Abstract

提供了一种液晶显示装置及其背光模组的背板(2)。所述液晶显示装置包括后壳(3)、电路板(1)、和背光模组的背板(2),所述后壳(3)内壁面上设有用于固定电路板(1)的电路板固定装置,背板(2)的对应位置处设置有用于避让电路板(1)的避让空间(6)。所述液晶显示装置由于将原来安装在背板(2)上的电路板(1)改为安装在后壳(3)上,所以液晶显示装置的背光模组的背板(2)就可以不再设置用于固定电路板的凸包,背板(2)的结构更为简单,其加工起来也更为简单。由于后壳(3)是绝缘的,则可不设置凸包,通过简单的电路板固定装置即可将电路板(1)固定,显著简化了加工工艺。

Description

一种液晶显示装置及其背光模组的背板
【技术领域】
本发明涉及显示器领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种液晶显示装置及其背光模 组的背板。
【背景技术】
液晶显示器、 液晶电视机等液晶显示装置由于其自身重量轻、 体积小、 厚 度小灯特点, 被广泛应用于现实生活中。 液晶显示装置中的背光模组用于提供 给液晶面板均匀且足够的电源, 而背光模组中的背板主要对整个模组起支撑作 用。 此外, 现有的液晶显示装置中, 整机用的电路板都安装在背光模组的背板 上, 因此需要在背板设置电路板附锁区, 在电路板附锁区上加工大量的凸包用 于固定电路板, 如图 1中所示, 背光板尤其是电路板附锁区 8的结构非常复杂, 进而使得其加工制造工序繁杂, 增加加工成本。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构筒化的一种液晶显示装置及其 背光模组的背板。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种液晶显示装置, 包括后壳、 电路板、 背光模组的背板, 所述的后壳内 壁面上设有用于固定电路板的电路板固定装置, 背板的对应位置处设置有用于 避让电路板的避让空间。
所述背板对应于固定在后壳上的电路板的位置处是中空的, 所述的中空位 置处即为避让空间。 这样的设计可以节省背板的材料成本。
所述的背板包括两块以上的背板片, 所述的背板片之间相互拼接形成背板。 通过将结构较为复杂的背板分割成多个结构相对筒单的背板片, 使得模具的结 构形状可以筒单化, 降低了模具的成本, 且原设计的背板原是一体成型, 需用 到较大吨位的沖压设备, 而这样设计的背板可以用小吨位的沖压设备, 也降低 了成本, 便于沖压。
所述的背板包括拼接成框形的上背板片、 下背板片及两个边背板片, 及一 个设置在背板的中部、 分别与上背板片下背板片拼接的中背板片, 中背板片与 两个边背板片之间形成中空的避让空间。 这是背板的一种具体实施例。
所述的后壳上设置的电路板固定装置为与后壳一体成型的电路板锁附结 构, 所述的电路板锁附在后壳上。
一种液晶显示装置的背光模组的背板, 所述背板对应于固定在液晶显示装 置的后壳上的电路板的位置处设置有避让空间。
所述背板对应于固定在后壳上的电路板的位置处是中空的, 所述的中空位 置处即为避让空间。 这样的设计可以节省背板的材料成本。
所述的背板包括两块以上的背板片, 所述的背板片之间相互拼接形成背板。 通过将结构较为复杂的背板分割成多个结构相对筒单的背板片, 使得模具的结 构形状可以筒单化, 降低了模具的成本, 且原设计的背板原是一体成型, 需用 到较大吨位的沖压设备, 而这样设计的背板可以用小吨位的沖压设备, 也降低 了成本, 便于沖压。
所述的背板包括拼接成框形的上背板片、 下背板片及两个边背板片, 及一 个设置在背板的中部、 分别与上背板片下背板片拼接的中背板片, 中背板片与 两个边背板片之间形成中空的避让空间。 这是背板的一种具体实施例。
所述的背板片之间采用激光焊接的方式相互拼接。 激光焊接的方式不仅方 便且精密度较高, 较为适合背板的加工。
本发明的液晶显示装置由于将原来安装在背板上的电路板改为安装在后壳 上, 液晶显示装置的背光模组的背板就可以不再设置用于固定电路板的凸包, 背板的结构可以更为筒单, 其加工起来也更为筒单。 而由于后壳是绝缘的, 则 可以不设置凸包, 通过筒单的电路板固定装置即可将电路板固定, 显著地筒化 了加工工艺。 【附图说明】

