优选的, 所述下緩沖件的发泡緩沖件之间的间隙与上緩沖件的发泡緩沖件 相对应, 且上緩沖件的发泡緩沖件的宽度小于或等于与该发泡緩沖件相对应间 隙的宽度, 以使得上緩沖件的发泡緩沖件可在收纳存储时放置在下緩沖件的发 泡緩沖件之间的间隙内。 这样在緩沖件的仓库存储及运输过程中, 可以把上緩 沖件插入下緩沖件上, 从而缩小体积, 降低仓库存储及运输成本。
优选的, 所述平板形液晶产品为液晶玻璃、 背光模组或液晶显示模组。 本发明的有益效果为: 本发明平板形液晶产品的包装装置的緩沖件包括瓦 楞纸板和固定在瓦楞纸板上的发泡緩沖件, 同强度同面积的瓦楞纸板成本较低, 瓦楞纸板主要用于抵抗外部沖击力, 而发泡緩沖件主要用于固定液晶产品和提 供緩沖保护, 所以发泡类材料使用量大幅减少, 由于充分利用了上述两种材料 的特性, 从而降低了包装成本, 另外由于瓦楞纸板厚度薄、 体积小, 还可以缩 小外箱的尺寸, 进一步降低包装成本。

【具体实施方式】
本发明公开一种平板形液晶产品的包装装置, 所述平板形液晶产品可以为 液晶玻璃、 背光模组和液晶显示模组, 作为包装装置的实施例一, 也是本发明 最佳实施例, 如图 1至 4所示, 包括外箱 2和緩沖件, 所述緩沖件包括瓦楞纸 板 5和固定在瓦楞纸板 5上的发泡緩沖件 6,所述发泡緩沖件 6上设有用于固定 平板形液晶产品 1的插槽 61。
本发明平板形液晶产品的包装装置的緩沖件包括瓦楞纸板 5和固定在瓦楞 纸板上的发泡緩沖件 6, 同强度同面积的瓦楞纸板 5成本较低, 瓦楞纸板 5主要 用于抵抗外部沖击力, 而发泡緩沖件 6主要用于固定液晶产品 1和提供緩沖保 护, 所以发泡类材料使用量大幅减少, 由于充分利用了上述两种材料的特性, 从而降低了包装成本, 另外由于瓦楞纸板 5厚度薄、 体积小, 还可以缩小外箱 2 的尺寸, 进一步降低包装成本。 本实施例中, 所述緩沖件包括上緩沖件 3和下緩沖件 4, 如图 2所示, 所述 上緩沖件 3包括多个发泡緩沖件 6, 所述发泡緩沖件 6平行设置, 且发泡緩沖件 之间设有间隙, 所述瓦楞纸板 6上设有与所述发泡緩沖件 6平行的弯折线 51 , 位于最外侧的一个发泡緩沖件 6可沿着所述弯折线 51和瓦楞纸板 5—起折弯 90 度, 所述上緩沖件 3 为分体式结构, 包括左上緩沖件和右上緩沖件, 左上緩沖 件至少包括二个发泡緩沖件 6和一条弯折线 51 , 具体为三个发泡緩沖件 6, 右 上緩沖件至少包括二个发泡緩沖件 6和一条弯折线 51 , 具体为三个发泡緩沖件 6, 分体式结构可以减少包装材料的使用量, 降低成本。
上緩沖件 3可以为液晶产品 1提供水平方向及向下方向的緩沖保护, 另外 对液晶产品 1 的顶部中间位置也提供固定及緩沖保护, 所以非常可靠; 在上緩 沖件 3的制作过程中, 先把发泡緩沖件 6固定在平板式的瓦楞纸板 5上是比较 容易的, 然后通过在瓦楞纸板 5上设置弯折线 51 , 把其中一个发泡緩沖件 6翻 折 90度, 从而对液晶产品 1形成立体保护。
本实施例中, 所述上緩沖件上的发泡緩沖件也可以多于三个, 可以根据液 晶产品的实际情况进行设计。
