Description

一种安全车灯控制架构 技术领域
本发明提供一种车灯控制装置, 尤指警示效果中同时可通过切换杆体及滑 块达到各种不同警示功能效果的一种安全车灯控制架构。 背景技术
一般车辆等交通工具是设置有导引方向或引起注意效果的警示灯, 然而, 一般市面上的警示设计除了皆设计为方向指示模式开关与注意模式开关, 且当 警示设计皆设计为方向指示与警示闪烁同时启动时, 将以警示闪烁为优先设定, 故车辆等交通工具开启注意模式时, 后车将无法辨识前车的动向, 相当危险, 发明人为改善此问题, 遂研究出可于切换方向时, 使警示灯呈现出切换方向模 式, 于当时即因改善过去缺点而引起好评, 然而, 在发明人精益求精的精神下, 发现上述现有车灯控制架构于使用时, 却发现切换结构较为复杂但功能无法有 效整合的问题存在。
因此, 要如何解决上述现有的问题与缺失, 即为本发明的创作人与从事此 行业的相关厂商所亟欲研究改善的方向所在。 发明内容
故, 本发明的创作人有鉴于上述缺失, 乃搜集相关资料, 经由多方评估及 考量, 并以从事于此行业累积的多年经验, 经由不断试作及修改, 始设计出此 种警示效果中同时可通过切换杆体及滑块达到各种不同警示功能效果的一种安 全车灯控制架构发明专利。
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种安全车灯控制架构: 为针对现有车灯操控 装置所存在的切换结构较为复杂但功能无法有效整合的问题点加以突破, 达到 警示效果中同时可通过切换杆体、 功能切换元件及警告装置达到各种不同警示 功能效果的实用进步性。
为达到上述的目的, 本发明一种安全车灯控制架构, 其包含控制装置电性 连接多个警示灯, 控制装置包括: 壳体、 滑块以及切换杆体, 壳体上是界定滑 槽, 且壳体内装设模式装置, 模式装置电性连接所述多个警示灯, 滑槽内滑设 滑块, 切换杆体枢接于滑块, 且切换杆体背离枢接处界定至少一功能切换元 及至少一警告装置, 使切换杆体、 滑块、 功能切换元件及警告装置分别与模式 装置配合动作以产生各种不同的警示灯效果, 其中滑块电性连接设置于模式装 置内的警示闪烁模块, 且滑块及切换杆体配合动作以分别电性连接设置于模式 装置内的方向切换模块及警示方向切换模块, 另外, 功能切换元件为警示来车 危险切换器、 远近灯光切换器、 雨刷控制器, 且功能切换元件分别电性连接设 置于模式装置内的警示来车危险模块、 远近灯光调节模块、 雨刷操控模块, 且 警告装置为车辆周边障碍警示器, 警告装置电性连接设置于模式装置内的车辆 周边障碍警示模块, 因此, 可通过拨动滑块、 切换杆体、 警告装置以及功能切 换元件间的切换动作至对应的警示来车危险模块、 远近灯光调节模块、 雨刷操 控模块、 方向切换模块、 警示方向切换模块及车辆周边障碍警示模块形成电性 导通, 以达到各种不同警示功能效果的优点。 附图说明

请同时配合参阅图 10、 图 10A、 图 11及图 11A所示, 为本发明较佳实施例 的警示来车危险第一动作示意图、 警示来车危险第一按压动作示意图、 警示来 车危险第二动作示意图及警示来车危险第二按压动作示意图, 由图中可清楚看 出, 当按压警示来车危险切换器的功能切换元件 141 时, 是可电性导通警示来 车危险模块 24, 将使另一特殊的警示灯 3产生远近闪烁状态以警示对向来车于 本车后方有危险状况产生,其中,所述另一特殊警示灯 3为向上 45度照射的 HID 灯。
请同时配合参阅图 12及图 12A所示, 为本发明较佳实施例的雨刷动作示意 图及雨刷操作动作示意图, 由图中可清楚看出, 可直接通过雨刷操控器的功能 切换元件 141使雨刷操控模块 27产生电性导通, 并驱动雨刷 4动作及至少一喷 水器 5。
请同时配合参阅图 1 3所示, 为本发明较佳实施例的周边障碍警示动作示意 图, 由图中可清楚看出, 车辆周边障碍警示模块 26是侦测车辆周边视野无法见 到的障碍物, 如小动物或是小孩等, 车辆周边障碍警示模块 26将电性导通警告 装置 142 , 使警告装置 142产生闪烁及声音等警告, 提醒驾驶人以及外侧的人员 或动物注意。
