Abstract
本发明提供一种栈板,包括:基板及活动连接于基板角落位置的副板,所述基板与副板之间设有连接轴,所述连接轴包括基部及由基部延伸设置的延伸部,所述延伸部靠近基部端设有数个弹性卡合键,所述基板对应基部设有容置部,对应延伸部设有轨道槽,所述轨道槽内对应弹性卡合键设有数组卡合槽,所述基部容置于所述容置槽内,并可在容置槽内移动,所述卡合键卡合于对应卡合槽内,进而将连接轴卡合于基板内,所述延伸部自由端固定于所述副板内,进而将副板与基板活动连接。本发明通过设置连接轴,使得副板相对基板的位置可调,进而调节栈板的尺寸大小,使栈板可适用于不同尺寸的液晶面板包装,且存储及运输时可将栈板压缩至最小体积,有效降低运输成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料领域,尤其涉及一种用于液晶面板包装箱内的栈板。
背景技术
在液晶显示器生产领域,液晶显示器的生产包括一个组装过程,即将液晶面板、主控电路、外壳等部分进行组装,其各部件是先生产好封存起来,待后续组装成整个液晶显示器。其中,液晶面板生产完成后封存在包装箱中,然后成箱地运送往相应的组装工站。这些包装箱一般是一体式吹塑制成的,其底部设有一栈板,用于支承堆栈在其上的液晶面板,这种栈板一般是刚性及一体式的,只能适用于某一尺寸的液晶面板,且其所占用存储及运输空间较大,不利于成本控制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于供一种栈板,其尺寸大小可调,适用于不同尺寸的液晶面板包装,且占用存储及运输空间小。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种栈板,包括:基板及活动连接于基板角落位置的副板,所述基板与副板之间设有连接轴,所述连接轴包括基部及由基部延伸设置的延伸部,所述延伸部靠近基部端设有数个弹性卡合键,所述基板对应基部设有容置部,对应延伸部设有轨道槽,所述轨道槽内对应弹性卡合键设有数组卡合槽,所述基部容置于所述容置槽内,并可在容置槽内移动,所述卡合键卡合于对应卡合槽内,进而将连接轴卡合于基板内,所述延伸部自由端固定于所述副板内,进而将副板与基板活动连接。
所述基板呈正方形设置,其包括底面、与底面相对设置的顶面及设于底面与顶面之间的四个侧面,每两个侧面的连接处均形成一角落,所述副板呈L形设置于该些角落位置外围。
每一角落位置均设有朝向副板的第一端面,所述连接轴由该第一端面延伸于基板外。
所述副板对应该第一端面设有朝向基板的第二端面,所述连接轴由该第二端面延伸于副板内,并与副板固定连接。
所述第二端面上对应连接轴的延伸部设有安装孔,所述连接轴固定安装于该安装孔内。
所述延伸部为圆柱体,所述数个弹性卡合键环设于该延伸部靠近基部的外表面上。
所述弹性卡合键为四个。
所述每组卡合槽包括四个槽部,所述四个槽部分别容置四个弹性卡合键。
所述基部、延伸部及弹性卡合键一体成型制成。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的栈板,通过设置连接轴,使得副板相对基板的位置可调,进而可以调节栈板的尺寸大小,使栈板可适用于不同尺寸的液晶面板包装,且存储及运输时可将栈板压缩至最小体积,所占用空间较小,有效降低运输成本。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图1至图6,本发明提供一种栈板,包括:基板2及活动连接于基板2角落位置的副板4,所述基板2与副板4之间设有连接轴240,所述副板4可沿连接轴240相对基板2移动,进而可改变栈板整体尺寸,进而扩大了适用范围,降低了生产成本。
所述连接轴240包括基部242及由基部242延伸设置的延伸部244,所述延伸部244靠近基部242端设有数个弹性卡合键246。在本实施例中,所述基部242、延伸部244及弹性卡合键246一体成型制成。
所述基板2对应基部242设有容置部(未图示),对应延伸部244设有轨道槽224,所述轨道槽224内对应弹性卡合键246设有数组卡合槽226,所述基部242容置于所述容置槽内,并可在容置槽内移动,所述卡合键246卡合于对应卡合槽226内,进而将连接轴240卡合于基板2内,所述延伸部244自由端固定于所述副板4内,进而将副板4与基板2活动连接。所述连接轴240的个数可根据实际需要设定,本实施例中,每一个副板4均通过一个连接轴240与基板2进行连接。
