Description

一种带有按摩力度感适驱动机构的按摩装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种按摩装置,尤其涉及一种带有按摩力度感适驱动机构的按摩装置。
背景技术
目前市面上的按摩设备,比如按摩椅或者按摩床,虽然都能够对按摩力度或者频率进行调节,但都需要使用者手动调节按摩设备上的档位旋钮进行按摩力度的调整,并且一般仅仅具有2-3 的不同力度的档位供使用者选择。 而且,现有的按摩设备均是由人体适应机器进行按摩,使用时有硬性的感觉,有的按摩椅的按摩头虽能前后伸缩,但也只能靠手动或电动改变一下前后位置而已。另外,因为使用者的体型基本上都不相同,而现有的按摩设备的各种按摩头的行程都是固定不变的,只有在变换不同的档位时才能够变换行程,而现有的按摩设备按摩力度的调整的档位较少,并且不能够根据使用者不同的体型进行自动调整,因此现有的按摩设备并不能适应所有的使用者,而且即便是对于单一的使用者而言使用上也存在着不便。
技术问题
为了解决上述现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种带有按摩力度感适驱动机构的按摩装置。
技术解决方案
本发明的一种带有按摩力度感适驱动机构的按摩装置包括可移动基架、按摩机构及力度感适驱动机构。
所述按摩机构及力度感适驱动机构设置在可移动基架上。
所述按摩机构包括左右两夹板、链接柱、揉捏部、捶打部。
所述左右两夹板可转动的设置在可移动基架。在左右两夹板之间设置有链接柱。在左右两夹板的一端分别设置有弧形齿条。
所述揉捏部设置在左右两夹板之间,包括揉捏轴、偏心轮、左右按摩臂、按摩头、皮带轮、电机。其中,揉捏轴固定设置在左右两夹板之间。在揉捏轴上安装有两个偏心轮,在两偏心轮上分别设置有按摩臂,在按摩臂上可转动的安装有按摩头。在揉捏轴的一端安装有蜗轮,在蜗轮上安装有蜗杆,在蜗杆上安装有皮带轮,皮带轮通过皮带与电机相连接。
所述捶打部设置在左右两夹板之间,包括捶打轴、偏心套、捶打轴承座、球头杆、皮带轮、电机。捶打轴可转动的设置在左右两夹板之间。在捶打轴上安装有两个偏心套,在两偏心套上分别安装有捶打轴承座,在两个捶打轴承座上分别链接有球头杆。两球头杆的球头分别与按摩臂相链接。捶打轴的一端安装有皮带轮,皮带轮通过皮带与电机相连接。
在可移动基架设置有两个轴承支架,在两个支架上分别安装有轴承座,在两个轴承座上分别安装有轴承,旋转轴设置在两个轴承上;在旋转轴上设置有2个齿轮,2个齿轮分别与左右两夹板上的弧形齿条相啮合。
力度感适驱动机构包括大皮带轮、皮带轮、电机、力度感适驱动器。电机通过皮带与皮带轮相连接,所述皮带轮与力度感适驱动器相连接,力度感适驱动器再通过皮带与大皮带轮相连接,大皮带轮再与旋转轴相连接。
力度感适驱动器包括轴承座、轴承、转轴、主动叶轮、从动叶轮、从动叶轮盖,密封件、皮带轮。两个轴承座设置在可移动基架上,在两个轴承座上分别安装有轴承,转轴设置在两个轴承上,转轴的一端与皮带轮相连接。在转轴上进一步设置有主动叶轮、从动叶轮、从动叶轮盖。其中,从动叶轮、从动叶轮盖相互扣合形成一密闭空腔,在该密闭空腔内设置有液体。主动叶轮设置在该空腔内的转轴上。在从动叶轮的外端设置有皮带轮,皮带轮通过皮带与大皮带轮相连接。
本发明的一种带有按摩力度感适驱动机构的按摩装置是以如下方式工作的:电机工作,带动皮带轮转动,皮带轮带动转轴旋转,从而带动主动叶轮旋转,主动叶轮的旋转所产生的离心力会带动密闭空腔内的液体流动,该流动方向与主动叶轮的旋转方向相同。液体的流动带动从动叶轮旋转,从而带动皮带轮转动,皮带轮再通过皮带带动大皮带轮转动,由于大皮带轮与旋转轴相连接,因此大皮带轮转动带动旋转轴转动,从而通过安装在旋转轴上的齿轮带动左右两夹板运动,形成一个既能左右揉捏、捶打、又能前后伸缩推拿的按摩系统。
