本发明在使用时, 与现有的用于遮盖皮卡车车厢的车厢盖系统一样, 将后 框边往后拉, 使遮盖层覆盖车厢, 后框边上的驾驶侧锁舌与驾驶侧卡扣相对应, 乘客侧锁舌与乘客侧卡扣相对应。 然后将后框边再向下压, 在向下压的过程中 驾驶侧锁舌克服驾驶侧压簧的弹性力、 乘客侧锁舌克服乘客侧压簧的弹性力, 从而驾驶侧锁舌向驾驶侧锁壳内缩, 乘客侧锁舌向乘客侧锁壳内缩, 直至驾驶 侧锁舌越过驾驶侧卡扣, 乘客侧锁舌越过乘客侧卡扣, 此时驾驶侧锁舌在驾驶 侧压簧的作用下弹出, 并锁紧在驾驶侧扣槽内, 乘客侧锁舌在乘客侧压簧的作 用下弹出, 并锁紧在乘客侧扣槽内。 解锁时向上提拉所述的拉绳, 将驾驶侧锁 舌和乘客侧锁舌向内拉, 使驾驶侧锁舌脱离驾驶侧扣槽, 乘客侧锁舌脱离乘客 侧扣槽, 从而解锁。
在设有驾驶侧卡座及乘客侧卡座时, 先将驾驶侧卡舌插入驾驶侧卡槽, 乘 客侧卡舌插入乘客侧卡槽后再将驾驶侧锁舌和乘客侧锁舌扣入。
本发明的有益效果在于:采用驾驶侧锁舌和乘客侧锁舌横向锁定,固定更牢固, 而且操作十分方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。
参照图 1~图 9, 一种用于遮盖皮卡车车厢的车厢盖系统, 包括用于遮盖皮 卡车 1的车厢的遮盖层 2, 所述遮盖层 2的前端连有前框边, 所述遮盖层 2的后 端连有后框边 3。
还包括分别设于皮卡车车厢两侧边上端的驾驶侧框边、乘客侧框边 4, 所述 的前框边的两端分别固定在驾驶侧框边的头部和乘客侧框边 4的头部。
所述驾驶侧框边的尾部设有驾驶侧卡扣, 所述的驾驶侧卡扣具有开口朝内 的驾驶侧扣槽; 所述乘客侧框边 4的尾部设有乘客侧卡扣 5, 所述的乘客侧卡扣 5具有开口朝内的乘客侧扣槽 6。
所述后框边的驾驶侧端设有驾驶侧锁壳, 所述的驾驶侧锁壳具有驾驶侧锁 舌腔, 所述的驾驶侧锁舌腔具有开口朝外的驾驶侧锁舌口; 所述的驾驶侧锁舌 腔内有驾驶侧锁舌, 所述驾驶侧锁舌的尾部设有驾驶侧拉杆部, 所述的驾驶侧 拉杆部向后穿过所述的驾驶侧锁壳; 在所述的驾驶侧锁舌腔内, 所述的驾驶侧 拉杆部上套有驾驶侧压簧, 所述驾驶侧压簧的一端顶在所述的驾驶侧锁舌上, 另一端顶在所述驾驶侧锁舌腔的末端从而使驾驶侧锁舌可伸出驾驶侧锁舌口外 进而驾驶侧锁舌口可锁入所述的驾驶侧扣槽。
所述后框边 3的乘客侧端设有乘客侧锁壳 7,所述的乘客侧锁壳 7具有乘客 侧锁舌腔 8, 所述的乘客侧锁舌腔 8具有开口朝外的乘客侧锁舌口; 所述的乘客 侧锁舌腔内有乘客侧锁舌 9, 所述乘客侧锁舌 9的尾部设有乘客侧拉杆部 10, 所述的乘客侧拉杆部 10向后穿过所述的乘客侧锁壳 7; 在所述的乘客侧锁舌腔 8内, 所述的乘客侧拉杆部 10上套有乘客侧压簧 11, 所述乘客侧压簧 11的一 端顶在所述的乘客侧锁舌 9上, 另一端顶在所述乘客侧锁舌腔 8的末端从而使 乘客侧锁舌 9可伸出乘客侧锁舌口外进而乘客侧锁舌口 9可锁入所述的乘客侧 扣槽 6。
所述的驾驶侧拉杆部和乘客侧拉杆部 10之间通过拉绳 12连接。