本实施例中, 如图 3所示, 所述下緩沖件 4包括多个发泡緩沖件 6, 所述发 泡緩沖件 6平行设置, 且发泡緩沖件 6之间设有间隙 41 , 所述瓦楞纸板 5上设 有与所述发泡緩沖件 6平行的弯折线 51 , 位于最外侧的一个发泡緩沖件 6可沿 着所述弯折线 51和瓦楞纸板 5—起折弯 90度, 所述下緩沖件 4为整体式结构, 包括至少三个发泡緩沖件 6, 具体为六个发泡緩沖件 6, 所述弯折线 51为两条, 位于最外侧的两个发泡緩沖件 6可分别沿着两条弯折线 51和瓦楞纸板 5—起折 弯 90度, 整体式结构对包装材料的使用量较大, 但强度高。
下緩沖件 4可以为液晶产品 1提供水平方向及向上方向的緩沖保护, 另外 对液晶产品 1 的底部中间位置也提供固定及緩沖保护, 所以非常可靠; 在下緩 沖件 4的制作过程中, 先把发泡緩沖件 6固定在平板式的瓦楞纸板 5上是比较 容易的, 然后通过在瓦楞纸板 5上设置弯折线 51 , 把位于最外侧的两个发泡緩 沖件 6翻折 90度, 从而对液晶产品形成立体保护。
本实施例中, 所述下緩沖件上的发泡緩沖件也可以为四个、 五个或更多, 可以根据液晶产品的实际情况进行设计。
本实施例中, 如图 4所示, 所述下緩沖件 4的发泡緩沖件之间的间隙 41与 上緩沖件 3的发泡緩沖件相对应, 且上緩沖件 3的发泡緩沖件的宽度小于或等 于与该发泡緩沖件相对应间隙 41的宽度, 以使得上緩沖件 3的发泡緩沖件可在 收纳存储时放置在下緩沖件 4 的发泡緩沖件之间的间隙内, 这样在緩沖件的仓 库存储及运输过程中, 可以把上緩沖件 3插入下緩沖件 4上, 从而缩小体积, 降低仓库存储及运输成本。
在本实施例中, 所述上緩沖件也可以和下緩沖件一样为整体式结构, 包括 至少三个发泡緩沖件, 所述弯折线为两条, 位于最外侧的两个发泡緩沖件可分 别沿着两条弯折线和瓦楞纸板一起折弯 90度; 或者所述下緩沖件和上緩沖件一 样为分体式结构, 包括左下緩沖件和右下緩沖件, 左下緩沖件至少包括二个发 泡緩沖件和一条弯折线, 右下緩沖件至少包括二个发泡緩沖件和一条弯折线, 能达到基本相同的有益效果。
作为本发明平板形液晶产品的包装装置的实施例二, 如图 5所示, 与实施 例一不同之处在于, 所述上緩沖件 3 为分体式结构, 包括左上緩沖件和右上緩 沖件, 左上緩沖件包括二个发泡緩沖件和一条弯折线, 右上緩沖件包括二个发 泡緩沖件和一条弯折线; 所述下緩沖件 4和上緩沖件 3—样为分体式结构, 包 括左下緩沖件和右下緩沖件, 左下緩沖件包括二个发泡緩沖件和一条弯折线, 右下緩沖件包括二个发泡緩沖件和一条弯折线, 本实施例为本发明平板形液晶 产品的包装装置较筒单的一个实施例, 能实现降低包装成本的目的。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种平板形液晶产品的包装装置, 包括: 外箱和緩沖件, 所述緩沖件包 括瓦楞纸板和固定在瓦楞纸板上的发泡緩沖件, 所述发泡緩沖件上设有用于固 定平板形液晶产品的插槽, 所述緩沖件包括上緩沖件和下緩沖件, 所述上緩沖 件包括至少两个发泡緩沖件, 所述发泡緩沖件平行设置, 且发泡緩沖件之间设 有间隙, 所述瓦楞纸板上设有与所述发泡緩沖件平行的弯折线, 位于最外侧的 一个发泡緩沖件可沿着所述弯折线和瓦楞纸板一起折弯 90度, 所述上緩沖件为 分体式结构, 包括左上緩沖件和右上緩沖件, 左上緩沖件至少包括二个发泡緩 沖件和一条弯折线, 右上緩沖件至少包括二个发泡緩沖件和一条弯折线, 所述 