本发明的一种带有按摩力度感适驱动机构的按摩装置,其工作原理如下:
由于揉捏部、捶打部均设置在左右两夹板上,因此揉捏部、捶打部的工作行程完全由左右两夹板的工作行程所控制,而左右两夹板的工作行程由力度感适驱动器所控制。当力度感适驱动器开始工作时,按摩头向前伸至限制点。改变电机转速即可改变按摩头的前伸的力度,前伸力度就是按摩头接触人体所使的力度,当前伸力被设定下来时( 按摩者旋钮固定在哪个位置,前伸力就被设定下来),在使用过程中,当负载力小于前伸力时,电机正转,驱动主动叶轮正转,带动从动叶轮正转,从而带动左右两夹板运动,左右两夹板带动按摩头向前伸出;当负载力等于前伸力时,从动叶轮停止转动,从而使按摩头停止前伸;当遇到使用者的身体的体型发生变化,如人体背部曲线发生变化时,负载力有可能会大于前伸力,当负载力大于前伸力时,负载力就会迫使从动叶轮反转,从而带动按摩头后退直到负载力等于前伸力。
有益效果
本发明的一种带有按摩力度感适驱动机构的按摩装置,主要用于按摩椅或按摩床,能够自动感知按摩力度,并能在设置的力度范围内,根据使用者体型的不同,自动实时地对按摩力度进行调整,按摩过程能自动适应人体背部的高低不平及曲线的变化,能对各种体型不同的人进行推拿、揉捏、捶打、指压按摩,可对按摩力度任意设置。 本装置是由使用者的背部靠在按摩椅的靠背上或躺在按摩椅的靠背上,由靠背托着人体,本装置就可按照使用者按需设置的按摩程序和按摩力度对使用者的背部进行自动实时按摩,且按摩力度可调。实现了机器自动适应人体体型进行按摩的舒适效果。彻底改变了现有的按摩椅由按摩头托着人体背部进行按摩的硬性痛感。

本发明的最佳实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明,但不作为对本发明的限定。
如图1、图2、图3 所示,本发明的一种带有按摩力度感适驱动机构的按摩装置,包括底部的可移动基架30、按摩机构40及力度感适驱动机构50。
如图1、图2 所示,可移动基架30为四边框型,按摩机构40及力度感适驱动机构50设置在可移动基架30上。
按摩机构40包括左右两夹板1、链接柱2、揉捏部、捶打部。
左右两夹板1 的下端可转动的设置在可移动基架30的一边框上。在左右两夹板1的下端开有孔,在可移动基架30的一边框上设置有两固定座板20,在固定座板20上也开有与左右两夹板1的下端的孔相对应的孔,定位轴21穿过左右两夹板1及固定座板20上的孔,从而将左右两夹板1固定在基架30上。
在左右两夹板1之间设置有链接柱2。链接柱2用于固定左右两夹板1。
在左右两夹板1的一端分别设置有弧形齿条3,弧形齿条3与夹板1一体成型。
揉捏部设置在左右两夹板1之间,包括揉捏轴4、偏心轮5、左右按摩臂6、按摩头7、皮带轮17、电机18。其中,揉捏轴4固定设置在左右两夹板1之间。在揉捏轴4上安装有两个偏心轮5,在两偏心轮5上分别设置有按摩臂6,在按摩臂6上可转动的安装有按摩头7,在本实施例中,按摩头7为滚轮。在揉捏轴4的一端安装有蜗轮15,在蜗轮15上安装有蜗杆16,在蜗杆16上安装有皮带轮17,皮带轮17通过皮带与电机18相连接。当电机18工作时,通过蜗轮15、蜗杆16带动揉捏轴4转动,从而带动按摩头7运动。
捶打部设置在左右两夹板1之间,包括捶打轴8、偏心套9、捶打轴承座10、球头杆11、皮带轮12、电机13。捶打轴8可转动的设置在左右两夹板1 之间。在捶打轴8上安装有两个偏心套9,在两偏心套9上分别安装有捶打轴承座10,在两个捶打轴承座10上分别链接有球头杆11。两球头杆11的球头分别与按摩臂6相链接。捶打轴8的一端安装有皮带轮12,皮带轮12通过皮带与电机13相连接。当电机13工作时,通过皮带轮12带动捶打轴8转动,从而带动安装在捶打轴8上的两球头杆11运动。