在使用时, 与现有的用于遮盖皮卡车车厢的车厢盖系统一样, 将后框边 3 往后拉, 使遮盖层 2覆盖车厢, 后框边 3上的驾驶侧锁舌与驾驶侧卡扣相对应, 乘客侧锁舌 9与乘客侧卡扣 5相对应。 然后将后框边 3再向下压, 在向下压的 过程中驾驶侧锁舌克服驾驶侧压簧的弹性力、 乘客侧锁舌 9克服乘客侧压簧 11 的弹性力, 从而驾驶侧锁舌向驾驶侧锁壳内缩, 乘客侧锁舌 9 向乘客侧锁壳 7 内缩, 直至驾驶侧锁舌越过驾驶侧卡扣, 乘客侧锁舌 9越过乘客侧卡扣 5, 此时 驾驶侧锁舌在驾驶侧压簧的作用下弹出, 并锁紧在驾驶侧扣槽内, 乘客侧锁舌 9 在乘客侧压簧 11的作用下弹出, 并锁紧在乘客侧扣槽 6内。 解锁时向上提拉所 述的拉绳 12, 将驾驶侧锁舌和乘客侧锁舌 9向内拉, 使驾驶侧锁舌脱离驾驶侧 扣槽, 乘客侧锁舌 9脱离乘客侧扣槽 6, 从而解锁。
本实施例中, 所述的驾驶侧拉杆部设有驾驶侧螺紋, 该驾驶侧拉杆部上螺 设有位于所述驾驶侧锁壳外的驾驶侧调节螺母; 所述的乘客侧拉杆部 10设有乘 客侧螺紋, 该乘客侧拉杆部 10上螺设有位于所述乘客侧锁壳 7外的乘客侧调节 螺母 13。 通过调节驾驶侧调节螺母和乘客侧调节螺母 13, 可以调节驾驶侧锁舌 和乘客侧锁舌 9的伸出程度。
本实施例中所述后框边 3的背面设有凹口 14, 所述的驾驶侧锁壳和乘客侧 锁壳 7均设于所述的凹口 14内。 所述的驾驶侧锁壳和乘客侧锁壳 7可通过锁壳 螺钉定位于所述的凹口 14内。 所述的凹口 14内还设有两个拉绳定位架 15, 所 述的拉绳 12穿过所述的拉绳定位架 15, 使拉绳 12不易滑动。
参照图 10~图 15, 本实施例中, 所述后框边的驾驶侧端向前延伸出驾驶侧 卡舌, 所述后框边 3的乘客侧端向前延伸出乘客侧卡舌 16;
所述驾驶侧框边的尾部设有驾驶侧卡座, 所述的驾驶侧卡座位于所述驾驶 侧卡扣的前方, 所述的驾驶侧卡座具有开口朝后的驾驶侧卡槽, 所述的驾驶侧 卡舌可卡于所述的驾驶侧卡槽内; 所述乘客侧框边 4的尾部设有乘客侧卡座 19,所述的乘客侧卡座 19位于所 述乘客侧卡扣 5的前方, 所述的乘客侧卡座 19具有开口朝后的乘客侧卡槽 17, 所述的乘客侧卡舌 16可卡于所述的乘客侧卡槽 17内。
本实施例中, 所述的驾驶侧卡座可移动地设于所述驾驶侧框边的尾部, 所 述的乘客侧卡座 17可移动地设于所述乘客侧框边 4的尾部。具体的连接方式为: 所述驾驶侧框边的尾部设有驾驶侧卡座固定孔, 所述的驾驶侧卡座上设有与所 述的驾驶侧卡座固定孔对应的驾驶侧螺母孔, 所述的驾驶侧螺母孔内塞设有驾 驶侧固定螺母; 还包括驾驶侧卡座锁紧螺栓及驾驶侧垫片, 所述驾驶侧垫片的 直径大于所述驾驶侧卡座固定孔的长度和宽度, 所述的驾驶侧垫片垫于驾驶侧 卡座固定孔处驾驶侧框边的底面上, 所述的驾驶侧卡座锁紧螺栓穿过所述的驾 驶侧垫片及驾驶侧卡座固定孔后穿入所述的驾驶侧固定螺母将驾驶侧卡座锁 紧; 驾驶侧卡座锁紧螺栓的螺杆可在驾驶侧卡座固定孔内活动, 移动驾驶侧卡 座及驾驶侧垫片, 使驾驶侧卡座锁紧螺栓锁紧在不同的位置, 即可实现驾驶侧 卡座在前后方向上不同位置的定位。