下緩沖件上的发泡緩沖件平行设置, 且发泡緩沖件之间设有间隙, 所述瓦楞纸 板上设有与所述发泡緩沖件平行的弯折线, 所述下緩沖件为整体式结构, 包括 至少三个发泡緩沖件, 所述弯折线为两条, 位于最外侧的两个发泡緩沖件可分 别沿着两条弯折线和瓦楞纸板一起折弯 90度, 所述下緩沖件的发泡緩沖件之间 的间隙与上緩沖件的发泡緩沖件相对应, 且上緩沖件的发泡緩沖件的宽度小于 或等于与该发泡緩沖件相对应间隙的宽度, 所述平板形液晶产品为液晶玻璃、 背光模组或液晶显示模组。
2、 一种平板形液晶产品的包装装置, 包括: 外箱和緩沖件, 所述緩沖件包 括瓦楞纸板和固定在瓦楞纸板上的发泡緩沖件, 所述发泡緩沖件上设有用于固 定平板形液晶产品的插槽。
3、 如权利要求 2所述平板形液晶产品的包装装置, 其中, 所述緩沖件包括 上緩沖件和下緩沖件。
4、 如权利要求 3所述平板形液晶产品的包装装置, 其中, 所述上緩沖件包 括至少两个发泡緩沖件, 所述发泡緩沖件平行设置, 且发泡緩沖件之间设有间 隙, 所述瓦楞纸板上设有与所述发泡緩沖件平行的弯折线, 位于最外侧的一个 发泡緩沖件可沿着所述弯折线和瓦楞纸板一起折弯 90度。
5、 如权利要求 4所述平板形液晶产品的包装装置, 其中, 所述上緩沖件为 整体式结构, 包括至少三个发泡緩沖件, 所述弯折线为两条, 位于最外侧的两 个发泡緩沖件可分别沿着两条弯折线和瓦楞纸板一起折弯 90度。
6、 如权利要求 4所述平板形液晶产品的包装装置, 其中, 所述上緩沖件为 分体式结构, 包括左上緩沖件和右上緩沖件, 左上緩沖件至少包括二个发泡緩 沖件和一条弯折线, 右上緩沖件至少包括二个发泡緩沖件和一条弯折线。
7、 如权利要求 3所述平板形液晶产品的包装装置, 其中, 所述下緩沖件包 括至少两个发泡緩沖件, 所述发泡緩沖件平行设置, 且发泡緩沖件之间设有间 隙, 所述瓦楞纸板上设有与所述发泡緩沖件平行的弯折线, 位于最外侧的一个 发泡緩沖件可沿着所述弯折线和瓦楞纸板一起折弯 90度。
8、 如权利要求 7所述平板形液晶产品的包装装置, 其中, 所述下緩沖件为 整体式结构, 包括至少三个发泡緩沖件, 所述弯折线为两条, 位于最外侧的两 个发泡緩沖件可分别沿着两条弯折线和瓦楞纸板一起折弯 90度。
9、 如权利要求 7所述平板形液晶产品的包装装置, 其中, 所述下緩沖件为 分体式结构, 包括左下緩沖件和右下緩沖件, 左下緩沖件至少包括二个发泡緩 沖件和一条弯折线, 右下緩沖件至少包括二个发泡緩沖件和一条弯折线。
10、 如权利要求 4所述平板形液晶产品的包装装置, 其中, 所述下緩沖件 的发泡緩沖件之间的间隙与上緩沖件的发泡緩沖件相对应, 且上緩沖件的发泡 緩沖件的宽度小于或等于与该发泡緩沖件相对应间隙的宽度, 以使得上緩沖件 的发泡緩沖件可在收纳存储时放置在下緩沖件的发泡緩沖件之间的间隙内。
11、 如权利要求 7 所述平板形液晶产品的包装装置, 其中, 所述下緩沖件 的发泡緩沖件之间的间隙与上緩沖件的发泡緩沖件相对应, 且上緩沖件的发泡 緩沖件的宽度小于或等于与该发泡緩沖件相对应间隙的宽度, 以使得上緩沖件 的发泡緩沖件可在收纳存储时放置在下緩沖件的发泡緩沖件之间的间隙内。
12、 如权利要求 2所述平板形液晶产品的包装装置, 其中, 所述平板形液 晶产品为液晶玻璃、 背光模组或液晶显示模组。
