本发明的有益效果: 本发明拼接式液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 通过第一与 第二边框及连接框拼接成框体, 尺寸可调, 进而可适用于不同尺寸液晶玻 璃面板的包装, 并在连接单元与连接件之间设置防水垫片, 有效防潮, 还 通过中空板做底板, 以支撑液晶玻璃面板, 并通过支架予以加强强度, 有 效避免外力冲击对液晶玻璃面板造成损坏, 且, 本发明拼接式液晶玻璃面 板包装箱的结构简单, 数个部件可以使用同一模具进行加工, 有效降低成 本。

为更进一步阐述本发明所釆取的技术手段及其效果, 以下结合本发明 的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图 2 至图 4, 本发明提供一种拼接式液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 包 括: 箱体 2及安装于箱体 2上的数个支架 4, 所述箱体 2包括框体 22及设 于框体 22内的中空板 24。
所述框体 22包括两相对设置的第一边框 222、 两相对设置的第二边框 224及连接第一边框 222与第二边框 224的四个 L形的连接框 226。
所述第一与第二边框 222、 224分别呈一字形, 每一第一边框 222 包 括数个第一边框单元 230及数个连接于两第一边框单元 230之间的第一连 接件 232, 每一第二边框 224包括数个第二边框单元 250及数个连接于两 第二边框单元 250之间的第二连接件 (未图示) , 所述第一连接件 232与 第一边框单元 230之间及第二连接件与第二边框单元 250之间均设有数个 防水垫片 6, 有效防潮, 进而避免液晶玻璃面板在运输过程中因受潮而损 坏。
所述每个第一边框单元 230—端设有第一安装部 231 , 另一端设有第 二安装部 233 , 所述每一第二边框单元 250—端设有第三安装部 252, 另 一端设有第四安装部 254, 本实例中, 第二边框 224只设有一个第二边框 单元 250, 但可根据实际需求来适当调整第二边框单元 250的个数。
所述第一连接件 232—端设有第一安装槽 234, 另一端设有第二安装 槽 236, 所述第一安装部 231安装固定于第一安装槽 234 内, 所述第二安 装部 233 安装固定于第二安装槽内 236, 进而组成第一边框 222, 该第一 边框 222的两端分别为第一安装部 231 与第二安装部 233 ; 所述第二连接 件一端设有第三安装槽, 另一端设有第四安装槽, 所述第三安装部 252安 装固定于第三安装槽内, 所述第四安装部 254安装固定于第四安装槽内, 进而组成第二边框 224, 该第二边框 224的两端分别为第三安装部 252与 第四安装部 254。 所述防水垫片 6 由橡胶或硅胶等软质材料制成, 其分别设于第一安装 部 231与第一安装槽 234之间、 第二安装部 233与第二安装槽 236之间、 第三安装部 252与第三安装槽之间及第四安装部 254与第四安装槽之间, 当第一、 第二、 第三及第四安装部 231、 233、 252、 254 通过锁附或铆接 安装于第一安装槽 234、 第二安装槽 236、 第三安装槽及第四安装槽时, 防水垫片 6受到挤压发生弹性形变, 使得接缝处完全被封闭, 避免水汽从 外界进入箱体内, 避免液晶玻璃面板受潮后损坏, 更好的保护液晶玻璃面 板。
在本实施例中, 所述设于第一安装部 231与第一安装槽 234之间的防 水垫片 6与第一安装槽 234具有相同的结构; 所述设于第二安装部 233与 第二安装槽 236之间的防水垫片 6与第二安装槽 236具有相同的结构; 所 述设于第三安装部 252与第三安装槽之间的防水垫片 6与第三安装槽具有 相同的结构; 所述设于第四安装部 254与第四安装槽之间的防水垫片 6与 第四安装槽具有相同的结构, 使得接缝处完全被封闭, 有效防潮。
所述第一安装部 231与第三安装部 252具有相同的结构及大小, 所述 第一安装槽 234 与第三安装槽具有相同的结构及大小; 所述第二安装部 233与第四安装部 254具有相同的结构及大小; 所述第二安装槽 236与第 四安装槽具有相同的结构及大小。
所述连接框 226 —端设有第五安装槽 272 , 另一端设有第六安装槽 274, 该第五安装槽 272 与第一安装槽 234及第三安装槽具有相同的结构 及大小, 该第六安装槽 274与第二安装槽 236及第四安装槽具有相同的结 构及大小, 该第五安装槽 272用于安装第一与第三安装部 231、 252, 该第 六安装槽 274用于安装第二与第四安装部 233、 254, 进而组成框体 22。 优选的, 所述第一、 第二第三及第四安装 231、 233、 252、 254 部通过螺 纹连接、 焊接连接或铆接连接安装于所述第一安装槽 234、 第二安装槽 236、 第三安装槽、 第四安装槽、 第五安装槽 272及第六安装槽 274内。