所述乘客侧框边 4的尾部设有乘客侧卡座固定孔 18, 所述的乘客侧卡座 19 上设有与所述的乘客侧卡座固定孔 18对应的乘客侧螺母孔, 所述的乘客侧螺母 孔内塞设有乘客侧固定螺母 20; 还包括乘客侧卡座锁紧螺栓 21 及乘客侧垫片 22, 所述乘客侧垫片 22的直径大于所述乘客侧卡座固定孔 18的长度和宽度, 所述的乘客侧垫片 22垫于乘客侧卡座固定孔处乘客侧框边的底面上, 所述的乘 客侧卡座锁紧螺栓 21穿过所述的乘客侧垫片 22及乘客侧卡座固定孔 18后穿入 所述的乘客侧固定螺母 20将乘客侧卡座 19锁紧。 乘客侧卡座锁紧螺栓 21的螺 杆可在乘客侧卡座固定孔 18内活动, 移动乘客侧卡座 19及乘客侧垫片 22, 使 乘客侧卡座锁紧螺栓 21锁紧在不同的位置, 即可实现乘客侧卡座 19在前后方 向上不同位置的定位。
本实施例中, 所述的驾驶侧框边上还设有数个驾驶侧定位孔, 所述的驾驶 侧卡座上设有与所述的驾驶侧定位孔对应的驾驶侧定位块, 所述的驾驶侧定位 块择一地插入所述的驾驶侧定位孔内; 所述的乘客侧框边 4上还设有数个乘客 侧定位孔 23, 所述的乘客侧卡座 19上设有与所述的乘客侧定位孔 23对应的乘 客侧定位块 24,所述的乘客侧定位块 24择一地插入所述的乘客侧定位孔 23内。 进一步稳固驾驶侧卡座和乘客侧卡座 19的定位。
在设有驾驶侧卡座及乘客侧卡座 19时, 先将驾驶侧卡舌插入驾驶侧卡槽, 乘客侧卡舌 16插入乘客侧卡槽 17后再将驾驶侧锁舌和乘客侧锁舌 9扣入, 进 一步稳固了车厢盖的定位。 另外, 车厢盖的遮盖层通常由皮革制成, 在不同的 使用环境下可能会产生伸缩, 而驾驶侧卡座和乘客侧卡座 19在前后方向上可在 不同的位置定位, 在盖合车厢盖时先将驾驶侧卡舌插入驾驶侧卡槽, 乘客侧卡 舌 16插入乘客侧卡槽 17, 可保证遮盖层的基本平整, 防止耷拉等现象。

Claims

权利要求书
1.一种用于遮盖皮卡车车厢的车厢盖系统, 包括用于遮盖皮卡车车厢的遮 盖层, 所述遮盖层的前端连有前框边, 所述遮盖层的后端连有后框边;
还包括分别设于皮卡车车厢两侧边上端的驾驶侧框边、 乘客侧框边, 所述 的前框边的两端分别固定在驾驶侧框边的头部和乘客侧框边的头部, 其特征在 于:
所述驾驶侧框边的尾部设有驾驶侧卡扣, 所述的驾驶侧卡扣具有开口朝内 的驾驶侧扣槽; 所述乘客侧框边的尾部设有乘客侧卡扣, 所述的乘客侧卡扣具 有开口朝内的乘客侧扣槽;
所述后框边的驾驶侧端设有驾驶侧锁壳, 所述的驾驶侧锁壳具有驾驶侧锁 舌腔, 所述的驾驶侧锁舌腔具有开口朝外的驾驶侧锁舌口; 所述的驾驶侧锁舌 腔内有驾驶侧锁舌, 所述驾驶侧锁舌的尾部设有驾驶侧拉杆部, 所述的驾驶侧 拉杆部向后穿过所述的驾驶侧锁壳; 在所述的驾驶侧锁舌腔内, 所述的驾驶侧 拉杆部上套有驾驶侧压簧, 所述驾驶侧压簧的一端顶在所述的驾驶侧锁舌上, 另一端顶在所述驾驶侧锁舌腔的末端从而使驾驶侧锁舌可伸出驾驶侧锁舌口外 进而驾驶侧锁舌口可锁入所述的驾驶侧扣槽;
