包装单体 150具有容置液晶模组的容置槽 152。 容置槽 122、 132、 142、 152的形状及大小与液晶模组的形状及大小相互适配。
如图 2所示, 本发明的包装装置还包括用于将所述多个包装单体 120、 130、 140、 150并排组装在一起的组装单元 160。 在该第一实施例中, 所述组装单元 160 包括至少一块连接板 200。 如图 1至图 3所示, 本实施例中, 所述组装单元 160包 括两块连接板 200。 所述多个包装单体 120、 130、 140、 150上设有与两块连接板 200相配合的连接槽 112、 114。 图中仅在包装单体 150上标示了连接槽 112、 114, 但其它包装单体 120、 130、 140上也同样设置了连接槽 112、 114。 如图 1和图 2 所示, 包装单体 120、 130、 140、 150上的连接槽 112、 114对齐, 形成一条与两块 连接板 200过盈配合的连接槽。 换言之, 如图 1和图 2所示, 连接板 200插接在 连接槽 112、 114内。 而且, 如图 1至图 3所示, 所述连接槽 112、 114设置在所述 多个包装单体 100、 120、 130、 140、 150的底部。
由于各包装单体 120、 130、 140、 150的结构相同, 所以仅对包装单体 150的 结构进行详细说明, 省略对包装单体 120、 130、 140的说明。 如图 4所示, 该图 显示了包装单体 150的底部结构。该包装单体 150包括本体 101和连接槽 112、 114。 连接槽 112与连接槽 114结构相同。如图 5所示,所述连接板 200上设有多个突块 204、 208。所述连接槽 112、 114上设有与所述多个突块 204、 208对应的凹槽 104、 108。 本实施例中, 所述连接板 200上各设有 4个突块 204、 208。 在 4个包装单体 120、 130、 140、 150通过连接板 200并排组装在一起的状态下, 突块 204嵌入凹 槽 104内,突块 208嵌入凹槽 108内。由此,通过连接板 200将 4个包装单体 120、 130、 140、 150可靠地组装在一起, 4个包装单体 120、 130、 140、 150不容易相
互脱离。
本发明的包装装置中, 所述包装单体 120、 130、 140、 150为由泡沫塑料或珍 珠棉制成的緩冲块。 在本发明的一个具体应用例中, 该所述包装单体 120、 130、 140、 150在对液晶模组进行包装时, 位于箱体的底部, 作为下緩冲件使用。 其中, 泡沫塑料也称保丽龙, 其是由聚苯乙烯(Polystyrene, PS )加发泡剂后高温发泡形 成的一种材料。 珍珠棉也称聚乙烯发泡棉, 又称 EPE珍珠棉, 是一种新型环保的 包装材料。
此外, 本实施例中, 所述连接板 200为瓦楞纸板或 PP中空板。 其中, 所述连 接板 200优选为 PP中空板。 PP中空板可以起到防潮的功效, 可以多次回收使用。 其中, 瓦楞纸板由一层或多层瓦楞纸黏合在一张箱纸板上或几张纸板之间所组成 的纸板。 PP中空板 (英文: polypropylene hollow sheet), 是聚丙烯原料掺合聚乙烯 原料经过中空板生产线挤出成型, 板材的截面为格子形状, 因此也叫格子中空板。
下面结合附图 6至 7介绍本发明的第二实施例。 本实施例中, 所述组装单元 160包括设置在各包装单体 310、 320、 330、 340的侧面 314的粘贴构件 316。 由 此, 所述多个包装单体 310、 320、 330、 340之间通过所述粘贴构件 316连接在一 起。 如图 6所示, 包装单体 340也具有容置液晶模组的容置槽 302。 与第一实施例 的包装单体不同之处在于, 包装单体 310、 320、 330、 340上没有设置连接槽。 而 且, 本实施例中, 所述粘贴构件 316为粘扣带。 由此, 无需在包装单体的底部切 割连接槽, 在从液晶模组组装厂到达液晶显示器整机(例如液晶电视) 系统厂商 时,取出液晶模组后,将粘贴构件 316 (粘扣带)分离开来,通过各包装单体 310、 320、 330、 340单个緩冲去緩冲液晶显示器整机(例如液晶电视等)。 其中, 粘扣 带也称魔术贴, 是衣服上常用的一种连接辅料, 分公母两面, 一面是细小柔软的 纤维, 另一面是较硬带钩的刺毛。
本文中, 通过两个实施例对用于将所述多个包装单体并排组装在一起的组装 单元进行了举例说明, 但组装单元的结构和形式不限于该第一实施例和第二实施 例。 例如, 包装单体可以通过在侧面设置凸凹配合结构而相互插接, 从而可拆卸 的组装在一起。 此外, 本发明的包装装置也可以应用于其他技术领域, 例如薄板 类产品(玻璃、 瓷砖、 板)的搬送等。
以上具体实施方式对本发明进行了详细的说明, 但这些并非构成对本发明的
限制。 本发明的保护范围并不以上述实施方式为限, 但凡本领域普通技术人员根 据本发明所揭示内容所作的等效修饰或变化, 皆应纳入权利要求书中记载的保护 范围内。
Claims
1、 一种包装装置, 用于包装液晶模组, 其中, 所述包装装置包括多个包装单 体, 各包装单体均具有容置液晶模組的容置槽, 且所述包装装置还包括用于将所 迷多个包装单体并排组装在一起的组装单元。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的包装装置, 其中, 所述组装单元包括至少一块连接 板, 且所述多个包装单体上设有与连接板相配合的连接槽。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的包装装置, 其中, 所述组装单元包括两块连接板, 且所述多个包装单体上设有两个连接槽, 所述两块连接板分别卡接在所迷两个连 接槽内。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的包装装置, 其中, 所述连接槽设置在所述多个包装 单体的底部。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的包装装置, 其中, 所述连接板上设有多个突块, 所 述连接槽上设有与所述多个突块对应的凹槽。
6、根据权利要求 2所述的包装装置,其中, 所述包装装置包括 4个包装单体。
7、 根据权利要求 2所述的包装装置, 其中, 所述连接板为瓦楞纸板。
8、 根据权利要求 2所述的包装装置, 其中, 所述连接板为 PP中空板。
9、 根据权利要求 2所述的包装装置, 其中, 所述包装单体为由泡沫塑料制成 的緩冲块。
10、 根据权利要求 2所述的包装装置, 其中, 所述包装单体为由珍珠棉制成 的緩冲块。
11、 根据权利要求 1 所述的包装装置, 其中, 所述组装单元包括设置在各包 装单体的侧面的粘贴构件, 所述多个包装单体之间通过所述粘贴构件连接在一起。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的包装装置, 其中, 所述粘贴构件为粘扣带。
13、 根据权利要求 11所述的包装装置, 其中, 所述包装装置包括 4个包装单 体。
14、 根据权利要求 11所述的包装装置, 其中, 所述包装单体为由泡沫塑料制 成的緩冲块。
15、 根据权利要求 11所述的包装装置, 其中, 所述包装单体为由珍珠棉制成 的緩冲块。