所述第一边框单元 230、 第一连接件 232、 第二边框单元 250、 第二连 接件及连接框 226 均由塑胶材料注塑成型制成, 其中, 第一与第二边框单 元 230、 250可釆用同一套模具注塑成型, 第一连接件 232可与第二连接 件可釆用同一套模具注塑成型, 进而有效降低模具成本。
所述支架 4包括两第一加强板 42、 两第二加强板 44及一第三加强板 46, 所述第一与第二加强板 42、 44分别对应第一与第二边框 222、 224呈 "一" 字形设置, 所述第三加强板 46 呈 "十" 字形设置, 该第一加强板 42安装于第一边框 222靠近中空板 24端, 该第二加强板 44安装于第二边 框 224靠近中空板 24端, 该第三加强板 46的四端分别安装于两第一加强 板 222与两第二加强板 224靠近中空板端的中间位置, 以支撑边框, 不会 由于外力挤压而变形, 进而避免液晶玻璃面板由于外力挤压而损坏。
所述第一加强板 42、 第二加强板 44及第三加强板 46均为铁板, 所述 第一加强板 42、 第二加强板 44及第三加强板 46相互铆接或螺纹连接, 进 而组成支架 4。
请参阅图 5及图 6, 为本发明拼接式液晶玻璃面板包装箱又一实施例 的结构示意图, 在本实施例中, 所述防水垫片 6,呈片状结构, 且分别成组 设置于第一安装部 231与第一安装槽 234之间、 第二安装部 233与第二安 装槽 236之间、 第三安装部 252与第三安装槽之间及第四安装部 254与第 四安装槽之间, 其可实现与上述实施例相同的技术效果, 优选的, 每组防 水垫片 6,为两片, 分别设于第一安装部 231与第一安装槽 234相接触的两 侧、 第二安装部 233与第二安装槽 236相接触的两侧, 第三安装部 252与 第三安装槽相接触的两侧及第四安装部 254与第四安装槽相接触的两侧。
所述防水垫片 6,由橡胶或硅胶等软质材料制成, 当第一、 第二、 第三 及第四安装部 231、 233、 252、 254 通过锁附或铆接安装于第一安装槽 234、 第二安装槽 236、 第三安装槽及第四安装槽时, 防水垫片 6,受到挤压 发生弹性形变, 使得接缝处完全被封闭, 避免水汽从外界进入箱体内, 避 免液晶玻璃面板受潮后损坏, 更好的保护液晶玻璃面板。
综上所述, 本发明拼接式液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 通过第一与第二边框 及连接框拼接成框体, 尺寸可调, 进而可适用于不同尺寸液晶玻璃面板的 包装, 并在连接单元与连接件之间设置防水垫片, 有效防潮, 还通过中空 板做底板, 以支撑液晶玻璃面板, 并通过支架予以加强强度, 有效避免外 力冲击对液晶玻璃面板造成损坏, 且, 本发明拼接式液晶玻璃面板包装箱 的结构简单, 数个部件可以使用同一模具进行加工, 有效降低成本。

权 利 要 求
1、 一种拼接式液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 包括: 箱体及安装于箱体上的 数个支架, 所述箱体包括框体及设于框体内的中空板, 所述框体包括两相 对设置的第一边框、 两相对设置的第二边框及连接第一边框与第二边框的 四个 L形的连接框, 所述第一与第二边框分别呈一字形, 每一第一边框包 括数个第一边框单元及数个连接于两第一边框单元之间的第一连接件, 每 一第二边框包括数个第二边框单元及数个连接于两第二边框单元之间的第 二连接件, 所述第一连接件与第一边框单元之间及第二连接件与第二边框 单元之间均设有数个防水垫片。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的拼接式液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 其中, 所述每 个第一边框单元一端设有第一安装部, 另一端设有第二安装部, 所述每一 第二边框单元一端设有第三安装部, 另一端设有第四安装部, 所述第一连 接件一端设有第一安装槽, 另一端设有第二安装槽, 所述第一安装部安装 固定于第一安装槽内, 所述第二安装部安装固定于第二安装槽内, 进而组 成第一边框, 该第一边框的两端分别为第一安装部与第二安装部; 所述第 二连接件一端设有第三安装槽, 另一端设有第四安装槽, 所述第三安装部 安装固定于第三安装槽内, 所述第四安装部安装固定于第四安装槽内, 进 而组成第二边框, 该第二边框的两端分别为第三安装部与第四安装部。