再如图1、图2所示,力度感适驱动机构50设置在可移动基架30上。在可移动基架30的一边框上设置有两个轴承支架22,在两个支架22上分别安装有轴承座23,在两个轴承座23上分别安装有轴承24,旋转轴25设置在两个轴承24上;在旋转轴25上设置有2个齿轮26,2个齿轮26分别与左右两夹板1上的弧形齿条3相啮合。
力度感适驱动机构50包括大皮带轮27、皮带轮29、电机31、力度感适驱动器28。电机31通过皮带与皮带轮29相连接,皮带轮29与力度感适驱动器28相连接,力度感适驱动器28再通过皮带与大皮带轮27相连接,大皮带轮27再与旋转轴25相连接。
如图3 所示,力度感适驱动器28包括轴承座281、轴承283、转轴284、主动叶轮285、从动叶轮286、从动叶轮盖287,密封件288、皮带轮289。两个轴承座281设置在可移动基架30上,在两个轴承座281 上分别安装有轴承283,转轴284设置在两个轴承283上,转轴284的一端与皮带轮29相连接。在转轴284上进一步设置有主动叶轮285、从动叶轮286、从动叶轮盖287,其中,从动叶轮286、从动叶轮盖287 相互扣合形成一密闭空腔,在该密闭空腔内设置有液体,在本实施例中,该液体为油,当然,使用其他液体也是可以的,比如水。主动叶轮285设置在该空腔内的转轴284 上。在从动叶轮286的外端设置有皮带轮289,皮带轮289通过皮带与大皮带轮27相连接。
本发明的一种带有按摩力度感适驱动机构的按摩装置是以如下方式工作的:电机31工作,带动皮带轮29转动,皮带轮29带动转轴284旋转,从而带动主动叶轮285旋转,主动叶轮285的旋转所产生的离心力会带动密闭空腔内的液体流动,该流动方向与主动叶轮285的旋转方向相同。液体的流动带动从动叶轮286旋转,从而带动皮带轮289 转动,皮带轮289再通过皮带带动大皮带轮27转动,由于大皮带轮27与旋转轴25相连接,因此大皮带轮转动带动旋转轴25转动,从而通过安装在旋转轴25上的齿轮26带动左右两夹板1运动,形成一个既能左右揉捏、捶打、又能前后伸缩推拿的按摩系统。
本发明的一种带有按摩力度感适驱动机构的按摩装置,其工作原理如下:
由于揉捏部、捶打部均设置在左右两夹板1上,因此揉捏部、捶打部的工作行程完全由左右两夹板1的工作行程所控制,而左右两夹板1的工作行程由力度感适驱动器28所控制。以按摩头为例,当力度感适驱动器28开始工作时,按摩头7向前伸至限制点。改变电机转速即可改变按摩头7的前伸的力度,前伸力度就是按摩头接触人体所使的力度,所述前伸力度跟电机的转速有关,转速越高前伸的力度越大,转速越低前伸的力度越小,前伸力是事先设置好的,一般会设定二个参数,一是最小前伸力所对应的电机转速最低,二是最大前伸力所对应的电机转速最高,按摩者在使用过程中可以随意调节最低最高( 或最小最大) 二参数间的设定( 通过按摩器上的旋钮来控制),以自己感觉适宜为止。
负载力定义为按摩头7在对人体进行按摩时所受到的阻力,负载力的大小依据使用者的体型不同而不同。当前伸力被设定下来时( 按摩者旋钮固定在哪个位置,前伸力就被设定下来),在使用过程中,当负载力小于前伸力时,电机31正转,驱动主动叶轮285正转,带动从动叶轮286正转,从而带动左右两夹板1运动,左右两夹板1带动按摩头7向前伸出;当负载力等于前伸力时,从动叶轮286停止转动,从而使按摩头7停止前伸;当遇到使用者的身体的体型发生变化,如人体背部曲线发生变化时,负载力有可能会大于前伸力,当负载力大于前伸力时,(负载力就会迫使) 从动叶轮286也反转,从而带动按摩头7后退直到负载力等于前伸力。