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图 2、 图 3中所示, 液晶显示装置包括后壳、 电路板、 背光模组等结构, 后壳内壁面上设有用于固定电路板的电路板固定装置, 电路板直接通过电路板 固定装置固定到后壳内壁面, 相应的, 背光模组的背板的对应位置处设置有用 于避让电路板的避让空间。
后壳 3上设置的电路板固定装置可以为与后壳 3—体成型的电路板锁附结 构, 所述的电路板 1锁附在后壳上。 所述的电路板锁附结构可以为螺栓的形式, 液晶显示装置的电路板 1用螺釘 4锁附在后壳 3上, 后壳 3上设置有与螺釘 4 对应的螺孔, 同时后壳上还设置有与电路板 1的外接端口 5相对应的通孔。 背 板 2的结构如图 3所示, 背板 2上设置有中空的避让空间 6, 电路板 1所安装的 位置位于该中空的避让空间 6内。
由于电路板 1直接锁附在后壳 3上, 背板 2不需要再设置用来锁附电路板 的凸包或其他锁附结构, 减少了背板加工的程序以及筒化了背板的结构。 只需 在背板上流出电路板 1安装的空间即避让空间即可: 该避让空间可以是如图 4、 图 5中所示的背板 2上中空的避让空间 6,也可以是在背板 2的对应部分凹陷下 去留出的凹陷的避让空间, 只要该避让空间足够电路板安装即可。 相对于带有 凹陷的避让空间的背板来说, 带有中空的避让空间的背板更易加工, 且更加节 省材料, 故本实施例优选中空的避让空间 6的背板。
本实施例中的背板因其结构筒单且规则, 具有一定的可分割性, 因此, 可 以将背板分成两块以上的结构更为筒单的背板片, 背板片之间相互拼接形成背 板。 背板的结构可以根据背板的具体形状及针对电路板的避让位置具体设计, 如图 5 即示出了一种背板的结构, 所述的背板包括拼接成框形的上背板片、 下 背板片及两个边背板片, 及一个设置在背板的中部、 分别与上背板片下背板片 拼接的中背板片, 中背板片与两个边背板片之间形成中空的避让空间。 图 5 中 的虚线为焊接线 7, 背板 2可由上背板片 21、 下背板片 22、 左边背板片 25、 右 边背板 24以及中背板片 23通过激光焊接或其他焊接或拼接的形式加工为一体。 激光焊接的方式不仅方便且精密度较高, 较为适合背板的加工。
通过将结构较为复杂的背板分割成多个结构相对筒单的背板片, 使得模具 的结构形状可以筒单化, 降低了模具的成本, 且如图 4中的背板原是一体成型, 不仅将浪费掉中间镂空部分的材料, 而且还需要大吨位的沖压设备, 增加加工 成本; 而拼接的背板可以使用小吨位的沖压设备, 以便最终能实现无背板化模 组, 降低了成本, 便于沖压。 先沖压加工结构更为筒单的背板片, 再将背板片 拼接成背板, 其加工过程甚至要较之沖压结构更为复杂的背板更为筒单。
以上内容是结合具体的优选实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明, 不 能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。如实施例中电路板 1锁附在后壳 3 上, 除了使用螺釘外, 也可以使用其它方式如扣紧结构等。 对于本发明所属技 术领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干 筒单推演或替换, 都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

权利要求
1、 一种液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 包括后壳、 电路板、 背光模组的背板, 所述的后壳内壁面上设有用于固定电路板的电路板固定装置, 背板的对应位置 处设置有用于避让电路板的避让空间。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的一种液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述背板对应于 固定在后壳上的电路板的位置处是中空的, 所述的中空位置处即为避让空间。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的一种液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述的背板包括 两块以上的背板片, 所述的背板片之间相互拼接形成背板。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的一种液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述的背板包括 拼接成框形的上背板片、 下背板片及两个边背板片, 及一个设置在背板的中部、 分别与上背板片下背板片拼接的中背板片, 中背板片与两个边背板片之间形成 中空的避让空间。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的一种液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述的后壳上设 置的电路板固定装置为与后壳一体成型的电路板锁附结构, 所述的电路板锁附 在后壳上。
6、 一种液晶显示装置的背光模组的背板, 其特征在于, 所述背板对应于固 定在液晶显示装置的后壳上的电路板的位置处设置有避让空间。
7、如权利要求 6所述的一种液晶显示装置的背光模组的背板,其特征在于, 所述背板对应于固定在后壳上的电路板的位置处是中空的, 所述的中空位置处 即为避让空间。
8、如权利要求 7所述的一种液晶显示装置的背光模组的背板,其特征在于, 所述的背板包括两块以上的背板片, 所述的背板片之间相互拼接形成背板。
9、如权利要求 8所述的一种液晶显示装置的背光模组的背板,其特征在于, 所述的背板包括拼接成框形的上背板片、 下背板片及两个边背板片, 及一个设 置在背板的中部、 分别与上背板片下背板片拼接的中背板片, 中背板片与两个 边背板片之间形成中空的避让空间。
10、 如权利要求 3 所述的一种液晶显示装置的背光模组的背板, 其特征在 于, 所述的背板片之间采用激光焊接的方式相互拼接。