所述后框边的乘客侧端设有乘客侧锁壳, 所述的乘客侧锁壳具有乘客侧锁 舌腔, 所述的乘客侧锁舌腔具有开口朝外的乘客侧锁舌口; 所述的乘客侧锁舌 腔内有乘客侧锁舌, 所述乘客侧锁舌的尾部设有乘客侧拉杆部, 所述的乘客侧 拉杆部向后穿过所述的乘客侧锁壳; 在所述的乘客侧锁舌腔内, 所述的乘客侧 拉杆部上套有乘客侧压簧, 所述乘客侧压簧的一端顶在所述的乘客侧锁舌上, 另一端顶在所述乘客侧锁舌腔的末端从而使乘客侧锁舌可伸出乘客侧锁舌口外 进而乘客侧锁舌口可锁入所述的乘客侧扣槽;
所述的驾驶侧拉杆部和乘客侧拉杆部之间通过拉绳连接。
2.如权利要求 1所述的用于遮盖皮卡车车厢的车厢盖系统, 其特征在于: 所 述的驾驶侧拉杆部设有驾驶侧螺紋, 该驾驶侧拉杆部上螺设有位于所述驾驶侧 锁壳外的驾驶侧调节螺母; 所述的乘客侧拉杆部设有乘客侧螺紋, 该乘客侧拉 杆部上螺设有位于所述乘客侧锁壳外的乘客侧调节螺母。
3.如权利要求 1或 2所述的用于遮盖皮卡车车厢的车厢盖系统,其特征在于: 所述后框边的背面设有凹口, 所述的驾驶侧锁壳和乘客侧锁壳均设于所述的凹 口内。
4.如权利要求 3所述的用于遮盖皮卡车车厢的车厢盖系统, 其特征在于: 所 述的驾驶侧锁壳和乘客侧锁壳均通过锁壳螺钉定位于所述的凹口内。
5.如权利要求 3所述的用于遮盖皮卡车车厢的车厢盖系统, 其特征在于: 所 述的凹口内还设有两个拉绳定位架, 所述的拉绳穿过所述的拉绳定位架。
6.如权利要求 1或 2所述的用于遮盖皮卡车车厢的车厢盖系统,其特征在于: 所述后框边的驾驶侧端向前延伸出驾驶侧卡舌, 所述后框边的乘客侧端向前延 伸出乘客侧卡舌;
所述驾驶侧框边的尾部设有驾驶侧卡座, 所述的驾驶侧卡座位于所述驾驶 侧卡扣的前方, 所述的驾驶侧卡座具有开口朝后的驾驶侧卡槽, 所述的驾驶侧 卡舌可卡于所述的驾驶侧卡槽内;
所述乘客侧框边的尾部设有乘客侧卡座, 所述的乘客侧卡座位于所述乘客 侧卡扣的前方, 所述的乘客侧卡座具有开口朝后的乘客侧卡槽, 所述的乘客侧 卡舌可卡于所述的乘客侧卡槽内。
7.如权利要求 6所述的用于遮盖皮卡车车厢的车厢盖系统, 其特征在于: 所 述的驾驶侧卡座可移动地设于所述驾驶侧框边的尾部, 所述的乘客侧卡座可移 动地设于所述乘客侧框边的尾部。
8.如权利要求 7所述的用于遮盖皮卡车车厢的车厢盖系统, 其特征在于: 所 述驾驶侧框边的尾部设有驾驶侧卡座固定孔, 所述的驾驶侧卡座上设有与所述 的驾驶侧卡座固定孔对应的驾驶侧螺母孔, 所述的驾驶侧螺母孔内塞设有驾驶 侧固定螺母; 还包括驾驶侧卡座锁紧螺栓及驾驶侧垫片, 所述驾驶侧垫片的直 径大于所述驾驶侧卡座固定孔的长度和宽度, 所述的驾驶侧垫片垫于驾驶侧卡 座固定孔处驾驶侧框边的底面上, 所述的驾驶侧卡座锁紧螺栓穿过所述的驾驶 侧垫片及驾驶侧卡座固定孔后穿入所述的驾驶侧固定螺母将驾驶侧卡座锁紧; 所述乘客侧框边的尾部设有乘客侧卡座固定孔, 所述的乘客侧卡座上设有 与所述的乘客侧卡座固定孔对应的乘客侧螺母孔, 所述的乘客侧螺母孔内塞设 有乘客侧固定螺母; 还包括乘客侧卡座锁紧螺栓及乘客侧垫片, 所述乘客侧垫 片的直径大于所述乘客侧卡座固定孔的长度和宽度, 所述的乘客侧垫片垫于乘 客侧卡座固定孔处乘客侧框边的底面上, 所述的乘客侧卡座锁紧螺栓穿过所述 的乘客侧垫片及乘客侧卡座固定孔后穿入所述的乘客侧固定螺母将乘客侧卡座 锁紧。