3、 如权利要求 2 所述的拼接式液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 其中, 所述数 个防水垫片分别设于第一安装部与第一安装槽之间、 第二安装部与第二安 装槽之间、 第三安装部与第三安装槽之间及第四安装部与第四安装槽之 间。
4、 如权利要求 3 所述的拼接式液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 其中, 所述设 于第一安装部与第一安装槽之间的防水垫片与第一安装槽具有相同的结 构; 所述设于第二安装部与第二安装槽之间的防水垫片与第二安装槽具有 相同的结构; 所述设于第三安装部与第三安装槽之间的防水垫片与第三安 装槽具有相同的结构; 所述设于第四安装部与第四安装槽之间的防水垫片 与第四安装槽具有相同的结构。
5、 如权利要求 3 所述的拼接式液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 其中, 所述数 个防水垫片呈片状结构, 且分别成组设置于第一安装部与第一安装槽、 第 二安装部与第二安装槽、 第三安装部与第三安装槽及第四安装部与第四安 装槽之间。
6、 如权利要求 3 所述的拼接式液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 其中, 所述第 一安装部与第三安装部具有相同的结构及大小, 所述第一安装槽与第三安 装槽具有相同的结构及大小; 所述第二安装部与第四安装部具有相同的结 构及大小; 所述第二安装槽与第四安装槽具有相同的结构及大小。
7、 如权利要求 6 所述的拼接式液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 其中, 所述连 接框一端设有第五安装槽, 另一端设有第六安装槽, 该第五安装槽与第一 安装槽及第三安装槽具有相同的结构及大小, 该第六安装槽与第二安装槽 及第四安装槽具有相同的结构及大小, 该第五安装槽用于安装第一与第三 安装部, 该第六安装槽用于安装第二与第四安装部, 进而组成框体。
8、 如权利要求 1 所述的拼接式液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 其中, 所述第 一边框单元、 第一连接件、 第二边框单元、 第二连接件及连接框均由塑胶 材料注塑成型制成; 所述防水垫片由橡胶或硅胶制成。
9、 如权利要求 1 所述的拼接式液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 其中, 所述支 架包括两第一加强板、 两第二加强板及一第三加强板, 所述第一与第二加 强板分别对应第一与第二边框呈 "一" 字形设置, 所述第三加强板呈 "十" 字形设置, 该第一加强板安装于第一边框靠近中空板端, 该第二加 强板安装于第二边框靠经中空板端, 该第三加强板的四端分别安装于两第 一加强板与两第二加强板靠近中空板端。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的拼接式液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 其中, 所述第 一加强板、 第二加强板及第三加强板均为铁板, 所述第一加强板、 第二加 强板及第三加强板相互铆接或螺纹连接, 进而组成支架。
11、 一种拼接式液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 包括: 箱体及安装于箱体上的 数个支架, 所述箱体包括框体及设于框体内的中空板, 所述框体包括两相 对设置的第一边框、 两相对设置的第二边框及连接第一边框与第二边框的 四个 L形的连接框, 所述第一与第二边框分别呈一字形, 每一第一边框包 括数个第一边框单元及数个连接于两第一边框单元之间的第一连接件, 每 一第二边框包括数个第二边框单元及数个连接于两第二边框单元之间的第 二连接件, 所述第一连接件与第一边框单元之间及第二连接件与第二边框 单元之间均设有数个防水垫片;
其中, 所述每个第一边框单元一端设有第一安装部, 另一端设有第二 安装部, 所述每一第二边框单元一端设有第三安装部, 另一端设有第四安 装部, 所述第一连接件一端设有第一安装槽, 另一端设有第二安装槽, 所 述第一安装部安装固定于第一安装槽内, 所述第二安装部安装固定于第二 安装槽内, 进而组成第一边框, 该第一边框的两端分别为第一安装部与第 二安装部; 所述第二连接件一端设有第三安装槽, 另一端设有第四安装 槽, 所述第三安装部安装固定于第三安装槽内, 所述第四安装部安装固定 于第四安装槽内, 进而组成第二边框, 该第二边框的两端分别为第三安装 部与第四安装部;