所述基板2呈正方形设置,其包括底面22、与底面相22对设置的顶面24及设于底面22与顶面24之间的四个侧面26,每两个侧面26的连接处均形成一角落,所述副板4呈L形设置于该些角落位置外围。
所述基板2的每一角落位置均设有朝向副板4的第一端面280,所述连接轴240由该第一端面280延伸于基板2外;所述副板4对应该第一端面280设有朝向基板2的第二端面480,所述连接轴240由该第二端面480延伸于副板4内,并与副板4固定连接。所述第二端面480上对应连接轴240的延伸部244设有安装孔444,所述连接轴240固定安装于该安装孔444内。优选的,所述延伸部244为圆柱体,所述数个弹性卡合键246环设于该延伸部244靠近基部242的外表面上。在本实施例中,所述弹性卡合键246为四个;所述每组卡合槽226包括四个槽部,分别容置四个弹性卡合键246。
当需要大尺寸栈板时,向外拉副板4,由于弹性卡合键246具有弹性,其受力时会发生弹性形变,从靠近容置槽端的卡合槽226内脱出,并在轨道槽224移动,当移动至下一组卡合槽226时,弹性形变恢复,进而卡合于该组卡合槽226内,进而实现栈板尺寸的扩大;当需要小尺寸栈板时,将副板4朝向基板2推进,即可实现,方便操作。
值得一提的是,基板2、副板4尺寸可根据实际需要进行设计,而连接轴24上的弹性卡合键246及轨道槽224内的数组卡合槽226的位置及之间的间距同样可根据实际需要进行设计,如,设计为可运输28寸、32寸、46寸液晶显示面板的栈板,其具体参数根据实际需求设定,并不影响本发明的技术效果。
综上所述,本发明提供的栈板,通过设置连接轴,使得副板相对基板的位置可调,进而可以调节栈板的尺寸大小,使栈板可适用于不同尺寸的液晶面板包装,且存储及运输时可将栈板压缩至最小体积,所占用空间较小,有效降低运输成本。
以上所述,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形,而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种栈板,其特征在于,包括:基板及活动连接于基板角落位置的副板,所述基板与副板之间设有连接轴,所述连接轴包括基部及由基部延伸设置的延伸部,所述延伸部靠近基部端设有数个弹性卡合键,所述基板对应基部设有容置部,对应延伸部设有轨道槽,所述轨道槽内对应弹性卡合键设有数组卡合槽,所述基部容置于所述容置槽内,并可在容置槽内移动,所述卡合键卡合于对应卡合槽内,进而将连接轴卡合于基板内,所述延伸部自由端固定于所述副板内,进而将副板与基板活动连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述基板呈正方形设置,其包括底面、与底面相对设置的顶面及设于底面与顶面之间的四个侧面,每两个侧面的连接处均形成一角落,所述副板呈L形设置于该些角落位置外围。
3.如权利要求2所述的栈板,其特征在于,每一角落位置均设有朝向副板的第一端面,所述连接轴由该第一端面延伸于基板外。
4.如权利要求3所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述副板对应该第一端面设有朝向基板的第二端面,所述连接轴由该第二端面延伸于副板内,并与副板固定连接。
5.如权利要求4所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述第二端面上对应连接轴的延伸部设有安装孔,所述连接轴固定安装于该安装孔内。
6.如权利要求1所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述延伸部为圆柱体,所述数个弹性卡合键环设于该延伸部靠近基部的外表面上。
7.如权利要求6所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述弹性卡合键为四个。
8.如权利要求7所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述每组卡合槽包括四个槽部,所述四个槽部分别容置四个弹性卡合键。
9.如权利要求1所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述基部、延伸部及弹性卡合键一体成型制成。
