Claims (10)
- 一种带有按摩力度感适驱动机构的按摩装置,其特征在于:包括可移动基架(30)、按摩机构(40)及力度感适驱动机构(50);所述按摩机构(40)及力度感适驱动机构(50)设置在所述可移动基架(30)上。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种带有按摩力度感适驱动机构的按摩装置,其特征在于:所述按摩机构(40)包括左右两夹板(1),所述左右两夹板(1)可转动的设置在所述可移动基架(30)上;在所述左右两夹板(1) 的一端分别设置有弧形齿条(3);在所述可移动基架(30)上设置有两个轴承支架(22),在所述两个轴承支架(22)上分别安装有轴承座(23),在所述两个轴承座(23)上分别安装有轴承(24),旋转轴(25)设置在所述两个轴承(24)上;在所述旋转轴(25)上设置有2个齿轮(26),所述2个齿轮(26)分别与所述左右两夹板(1)上的弧形齿条(3)相啮合。
- 如权利要求2所述的一种带有按摩力度感适驱动机构的按摩装置,其特征在于:所述力度感适驱动机构(50)包括大皮带轮(27)、皮带轮(29)、电机(31)、力度感适驱动器(28);所述电机(31)通过皮带与所述皮带轮(29)相连接,所述皮带轮(29)与所述力度感适驱动器(28)相连接,所述力度感适驱动器(28)再通过皮带与所述大皮带轮(27)相连接,所述大皮带轮(27)与所述旋转轴(25)相连接。
- 如权利要求3所述的一种带有按摩力度感适驱动机构的按摩装置,其特征在于:所述力度感适驱动器(28)包括轴承座(281)、轴承(283)、转轴(284)、主动叶轮(285)、从动叶轮(286)、从动叶轮盖(287),皮带轮(289);所述两个轴承座(281)设置在可移动基架(30)上,在两个轴承座(281)上分别安装有所述轴承(283),所述转轴(284)设置在两个轴承(283)上,所述转轴(284)的一端与皮带轮(29)相连接;所述主动叶轮(285)、从动叶轮(286)、从动叶轮盖(287) 设置在所述转轴(284)上,其中,所述从动叶轮(286)、从动叶轮盖(287)相互扣合形成一密闭空腔,在该密闭空腔内设置有液体;所述主动叶轮(285)设置在该空腔内的转轴(284)上,在所述从动叶轮(286)的外端设置有皮带轮(289),所述皮带轮(289)通过皮带与大皮带轮(27)相连接。
- 如权利要求4所述的一种带有按摩力度感适驱动机构的按摩装置,其特征在于:所述力度感适驱动器(28)进一步包括密封件(288)。
- 如权利要求5所述的一种带有按摩力度感适驱动机构的按摩装置,其特征在于:在所述左右两夹板(1)的下端开有孔,在所述可移动基架(30)上设置有两固定座板(20),在所述固定座板(20)上也开有与所述左右两夹板(1)的下端的孔相对应的孔,定位轴(21)穿过所述左右两夹板(1)及固定座板(20)上的孔,将所述左右两夹板(1)固定在所述可移动基架(30)上。
- 如权利要求6所述的一种带有按摩力度感适驱动机构的按摩装置,其特征在于:所述按摩机构(40)进一步包括链接柱(2)、揉捏部、捶打部;所述链接柱(2)设置在左右两夹板(1)之间。
- 如权利要求7所述的一种带有按摩力度感适驱动机构的按摩装置,其特征在于:所述揉捏部设置在左右两夹板(1)之间,包括揉捏轴(4)、偏心轮(5)、左右按摩臂(6)、按摩头(7)、皮带轮(17)、电机(18);其中,所述揉捏轴(4)固定设置在左右两夹板(1)之间,在揉捏轴(4)上安装有两个偏心轮(5),在所述两偏心轮(5) 上分别设置有按摩臂(6),在按摩臂(6)上可转动的安装有按摩头(7),在所述揉捏轴(4)的一端安装有蜗轮(15),在蜗轮(15)上安装有蜗杆(16),在所述蜗杆(16)上安装有皮带轮(17),所述皮带轮(17)通过皮带与电机(18)相连接。
- 如权利要求8所述的一种带有按摩力度感适驱动机构的按摩装置,其特征在于:所述捶打部设置在左右两夹板(1)之间,包括捶打轴(8)、偏心套(9)、捶打轴承座(10)、球头杆(11)、皮带轮(12)、电机(13);其中,所述捶打轴(8)可转动的设置在左右两夹板(1)之间,在捶打轴(8) 上安装有两个偏心套(9),在两偏心套(9)上分别安装有捶打轴承座(10),在所述两个捶打轴承座(10)上分别链接有球头杆(11),所述捶打轴(8)的一端安装有皮带轮(12),皮带轮(12)通过皮带与电机(13)相连接。
- 如权利要求9所述的一种带有按摩力度感适驱动机构的按摩装置,其特征在于:所述从动叶轮(286)、从动叶轮盖(287) 相互扣合形成的密闭空腔中的液体为油。