请同时配合参阅图 14及图 14A所示, 为本发明再一较佳实施例的周边障碍 警示动作示意图及放大实施示意图, 由图中可清楚看出, 机车是可装设此一装 置, 利用切换杆体 14a以及滑块 1 3a对应警示闪烁模块 21 a、 方向切换模块 22 a 以及警示方向切换模块 23a的导通装置 28a, 以达到开启警示灯 3a同时, 可进 行方向切换显示的功能。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 非因此即局限本发明的专利范围, 故举凡运用本发明说明书及图式内容所为的简易修饰及等效结构变化, 均应同 理包含于本发明的专利范围内, 合予陈明。
故, 请参阅全部附图所示, 本发明使用时, 与现有技术相较, 着实存在下 列优点: 通过拨动滑块 1 3、 切换杆体 14、 警告装置 142以及功能切换元件 141 间的切换动作至对应的警示来车危险模块 24、 远近灯光调节模块 25、 雨刷操控 模块 27、 方向切换模块 22、 警示方向切换模块 23及车辆周边障碍警示模块 26 形成电性导通, 以达到各种不同警示功能效果的优点。
综上所述, 本发明的一种安全车灯控制架构于使用时, 为确实能达到其功 效及目的, 故本发明诚为一实用性优异的创作, 为符合发明专利的申请要件, 爰依法提出申请, 盼 审委早日赐准本发明, 以保障创作人的辛苦创作, 倘若 钧局审委有任何稽疑, 请不吝来函指示, 创作人定当竭力配合, 实感德便。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种安全车灯控制架构, 其特征在于, 其包含一控制装置电性连接多个 警示灯, 所述控制装置包括:
一壳体, 所述壳体上是界定一滑槽, 且所述壳体内装设一模式装置; 一滑块, 所述滑块滑设于所述滑槽内; 以及
一切换杆体, 所述切换杆体枢接于所述滑块, 且所述切换杆体背离枢接处是界 定至少一功能切换元件及至少一警告装置, 使所述切换杆体、 所述滑块、 所述功能 切换元件及所述警告装置分别与所述模式装置配合动作以产生各种不同的警示效 果。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的安全车灯控制架构, 其特征在于, 所述滑块电性 连接一设置于所述模式装置内的警示闪烁模块。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的安全车灯控制架构, 其特征在于, 所述滑块及所 述切换杆体是配合动作以分别电性连接一设置于所述模式装置内的方向切换模块 及警示方向切换模块。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的安全车灯控制架构, 其特征在于, 所述模式装置 是分别通过多个导通装置配合动作。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的安全车灯控制架构, 其特征在于, 所述功能切换 元件为警示来车危险切换器, 且所述功能切换元件电性连接一设置于所述模式装置 内的警示来车危险模块。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的安全车灯控制架构, 其特征在于, 所述功能切换 元件为远近灯光切换器, 且所述功能切换元件电性连接一设置于所述模式装置内的 远近灯光调节模块。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的安全车灯控制架构, 其特征在于, 所述功能切换 元件为雨刷控制器, 且所述功能切换元件电性连接一设置于所述模式装置内的雨刷 操控模块。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的安全车灯控制架构, 其特征在于, 所述雨刷操控 模块电性连接至少一雨刷及至少一喷水器。
9、 才据权利要求 1所述的安全车灯控制架构, 其特征在于, 所述警告装置 为车辆周边障碍警示器, 且所述警告装置电性连接一设置于所述模式装置内的车辆 周边障碍警示模块。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的安全车灯控制架构, 其特征在于, 所述模式装置 电性连接所述多个警示灯。
